This apartment home is great! Great location especially the views!! The leasing process was a breeze because of Curtis! Curtis gave me so much knowledge about the homes and the area surrounding them. It’s super hard moving into a new area, but he really helped set my mind at ease. I haven’t figured everything out, but with great people running the complex like Curtis, it’ll definitely make it easier.

Beautiful building. Great amenities and pool. Friendly residents and perfect location. The apartments features, huge living areas, lighting in apartments are exceptional and the staff here is also extremely helpful and accommodating - from the concierge to the maintenance team - 10 out of 10! Bea, the leasing agent is a complete delight and a kind human being. She helped me out with all my questions - and answered all of them in detail. I highly recommend it if youre looking for a luxury high rise experience in Houston.

I currently reside in Atlanta and will be moving to Houston in the future. M5250 is definitely my top choice pick after touring with Curtis! Curtis knows everything about the property and the area. Love the galleria and would love to be there especially views!

I love that I am able to call M5250 my home! Alexandria made the whole process easy & fun! Moving can be super stressful.... but she made the process efficient and easy with her prompt responses! She is great, and the perfect person to be representing this community! The grounds are clean, the area is great! All in all, I absolutely love living here!

Pros: Nice community. My neighbors aren’t too noisy and I love my view. The leasing& maintenance team are fast & consistent. The concierge is very helpful. Big pool & gym, the hot tub, dog wash, guest suites & theater, 3 elevators, food trucks, are a nice addition. Plenty of parking.Cons: It’s dated and not a lot of cabinets in the kitchen/bathroom. The amenities fee is a bit much being that most of the amenities doesn’t work and there’s too much policing over the pool. I’m definitely not happy by having to choose which 2 friends can join me at the pool. I’ve never been able to get the theater screen to work. The dog wash area is so hot & humid with mosquitos and only 1 time did the water come on for a wash which frustrated me. The water fountain at the dog park doesn’t work. I could do without the valet trash when the trash chute is a few feet away from all the apartments on the floor.

The management is whats making me stay here, everyone is super helpful and friendly. They do everything to fulfill your request and make you feel at home. Jamie and Alexandria Rocks :) Thanks to these two beautiful ladies, I’m staying here another year

M5250 is a beautiful complex. It is located literally in the heart of the galleria. It has nice and up to date amenities, the pool is really nice too. Concierge is always professional, the gym has just about everything you need to stay in shape. I highly recommend it.

I just moved in but I love it here so far. It’s nice and quiet. Everyone here is very kind and the views are great! Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Toured this place a week ago and I must say that I enjoyed the tour from start to finish. Curtis was extremely helpful and answered ever single question I asked. Although, I have not yet decided on whether or not I will lease there I must give credit where it’s due.

I toured M5250 today and I was shocked to see how dated and run down this “luxury” high rise was. We toured with Alexandria and she was seriously amazing, but the building itself was just bad. I would not pay the high price for such run down quality. I will say I love their floor plans, but all of these units need renovating. It felt like a hotel from 20 years ago. In my opinion, if you’re looking to lease a luxury apartment home, do not lease here.Alexandria, you were terrific! This review is not based on our experience while touring with you. I am basing this review off of the quality and cleanliness of the building.

I absolutely love this building and the new Management. Jaime Sebastian is probably the best person I’ve ever worked in 20+ years of living in Houston high rises and has with and helped me move in to another Gables property a few years ago. Now, she’s been a Godsend to this property when we are moving again. I highly recommend anybody to go check out this property if moving to the Houston Galleria area. Jaime will make the craze of moving so easy. The property offers awesome floor plans, the pool is a nice 25m for swimmers like myself, and your gym membership can be canceled. You really get what you pay for here from the concierge to the rest of the staff and amenities. Thank you again, Jaime! Gables is lucky to have you!

Nice community and staff is always friendly. Ammenities are clean and I love the location! Unfortunately, they dont reply to emails. The one time I decide to use the grills in the community area, they were all out of gas! They dont bother to replace the gas for residents to use them.

I really love this community, all the Neighbors are super friendly and waking up to this beautiful skyline everyday is a dream come true. The leasing team is super amazing I moved in quickly the very next day after I applied. Look forward to continuing my residency here.

I’ve stayed here for about 2 years and have been hesitant to post a review. This property is truly amazing. The rooftop pool, gym, movie theatre are all great. Security is a high priority for me and rest assured that M5250 is almost impenetrable without a key fob. In the middle of the galleria area my views are truly great. I can see downtown, the galleria, NRG, and the Tx medical center. These are the best apartments in Uptown by far.

