TL:DR - Great Service, Very Fast. Personality isnt everyones cup of tea but what are you looking for in your wrecker, weirdo?I should say I personally like Don. He puts himself out there and requested a good review, which Im doing because Im convinced he is a great guy. Hes done everything you expect from a wrecker driver, no surprises there, and Hes fast. A phone call gets him out every time. His truck is hilariously HUGE, He reminds me of charactachure of hard working Wrecker driver. I recommend him based on His level of service as well as his ethics. Ive found a wrecker driver I use exclusively unless I need to use AAA for emergencies.

I would like to say this company was very professional, We had a work truck break down and needed a tow to Magnolia TX on Sunday (Mothers Day)and I had called around to several tow companies and not one person answered on a Sunday other than Don with Xcel Towing. When he answered he was very professional and courteous. They responded quickly to our call and had my driver picked up along with the truck within 20 minutes. Don was exceptional, professional, and courteous. If we ever need a tow again in the Houston Area we are going to be sure to give Xcel Towing a call. Thank you for the impeccable timing and service.
