My overall experience at Porsche West Houston was a positive one. I don’t live in Houston, so i could not meet with my sales associate Ryan in person, yet I felt supported and never pressured throughout the car buying process and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. David Riddle has been my service advisor for years and goes the extra mile to make sure my car is always up to date with any factory releases etc. David, working with Robert (my mechanic for years) always makes suggestions on parts that need attention. Being a preventative maintenance customer, David understands the importantance of communicating to me so that I clearly understand the work and the final result. David is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely respectful. My loyalty to this dealership is solid. I never have to be concerned about having service that may not have been warranted.

I purchased an M2 Competition from Porsche West Houston and it was one of the best experiences. I worked with Len and he was extremely responsive without being pushy. I flew in from South Carolina to Houston, and he even sent an Uber Black to the airport to pick me up. Car was exactly as described. Signing the papers took very little time as Len and I chatted about cars (hes a true enthusiast through a d through). The actual dealership itself was spotless with so many gorgeous GT3s and Taycans, and while my car was not anywhere near the price of those, they made me feel every bit as important as those customers.Cannot recommend this dealership enough and will gladly buy cars from them again in the future, even if Im out of state.

I had a really great experience with Michael Pal and Marisol Quiroz. I was buying a slightly used Mazda Mx-5 and at a Porsche dealership I thought I would have been treated like small potatoes, but I wasnt even those my purchase price was significantly less than what Im sure theyre accustomed to. They were super up front throughout the whole process and worked with my credit union, and my insurance to get everything taken care of as quickly as possible. Before walking into this dealership I was more than motivated to buy a Porsche. The salesman Ryan put me off buying here. Arrogant, unfriendly and totally unprofessional. Maybe I should have been interested in the most expensive car in the dealership,? Seemed totally bored and as if he was doing me a favor. What an awful experience!

Porsche overall did good job, but I’m still bit worried.Took car in for engine fan not working message. David helped get fan and replay replaced.Upon picking up the car, it wouldn’t start.Not sure how or why led up to this, but Cody took it back to tech to inspect next day.Tech found shift cable came lose and put back in bracket.This is the uneasy feeling I’m having.I got the car back, but we don’t know why or how.Waiting on Cody to see if he can find out from tech that if bracket is worn or cable is or….which caused that to come off?!Put it back and hope it’s not popping out is scary, unless someone accidentally popped it out.I don’t want to be few hours away and car won’t start or drive. If it happened at Porsche dealership upon delivery from the mechanic, it could happen anywhere.

Worst car dealership ever! Purchased a vehicle with Christopher Sowell & 3 days later the check engine light was on. I had a diagnostic done and was told it was the gas cap. I took it back to the dealership and they said it was just loose. 2 days later check engine light back on. Called countless times to have it repaired. Was told I’d receive a call back from both Christopher & Financial Rep ( Leigh). No call returned. Day 12, took my daughter to school before work and the truck would not turn back on at all. Called asking for assistance. Was told would I would be called back because everyone was with a client. No call returned. Had to have the truck towed to nearby auto shop. Auto shop Owner called Porshe and was told they were unaware of the warranty but would call back. No call returned. Today is day 14 having the vehicle and I had to pay have a starter replaced on the truck. Still no call back from the dealership and I called 2 times todayUpdate 08/16/21 : Leigh and Brianna (GM) have both reach out to right this wrong and reimbursed me for the repairs I paid for getting my vehicle back working

Scheduled my Panamera for a 4 year service a week in advance. Asked that someone call in to explain the scope of the work and estimated cost - since the person I spoke with did not have a clue. No one ever bothered to call. Told them when I made the appointment that I needed new brakes since the last time they serviced the car they told me the brakes were almost done. No brake parts ordered in advance, no brake parts available. In fairness they then gave me a loaner car and kept the Panamera for a few days. But in the end they fixed the rear brakes and I get to go back again for them to fix the front brakes. Yippee! I regularly get much better service with my Mercedes and Toyota than at this dealer which is a shame.

After visiting the dealership on the south side of Houston for maintenance of my previous vehicle I was shocked at the difference of this location. Khalil was extremely friendly and helpful. The customer service was miles better then the other location.

Len Amato is the ultimate professional. Great service, friendly, accommodating, accountable, and understands your time is very valuable. I was somewhat skeptical of sonic dealerships but Porsche West went above and beyond and it felt like a family owned dealership that wants to sell cars. Every new car gets free hand washes, rim and interior protection for two years. Porsche brand is the super car daily driver!!

I contacted them to see if they were able to install sport mode feature on my 2009 911. I had purchased the feature an online Porsche parts company. They gave me a good price so I scheduled the appointment.I was impressed with the service. Everyone was very friendly and the Service Manager, Cody was excellent. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because it took longer that originally estimated to complete the installation. Cody did keep me updated on the progress.Much better service than I expected.

I have been getting my 2014 Porsche Cayenne serviced at the Porsche West Houston Service Center for several years now. I have to say it is always a good experience. This year I worked with Jason Perales. He was very professional, explained everything clearly and gave me regular updates on where things are. When the servicing revealed some additional work needed for the car I was informed and given an estimate on pricing before they did any work. Customer service is always great here and the car has been running very smoothly so far.

Quick and efficient service, very pleased with the result

The place is fine and the car saleman was ok. The SUV I purchased was a bit disappointing. Got the car fax but when i seen the car after purchase, the car was hit but not reported on car fax. My car smelled like mildew as if the window seats was left down on a rainy day. I took it back soon as I drove it off the lot. They cleaned it again but once the air condition went off you can still smell the mildew. I am missing a head rest in the back seat of the suv and my driver side mirror was painted over with what looks like white out.

