I went to the Dr. Gleem Car Wash located on 249 for the first time and I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service, the completeness of the wash, and how quickly they got everything done!!! This was the absolutely the best car wash experience I’ve had...Since they took such good care of my car, I was convinced they would do the same with my truck. I move around Houston a lot and decided to see if they had a location on the south side of Houston...And much to my delight there was one on Bellaire...FANTASTIC!!!! I made plans to go first thing in the morning.I wish I hadn’t...WORSE CAR WASH EVER.They didn’t vacuumThey didn’t shine the tires.They didn’t give me any air freshener.And more....I don’t think they even washed my truck to be honest..I was thoroughly disappointed to say the least.I had an appointment in the Woodlands and couldn’t be late...On my way there, I stopped at the 249 location with hopes that something could be done....I showed them my receipt, my truck, explained my situation and how I honestly didn’t ever want to return to the Bellaire location...The manager honored my receipt and took care of me just as well as the day before.I will forever be a customer of Dr. Gleem Car Wash...But only the 249 location....They not only met my expectations, they exceeded them!!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED★ ★ ★ ★ ★

First time treating myself to a detail car wash, interior shampoo, hand wash, wax “the works”. Paid $144 and I am not happy with the quality of work I received. There were spots everywhere that weren’t wiped down and the manager continued to point out that my car was not in perfect condition to begin with. Very disappointed to say the least. The only good thing about this place was the lady who gave me my original price when I pulled in. I don’t complain about the price because I was happy to pay for a job well done. The interior I’m not great either. There is still hair on my seats and I only had two stains I was really concerned about and they are still there. For the price I paid I was expecting a ouch more. Silly me for thinking that. I DO NOT recommend this place. Well maybe for a basic wash but not for premium customers.

Exterior was decent but there interior has clear signs of mud still on the door (front and back). Seats werent vacuum good. I guess you get what you pay for. But I will go get my free wash in 3 day cause its gonna need it.

They have gone up on their prices and I paid $68.98 for a wax which was separate plus the wash.I fill that you shouldnt have to point out what they missed. Also the put armour all on the truck rails in which you can slip and break your neck,leg, 🤬 so i asked them to wipe the wax off.Doors ARENT wiped underneath so water drips when you open the door.Just do the job correctly and customers will be satisfied

The exterior was ok.But they don’t even clean your inside they only vacuum the floor of your car and thats about it. I wish i read the reviews before coming here,Edit 2 after two days i realize i was missing some personal stuff on my car ( pokemon cards ) the only place i could think of was this car wash since i don’t share or let anybody else get inside my car i must say thank you for trowing my things in the garbage i won’t ever come back here again not even for the free regular wash you offer. I went today for a car wash and they did not leave the windows clean and the vacuum was not a very good vacuum and also when they vacuum my car I saw a log of debri around the doors and the air vents in like what is these never going g back there again in sorry I’m just saying my opinion but the good thing they did took out my my stain from the back seat

Ive been to this place many of times over the pass 10 years. The prices have gone up which is understandable, but the quality fluctuates. Some visits they do great other days not so much. The last few visits have been very disappointing. They missed a lot of the dust in a regular size vehicle(Charger) and they left armor all dripping on all the doors. Windshiels was worse after i came in there, wheels were streaked. Staff was friendly but service was off.

This was my 1st time here and I was not happy with the service at all. Open the door to my car and the mats had water on them. Had to tell them to please give me a towel to dry them off. Then I opened my back seat and the seats didn’t looked vacuumed there was still stuff on the seats. My back mats where only vacuumed but where dirty. Told the lady outside and all she did was wipe it with a towel and it didn’t do nothing. Never coming here again.

Sometimes they do a really good job and sometimes they just do okay which is why I gave them an average score, they do not consistently do a good job and most days I have too ask them to wipe down spots they missed, which says a lot because Im not very pickyand my car usually isnt very dirty!

They do some good work. I am rating it 3 stars because it doesnt make sense to me that they said that vacuuming under the seats is not part of the basic service of washing and vacuuming the car. If you want some vacuuming done under the seats you have to pay for the much bigger package that includes armor all and other things done to your vehicle. So each time I take it for a vacuuming I know I will always drive away with a car that is dirty under the seats. Im hoping that will change soon.UPDATE:07/28/20They have gone up on prices. Was $14.99 SUVs basic car wash and vacuum. It is now $24.99 and they STILL wont vacuum under the seats. I believe for that price it would be reasonable to start including the vacuum under the seats. If I have to pay that price and still have to go vacuum under the seats myself, it makes no sense. I believe this will have been my last visit to Dr. Gleems and will consider going to another place.

I thought it was the greatest place to get your car washed, but lately my car has been coming out from there semi-cleaned. Attention to detail has dropped and prices are still high. I payed extra and still comes out semi-cleaned. It’s not the same anymore like it use to be.