I moved in a month ago, and the staff at M5250 is always more than delighted to assist in any way!!! Jamie and Alexandria have made moving here an easy breeze!!! My work orders were always performed in a timely manner, with diligence! My apartment home is amazing... and the view is unbeatable! I look forward to seeing what else M5250 has to offer!! :))

The entire team from the community manager to the maintenance staff is amazing. They truly go above and beyond to make this place feel as comfortable as possible. My maintenance requests have been taken care of quickly and with a smile. I could not ask for a better place to come call home.I’ve lived at many professionally managed communities in the past and this living experience has been one of the best yet!

The leasing staff and management is amazing! The concierge always makes you feel at home. My favorite amenity is the roof top pool area, of course.

I like it here. Everything thing is great. I definitely recommend this community. The only thing I have complain about is when I submit a service request the repair team enters the apartment without calling me asking for permission even when I put it in the order.Everything else is great!Reply 1/28/2019: Thank you for your concern about your customers. I know this option and I always select the option of calling me before entry, but it seems that the team dont see this option or maybe technical issue with website. However recently I had two incidents, one last week or so, I was setting inside my apartment and I heard someone knocked the door only one time then unlocked it and open the door, it was one of the employees, she said you requested a service, I said NO. and how come you open the door without calling me.Today another incident with my mother she was alone in the apartment and she was scary because someone knock the door for one time then unlocked the door to open it. It was the service guy coming to check on the work that was done last weekend but again no one should open the door without my permission. This is a serious issue and it concerns me a lot. I think you guys need to deliver the message to the team.Thank you,

@celimar arceli I very much agree with you on this one. During the last visit from the current electrician, he came inside and started by saying nothing was wrong in a condescending tone. I pay a lot of money to sustain this space so when a person on a job starts being combative it encourages me to spew bad news about the whole staff to other people. When he came to my space, his body language suggested he has had it with his job and wants more than what he can chew but has no way out of it. The only difference between this staff and the previous staff is that the previous staff would come in, greet me, do his job without saying a word, wave me goodbye with a very bright smile, and leave my apartment in a better condition than it was. In this case, it is the A.c, I usually set it to 65(cold) now I set it to 60 degrees because it does not get cold. The previous engineer fixed the cooling system to where when I set it to 65 degrees and my space would get so cold I did not need to set it any lower than that while this engineer comes to my space, complains about his lack of professionalism, and believes he has a happy customer.In conclusion, the staff aka the family you will be moving to and living with are toxic and therefore you will not find peace in this space. If you have the money find somewhere else to lease and make sure they have good reviews.

Curtis and Jamie were so informative and helpful. They are the only reasons Im moving there. Well besides the apartment and facilities being top notch! Made the process very smooth and easy. Super nice and made me feel comfortable with moving there. When Curtis was not there, Jamie stepped in. Great customer service!

Leasing office would call you and tell you they’re offering months off on the unit I picked then when you get there they said oh only on selected units and the one you want isn’t part of it. I see why half the building is empty.

I am a new resident in this community. a great place to call home. The entire staff greet you with a smile and are very helpful. Nice view. Beautiful place. Good area. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. Specially i value the help Curtis Cole has given me. He took his time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. Loved my living experience here. Management and Staff made the leasing, move-in, and move-out experiences swift, easy, and painless. Decided to live here due to the location, quality, and safety of the building. Throughout my lease, these qualities were upheld and I could not have been happier with my stay.Pros:- Amazing Staff and Management Team who are very responsive and available. Never had a single issue getting into contact with them.- Great location, close to many shops, restaurants, and activities.- Exceptionally clean amenities / common areas.- Present security guard made the facility / garage feel safe and walkable no matter the hour.- Personally my hallway / apartment was very quiet and noise-free, albeit I have read reviews saying otherwise. This is a luck-of-the-draw as it is anywhere else depending on neighborly courtesy.Cons:- While the Staff and Management do an amazing job at keeping the area secure / safe, the parking garage is prone to rare break-ins. However, I have come to find this will happen regardless in Houston no matter the location. This was the one and only issue I had living here but Management has been proactive in doing what they can to prevent it.

M5250 is a great place to live! I recently moved in and the management, grounds, and ambiance of this place is awesome. The value is definitely here with great views, really high quality finishes on the interior, and the feeling of security. The management is very professional, helpful, and efficient. The concierge team is very pleasant, and professional as well. The maintenance/grounds team is also very detailed Everything looks in place here around the clock. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for a great place to live.

