Recently move into the one bedroom unit and I absolutely love the space and the price is just amazing!! The area is perfect you literally have everything around and easy access to 290 and Beltway. The office staff has been very helpful with my move and maintenance has attended my concerns in a timely manner!

Love my apartment! Just moved in a month ago and enjoying every minute so spacious and such a good price. Have had a few issue with maintenance but they have come out and fixed every issue within 2-3 hours tops! No complaints so far!

The staff is always so nice and understanding. Work orders are completed in a great manner. Our lease is almost up but we definitely want to renew for the spacious 2 bedroom we have. Pest control and valet trash is always doing a great job as well with keeping up! We never have an issue here.

Do not come here. God forbids you catch Covid and have to use one of the programs to get help with your rent. This apartment will brand your name as evicted even though they were paid. They went up on the rent and we were trying to move to some brand new income based apartments. But we got denied because Estates at Hollister is telling other apartments we were evicted. The courts and Texas rent relief is saying that they shouldn’t be doing that. But they are. They have No empathy and we kept in contact with them through the entire process. Do not come here unless you know you will never catch Covid or you can work while you have Covid.

Very nice and spacious place and Marco took us around the property! He will be a great worker! Definitely a place to live!

Thank you for making this an easy transition for me coming from out of town. I love my apartment I have more than enough space and everyone in the office was very nice.

My favorite part is the amount of space for the price!! Best in the area. Parking can get a little hectic, but you get used to it. Maintenance is also not exactly on it, but, I do assume it is from being behind due to COVID. Neighbors are pretty chill and quiet. Crime is at a minimum.

Been a resident for almost a year already and although I was new to the area I have enjoyed my stay here at The Estates at Hollister, would highly recommend.

I’ve enjoyed living here for a year now and since this was my first time moving out, i didnt know what to expect. Overall, its been good so far. Heres the pros and consPros: big one bedroom apartment for a good price, in unit washer and dryer, valet trash, clean apartments in and out other than dog poop in the grass that people dont pick up, nice small gym (though some people have stole equipment)Cons: parking is chaotic at evening/night and ive had to park buildings away in visitors because theres too many cars or too little parking space andd some people with reserved parking dont even use theirs and use regular parking spaces instead, taking up space. Maintenance takes a while sometimes, instead of having a pool we have a “splash pad and dog park”Id recommend friends or family to live here 😬

Let me start by saying these are the most noisy apartments I ever been in.Then when report the issues, nothing is been done about it. Dont waste your time. Everything in the apartment is painted over. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Very poor coordinate staff at the office i ever seen. Im staying there since 2018 till now..4 guys living our apt but the GUY who work on staff office he decline my parking permit..they gave last year parking permit to all of us but this time when i filled all application tey ask 65$ for that.. actually that that guy dont listen to me and dont understand what is my situation he said only he is right..I dont know but who was manager that lady before she was very kind and nice person to all leases..when they change management they change their system too thats what saying who is the guy sitting appartement office.. thats not right..very rudeless and non nin responsibil y staff ringt now.. so think twice, trice before you lease here ..

These people are charging DOUBLE LATE FEES during a pandemic. I dont want anything for free, Ive been living here for 7 months without being late once!! I tell them Im going to pay Oct and Nov rent on the 15 of October and the say they are going to charge me 100 on the 4th and another 100 on the 6th. I know I have to pay the initial day but 200 in two days in highway robbery. Ill get caught up on the 15th but Ill never forget how they treated me the first time I was late, and I wont renew my lease. Good luck with finding responsible tenants in the time of COVID!

Completely unprofessional staff with the worst attitudes. Have paying residents towed immediately but allow staff employees to park in no parking zones and when called about any issue they don’t take care of it and clearly don’t care about the people living there. Would not recommend this place to anyone

I been living here for 6 months and its been awesome..The assistant manager Maritza has been really great with me... She has help me with everything I ask..... with my maintenance request never had issues they are prompt... Property it is expensive but its work paying every cent.. I will recommend this apartments 👍😁

When to see if they have available apartments and the staff was very friendly. Ms.Maritza was very professional with me and show me around the property. Very nice and apartment plans are big. Prices are reasonable

Extremely unhappy with the approval process and their customer service. I paid the $95 (I accept this charge) application fee and the next day I found a different apartment to move into. I tried countless times to call the apartments, leaving messages and callback numbers, to cancel the process and withdrawal, note: I understand that the $95 was nonrefundable and thats fine.. However, after the application was approved, they STILL charged my card for $205.00 as a holding fee despite all the messages and the apartment being held for less than a day. Only after it posted, I got a call saying the $205.00 was non refundable. Absolutely ridiculous.

