This place has a serious problem with theft and vandalism in the parking lot. The gates are never fixed and always open for miscreants. We had the catalytic converters stolen from our truck. Police were notified but because there are no cameras at this complex, there was nothing they could do. If you decide to move here, be sure you put aside some extra money for paying your vehicle insurance deductible. This complex needs to hire nighttime security!

Think twice before moving here! The apartments are not maintained. Old appliances (16 years old), fruit flies, leaky windows, peeling paint, rude people in the office, no cameras, the on-premise guard never shows up, and you will regularly hear gun shots in the area. If you pay for covered parking people will park in your spot and the tow company won’t tow their cars because they can never reach anyone In the office. The people in the office don’t return calls or answer the phone. You will not feel or be safe here and nothing gets repaired. I had 3 electrical outlets that I couldn’t use because there were sparks coming out of them - and yes I requested service several times. Price Realty owns the property and they don’t care about it - calling them is a waste of time. When I looked at my apartment I was assured by the manager it would be cleaned before I moved in - it was not and it was disgusting! I had a neighbor steal an Amazon package and I had it on video from my Ring doorbell camera, the apartment management didn’t care. The pool is not cleaned on a regular basis at all. An awful place to live.Look at other apartments in the area, better rent and most have law enforcement that live on premises.

Let me give a big shoutout to VICTORIA!!!! She is so amazing!! From the beginning she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating!! I had to move in quickly and Victoria was able to get me the unit I wanted within a week! That included a few days where she had to help me resolve a previous leasing issue. Victoria also has answered all of my numerous questions with patience and speed. She is honestly the reason why I chose these apartments!

I’ve been living at the apartment for more than a year and I absolutely love it. Here whyThey have a online portal for residence that makes paying rent easy, rent is always the same each month it never fluctuates. Anytime I submit a maintenance request it is handled in an efficient and professional manner. The office staff is very kind and when I walk in they know me by name. The apartment complex is Kept neat making sure the grass is always cut and trash is always picked up. I renewed my lease and I plan on renewing my lease again.I’ve had no bug problems.Shout outs to Chris and Jose!!! You both are always awesome!!I recommend this place!!!!!

These apartments have a major issue with electrical. We have a 6 year old with asthma it’s hot and all the lights just went out in the middle of cooking dinner. The maintenance said he’s home and he will be here in 2 hours. I’m not satisfied here. Been dealing with this issue for months. 🤦🏾‍♀️

I have lived at Watermarke for a year. I have to say, I have truly enjoyed living here. Mr Edward West was the assistant manager when we first moved in. The manager left and he stepped up and did an EXCELLENT job until they hired a new manager. Ms Rosie I have had the pleasure of talking with her a few times, and she is very kind and pleasant, I think she will do a WONDERFUL JOB. The staff, they are very HELPFUL and KIND, ESPECIALLY Nicholas. ANYTIME I needed ANYTHING done he never hesitated to help me. THANK YOU Nicholas and Watermarke for such an AMAZING experience.

Wow me reading the comment I can say its a lot of cry baby because everything Ive read is not even true I find parking all the time and they got a lot of visitor parking the staff in the office and the maintenance the best every time I got an issue they fix it right away and I love my apartment never had an issue as long you keep your apartment clean no need to worry about roaches and remember when it get really warm and hot water bugs always come out

My wife and I moved to Watermarke in January this year and are very satisfied with our stay. Our unit is neat, clean, and comfortable. Edward and the Watermarke staff do everything they can to accommodate every need. Very satisfied living here.

I moved to Watermarke in October 2019. In December 2019 my washing machine malfunctioned and flooded my unit. The manager fixed it. Fast forward to May 2020 the washing machine malfunctioned again and flooded my unit and damaged my neighbors unit also. The manager said it was my fault and filed a claim with my insurance. After a third party investigation - the claim was denied due to the machine being over 10 years old. The manager put the repair costs on my ledger anyway and never replaced my washing machine. BEWARE!

The apartments are in great condition! I been living in the property for 1 year now and i can say it has been the best experience ever! Edward is awesome always going that extra mile to make his residents happy! Maintenance guys are also amazing!!! Parking lot is never a issue! I love the watermarke team!

They rob the money order that I give them to pay my rent because I forgot to sing it, and they try to make it look like I did not pay my rent, that I just pay have of my rent.. watermark politic if that they the never accept partial payments, so I wanna know how the help they accept my, I give them two money orders one of 1000 and one Of 500, they report only the 500 one, another thing the Maneger Edward is horrible person he was very rude when I ask him after a month that I pay 380 dollars to get my doors change way they did not do the job jet .

I have been living here for 3 months, and the experience has been awful. The gates do not work properly most of the time, and anybody can come and go as they please. The catalytic converter on my car got stolen, the repair was about $5k. After many attempts to contact management regarding this incident I still have no answer. I tried to rent a parking garage and they said they do not have one available. Believe me, do not move here. It is not safe, the common grounds and hallways are dirty, there’s weed smell and dog feces everywhere. There better options around. Can’t wait for my lease to expire to move out.

