When looking at the options for cars omar was only too happy to show me as many options as I wanted and was happy to answer any questions - as silly as they may have been.Going over financing they looked after me to get the best rate for financing and showed me options regarding the incentives that were available to me.

When we went to Enterprise in Murray there happened to be several silver ones. We left and came back two or three different days and finally decided on one of them. Mike was great. I purchased a car from Texas Auto Spot over a year ago, and I had problems that originated from the date of purchase which I finally completed fixing last month. This is my first review on Google Maps after many years of using Gmail. I want to write this review for future customers so that they know what to expect from this dealership.Eddy promised me the following:- A License Plate- Tire Pressure Warning Fix- An Auto DetailIt took him six months to get us a license plate. I bought the car in January and received the plate in June or July. Eddy told me that it was the courts fault and not his own. Nonetheless, expect a similar experience.The tire pressure warning was one of the most annoying problems with the car. I thought that it was simply a tire with improper air pressure, but the problem was more complex. I had to go through several episodes of diagnostics and attempted fixes until I finally managed to find the problem and fix it months after purchasing the vehicle.Eddy originally promised a professional auto detailing service that will come to my home. He gave me two phone numbers to call for the service, neither of those phone numbers worked. After a few months, the dealership attempted to clean the car in-house, but the seats had faint brown markings of where the water dried, and it was an overall subpar service. My children could not notice that the car was cleaned until I told them.After purchasing the car, we discovered that the car was leaking water inside the cabin, and it was leaking even before I bought it. I had to pay over $300 dollars to diagnose and fix the problem.I wasnt expecting all of these problems when I first bought the car. Also, I expected the tire pressure warning, auto detail, and license plate to be complete within a week.Eddy is a sweet talker, thats why I give this place a single star. But his service does not live up to his kindness.

Owner sold me a car and the following week the head gasket blew and when I took it to be repaired it had a bad head cylinder and engine valves! This was my worst experience buying a car, and I’m writing this literally minutes after I had to walk to the Kroger that’s down the street because I ended up stranded based off a promise one of the salesman made me ( His name is Willy ) he promised me that since I was driving an hour and a half away to come see the car that if I brought a certain amount in that day he would let me drive off with the car, and I did as I was told and once I got to the dealership he told me he wasn’t going to be able to do it for me and that he was sorry. Ps I had everything I was supposed to have as far as the application process goes. I’be never left a review on anything but this place should be shut down.

I may have gone to the wrong spot because where I ended up was a large YARD floating in water and mud. The repair shop was outside under a tarp. The two vehicles I reluctantly sat in looked liked they found them after the floods and put them for sale. I dont expect perfection when it comes to these places but have some pride in what youre selling.

I give one star for the kindness of staff but I cannot give more because I bought 2 cash cars six months ago and one has sat every since cuz it was problem after problem on both vehicles. Yes I was told to take them in and every time I did it would come back with the same problem or a new problem. Finally took one of the cars to repair everything and spent $1400 and the other I just gave up and sold it. Between both cars I had bad wheel cylinders, bad cv joints, leaking hoses, bad cam shaft, leaking oil. Eddy is great but HE NEEDS A NEW MECHANIC OR MAKE SURE HES FIXING THINGS CORRECTLY NOT JUST PATCHING IT UP

BUYER BEWARE!!!I went into the dealership to look at a Honda Fit they posted online. The car had damage to the front and rear bumper, and seemed to have different wheels than what the pictures showed. Turns out, IT WAS A DIFFERENT CAR! They posted pictures of a sport model and tried to sell me a base model for the same price. Be very cautious, or better yet, avoid doing business with them altogether.

Eddie was alright. Kind of rude. Didn’t like how he was talking to employees. Meghan was a doll thou I would only go back for her. If it wasn’t for her Eddie would have lost a customer. He needs to learn how to talk to people and get his act together. Don’t really care for him.

Eddie seemed like a good honest man, but he has lost my trust. He did an oil change for me once and recommended a brake change. I was satisfied with both services. I recently got into an accident and contacted Eddie about getting repairs. He told me I could use a loaner car. I told him I would be there the next day. The following day, I drove down to the shop. It took an hour and a half to get the car ready and the guy covering for Eddie had no idea that I was coming. After quite some time, I drove the loaner car down the street and filled it up with gas.As soon as I left the gas station, the right side of the car began making a scraping noise. It turns out that the plastic wheel guard was completely off. As I drove slowly around the streets back to the shop, I noticed that the air bags were off and that the traction control light was on. I called Eddie: no response. The shop was empty. The owner of the shop next door helped me get my keys to my car back.This is not the interaction any person wants to have after having been in a car accident.The next day Eddie promised me a refund of the gas I put into the unsafe car he loaned me. He never called back. Although, Eddie is a nice guy, he is not a good business man. He is unreliable. You trust him and instead of taking responsibility for a bad job, he blames the people around him. Instead of apologizing and trying to make things right, he ignores you.You can not run a business on false promises.