Nice place to live security cameras all around. Splash pad when available. Noise levels light to moderate recommend a 3rd floor.

I love the spacious apartments. I was told the carpet was new carpet and their are stains throughout the apartment. I wouldnt even be concerned about it (because they arent that bad) I just didnt like that I was told it was new. The parking is atrocious after 5pm. I can never find a spot however if you pay a fee you can get a reserved spot. I love the open kitchen layout! Ive never felt so at home in an apartment. The office staff is absolutely magnificent! Daniel was amazing to work with! The walls are on the thin side and I can clearly hear my upstairs neighbors every night but I expected nothing less from an apartment. I loved that all the appliances were included(including a washer, dryer, and microwave). The layout is great! I love that the master is separate from the other two rooms. Overall great experience so far.

Weve been here for 2yrs now and we dont have any plans of moving out in 3yrs. This place is awesome they staffs are friendly, the maintenance guys are the best in Houston always there on time. Is an apartment but the setup feel like you are living In a home. In fact we have no complaint at all.

You do not want to move here. When I first moved here I was nice and quiet. Then I got the neighbors from HELL! My neighbors have been reported more than 20 times to the front office and I was always told it is nothing they can do about it. These are the first apartments that I have moved in that has not done anything with disturbing neighbors. The walls are very thin. Maintenance is horrible. They take their time to come and fix things when they break. All of my windows have mildew in them. The splash pad for the kids water pressure is super low. I never have anywhere to park when I get off of work I have to park in visitors and I live in the apartments. The only good thing about these apartments they are very spacious. But if you like peace and quite this is not the place for you! Go somewhere else to live until they can have a real security officer on the property and have something put in place for disturbing neighbors all night!!!

I dunno where everyone else lives whos reviewing this place, but its been nothing but great. I have never had an issue parking, management is responsive to every request I make, the front office staff are efficient, caring, and always congenial. Maintenance is on top of work requests. Highly recommend it!

So far Ive loved this place. Management is decent and quick to help with questions and maintenance.Large apartments for the money, access to everything after a 3 minute drive, and decent enough community.My neighbors are nice but the people upstairs are apparently related to elephants. Stomping around all the time...Only complaint is parking at night. If you get home really late (after 11) regularly prepare to park far from your apartment if youre in the front of the complex.

Where do I start? Worst apartments EVER! They get you on the space, but customer service and peace of mind is zero! The office NEVER answers the phone and always has an excuse. It took a month to get the gate remote because they were placed on hold by the vendor. It took 3 weeks to get the mailbox key. Maintenance is slow and went thru my things and left my lights on! Neighbors upstairs are a Hell experience. A heavy wife, heavier husband, heavy kids, and dogs the neighbor NEVER walks outside, but releases to run over my head late at night in the apartment. I have a Sheriff complaint because the upstairs neighbor threatened me and call the so-called courtesy officer, whom never picks up the phone, clears his voice mailbox so you cant leave messages, or return. calls Nothing gets done here. The neighbors were caught by the courtesy officer smoking marijuana and nothing happened! They wrote the lady up on one lease violation for threatening me when I FIRST moved in, but she was never served it and they office says they dont know what happened to it. The office told me she was switching buildings the weekend of Thanksgiving because they could be a solution to the matter, but then was told she changed her mind, but didnt tell me anything. My 7 year old is scared to walk to the apartment! The upstairs neighbors fight and threaten one another even at 3am & 4am! Yesterday, the office tells me theres nothing they can do. The upstairs neighbor reports that Im bugging her when its just me and a small child and were the ones beneath and dont have dogs or threaten to shoot one another like she does. This is my 1st apartment in 13 years! Im now told to get HAA involved, and thats just what Im going to do. I HATE living here! Dont move here! 11/18/2020- I was so angry about the neighbors & office back then, I cant believe I didnt mention the MOLD problem. Mold ALL over my former unit, 1113. I asked to be relocated, but front office refused & said if I did, I had to pay, though Id just moved in. The story is too long w/ that, but just know it grew so bad, they let me out of my lease W/O penalty in just 6 months and that was from the top lady over the entire complex. I had too many pictures and videos to entrap them. Theyd be a fool to drag on anything w/ me as I documented everything. The fools!! My son contracted walking pneumonia from the mold, collapsed on my bathroom floor (video) and had to be rushed to the ER, and I cant wear my contacts to this day because my eyes were so messed up! So tell me Naquanza, how from your canned remarks in attempts to try to smooth things over remedy that? Estates at Hollister knows it has not seen the last of me because Im a fighter! Estates at Hollister, due to foolishness, endanger my sons health and there is sho nuff hell to pay!