Great prices are a little high but as they say you pay for what you get. They did a great job on my suv especially on my back seat that gets attacked by two toddlers constantly. Staff was great except a male who walked up to my truck to give me and my husband pricing he was not rude to us at all he just spoke so fast it was not a great way to break down their packages. We tried to look at the menu before pulling up but they kept flagging us down to move up non stop as if there were a like of cars behind us. But over all great car wash and detail service.

I went to go get a car wash today and did not receive the service that I paid for but received the lower service. The staff was very polite and quick to try to fix. However I had a lot of things to do today and this definitely was inconvenience. My sister and I both had the similar experience in the past I tried to give them another chance. Instead of my refund I would have felt better just getting the service that I paid for.

Ive visited this place twice and both times they did a piss poor job of cleaning my truck. I went the second time only because I thought maybe the 1st bad wash was just an exception and not the standard. Boy was I wrong. I get my truck back and the windows are dirty, even after I pointed it out. My carpets were vacuumed inadequately, dirt still all over the place. I bought the 24.99 car wash too. Not exactly one of the cheaper washes. I recommend saving your money and going somewhere else that cares.

Today was the first time trying this place out I usually go to Mister Car wash. I am very pleased with the service here the staff is very friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions. My car was extremely clean compared to the service I get at Mister car wash. I will not be returning to Mister Car wash instead I will be coming here from now on.

Ive been a customer for years, spent thousands of dollars and I am not exaggerating so every year they give a free wash on your birthday. Its been raining all week. every day, my birthday was on Monday and Friday I went in and asked could I get my free wash and a manager rudely said no. I never complained about the half washes I received, several times they forgot to spray fragrances or any other things I could complain about but this is sad, a free wash smh

I usually go to Mr. WASH. But today I decided to go here. Excellent washing. Almost no places missed. The only thing I misses was the free pop corn. Other wise, it was great

Paid 60 dollars to remove a silicone type item that sprayed up from the road. Very incompetent manager or sales lady. I was operations for a chain of car washes and tried to tell her it had to be removed by hand, She insisted on chemicals where clearly didnt work, then proceeded to use hard bug remover sponge on my paint. Then wanted $150 buff and wax! After watching them putting scratches on my truck I stopped them from touching my truck and took it to my regular wash which buffed all the scratches caused by their incompetence and hand removed remaining silicone for no extra cost than the wash! I will never, never, never use this place again. The cashier was very polite and professional! They need to hire people who know what they are doing and understand paint protection and safe means to remove foreign substance

Came here for my first time and I must say last TIME EVER!!! This is a real customer and real feed back!!! Washing service is very trash I use the word trash because it is the write term to use for the job they did! I payed 40 bucks for a hand wash and they left my truck with dirty spots and smurffs. Rims were very dirty before and after. And to top it of they put amoral all on my plastics! Like who in the right mind does this?? For those who dont know amoral will eat your plastics up and leave then faded looking ashy!! And I was charged 100 for inside because of shampoo carpet they left it very very wet and missed my whole driver seat carpet!! (NOW I MADE THEM WASH IT 2 TIMES) and the truck still came out like trash!! Worst experience ever you have a better chances off looking cleaner threw a drive threw carwash! NEVER AGAIN!!

The staff at this car wash absolutely do not car about the customers vehicles. Everytime I would come here one of the young men would turn up my high beams and mess with switches inside my car. I spoke with the manager I thought everything was fine. I come out side to find another manger hiting my car mats up against my car!! Who does that!?! Its a great way to scratch up the paint not to mention putting dust back onto a clean car!?!?! These people couldnt care less. I wont be returning.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. I paid 100.00 for a full detail and they did the worst job ever. First they told me it would take 1 and 1/2 hours and it ended up taking 3 and 1.2 hours. The seats were still filthy, the carpets were so wet it took 3 days for them to dry and nothing was cleaned inside properly. I dont see how these people stay in business. I do not recommend anyone go to this place.

This place isnt getting my business anymore, I have taken my automobiles there for a couple of years and paid pretty close to $30.00 for each wash, sometimes over $40.00, and although sometimes it has been just a wash and wipedown of the interior, they interior glass isnt done properly, and when they spray the air freshener, they spray it into the carpet on the floor and throw the mat back down on it and it smells like a dog took a crap inside my car ! I have taken my automobiles to Mister Car Wash, they use Hot Carnuba Wax which makes my car look brand new without a buffing machine, and little wiping. They do an excellent job on the interior glass and cleaning out the interior, Dr. Gleem is a High Priced Low Quality Car Wash where they hire weirdos who cannot speak english, and cant detail a car worth the price they charge ! Remember, Mister Car Wash, they are all over and have just Merged with BUBBLES Car Wash !