These apartments are comfortable. In comparison to apartments nearby, they are wonderful. We were a handful, being a business requiring multiple apartments, but they worked with us. Some of the appliances were old and run down, but the staff works with you. I would recommend.

I have lived here for over 5 years now. The staff is great and the maintenance guys are awesome. I had a repair issue and had mentioned it to the manager and it had been forgotten. I went back a week later to bring it up again and the manager apologized for forgetting and got a maintenance guy over there to repair it immediately. I love it here and would not move anywhere else.

I love the place, good management, being here for 2 years. No apartment is perfect.Everyone complain about parking.. parking space does not increase but number of cars people buy increases daily.. so if you have 4 people in your household with 4 cars, that is 4 parking spots taken there. people just have to consider the next person not just being selfish.

Im not sure why others complain about parking, I always have a spot close to my apartment--as well as my husband. Management is very nice, and tries very hard to make things right as quickly as they can. When they cant do it as fast as youd want, they try and make up for it in other ways. They sent us a lovely card and gift card to make up for the time it took to wait and get the washer fixed. They sent that with the repairman to fix the washer. Management is always friendly too.

We have done over 50 moves in and out of this apartment complex. The staff is always friendly and the apartments have a great layout that makes moving in and out easy. We enjoy moving people here!

Our washers sensor was broken and it flooded the laundry and kitchen area. It took a while to get someone here to fix it because one of the repair guys quit. But, once we emailed them asking about it again, they got someone here quickly, fixed it, and gave us a thoughtful card & giftcard to apologize for the delays. Above and beyond kindness and thoughtfulness. They have a lot of apartments to tend to, but they do their best in everything they can.

Parking is really bad. I’ve had to drive around so many times to try and find a parking spot. It’s like there’s not enough parking spots for the residents. Also, I moved in November and I’ve had a roach problem since the very first day we moved in and it still hasn’t gotten better. It sucks because the management is nice but the apartments are a little dirty.

So Far the property is ok I have already had an issue with maintenance for repairs that they complained about doing. Edward has did his best to assist me but might need to re-evaluate his maintenance team.Because the guy I dealt with yesterday had an ATTITUDE about coming back to fix two things he should have fixed the day before. He might not be working so hard if he would fix exactly what is on the 48 hr Repair sheet the first time, and stop telling tenants that it is the office fault for not ordering everything he needs! I refuse to go back n forth with a maintenance guy who is mad about doing his job. #2 is the property is decent outside of the hallways, but when you get to the hallways it stops! hallways for the units are filthy and need to be pressure washed so you can remove spider webs, Wasp nest, etc...and other built up dirt that can get in the way of tenants with kids just part of property upkeep. other than that we will see how it goes.

I have lived here for three years i love everything here but there is a staff member that wears glasses and is the oldest staff member she is a witch. She wont let any kid go into the office without an adult and when i send my kid with adult she would say dont do that dont go in there. I was in the office once and i saw a kid taking two cookies and she had a parent and she said how many are you taking???So the kids mom got mad and left the office and the kid left with nothing in his hand but a napkin with his tears.So this witch almost made them leave this apartment. I dont recommend this apartment at all.:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

Hated it isn’t even the correct or accurate way of looking at it. I wish there was a ZERO stars. Multiple times, I’ve visited a friend. There has been ZERO visitor parking. My husband and I come to visit before heading to Austin, and they have the audacity to tow our car in the middle of the pouring rain. We checked for visitor parking, but all SIX spots were taken. If you have family or friends, don’t live here. They’re about enforcing rules that are anti-family and anti-friends. I’ll be in to visit the management to have them reimburse me the $200.

One star would suffice for the year that Ive stayed here. Edward in the office is a horrible manager. He needs to go back to training to learn how to handle customers. Daja has always been nice and respectable.There is never anywhere to park. Theres carports that no one or maybe someone is paying for and dont know. Maintenance was always helpful when there was a problem in my unit. The complex has gone down since Sheila has left. The hallways always smells due to neighbors putting their trash out. There are lots of roaches. Theres a lot of theft in the complex. There is no security officer on property. The pool is always close for cleaning. Edward is always out yelling at the kids for moving chairs at the pool when it is open. I would not recommend this property to no one. If you would like to get disrespected and treated like trash go for it!

As a frequent visitor to a friend living at this complex I can say that the amenities are nice, but getting in as a guest is a chore. The access panel you use to dial an apartment to request the gate be opened is useless. Even at night the display is unreadable. Ive gotten use to the routine of waiting for someone with a remote to come home and chasing them through the gate. This doesnt speak well to the complexes security either as pretty much everyone visiting has to do it. If you anticipate having guests while living here please bring this up with the leasing office as so far all requests that this be fixed have yet to result in any action.

