That man charged me 2k to put in another motor in my daughters car. He happily took my money saying ill have it ready by the weekend. But took months to get the car back. Now the car is just seating on my driveway because they didnt do a good job ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿ˜ก when he supposedly got it fixed. He robbed my daughter of her hard earned money ๐Ÿ˜ก . I pray God gives me justice in what that man has done. I hate people that rather scam others then to be honest on the jobs they do. ๐Ÿคฌ

Wow, where do I begin. Worst experience ever.I stopped by Miguels auto shop on the morning of Saturday, June 13th to discuss getting my car fixed. The main mechanic, David, stated he wouldnt be able to get to it until the following Monday or Tuesday, which was fine. Later that day I dropped off my 2006 Saab for the work to be done. David was not there at the time, so I left a detailed note with my contact information and listing the work it needed and requesting an estimate.A week goes by and still no call or response, no estimate. The following Saturday rolls around. I live 30 minutes away but cant get ahold of them so I find a ride to drive over there again to find out whats going on. David says he doesnt know what I wanted done with the car. I explain that I left a note which clearly explained. He yells at the other worker who comes back with my note in his hand and gives it to David. David says hell call me in another couple of days with an estimate once he has time to look at the car.A few days go by, no word.Cue calling multiple times, leaving messages, texting. Mailbox is full. Nobody answers. For many days. After about three weeks Im REALLY needing my car. Still no responses and the voice mail is still full.I try calling and texting, no response. Drive over there again thinking Ill just pick up the car and take it somewhere else. The shop is open and the workers are there, but no David around. My car-- covered in dust -- is now surround by a bunch of disabled vehicles and parts strewn about. It clearly hadnt even been looked at.Once again, I patiently talk to the workers, letting them know that I really need my car fixed. Since its completely surrounded with immobilized vehicles and cant be moved, I decide to give them one more chance and leave it there. I write ANOTHER clearly worded note, listing all that needs to be done and to CALL ME with an estimate. I ask the workers to MAKE SURE David gets the note.Still no response to calls or texts.I begin to worry that something is seriously amiss. Is he selling my car for parts? Trying to claim my car is abandoned?I enlist my roommates help (he speaks Spanish) and he also begins calling. Finally, my roommate gets through one afternoon and gets ahold of David. David says he will get to it in the next couple of days and will call with an estimate. But what do you know... No response, yet again. Finally, on Saturday, July 18th, exactly FIVE WEEKS to the day after dropping off the car, I decide that Im going to go over there and get back my car, no matter what it takes.I arrive, walk straight up to David and let him know that Im there to take my car. He confirms that not a single thing had been done to it. We wait for an hour for disabled vehicles to be towed out of the way until I finally get my car back.I take my car a half mile up the road to Martinez Complete Auto Service, where they complete the work in less than two days. But heres the kicker. After finally getting my car back I find that theres a nice scratch down the drivers side of my car (see photo). Not only did they not fix any of the mechanical problems, they left the car in worse condition. What the hell happened? Five weeks of absolutely no communication, leaving my car buried in mechanical rubble? My roommate heard something about coronavirus shutting the business down for a week or two, but as far as Im aware, coronavirus didnt make telephones stop working or human decency go away.

People that dont know mechanic they think they do a great job but they really dont know nothing only leave it worst then what it was before. We took our truck there for motor rebuilt & didnt do the job right it was a blue smoke coming out when I got it took it twice after that some wires were not plug back in place & also broke the transmission mount & put cheap spark plugs when I have the best on my truck. I really dont recommend anyone here they do shity job they only steal your money but its okay karma will get them back so I just leave it to God to do the Job. My husband knows mechanic he just didnt have the time to get it fixed on his own so we decide to pay Don Miguel to fix it & he left to Mexico when we thought he would be the one working on our truck & let his sons do a terrible job they only thing they did was just add more oil to it because it was wasting oil in a week so they did something wrong & obviously he was going to have there back because they are family. So my husband didnt want to make a big deal out of it but I just want people to know before going to him.Hello David it was my Chevy 1990. We paid $2000 for nothing I thought my truck will be in better conditions when we got it but no it didnt make any difference. I honestly think it got worst instead of make my truck better. It use to not smoke at all only vapor would come out in the cold but that was it. Now it smokes every time is turn on.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! do not take your car here unless its something very simple. i took my car here to get gas deflooded wich is a common issue with these type of cars because it is a rodary engine.other than that my car was perfectly fine ..they charged me $80. However after that my engine light came on and my car was over heating it would turn off for hours and not turn on. i took it back they told me the fan was broken and it needed a new one. i got a new fan they replaced it for me for free. after that i bought new spark plugs and payed them to install them for me. WORSE IDEA EVER!!! the man who they had working on my car had put the spark plugs backwards so my car was turning off and once again my engine light turned on again.. and now my car does not even turn on. they messed my car up. other than being very unprofessional and not know what they are doing they are very unorganized. save your money and CAR take it somewhere else.