Worst leasing office team I ever encountered. It was good before. But now, after the management team changed to Gables, it is really really bad. They always want to overcharge you as much as they can. Cannot tolerate it anymore. Besides, the leasing office is not responsive at all, doesnt reply to emails unless you call them. Another thing, the previous management team would send an email when they received your package, but the current one doesnt do it at all. If you dont ask, you will never know you have a package held by them. Really bad experience with current leasing office team.

After searching for a perfect studio I found M5250 and I felt in love. One of the best communities in this area. The staff was fantastic, amenities above the competition, and apartments well appointed with modern kitchens. I supposed to relocate from San Antonio to Houston but my plans changed last minute. I was impressed how understanding the staff was just couple days prior moving in. I highly recommend checking this community out and giving the staff an opportunity to earn your business. Ask for Desmond, he is great!

This is the most unsafe community. Today we woke up to our car broke into. This is not the first time that happens to us and other residents and when you ask the management the say its the Galleria area and theft problems happens alot. I was like DOH why dont you have a good security. They have security for one day then you dont see them. When we asked for the cameras record tape they was like our cameras doesnt record the area where you parked. But we parked on the fifth floor and the other vehicle on the third. Thats so messed up and we decided to leave this community for safety reason and other reasons one of them the Marijuana smell every day. I CANT TAKE THIS APARTMENT. SO Disappointed.

Love living here! The management is so welcoming and they literally help you with whatever you need in the quickest way, they make living here amazing. Security and concierge is SUCH a plus. They make sure you feel and live safe and comfortably at all times, the POOL is so beautiful and peaceful and it’s so relaxing as well, the views the apartment offer is the main thing of it all! Plus the area is convenient to your every need. I would recommend to live here and will re-lease .

Solid community with a nice pool and nice gym for apartment complex. Frequently smells of marijuana or cigarette smoke. Theres been about 10 vehicle break ins in the secure garage since I moved in (about 3 years ago). Gables new management has been better but still plenty of room to grow. Pray to whatever God or deity you believe in you dont need emergency maintenance after hours. My AC went out about 430 on a holiday weekend and no one answered any of the maintenance lines listed, had to pretend I was interested in leasing a unit to get a hold of anyone. Even then I was referred to the maintenance numbers and told they couldnt help. The product is not worth the price

I was in an emergency for a new place to live. I met Damon at M5250 who made the process very smooth. Him and the rest of the staff are very welcoming and down to earth. They do their best to accommodate each individual and treat them with respect and kindness. If you ever need a flexible lease, M5250 will accommodate. The facilities are very luxurious and most importantly, the units feels like home.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Anastasia Myers on a business level. She is the prime leasing manager at M5250. The leasing has always been great at M5250, but Anastasia is phenomenal! As the owner of Tasty Tannins, I have had the opportunity to have wine tastings in M5250s resident lounge. It is so beautiful and the residents truly enjoy their homes.Great job Anastasia and great property M5250!

Very pleased with my recent experience while looking for apartments in the area. I had the honor to receive assistance from the young lady Casee. She was very professional and informative about the amenities offered at the complex. She never hesitated to answer any of my questions and was very confident, that set the bar for me. I was truly impressed!

I visit the property often to work out with one of my friends that is a resident. The gym has some of the best equipment Ive seen at any property as far as weight systems goes. Definitely resembles a smaller scale 24 HR Fitness.

I’ve been living here for a year and am now renewing. Over all the building has normal issues as any would but the staff has made my experience great. I’d love to see a package room installed so we could have more accessibility to packages after hours. The staff from Casee, Damon and Desmond are great and everybody is really accommodating!!!! The new concierge has also been really inviting.

M5250 is a great location in regards to the galleria area! It’s walkable and really close to the free way. It’s an older building but well maintained. Maintenance is efficient and the staff is really friendly and personable!

I really enjoy my new apartment! I think its the most affordable Highrise in the Galleria area. Damon was AWESOME with making sure my move in experience was seamless and Kacey has been AMAZING whenever I had a question or concern. I have even referred a colleague to move in and she made sure that I got my referral payment. If only they had a dog walker on the premises for times I cant get off in time life would be perfect!

I was accompanied by the manage named Zawar, he was very professional and showed me the property. Great experience and they keep the units in tip top condition. While on the tour some residents greeted me and told me this was an awesome place to live. Will be moving here next month. HIGHLY recommend.

