We leased a 10x30 unit to hold our furniture while we prepared to move into our new home. I later downgraded to a smaller unit to hold a few items. The staff were couteous, professional, and made the leasing process simple. The facility is well maintained. I definitely recommend.

To be fair, the staff was nice when I initially went to see about renting a spot and its usually a pretty clean facility. Unfortunately, it seems like no one over there knows whats going on (billing issues, access gate and app issues, rv station has no water for over 2 months and they dont know or wont say why and if or when it will ever be restored). Also, they have raised rate twice (about $20-30 each time) in less than a year without even a courtesy notice. Theres better customer service out there, I suggest finding it before you resort to renting here.

I was searching for a storage unit. Went to about 8 different locations. I wasnt going to go to this location but I said why not. Yes. I love this location. Clean friendly and easy access. Very secure. Im so pleased. Will tell everyone about this location.

If you plan on using this storage for security and reassurance that your belongings will be taken care of, rethink your choices. This storage facility is constantly getting broken into. The rude and unprofessional staff will basically state it’s not their problem once your unit is broken into, they won’t let you or the Harris county sheriffs office view the video ( stating it’s a corporate policy ). They’ll only insure your belonging up to $2,000/$5000 dollars(if you pay more). This facility has continuous suspicious traffic that enters the facility off wallisville rd. No staff members question the constant flow of suspicious traffic and suspicious activity that takes place here. ( meth heads looking for their next rock from stealing and selling your belongings) . Long story short DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use this facility to store any of your belongings because more then likely it’ll be stolen while the staff sits at the front desk and witness the thief’s Rob your unit blind. Beware of this place and the staff at this facility. It honestly should be shut down due to all the theft that takes place here. GOODLUCk.

Its a great place to store your boat, RVs, tractor trailes and other belongings that needs to be placed indoors storage. Outdoor and surrounding areas are clean and has a lot of security cameras, strong gate thats well kept and bright lighting. The employees are kind and cater to your needs. The drawbacks about this place is it can be hard to get a storage unit and they raise their prices almost every year.

This facility auctioned off my moms storage unit after i called to pay for it. The auction was Friday November 6th. I called on Tuesday and asked to speak with the manager (Kaylee) I introduced myself and told them i wanted to get the balance due on my moms unit. I explained the situation and that I had just found out she was behind, but that i wanted to pay the balance now. She told me she could only speak with my mom (who was sick at the time and couldnt speak) due to the state that the unit was in. I again explained the situation and if she could give me the balance i could take care of it. She repeated and said she could only speak to my mom. A couple days later my mom was able to call and they told her they had auctioned off her unit. (Liars the auction was done on November 6th Friday and these people lied schemed and plotted to sale all of my mothers belongings along with my grandmothers things who recently died. My mom has been through losing her mother, separation from her husband, losing her home, and now this all during a freaking pandemic. She has nothing and these people at iStorage off Wallisville did not care they were not helpful or considerate no compassion or empathy at all. And to top this all off. My mom has been using them for 6 yrs. Shes stored her floral business items shoe store items her 2-18 wheelers and her items for weddings and parties. This is so sad. Im reporting this to the news stations.

I have had a unit here for a number of years and needed an additional small unit temporarily. Kaylee and Barbara were so nice and got me in and out very quickly. It was so easy to get another unit set up. The only thing I don’t like is the times you have for access, but I will have to work with that. It was very easy and fast. Just wish they had specials for new customers. As in 1 month free or $25 down for 1st month. Other then that the space is nice and I like they have cameras. Staff is nice and I understand they can only give what the owners allow.

My dads truck got stolen from this storage facility a few weeks ago . Do not risk storing your property here. They were not even able to show us the video tapes of the security cameras. You would think a place that looks this nice would have better security. Be warned people!

Hi every friends when we walk in and when out the building came back to friends place very nice people.

I picked up a truck at the this location and the customer service was great! The two ladies did everything in their power to accommodate my arrangements due to some changes I had to make. They seemed concerned about our safety considering how bad the weather was that day. The customer service I was given is how EVERYONE should treat their customers. I dont remember their names but it was a curly haired lady and an older lady with glasses.
