They will tell you whatever it takes to sell you a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2014 super duty Ford truck from them which had a rolling truck bed cover and a console safe. The bed cover didnt seem to open and the safe combination was unknown. The truck also had no tailgate so the cover was kind of important. The director of used car sales promised me both of these problems would be resolved with a call to the previous owner and I would be on my way quickly. After 5 and a half hours of waiting I was told the bed cover was figured out, but they hadnt been able to contact the previous owner. After another hour of waiting, I was told that there was another manager that knew the previous owner and they would call me the next day withe the combination but the cover was resolved. Another another hours wait, they Finally gave me the keys and I just wanted to get home. The next day I figured out the cover was broken and called the director, no answer, but I left a message with my concerns and received no call back. I called the safe manufacturer and they gave me the default code which didnt work and the alternative was to drill out the lock and replace it. Another call to the director, by the way he wanted a Google review, and I basically told him get me the combo and Ill leave a decent review again no response. Im going to have to drill out the lock and order a new one. DONT LISTEN TO ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU, MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOURE LOOKING FOR OR BETTER YET, GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Worst ever experience, pathetic customer service.Tire lock missing, seats and other things were not in place . When asked the very very very rude technician tells me it’s not my job. The sales guy was trying to help nicely but overall very bad experience. Had lights on for road departure mitigation etc. Supervisor tells me nothing to do with tire change. It’s about the radar he said. It must be bad already when you brought in. Will need to be check by the other department.Went and showed to the local mechanic next door and he says nothing to worry; just drive a little bit and it will reset itself. And it did.Friends and Family, think twice before going there.

I came to gillman Honda for oil change today. Like usual, drive up to first line and park. Wait for 19 minutes, another customer went inside and bring out a service advisor. His name is Reynaldo Labrador. He takes order and I thought he will come to me, but instead he went to the car behind me.. so I came out of the car and he still didnt see me and kept on going. Then he told me he didnt me. He even said first come first serve. But I told him I was there first. Wheres the service. Company need to hired someone more responsible. Or they will lose customer.

I went there at 10:35 for a tire rotation, oil and a brake fluid change. I was the third on line. One was station in the garage and the other car was in front of me.One of the guy comes to me and said we don’t have to do anything on your tires because it’s all good and he was trying to make me pay more by saying I have to change this and that bla bla hoa I said no just change thoese two and that’s it and he went in after that my oh my it took almost 2 hours and couple of minutes and I went in to ask them how long does it take to change oil and brake fluid the answer was not what I was expected.

We went to Honda Gillman to buy one car for my friend. And he bought Honda Accord, which has a warranty and certificated car. However, after just 2 days, the car was broken. It has been in the service for 10 days. After that, my friend did not want to take this car back. They gave him a Honda Civic. However, my friend put $5000 downpayment for first car, and they did not transfer $5000 for new car. They just stole my friend money. DO NOT GO TO HONDA GILLMAN. We talked with manager Mr. Dino, but he is not friendly, not professional.

When we arrived at the dealership we found out that they had raised the price of the vehicle that was posted online by over $10,000. Upon arriving we spoke to Christopher Chavez and asked for Juan Martinez. Christopher told us that Juan just books the appointments. That was the second lie. We found that out after Juan called us to see why we werent there for our appointment. So this dealership employs bait and switch tactics and has created a culture of dishonesty among the sales staff. So what kind of culture likely exists in the service department? What kind of culture likely exists in the finance department? What kind of culture likely exists in their detail department? If your car needs service or you would like to buy a new or used car, I would strongly recommend you stay away from this toxic environment. If you work in it I hope your paycheck clears.

When you buy a used 2018 Jeep that has dual tops, you kind of expect your soft top to have windows in it. I understand it was used but, come on, make sure the soft top is complete. At the very least, offer the windows at cost.

Ali helped my son and I with check-ups and factory recall issues on both our Hondas. He was extraordinary in his attentiveness, service, courtesy, and promptness. My sons car was in and out in about an hour on a FRIDAY afternoon, and my car, a PILOT, was ready the next day when it was initially expected on Monday. I did buy a Honda Accord, which had a warranty and certificate car. Just after 2 days, It was broken. It has been in service for 2 weeks. I told them I did not want this car anymore. They offered me Honda Civic and I accepted. However, I put $5000 downpayment for Honda Accord and they did not transfer to $5000 to new car. I did small claim and they did not answer my claim. Because they know they stole my $5000. That is ok, now I am going to the Jury. THEY STOLE MY $5000.

Went to gillman dodge in the same lot, assisted by Alex with finding a vehicle. My girlfriend got a new job that put her on nights which over lapped my nights. We need to find another vehicle right away. We didnt have time to put money off to the side for a down payment an we both just started working for a new company. He was able to find us a financing company to get us another vehicle even though we were missing crucial things. Mind you my apr is really high because of it. But he was able to get us another vehicle which we needed bad.

I walked into Gillman Honda SW on July 23, 2021 in the afternoon and spoke to one of the group of salesman just inside the door. I told the young man what two used cars I was interested in and he invited me in to “sign in” I told him I just wanted to look at the cars, not provide them all my info. He then pointed to the used car area and said “the used cars are over there,” and left me to go alone. Needless to say, I left. I most likely would have bought one of the cars, the customer service was nonexistent! And of course if I decided to test drive or buy, I would have provided needed information, but I want to inspect the car first, you know look for leaks and funky smells, etc.I guess they think I was just some a-hole looking to waste time, little did they know, I’m a legit consumer. The Gillman group will not receive any positive review or recommendations from me. I will recommend reputable dealers with at least some customer service skills.