Pros: superb price per square footage. You get massive room space and the feel of a house like setting with even the non upgraded units. The apartment itself is quiet, conveniently located, friendly staff and is nice overall.Cons: The area is somewhat secure. If you stay up late enough, youll hear gunshots (I dont believe the activity is close to the apartment, but Id guess probably within 3 to 5 miles away in some of the neighborhoods across from 290 and behind the apartment. Its probably way better than some areas if Houston though) I dont believe the apts electricity is wired right. Our power has went out multiple times since we moved in October, mainly whenever we turn on the heat and washer and dryer simultaneously. When we turn on or dryer itself even without the heater or ac on, the lights sometimes flicker in some rooms.Overall, its a great place that fits the budget. For the price, square footage, location and quality, I can live with the quirks.

I find it highly unprofessional how these people will pick up the phone and hang right up. Whom ever is in office at 5:12pm today should be evaluated for doing such child like behavior. This is a business and I was calling to inquire about availability but I will continue to look else where. If this is how they manage their calls, Id hate to see how they manage property.

I stay on the second floor and the neighbors over me are extremely loud BUT the floors are thin so what do you expect. The neighbor under me called CPS & the police because my children are “too loud”. I have five small children if we walk you can hear it, if they drop something you can hear it, if it’s late you can hear the tv though the wall. It’s not my fault the walls are thin and you shouldn’t get a first floor knowing you are going to have people staying over you. The lady in the office Marrissa called CPS and told them I let my kids play outside by themselves and they are always naked 😂 People are so vindictive and petty. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I’m trying to get out of my lease. It’s horrible here. THE WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!!!

Just moving in and a little underwhelmed. The appliances are not that great and the washer and dryer is in awful condition would rather supply my own. Worried now that I made a mistake in signing here. Hopefully as time passes I will enjoy my time here. First Bill and they charged me incorrectly and then dont know how to fix it and get mad when I ask why they cannot do math. DO NOT MOVE HERE THE GOOD REVIEWS HAVE TO BE PAID TESTIMONIALS

Great price and location, but just we mindful that they constantly have plumbing issues. Seems like just about every month, theres an emergency water shut off for the apartments.

I have been living here for two years.The summary of the whole two years is horrible days with the staff, does not care of you, management, does not listen to you.Maintanance request might wait up to 5-days.The staff is very rude and unprofessional for the requests and the maintenance. Do not try the speak with manager..She is more oriented to NOT SOLVE the problems instead of finding a solution.The reviews with 5-star could be paid or the management’s review. Trust me this place is the last place you might stay.

The new management team is horrible. It was scheduled to carpet cleaning for Wednesday, moved all the furniture to the kitchen but didnt show up. Wednesday night moved back to normal place, Thursday morning left message that they will show up on Thursday, moved all the furniture back to kitchen. They still didnt show up.Office workers are lies about carpet cleaners had an emergency but the manager says that actually she didnt scheduled it.Very irresponsible and dont care the tenants. If you have huge nerves to deal with the leasing office every time then come.But I dont recommend this apartment complex.