Poor transparency: I sold my car to them on 29May2021 (provide all relevant details remotely with credit union details for payoff). They did submit payment quickly to the credit union which was the only good thing.My issue with them is their lack of information on how long it can truly take to process my equity payment. I was initially working with a sales person at their sister location (momentum Porsche) who said after completing paper work it would take two weeks form that date to get my check. I sold the West location they mentioned 2 weeks and worst case 3-4 weeks to get my check. Week 5 and not check yet. They salmons that did my paper work said a few times they were waiting for the credit union to issue the title. Credit union said today that they released the e-title since 21Jun2021.I searched title process in Texas today. Turns out that once the e-title is released the DMV is the one that send the paper title to the dealership not the credit union like the dealership noted today via e-mail. They knew of the release as I got a message from the salesman confirming the e-title was released on 21Jun2021.I will say that I should have done my research as they did say they would issue the check once title was received. My complain here is that they likely knew it was going to take more than two weeks. There was another major dealership that told me as long as I signed relevant documents it only took a few days to process the equity check (granted not all places do that and I knew this). I ended up working with the West location since I am debating on whether I want a 911 or a C8, and though I might start building some relationship with them if I choose to go the 911 route (definitely going back to Porsche North if I get an 911). I definitely get they have a policy not mad about that, but I am sure mad that they likely knew that it would take over a month to get the title. Had they been honest I would have walked away sold my car elsewhere, maybe even sold on my own had I know it was going to take this long to get my money. Purpose of selling to them was to sell quicker than if I sold on my own (so I thought). They have signed paper work so they know the title is going directly to them. They already sold the car made their cut without even paying for the car YET, so makes me think how concerned they truly are. Maybe they bet on selling the car first and putting no money upfront as they know they can push back with the title to issue payment (not like they waited to sell until they had the title).My advise is do your research (that was my fault), and do not believe you will get your equity check within two weeks if you sell them your car. If they had been more upfront about true/realistic timelines on how long it takes to get a title I would have thanked them for their time/help and been on my way to find an alternate buyer. There are other places that process payment quicker as you singed paper work and they know the title will end up going to them. My mistake again was believing them that it would take only two weeks and wanting to maybe build some relationship for my next car purchase. Unless you are ok with waiting over a month (I am at 5 weeks and still no check) to get your equity money or at least work with a place that is honest enough to be up front and gives realistic timelines on how long it can really take: from time they pay finance institution, time for finance institution to wait to clear payment, time for finance institution to process releases of lien (this one not their fault but it will likely be a good 2 weeks, and theyve done this type of transactions enough times to know), time for DMV to print the title and send title to dealer. As you can see that is not going to take two weeks and they likely under estimate their worst case as well when they explain when you will get your check. I saw another review with a title issue so they definitely know two weeks is more than a long shot.

After browsing for nearly two years, my desired vehicle popped up on an AutoTrader search at Porsche West Houston. I went in for a test drive with Khalil and he was so helpful, genuinely friendly with a great sense of humor. He was patient with all our questions about the vehicle as well as financing options. Even though the car was a Lexus and not a Porsche, he was still knowledgeable in vehicle and its features to run through them with us. There was absolutely no pressure at all, which to me is unheard of at a dealership, even when I told him I needed to sleep on it before deciding, he did not try to sway me into deciding at that moment. He was very responsive when I emailed later in the evening with questions and the following day had everything ready to complete the purchase in a quick manner. Khalil communicated via text and email quickly and was just really enjoyable to work with. I would highly recommend asking for Khalil specifically, because he will take care of you. I felt very comfortable with him and would not hesitate in working with him again or sending friends and family to him.

The advisor did not seem to acknowledge the issue and continued to repeat that the issue could not be replicated. He ignored my insistence that another service advisor experienced the issue when i brought car in. The diagnoses that i was driving with the doors open was false. Also the car runs very rough and he said it was due to the high miles. I would think that brining car in on scheduled dates and that it ran great before they touched it, that the miles had nothing to do with it.

Overall experience has been good. I would recommend getting warranty information in writing. I bought a certified vehicle and then when I went to pay had clerk telling me about all these additional items that weren’t covered and trying to sell me additional warranties for items salesman said were covered. Also, initially told warranty was for three years then at end told only 25 mths so be sure to get exact length of coverage initially. I would rather be pleasantly surprised instead of surprised by getting less than I was told originally. That was disappointing l.

I have purchased two cars from this dealership, one which we special ordered. Brandon was great to work with from beginning to end on both cars. Brandon took the time to make sure my car was ordered exactly how I wanted, and was very accommodating and responsive with any questions we had throughout the entire process. We had reprogramming of all computer system dome. Porche provided me a loaner car and got work done. The fact that my original set programming was saved was a big plus. I did not want to re-program all systems.

Awesome Dealership

Almost three years ago, I bought a semi new Maserati Quattroporte, the vehicle was great, the sale was awesome; however, they promised me to give me a second key for the car and never did. I called probably 15 times over the last 2+ years and never it happened. They never delivered on their promise. In my book you have 5 stars but your follow up on service is 1 star.

My experience at west houston Porsche has been excellent so far. I worked with David riddle and my car cabin had small rattles/squeaking sounds which can be extremely difficult to diagnose and fix (I had it on other brands and never got fixed)David and team did a very detailed job of finding the problem and fixing it ( required sound insulation material to be added inside the door cabins)The management team also follows up on your visits and at times they can be short on loaner vehicles but booking my appointment in advance fixed the problem.I will definitely be using west houston for all my car needs going forward.

Just bought a Maserati... Len is a great guy to deal with. Only bad part is these guys dont budge at all. They wont negotiate on the price so if you want to get a bargain deal I recommend going somewhere else.If you still wanna go here, ask for Len, he was great.
