I had excellent service this week!! I took my car in with some battery issues. They fixed my battery and then went the extra mile to make sure my fluids were topped off and my suv was in good driving shape! I will definitely be back!

Rafael was nothing but professional and helpful when someone stole my catalytic converter. They fixed it quickly and even fixed a bump on my bumper - could not recommend them enough! I will be going here for all my car repairs in the future.

Trustworthy mechanic and fair pricing. They fixed a belt and a few other small things on my Volkswagen and charged slightly less than what I was quoted by my mechanic in New Orleans before I moved to Houston. There were no surprises. He was honest that a couple things could be fixed now or could safely wait longer, and didn’t pressure me into getting anything done. Car is still running well a couple months later. They did everything on time, were nice, threw in a free wash, and were thoughtful about appropriate distancing during the pandemic.

Best mechanic in town. Went for my ac cuz it wasn’t working and I’ve gone to many mechanics and they were overprice. He explained step by step to get a proper estimate and seemed fair and professional.

This was my first time here and the service was excellent from start to finish!

I first came to sackett Auto a couple of years ago and they helped me with my car at no charge. Since then I came and got it fixed a couple of times and always had great experience. They are really good and not expensive. I still usually compare their prices with other mechanics in the area and they have the best prices in the area and get the job well done.

Went today to check my Ford Fiesta radiator fan wasn’t turning so they checked it and they told me I needed a new fan almost worth with labor $400 but I decided not too..!! And decided to check by myself the fuse book and look at the manual of the car and it turns out it was a fuse cost me $5 at autozone and my fan works perfectly. They have no idea what they are doing they just want money....

They had me back on the road in no time. Extremely reasonable prices.

Opens at 8am. Well I got there at 7:55 because I work every day. Waited until 8:10 and no one showed up, gates still locked. If they are this bad at opening on time, I can only imagine how punctual they will be with repairing my car.

I live very close use to come there all the time for my car needs. I came twice to get air in my tire, I need a new tire just havent had time to go get one. Their new attendant/ mechanic is aweful and rude. I just got air and he said you have money for me I said no Im sorry. well next time you need to bring me money Went back two weeks later he walks off while Im asking for help finally comes back give me air and says you cant be coming here all the time, cant keep using our air Will never ever be going back there.

He seems to be a small operation, sometimes a little slow. But! He shoots straight and doesnt ever try to make you pay for things you dont need.

I would rather do by myself, they messed my engine.