As a locator I would recommend this property. Its a little older as far as the year it was built, but as far as the interiors and finishes, they were so ahead of there time when they designed this and it is still so beautiful! The location is literally across the street from the Galleria and so many restaurants. The views are amazing, the pool is amazing, and the pricing is amazing for a high rise in the city.

I just recently moved in and my experience had been great moving from NY . The views are amazing and the amenities are nice. The grills are definitely in need of an update. a new manager, Kelly, as come on board and Ive seen some small changes around the property since Ive toured ! Im excited to see whats coming for 2020. Definitely come and visit with Casee she made my leasing experience flawless and easy !

I just moved to Houston, and found this apartment. Zawar helped us through the entire process of leasing very smoothly, and I also got a nice discount. The building so far looks great, Very urban, great location if you love to shop, amazing amenities, beautiful view. Lets hope the living experience here would be just as good.

I have been living at M5250 since 2017 and just renewed my lease. I love living here. It is awesome. Casee, Damon and the rest of the management team are great, Concierge always awesome and Maintenance staff always on time to handle any request. The Location is walkable to anything i need and close to all the major highways in Houston. I initially thought i would just stay here for a year before purchasing a house, but with all the benefits i have enjoyed staying at M5250, i decided to extend that plan further out lol.

My husband and I moved to M5250 in 2015 and lived there for 3 years. We have greatly enjoyed living here. The amenities are amazing and provided for some really great summer memories. All of the staff here are wonderful, friendly, timely, and efficient. The maintenance staff were hands down the best! We also really enjoyed the social events. We are really going go miss it here but we have just purchased our first home and its time to create new memories. We will miss you M5250!!!

As a locator/realtor for five years M5250 is one of my highly recommended places to stay. I visited this property a few times to see a resident that was my friend. During my visits over the years I’ve noticed a significant difference in staffing and management! The concierge has recently changed, kierra is very professional and welcoming! I’ve also encountered Casee, the assistant manager who is very efficient and is not afraid to step in when needed and moves quickly. I’m not a fan of high rises but the location is really nice too!

I have been a resident for 3 years! I love Damon... he’s been a great help. Everybody speaks to me and is very friendly. Staff goes above and beyond. I love casee, she hugs me every time she see me. They have definitely made me feel at home. I’m ready to transfer into a different apartment onsite.

I took one of my clients here recently for a tour and Chris at the leasing office was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The community is well maintained and the units have great views. There are also great amenities here with a heated pool and a nice size gym!

I really like the building, the location and the super friendly, nice and professional concierges. The only complain I have is that the management service is horrible. They never answer the phone or emails, are super disorganized, y provide super bad customer service. Also, You can see they have considerably lower their new residents screening standards. The building is loosing its luxury quality.

Its been three months since Ive moved out and I still havent received my deposit check back, even after numerous visits and phone calls. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

CAUTION PLEASE BE AWARE!I dont know what digital marketing agency they paid to post the wonderful reviews about this place but I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy!My close friend was approved for an apartment almost a month ago. There has been a lot of transition in the office and from what I have witnessed there is zero consistency with the leasing office. They are very hard to get in touch with! My friend paid a deposit/ rent and the leasing specialist Olivia and the assistant manager refused to hand over the keys and refused to refund her money!What happened is completely WRONG and what most would consider a scam! Now she is out of a home and doesnt have anywhere to move. Its crazy to think that what most would consider to be a huge waste of time/ scam can happen in such a beautiful complex. You would think stories like this only come from Craigslist, but I guess thats what happens when you have unprofessional leasing agents running the place! Do your homework before committing yourself to this place! This could happen to you!

This place is beautiful and the scenery is extraordinary! The place is always clean and well staffed. And the pool is nice with a great view!

I love M5250!!!! This is one of the BEST places Ive stayed in all my years in Houston. The staff is friendly(especially Jay), the property is always looking Beautiful, and the amenities are to die for.

Had an appointment at 1 to view an apartment. Waited 30 minutes without even seeing a leasing agent. I would understand if I was a walk in but when I have a set appointment and only have my lunch hour I cant wait around forever. Concierge was nice though.

