My dad’s Oddysey had a start/stall symptom. So this incompetent, uneducated people replaced spark plugs, coils, throttle cleaning, air filter, oil change, cleaned injectors. All this for the problem to still be there. After they charged my dad for the tune up. They said they could not find the problem and we would have to take it to a real mechanic. They argued that the van needed the service anyways. When i took it to a professional shop they found it was a wire rubbing against a bracket. And did the wiring repair. I took my 2016 Ford transit to change a head gasket and after that they bump the price all the way to $2000 they have returned me the vehicle and now it’s in Worst conditions than ever, he will not respond to his responsibility and get it fixed I went back a few times to check up on the progress while the vehicle was still on the repair and they’re always drunk all in total bad service

They changed the price on me and the owner told me a story of cost of parts going up because of the freeze and how scares the parts are for my chevy truck yeah right, he just saw that I am a contractor and saw dollar signs and TRIED to get more money 💰 from me. So stay clear of this place. Then he thinks to try to avoid paying taxes to IRS that he only excepts cash because his debit/credit card machine doesnt work, so people ask for a receipt to report to IRS so that his balances will be off and then he can get an IRS surprise for tax invading.

WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT GO! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!My dads transmission was leaking oil so he took it to Jorge to get it fixed, my dad got guarantee for the transmission with Jorge for $2,000 for a year!My dads transmission stopped working right after Jorge fixed it, so he took it to Jorge because he bought THE GUARANTEE FOR 2k AND JORGE REFUSED TO FIX IT EVEN AFTER MY DAD BOUGHT THE GUARANTEE, MY DAD WENT TO HIS SHOP AMOST 3X, has texted and called AND NO ANSWER AND HAS NOT SOLVED THE PROBLEM.We are currently suing.

This is the most unprofessional auto repair shop that I have ever been to. I don’t understand how their still in business. My vehicle was having some engine issues and unfortunately this was the closest mechanic shop in the area. After not being able to diagnose my vehicle correctly, they tried to rip me off on random issues that I already had diagnosed properly from a certified dealer. When I decided not to use them for their services, they became extremely enraged and one of them even threatened me. Stay clear of this place.

I’ve had two of my vehicles serviced here after getting a second opinion on what needed to be fixed.The first vehicleWas leaking differential fluid from the rear. Took it to a well known brand name shop and they diagnosed a pinion seal. Well, I was not going to get my vehicle serviced there because of the outrageous costs. Took my vehicle here and they diagnosed the same thing. I decided to get it done because of the savings. The pinion seal was replaced and differential fluid. However, still noticed a drip, took it back and they determined the part was defective and changed it out. No leak! Awesome. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the part was indeed defective, it happens.The second vehicleTook my vehicle to the same name brand place because my battery light came on. The name brand place determined it was the alternator. I got the alternator changed out. Still battery light came on and my battery was draining. Took the vehicle once again to the name brand place and they determined it was not the alternator now but the alternator wire harness. They order the part. Couple days later they called to say they ordered the wrong part and the right part was on back order and could take two weeks. I decided to take my vehicle here and told them what I’ve been told by the name brand place. I trusted them with my vehicle. They inspected it and tested various components within that charging area. They found out it was after all the alternator. The alternator I got was a reman. So it made sense that this reman was defective. They placed in a quality alternator (which I agree is better than what I had) and it worked. I called the name brand place and told them to cancel the order for the wrong part they were getting. Las Tuercas Locas fixed my vehicle at a cheaper rate and much faster than what was going on with the other place! How do I know they properly fixed it. Well using my OBD scanner initially I could see my vehicle voltage level decreasing quickly and eventually close to dying. After I got the service done here with the new alternator the vehicle voltage level no longer dropped and maintained itself . I verified this value stayed consistent for the next few days and so far so great! In conclusion, what this event told me is if I stayed with the certified name brand place I would’ve still been taking the bus for a couple of more weeks, paid for a costly part and labor, then would’ve found out it was the alternator after all then would’ve have had to pay for an alternator installation. Going here cut all of that out and man I’m just happy I don’t have to walk in the rain anymore.All this to say, the way they run business is my kind of liking. They diagnosed and changed exactly what needed to be fixed. They kept in communication and answered the many questions and concerns I had about this. They even went as so far to ensure I got my refund for the reman alternator when I went to go exchange it. They know what they’re doing! They solved the issue better than the name brand service shop! I highly recommend this shop. A word to the customer, do a little research on your issue and familiarize yourself with some of the mechanic terms that way it’s a conversation of awareness on your side and it’s understandable why something wasn’t the right part. Additionally, if you’re not confident with one shops diagnosis go to a couple of other places (if you can afford it) and check to see if their diagnostics match up. Ultimately, this is a place I can trust and highly recommend! Thank you for my getting my car running and handling my many questions and concerns !

Horrible service, if you want your car, do not bring it here, they are thieves ... The crazy nuts ::::: Very annoyed and disappointed I took my truck to Czechs there because that place is very close to my house when I take it because of a noise that my truck brought when the mechanic told me that you were the shock absorbers and others More than that, thats why it sounded like this, but after he fixed it, it would look very good that if he bought the parts he would charge me 1500 dlls with everything already and we opted for the parts that he told us in the diler when I spoke to him.
