Under no circumstances should you ever use this company.They dont answer the phone, even during their very limited hours, 10-2 MON - Fri and 10-12 Sat. Voice mail is full. There is no fax number on their site, no email. I have a car thats there and Im trying to get it moved. Meanwhile they are likely charging $35-50/day for storage. PATHETIC

These persons were Awesome with their service s and communications they showed understanding and consideration any day at the impound is self caused i thankyou but it has rained car wont turn over i am not interested in getting my car out THANKYOU AGAIN HAPPY NEW YEARS

No one answers the phone even during business hours. They state their hours are 10am to 2pm so you can’t get your car out and they make money. Pray they POS’ don’t tow your car.

You gotta stand in line outside of the place to get in to ask questions and it take about 2 to 3 hours to make it thru the line

Horrible! Never pick up the phone! Left my vehicles windows open while it rained a whole week! Expensive! They locked us in when we went to take pictures of the damage of our vehicle and they wouldnt come open the gate nor answer the phone because they were already closed! Luckily the owner that had the key to open the gate came back and let us out. Unacceptable!

They are not right at all . They will steal your property out of your vehicle, overcharge you, and lie about everything. Literally needs to be shut DOWNNN!.