Me and my girls love it here! They do not have a pool but they have a splash pad which is perfect!Parking sucks sometimes, but not a big deal. I never have to park too far away from my unit. The maintenance staff is super responsive for the few issues that I have had. My only issue is the extra thin walls but thats how they build these complexes now. Our upstairs neighbors (douche bags) have no respect whatsoever for their other neighbors but thats not the fault of the apartments/management and is just how it is with apartment living. They are pet friendly, with a reasonable pet deposit and pet rent. They provide a very large area for the dogs to do their business and provide the poop bags and receptacle for pet waste.They NEVER have over-flowing dumpsters except for Christmas Day which can be expected. They keep those dumpsters empty. They keep the landscaping done as well. I love the layout of the units and the kitchens are the best you can find for an apartment in terms of size. The rooms are pretty big as well and the high ceilings are great! I love the spacious bathrooms and closets. I love that I have my own water heater and also pay for only MY water vs. a collective water fee for the whole complex which is how some other complexes operate. The location is decent as well. Close to shopping and not far from other major destinations in the city. There is no more crime than any other place in the city, and I personally have not had any trouble here. The complex is quiet. No weirdos walking around. Most of the tenants are working couples or young families. Overall Milestone have done GREAT with this complex since taking over. A good place to live!

Horrible customer service some Hispanic lady aroud her 30 was rude didnt greet us properly staring at us bad all along and saying rates change daily, is this like a bidding sale or what ?saying i should pay right away to lock in my rate so I guess others pay less and others pay more for the same apt either way we were not pleased with the service so we left thank God we arent living here. If staff was rude to begin with i wonder how much rude they would be living here I caint remember her name but I came in her Aug 11 Saturday so hope the main person reads this and checks who worked this day and should have a talk with their staff and can hopefully fix some of this issues thank you!

Staff is extremely friendly. They are always on time with any service requests and are excellent at it. Apartment complex is kept very clean by employees and residents.

UPDATE: New management is pretty poor, doesnt care about complaints, doesnt care the the property is dirty. A real shame.I really like this apartment, spacious units, great price, only downside is I live in from of a noisy street. It has a water park and small gym too!

Terrible apartments, maintenance is terrible. Once you put in a work order they will take up to 6 days to come fix it. And once they come fix it they will say you need a part and they have to order it taking up to a week and a half to fix what is wrong with ur appliances, this is an On going thing and I have tried to talk to the manager and all the manager says to be patient. Remember we are only residents and we are not responsible for Maintenance crew not having enough people to cover the maintenance that the complex needs. The Rent prices are high for there low Maintenance. Also been having a problem with my kids restroom and it doesn’t have hot water and also it’s been forever and it still hasn’t been fixed. I DONOT RECOMEND THIS APARMENT COMPLEX PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE U SIGN UR CONTRACT ITS NOT WORTH IT.

I lived here going on 2 years, the neighbors above me were extremely noisy, and management advised me there was nothing they could do about it. Parking is horrible and my fiances motorcycle was stolen, and nothing was done to assist with that. Maintenance is horrible and they will say theyve fixed something when they havent. I had mildew in my hallway from a leaking A/C unit, which had my carpet soaking wet. The maintenance team said it was fixed and it was not. Im glad I dont live here anymore and wouldnt recommend anyone do so either.

Please, please and please, run very far away from this place. Its a stupid place to live especially if you are on the ground floor. You have neighbors who disturb and make noise all day long. And the sad news is that the jokers at the front office will tell you theres nothing they can do.In one instance, the manager said she doesnt believe me, its your word against theirs was what I was told. As I write this now somebody is heavily pounding on my ceiling with no care in the world. Yet, I pay a whole lot as rent.Its the worst place I have ever lived.

Been here almost a year. Pretty quite community. The only thing I would change is more management of people with animals and picking up after them when they use the bathroom.

Went to check the place out, STRANGE! I thought you had to make twice or three times the rent ?? From the clientele I have seen, It looks like just anyone can move in. Wow! To me, it looked like section 8 could qualify. Nuff said.

I love living here. For one the apartments are very spacious and two the maintenance is always quick at fixing anything that breaks or needs repair.

