The lady with glasses extremely rude and nasty to me for no reason when I called. She hung up on me repeatedly. She wouldnt even look me in the eye when I went up there. I read all these reviews she is the worst! This is just the way she was born to be nasty, But I have alot of spiritual protection and lady when you read this just wanna let you know that your gonna get whats coming to you ;) I made sure to go back when she wasnt there and the older lady and Hispanic man in the office were talking about how rude she is and thats sad to have to work with someone with such a bad spirit. Rude customer service representative. It seems being rude is apart of the job description. Everything could be simple. If I was being unreasonable, rude, and irrational, I would expect a place to treat me this way. However, I was only calling for questions about a vehicle. No argument or saying “I’m not paying,” etc.

Definitely taking them to court. They never put in the system them that my trailer was towed to them. Now I have almost 1800 in storage fees. I reported my trailer stolen and the sheriff department didnt see any info in their system. This is not over. Court court court

I live in my apartment complex, and I just got a new car yesterday, well I was going to get a parking permit, I find out my car was towed (with no 24 hour warning which they were supposed to do) and still had to pay these crooks 250 dollars. These people are beyond rude, I went with someone to pick up their car and the girls behind the glass were very rude, sarcastic and talked to you like they were doing you a favor ( I honestly dont know how everyone there is employed). We had to leave to go to the gas station on the other side of the freeway for more cash and the sad part is the clerk at the store mentioned 9 other people had come in there for the same reason and also stated the employees are extremely rude. I dont know who the manager is but you need to reconsider your staff because they make the company look very bad.

I was parked at my friend apartment, called & got a visitor’s parking code as usual & place in it the window of my car. I was out side taking selfies when I noticed a man (not a tow truck in MY sight) taking pictures of my car I quickly approached the man. As I get in reach distance of my car he’s still taking pictures around my car (I was close to my car at this moment & could have gotten inside my car if I would have thought to do so) I started to explain that it was a parking code in the window cause maybe he didn’t see it. He said little to nothing to me. Then the tow truck approaches & just backs up into my car & just like that my car was hooked up immediately, the other man hops into the truck as it was pulling off from me.I call the number right away, but of course I had to call back until it is put into the system. Fast forward, I get there the lady didn’t wanna serve me without a mask had to get a mask from my friend (she’s behind a glass window). I voiced my frustrations in a frustrating tone but I told the lady “I am frustrated, but it is nothing toward you cause it’s not your fault & Im not gonna take it out on you”. My wallet was in my car, to go get my wallet out my car she wanted to hold onto my friend’s driver license (understandable). It’s 12 at midnight & I had to go into a dark junk yard all alone she didn’t wanna let my friend go back there with me for safety. Luckily two other two truck drivers were there & assisted me with that part. Furthermore, got back into the office & the lady told me the reason they couldn’t go was cause we all had an attitude, not because it’s policy but because we had an attitude. This is my safety, I don’t know what’s out there. Paid for my car, & left.

This place is a scam I called them when they towed my car from my place post Midtown Square. 260$ I was told on the phone. I got there with my cash then was told it’s 350 now!!! And I have to pay with card!! So the hour it took me to drive there it goes up $90!Y’all are the scum of the earth

Its never a good time when your car gets towed but this company was good to me. I had a very positive experience with them.

If I could give a zero, I would. The employees lie about who the dispatcher is and where the vehicle was being towed. We are getting charged for parking illegally and that wasnt the case. Someone in the apt complex is getting kickbacks for calling the tow company. Now I believe I will have to get the local news to do a story.

My vehicle was towed by these people, when it was in visitors parking.after I went to the place the lady with the crazy eye gave me a hard time. Then eventually she let me get some of my things with out asking for my I.D. After. A week later i came back to get the rest of my things out my car and another lady gave me a very hard time. Told me I need to put insurance on the car in order for me to get the rest of my things out. I said that doesnt make since when im only trying to get my things out my car, that itshe said well you can get one day insurance on the car to get my things out. I said that doesnt makes sense why would i put insurance on the car to get my items out the car. she said she doesnt car. i just needed to do it. A week later i called about trying to get my things and someone answered the phone and said the car has been auctioned off. Now if i would have put insurance on he car i would have lost money and my things all together. IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!

If I could give a 0, I would. I honestly feel like this is below customer service on all levels. My car was towed and the people in the office are extremely rude! It started when I called to get the price and the lady already had an attitude and placed me on hold. When I arrived there, you are treated like a criminal by talking through a glass. Once you pay, you have to walk to a big gate and search for you car. My experience was extremely horrible because when I found my car, it was blocked in by two savaged cars! I then had to wait another 2 hours before a forklift was able to move the cars out of the way. If there is anyone reading this that knows the law or laws of business, I highly suggest and hope that you research this company! The way of their ethics are beyond not suitable and should not be entitled to have a business that doesnt value the right of customers, even when the customer follows their rules and pay. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY!!!! Thanks!

While in process to get my car released, overheard two female employees being extremely rude to another customer. When that customer left, they proceeded to be rude to those still in line, including myself. I don’t believe that because one person was unkind and rude, those after them deserve the same treatment (throwing cards into metal receiver, refusal to make eye contact, short and unfriendly tone, and general lack of customer service skill despite the situation). The male employee before the two wasn’t as bad, but still just as useless when it came to helping me retrieve my vehicle. All in all, the process was fairly quick once I dissolved my own issues and was able to get my car back. It goes without saying that you shouldn’t expect welcoming, helpful customer service skills from people that don’t understand that mistakes happen when your car ends up here. Might as well come in en garde.