Edited: Last October I purchased a 2009 Toyota Corolla outright for a pretty good price and traded in my car. To be perfectly honest, the car I traded in had engine problems in the past but almost new tires, and I couldnt get much for it, but I feel like they gave me a fair deal on both the car I bought and the trade-in. Also, they didnt overcharge on fees.So far, the Toyota has run very well. Very zippy, cool AC, very reliable. Im taking her in for service soon, but Ive had no unexpected surprises on that front.I havent taken them up on it, but they also have a garage in house to work on the cars.Like a few other reviewers, there were some problems initially getting my title/plates paperwork through, and this did take a long time. This is because the company the owner was going through to get the paperwork done went under. I DO have my tag/plates/title receipt now. Be patient (and a squeaky wheel). I would suspect that now the business with the third party is done, paperwork will get through faster, and you can go here expecting a good deal and fairly smooth business.

My sister bought a 2005 Beetle after as a secondary vehicle. I warned her about Craigslist cars. Sure enough the junk broke down after less than 2 weeks. The AD said that the car was well kept a/c etc when in fact the Engine light came on after a few days of her having it and NO a/c in Texas heat after 1 day of having it .They lied, the car a/c was not in working condition. It rains in the car because the window is broken and wont stay up when driving. She brought the thing back to get the air fixed, window, and coolant. Well now it will not start and nothing was fixed properly. No returned phone calls. Yes the down payment is cheap but this is not how you handle business. The car simply wasnt ready to be sold and it certainly is not worth much. You dont toy with peoples time and money. The car should have been carefully inspected before placing it for sale! With that being said I dont know the quality of the other vehicles but you have been warned.

The short story is, Eddie is a trustworthy guy who listened to what I needed and did not try to sell me something I didnt, and was true to his word. Read on for the long version.We (my wife and I) found Texas Auto Spot through the CarGurus app. We were looking to pay cash for an SUV. When we arrived, the location seemed a little suspect. There was no sign identifying him as Texas Auto Spot - just a permanent sign that read Stewart - and bars on the windows. He told us he had just moved in. This was evident by the sparse amount of furniture in the run-down lobby.Walking through the lot, I could plainly see many salvage vehicles, engines exposed, bumpers lying about. My first thought was whether wed inadvertently be getting a salvage vehicle, but we told him we wanted a clean title.He showed us two cars: A Mercedes, which I declined immediately, and the Honda Pilot. He said the Pilot needed an alignment, but two of the tires were almost new and it was in good condition -- hed been driving it back and forth to his house for two months with no problems.I took it to a third-party mechanic to have it looked over. That mechanic agreed about the alignment and said it needed brake pads. I negotiated with Eddie and said if hed fix the brakes, we would take it.Eddies mechanic looked it over and said the brake pads were fine, that there was a little rust that needed to be sanded off, which he did. That removed the noise we had heard, so we took the car. He offered a 30 day warranty.Over the course of the next two months, we took a couple of road trips for the holidays and some brake-related noises started to come back. I took it back to him and he bought new pads and rotors for the car and had them replaced. This was the deal we had had originally- that he would fix the brakes - but I didnt have that in writing except over text and we were past the 30 day warranty. If he had wanted to, he could have blown me off and I probably wouldnt have had any legal recourse, but he was true to his word. Additionally, he didnt buy the cheapest brand - he got a more expensive one his mechanic recommended. (By the way, hes bought some furniture for the lobby since then.)We will need to buy another car in two months and we will be returning to him. Thanks for your integrity, Eddie!

Texas Auto Spot had a truck transported from Ohio to Texas for $1000.00. We completed the transport, however, took all day long as fork lift was not available. Then, payment was not made.We made arrangements with Texas Auto Spot for our driver to stop by today, with title, to retrieve the $1000.00 check. My driver has been there for over 2 hours waiting on payment. They do not wish to pay. In fact, everyone in office has left my driver there by himself.They told us they had the check cut and in office at time of delivery. So, if this is the case where is the check?The owner was there, however, office personnel told my driver the owner was not there, and check could not be released until owner arrived.Additional: I have read your response to me. Today, I called you to find out how we could get this situation straightened out. You have applied for a replacement title, as soon as you receive said title, you will send me my payment.Just waiting to see how long this is..Still... very disappointed.

It was awful i put 1800.00 down on a car that does not run and the owner Eddie lied to me .He said he just got it at an auction which was a lie, he sold it to someone else one month before me and they returned the car. Within the first week the car wouldnt start he put a new battery it worked for two days then has been broke every since. He will not fix the car which has an electrical problem, hes avoiding my calls and texts. And all i want is my money back

I wasn’t informed about anything being broke until I questioned why it was taking so long. I don’t remember the guys name but the main guy who takes the payments wanted to argue back and forth with me as if I didn’t have a right to be upset. The guys had to go to a store to buy another part for my car which took over a hour. Good price but i’ll never do business with this company again.

Great people wonderful eyexperien and fast service. They were very helpful in explaining what they were doing to our car and answered everything we asked with details.