Ive been living here for about 8 years. The new management company doesnt know what they are doing. They keep hiring these managers and bringing in temps that doesnt know anything, nor do they try to learn. Every time you call or go into the office you get thrown off on the assiant manager, since shes the only who knows what she is doing. If you get home late and want to have somewhere to park, you better get you a reserved parking spot for $35. Good luck having a parking spot for a late night visitor since residents takes up all of visitor parking. Also the new company started charging allocated water even though every apartment has their own water meter and my water billed has trippled since. These apartments has gone down and I dont advice anyone to move here.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. The last management team was great. Since Jessica and the new team came the apartments have went to the ground. The upkeep is lacking { having trash everywhere now } You can never get the office to do anything unless you call 50 times and they still dont seem to care. The apartments are expensive and I didnt mind that. But now I feel as if the value have went down and now Im overpaying. I recently called the office 3 times about the apartment building lights surrounding my apartment not working { its dark when I leave to go to work } so of course this is a safety issue for me and I was only told oh Ill get with the manager and check the work order like what the hell. Give me the damn ladder and bulbs and Ill change it myself. WORD OF ADVICE, IF YOURE THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE I SUGGEST YOU DONT, unless youre a handy man, carpenter ect and can do things yourself

Worst apt complex Ive ever lived in. Was only there for 6 months and my car was broken into and management was so bad we had to leave. They will also nickel and dime you. The inside of our mailbox was exposed for a month and it took them that long to fix it after continuous complaints it wast being fixed. My advice would be to live somewhere else. We managed to get out of there and have been better off ever since.

( that’s her favorite one) Also don’t think getting ahold of the corporate office will help. After all the research I did I came up with a number that goes straight to voicemail. I left a message just for Jessica to call me telling me she heard my voicemail what is it she’s not doing?? I left serval emails and got no response. Of course Jessica had an excuse about them being under staff ( sorry folks I’m not making this stuff up) Bluestone Properties is horrible and so is this management team. ( If you don’t believe check the page, google Bluestone Properties see if you find a number other than a Canada number that has nothing to do with this company) After being here 9 years I wouldn’t renew my lease if they gave me a completely renovated apartment for free. It’s safe to say my relationship has ran it’s course with this place. These 5 star reviews gotta be the employees since they don’t take care of the residents they have plenty of time for fake reviews.

Shady new management and practices!! They dont know how to control their tenants and will allow individuals to kick your and bang on the door. Even with police reports of multiple occurrences, nothing was done about it. Trash would pile up at the dumpsters, gate was always broken, which of course led to cars and homes getting broke into. Move out early within the 60 day move out notification, only to be given a ridiculous and changed reason as to why there would be no refund for paid rent. Prorated rent is required to move in before the 30th of the month but paid rent is not refunded if moved out before the 30th of the month?? AGAIN, new management did not keep up there responsibility to their tenants for protection, clean apartments, and professionalism. Will not recommend these apartments unless management was to changed back!!

I currently live here and i for the most part, i like it. We have a two bed/two bath apartment. It is just my husband, myself and my daughter. My husband works over night, however, i always feel safe. The apartments are pretty quiet for the most part. Occassionally you will find kids outside playing, or a couple of people hanging around on their steps, but there is not drama, no loud music, nothing really to complain about when it comes to other people. The parking is a little...can be annoying. we do reserve a parking spot, although, we do have two cars, so on occassions someone has to park a bit aways, but doesnt bother me too much. The space is pretty nice size. my apartment is about as big as a small house. That has pretty much been what has kept us here is the space. We really like the space. we dont feel cramped and i love that my daughter has a bathroom in her room. So every morning she gets up and does all she needs to do, before even leaving her room. My only minor complaints that i have are: my apartment has an issue with spiders. I have seen the spiders get as big as a quarter and there is always baby ones chilling in the corners. i told the office and they come and spray. It isnt too big of an issue with me simply because spiders are not my phobia. i can stomp a spider. Also, there isnt a part of a swimming pool. I like that would really enhance the apartments. Overall, i like the apartments. we have been here for probably about almost two years. I also HATE the fact that the rent goes up little by little everytime we sign the lease. if it could just stop, that would be great.

I am currently living in this apartment complex. In my building havent had electricity for 23 hours. It was a terrible day for us.

We have been living here for almost 3 years and our car got stolen while parked inside.
