Not surprised this place is in bad review. Not sure how or why the city of Houston lets this place run. If you have to deal with this place remember1 take photos of who you talk toGet names of every one who speaks orhas any involvement2 take photos of your car before and afteryou leave lot(at nopoint can they stopyou)3 if you need to record all conversations4 report them on the spot (file a reportwith HPD if needed) and file your claimscorrectly to sue.5 seek counseling if your not sure how toprogress.

This company is highly unprofessional. They wrongfully towed my wifes vehicle from the Hudson Apartments out of the reserved parking spot she pays a monthly fee for. Gina their customer service rep was rude, impolite, condescending, and unhelpful. She refused to provide the number for her supervisor, corporate office, and overall did a very poor job. The drivers are inept. Their target was a black 2020 Corolla and the vehicle they towed was a white 2016 Corolla. Overall this company participates in illegal towing.

Make sure if you pay in cash to bring exact change.

Aside from the fact that they towed my truck they were very helpful and nice every time I called with questions.

My brother got a surgery and had many complications after the surgery to a point that he still in the hospital as of today. The family and I been helping w making sure he has a place to live when he gets out of the hospital. I went to check on his apartment yesterday only to come find out this company tow my brothers vehicle because I parked in the wrong spot. I take full responsibility for parking on the wrong spot but the reason of the rating is due that the ladies who work here have no heart. I explained the situation to them and they made me get a notarize a document stating who I was so I could be able to take my brothers car w me. They made every situation very difficult but after $400 I was able to get my brothers car back. To the ppl who is looking doing business w these ppl then you have no heart either because this place is horrible. They have no customer service, no heart and they dress like they just got out of bed. The place stinks like pee outside, they is trash all over, ladies are most horrible human beings in the world and they treat you like you are nobody. I pay my fees but I know that in this world when you treat ppl this horrible, at some point the world will treat you the same.

Terrible terrible experience these people towed my car in a visitor space and they had the audacity to charge me 240 dollars. the lady was so rude to us when we arrive over there we didnt have our passport but we did have our driver license from our country so we had to go back to grab it but before we left the lady told us they will close at 6 and reopen at 8pm but when we came back there was nobody there and we call the lady said she will be back in 40 minutes and she took more then 40 minutes to come back....this place deserve to be burned to the grown

These people are the rudest people on earth. If I could rate 0 stars I would! They make it so hard to not to go off on them, they illegally towed my car cause them and my apartment complex have a contract with each other.... I hope they get put out of business soon, because the way they treat customers is ludicrous

If you bring the right paper work to get your vehicle out with acceptable Id, it take less then 5 mins to get your car back.Remember no one else drives your car but you, so in the end it really is your selfs fault for it getting towed. Just an FYI! It happen to everyone, you learn and live.

These people stole from me. They towed my rental car right out of my apartment, even though the BIG YELLOW TAG was on the dashboard. I go up there at 7pm and an attendee didnt show up until 9pm. When she finally showed up, and started helping me, and saw that the car was wrongfully towed. (The huge yellow tag was on the car.) She took a picture, said she was going to send it to the manager, and for me to come back the next night. I come back at 8 pm the next night and, again, no one is there until 9 pm. This attendee is trying to explain to the owner how the car was wrongfully towed, but the owner tells her I have to pay to get the car...even though they were in the wrong. These people are thieves and I definitely got their license number.

The towed my vehicle from a parking lot during a hurricane... I was stranded with no way of moving it and charges me almost $300... such a low move towards the people of their city in a time of need. Prey on the weak, what a company!

I would give nothing If I could.THIS PLACE IS A FRONT AS WELL AS A VEHICLE STORAGE FACILITY FOR EUROSTAR WRECKERS. The company engage in illegal and predatory towing practices.SINCE YOUR CAR IS NOT A POLICE AUTHORIZED TOW meaning a police officer physically and in person ordered your vehicle towed at the scene then this is a private property matter and you can defend your property with deadly force. IF YOUR CAR WAS TOWED take pictures of everything with your phone, THESE people will illegally to your car which means they stole it so you may defend your property.IF they took it you have 14 business days to take 30$ down to Franklin Street o sue them in tow court for your money back. Once you win there You have 2 years to sue them civilly and you will win 4 times the amount they costed you. MOST IMPORTANTLY** GO TO THE TDLR WEBSITE ONLINE AND FILE 2 Reports against the crooks.ONE AGAINST HE WRECKER COMPANY AND A @ND AGAINST THE VEHICLE STORAGE FACILITY/ Also visit a website named Texas Towing Compliance for free legal advice and counseling.