Lived here for 3 years. We had a roach infestation and they wouldn’t let us out of our lease (many other people at the apartments that we spoke with also had roach infestations). After our kitchen flooded due to their negligence and a black mold issue was found, they finally let us out of our lease after 2 months of calls, emails, and meetings with the management. Do not live here.

Been right at a yr and I must say they are my favorite apartments I have ever lived in. Nice spacey, hell even the office ppl are nice and definitely helpful. Upstairs neighbors kids have been a little nosy time to time but nothing unbearable. If ur considering this place and want a honest opinion here it is . Im leaving due to a house but if I were to ever go back to an apartment this would be the place.

I scheduled an appointment with Edward to take a tour today. I got one day off to do that, but when I arrived at the scheduled time the office was closed I called then several time but no answer!!! I was waiting for one hour without any answer, I left a message for them but Still no answer. Horrible customer service!!!

The customer service at this place is horrible . How are you gonna show an apartment and leave the customer? Usually they explore the property and tell you what is what. I turned around and went back to the office. You first expression should be your best and it was the worst for me.

Been here almost 2 months, so far so good with the exception of parking. However there are plenty of covered parking available for a small monthly fee of course. With the current robbery incident, I think management has to lower the fee because a parking sticker will not fix either problems with parking and/or crime.As far as management goes, cant say much as of yet but will find out soon. But I must say Ms. FELICIA was awesome! Very profressional, friendly and understanding!!!! She will get your questions answered quick and help you get into your apartment.They might need more of her in there....just a thought.

Dont live here. Management is horrible. We just moved into a three bedroom and since we moved in we still have a roach infestation in our stove and kitchen, roaches come up in our drain, a dishwasher that doesnt work and a/c that keeps going out. Run!!!!

I have lived here 3years.. i had no problems in till i upgraded to a 3 bedroom. My A/C has gone down 3 times an they dont rush to fix it. My top of the line 3 bedroom has roaches an 2months in they have not replaced my dish washer that is out dont live here run. They dont value customers

I had problems once I transferred from the 3rd floor to a bigger apt on the first floor.First of all my apt wasnt even ready as I had movers being paid by the hour..so management decided they could just put me any where..even knowing my utility where on in the unit I was told I would be assigned. I had no choice but to take the apt and was greeted by roaches. 3 months of pest control and they could not fix the situation. The mirrors in bathroom where rusty...and nothing like the apt I was promised...Edward explains to me how to get out my lease without it being on my credit then he waits 5months and puts a 13,000 charge on me. I talked to the( Second New manger in 1yr)which she did all she could do..It was her boss Nina who decides taking 3,000 off was doing me a favor..and had the nerve to tell me to stop calling corporate office...and then rush me off the phone..as she seemed unconcerned about the damage Mr.Edward had caused..and stated roaches where a part of mother nature..so are bed bugs and normal people dont want them in there $1,500 apt either.

I am at this apartment since 2014, initially i heard of some burglary but later we took our concern to the management, management listen to us and they arranged for adhoc cop surveillance, private security surveillance, cameras all around of the apartment, recently for couple of months not hearing any theft or burglary, feeling secured.Further more there are lots of resident engagement activities, atleast once in a month for sure.Special thanks to RYAN and EMILY in taking lead on the resident engagement activities and making it successfull. I sincerely appreciate their efforts.

Believe what youve read in the most recent posts. These apartments seem like they used to be a great place to rent (and still look like it on the outside). Dont let yourself be suckered in, though. Weve lived here for two months, and have dealt with a number of issues, especially on move-in. Not only was our apartment not cleaned when we got here, but there was also a strong smell of dog urine which took maintenance a week to get rid of. Since then, weve noticed a number of cracks in the caulking, our A/C has gone out, and weve discovered a roach problem thats clearly been here since before weve moved in.It isnt hard to walk through an apartment and look for problems before people move in. It isnt difficult to notice that old pet urine is causing the master bath to reek (how they missed that ill never know). It isnt difficult to check behind the fridge when they receive a pest complaint in the kitchen. But did they do any of these things? Of course not!I still have 10 months of living here, then Im out. What surprises are in store over that time? I dont know. Im sure that every apartment has its fair share of problems, but when management just doesnt care (which is the case here AFTER YOU SIGN THE LEASE), these situations become much more difficult to handle. It really is a shame to see a nice complex like this fall apart at the seams, but thats exactly whats happening. So long as Greystar is managing this place, I cant believe that any of that will change.

A lot of foreign people live here, apartment complex management doing discriminatory practices for immigrant people. They take advantage foreign people who are not living in this country. When i moved out they charge for smell of the apartment which they described as cooking people. Check the smell of the apartment before you move in and move out. I see snakes in my patio and no response when i reported.

The Worst Experience i had was I did a security deposit of $400 and have no balances/damages/Issues before I left the Apartment.Also did a check-up to make sure the apartment is clean.But,they didnt pay back my security deposit till now.Reason is Property management has changed from Grey star to some other.However i have the paper work and show them but is no use.I personally would rate the apartment as worst.