Busy dealership. Got it at 9am. Did our test drive. Dealt with Mr Issa who was our salesman. He gave us great customer service and knew the Accord hybrid that we bought inside and out. Brought my car in on Thursday because all I had several lights turn on. They told me it was the battery. Paid well over $300 to replace. Got home and the lights were off. Next day all the lights turned back on. Now they tell me I have to pay more money for a diagnostics test and leave my car for app. 48 hours. This is why people dont trust dealershis .

I purchased my used vehicle here. Its a good place to purchase a vehicle. Make sure that you bring a calculator to check the figures on your sales receipt for your trade in, sales tax, and other miscellaneous fees BEFORE you Sign off on the car. If you have cash, dont get talked into financing your vehicle because you screwed in every direction withe the interested.

Really hard to contact by phone. Before you buy they will convince you to buy, but after you buy the vehicle, they ignore you most of your need. I had experience, I bought 2 vehicles, but I never learned. Sir, someone will call you back, but no one calls me back. Bad customer service after you buy vehicle. One more thing, when they charge you it doesn’t long with in a minutes. When they need to give you money back, it takes couple months. Sir, you all need to fix your customer service.

Came here for an oil change on Friday at 11am. I realize it would be busy but it took over 3 hours for the oil change to be completed. My car wasnt done until past 2pm. Thats just ridiculous! You shouldnt advertise your oil change as an express service. Its more like slow and unprofessional (employees dont seem to care about customers) service.

Bought a used car with 15k miles. Had about 4 months. Condenser went out under Warranty however had to pay for the pipes about $600. Dealer said someone had run over some thing wasn’t me. Should have been checked on their initial inspection. I am never going back to that dealership

If you’re looking for a vehicle with toddlers in tow, I highly recommend Gillman Honda. We had a great experience there yesterday. They had the best prices in the area. We called ahead for availability of the vehicles we wanted to look at. Mr. Sela had them waiting for us when we arrived. He was very knowledgeable about the features. He was also amazing with our two toddlers and made the entire process easy, which isn’t always the case when you are shopping with toddlers.

Their old change prices are the best in Houston and cheaper than many other places, despite this being a dealership where I was expecting it to be pricier. They should do better on keeping the customer updated when their vehicle is done being serviced.

I recently leased a honda accord from Gillman and it was a superb experience:I was driving a Toyota Camry before this and had gotten an offer on it from Carmax. I was interested in leasing an accord for which I called Gillman. Ram Madrigal (sales manager) told me about all the available trims and colors and offered to show me the cars without an appointment. When I arrived there, Scott Coutouzis showed me the vehicles and accompanied me on the test drives. After that, Ram and Scott put together an amazing lease deal for me and also matched the CarMax offer on my Camry for a trade-in. Mr Zhang in finance helped me with the lease paperwork. Scott stayed late to get the car ready. 4 hours after my first call to Gillman honda, I drove a new accord home. A few days later, I came to know that Toyota had messed up my lease end paperwork for the Camry. Scott took my call on his cell phone on his day off (in my defence, I didnt know that he was off that day) and helped me get in touch with the right person to get new copies of the required forms.I waited 2 months to write this review so that I can comment on the entire experience. I can confidently say that every person I interacted with was super helpful throughout the whole process. I have no complaints at all and I would definitely go back to them for my next car.Keep up the good work guys!

The day I dropped my vehicle off for air bag recall repair, there was bad communication between the dealership and enterprise rentals as it took them over an hour to secure a vehicle and leave. They shouldnt have scheduled me for the day if rentals was going to be a problem. The next day I returned to pickup my vehicle, they did not know who I was after giving them my name, and asked me if I go by a different last name. The absurdity of the question forced me to just provide my phone number. They then called the employee who helped me the day before, (his name was Ali) in order to find my vehicles keys, and it was on his desk the whole time, took them nearly 10 minutes to identify me.At this point I just wanted to leave, but of course more things had to go wrong. My car was blocked by another vehicle as the lot appeared to have more cars to sell, rather than service. They searched for 30 minutes for the keys to this specific vehicle, and they could not find them. They ended up having to unpark the 3 cars right-adjacent of me, in order to do 3 point turn to exit. My car was running during the majority of this time, since the tech decided to engage my car without removing the cars around it first. By the time I left, nearly an hour had passed, yet again.Edit - Thanks Kelly for the $100 discount toward my recent repair. I will bump this from a 2 star to a 3

I did buy a Honda Accord, which has a warranty and certificate car just last week. Before buying this car, I was told this car has a warranty, nothing gonna happen. After just one day, the car stopped working. I took the car to the Honda service. They told me it was gonna be ready in one day, however 10 days passed and the car is not ready. They helped before buying car but when I have a problem, they never ever helped. I did attach the problem about car, which has WARRANTY AND CERTIFICATE CAR. After that, they offered me a new car, of course new car is more expensive but I said OK. The problem is I put $5000 down payment for previous car and one your manager Mr. Dino told me this money has gone, meaning is I paid $5000 for nothing. Mr. Dino is no even try to help us. He is unprofessional, not kind and friendly person. He never cares customer satisfaction, just cares to make profit. I have never ever seen managers like him. DO NOT GO TO HONDA HOUSTON GILLMAN.