Kacey, the manager is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She actually told me that I was unimportant and that she had more important people to assist than to help me with finding out WHO STOLE MY VERSACE SHADES! I hope you ALL get back the treatment that you give out to others. Im a nurse and Ive NEVER been treated the way you treated me. If I could rate your company as ZERO, I WOULD!! After you understand that they arent the ones that towed your car, then you can better understand their purpose and appreciate the fact that the cars are in a gated area constantly being monitored. It gets a little crowded because the wait area is so small. Also, be careful of the door if you are in line.

My car was towed here after an accident. These people have actually been helpful. My sons football helmet was left in the trunk and The lady at the front sat with my kids so that I could attempt to find it. I was super late and ran out of time looking but I do appreciate them helping! Hopefully we find it the next time

I missed work, because this company thought it would be funny to tow my vehicle from my property. They dont understand how they have affected my life, I missed work now Im short $209. Money that was needed to buy my kids groceries and pay bills. Unfortunately my truck was barely parked on the grass because of furniture that was brought late to my house. Neighbors had a party and decided to park in front of my vehicle. I work 2 jobs Im a single mom. I dont believe they should have taken my truck! I have proof of how they scraped my driveway! Which means that it was not completely on the grass!

The lady I spoke with on the phone was rude and told me she was doing three things at once and therefore didnt have time to give me much information. I called back and though she put me on hold the call was answered by a helpful man who gave me forms of payment accepted, when I asked. There were two men when I went to pick up the vehicle, and though not terribly friendly, they were competent and did their job. Its not their fault the car got towed.

I don’t see how somebody can just wake up and have a mission to be rude to everybody. They think it’s okay to traumatize people and give people a hard time . The two ladies working the desk (especially the one in the glasses) was so mean to me. Not once did i have an attitude or raise my voice. All i can say is KARMA is real. However the guy was really nice and helped .

Very rude, stealing money from people

Not very pleasant people to deal with. However, the gentleman working the storage yard was very kind and helpful retrieving my daughters vehicle.

My vehicle got towed in three hours after I arrived to Houston from another state. upon arrival at their office which is pretty small and compact, the person who receives you has a very rude attitude. my sister offered payment and couldnt help pay and they only take the exact amount of cash they charge. these people just find even more ways in inconvenience you once you get there and by the time you do get to pick up your vehicle, they do not even tell you where it is you have to go find it in a lot that is so big and so sketchy. its like walking into a scene in the walking dead with abandoned and recently towed cars everywhere.

So, they illegally towed my vehicle and instead of getting angry with them I simply used my education and looked up the law. Typed up a 13pg report complete with photos and facts and they over ruled my case. Ill be receiving my 209.01 back for them stealing my car. They bet on you not knowing the law and making you frustrated. If you have a patience and a little time on your hands, you can make them feel really small. Just stay polite and do your homework. These people are rude unprofessional operate with NO integrity or ethics. The mother was locked up according to the phone call clearly heard by everyone standing WAITING in line for personal calls to be finished. I guess they dont pay their Bills either because I was told their phone was disconnected and their internet was off. Watched them tear up peoples cars moving them with a large forklift machine.

No online info. No business hours. No set fees. No web site to tell you fees or daily prices. They make the prices up as they go. First day They said 160. Said it would go up 21$ the next day. So i called the next day 320!!! When you call they pass the phone around. Make up fees. And are rude. Ive been away from home 30 days. And the last week of it was in the hospital. Drive two days home to wake up to my car being towed bc my apartments changed the parking when I was away and left no note or Anything. So being sick I have like a week to Make my 850 rent. On too of these people at the car lot making random prices for me to get my car.

I was here unfortunately because my car was towed from my apartment (no sticker) but the new guy(forgot his name sorry) and the lady at the desk were friendly, I imagine they get alot of attitude tossed their way all day long but they held conversation and kept things upbeat as we sorted things out. I needed help finding my car because the dealer said they didnt have it and she refused to give me any information regarding this. She wouldnt even provide me with the charges that I HAD TO PAY FOR. I cant believe this woman is allowed to treat people like this. I was nice and respectful to her and she couldnt care less about my situation.She then called the police on me!! I dont know who she actually spoke to but i went outside and called them myself. I think they are used to people calling about this place because an officer called me directly to tell me they couldnt force her to do anything. Completely ridiculous!! I didnt curse at her, i didnt take my frustrations out on her, i simply asked a question. I will do everything in my power to make sure this lady is reprimanded. I should channel 2!!

I was racially discriminated, they Caucasian woman with the glasses is an evil individual. She claims to be the supervisor and she acts like a animal, she intentionally blew smoke in my face (which I’m withchild btw) and told me she hopes my unborn and me die, she sprayed windex on me, threw a pen and a money marker (which I still have) at me. I called the police and assumed to file charges but I am still bewildered as to why she wasn’t arrested. Her husband John antagonized me and their customer service towards the public was very unprofessional, disgusting and she made people feel very unwelcome to a place where services is being rendered, she almost made people feel like they were criminals because they car was towed. Towed me from the visitor side. I can see these people are hard up for money. They stole their name from another company before their merge and now giving an actual reputable company a bad name. They are running illegally and illegally towing vehicles.

Very rude and obnoxious lady that works have no respect for anyone. Stood there and watched her belittle a Hispanic lady and her child. Saying that the kid needed some home training. My God she was talking about a two year old that wasnt causing much of nothing. Plus the child was outside. If thats what she thought, it wasnt the proper response on front of other people that were there getting the vehicles.

Went to the Police auction. Arrived at 7.57am . The staff said Auction already started to wait by the gate for it to be opened. We waited by the gate, nothing happened. Went in the office 3 times politely asking for the gate to be opened so we could join the Public Auction, nothing happened. When the gate was eventually opened and we went in, one of the employees said the Auction was already over. The owner said we were trespassing on his property even though it was a public auction.Turns out the Auction had not started yet. From the Owner to the staff, they are all rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.