If I could give 0 stars I would Im not one to write reviews only if necessary and this is one of them.I lived here last year and moved out this past January and Im still living the nightmare of this place! When we first moved in it was great not going to lie but as soon as the day I asked family to come over is when things went downhill.. my family and friends have NEVER felt welcomed to come in due to the way my sister experienced the concierge I wont go into too much detail but short point she was pulling up to the garage and honest mistake she thought it was a dial box and tried to back up when the concierge literally stood in front of the gate flat out arms and legs wide like a X screaming at her turn around youre trespassing! Like ok come on understandable she tried to back up but couldnt due to other residents behind her it was EXTREMELY embarrassing this whole action and rest to say my sister never wanted to come back and sadly she didnt.As far as stuff going bad inside the apartment the response to fix it was ridiculous our AC was constantly breaking and I had to always complain for them to make efforts to fix it and everything else in the apartment forget about it Id rather do it myself.As for the atmosphere of living there I hated it to be honest. Getting groceries forget it they give you a cart you use and that thing was useless. The halls always smelled of marijuana and Im not against what you do in your home but being so close to each other you smell it bad and the loud music. Dont even think to say anything to the staff cause they dont respond to it or care to fix it.Why so late for me to review you may be wondering is cause to this day Im still going back and forth w these people I have to say are liars and crooks about the list they give you before you leave to clean and the prices if not cleaned they charged me hundreds of dollars just to clean the carpet and I understand yes I didnt clean the carpet but I scrubbed EVERYTHING else besides the normal wear and tear and I shouldve taken pictures to defend my point and I regret not doing so!So my advise to anyone wanting to live there is take pictures BEFORE and AFTER you move because they will come back to haunt you like it is with me!

I GOT SCAMMED. I CAME WITH CLAY A APARTMENT LOCATOR OFF CRAIGSLIST THAT IS A SCAM ALSO. WE MEET WITH PAUL (I think was his friend). PAUL IS NICE BUT DID NOT TALK HE ALLOWED CLAY TO SPECK AND GIVE FALSE INFORMATION. CLAY EXPLAINED THAT RENT WILL BUT BE $3000 WITH TWO MONTHS OFF. PAUL KNEW HE WAS WRONG AND NEVER SAID A WORD. I AGREED TO BRING A MONEY ORDER BACK WITH THE UNDERSTANDING I WAS PAYING $3000. PAUL STILL NEVER TOLD ME I RECEIVED FALSE INFORMATION. AFTER CALLING CORPORATE THEY CHANGED A LOT OF THINGS. I NEVER GOT AN EMAIL TO E-SIGN MY LEASE UNTIL MY MOVERS CAME. SIGN AND READ THAT MY RENT WILL BE ALMOST $5000.00. WITH MOVERS AT MY PLACE AND NO OTHER PLAN BUT TO MOVE TO THIS LOCATION. I CALLED M5250 & WAS SUGGESTED TO SIGN AND WE WILL FIGURE IT OUT. AFTER SIGING THE LEASE AND MOVING IN. THEY DID NOT CARE TO HELP. ONLY THING THAT CHANGED WAS THE PROCEDURE ON HOW THEY WILL WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING FOR. THE PLACE WAS DIRTY & CARPETS WERE NOT CLEAN. I PAID $5000.00 FOR SIX MONTHS ON TIME. I STILL WAS NOT ALLOWED TO MOVE TO A SMALLER UNIT OR EVEN GET ANY ASSISTANCE FOR MY ISSUE. FROM PLANING TO SPEND $3000.00 TO PAYING $5000.00 IS A LOT. I stop by M5250 yesterday for the 1st time And was welcome with open arms immediately from the time i walk in the door to the time i left the apartment. I would like to say that not only was the staff friendly, not only was the property above Houston standards, the tour was made better by the services of Zawar, the leasing agent. I cant wait to have the opportunity to call this community my future home.

Excited to be moving here in a few weeks. I choose to move here because of the views, price point, leasing agent and location. I will write a follow up about my experience once Im all moved in as well.

I recently toured the beautiful M5250 with Casee. The community in combination with the amazing tour from Casee left me speechless. I was primarily attracted to the location of the building as I work in the Galleria area, and fell in love once I saw it in person. Casee not only showcased the value of the amenities, and identified how the apartment would directly align with my needs, but was very friendly and helpful in the search for my new home. I am waiting for my lease to end at my current community before moving in, but I cannot wait to become a resident here at M5250. This community is a must see if you are in the market for a new home in the Galleria area.

I have been at M5250 for three weeks I wish I didnt move in. My big mistake in my life that is moving in M5250. I couldnt sleep for many nights because the units above and next to my unit are real loud. They make sound very loud everyday until 2am. We just moved in but we had to deal with a lot of maintenance issues. All M5250 has that is a nice pool and nice small gym. If you wanna enjoy the pool you could live here, but if you wanna get more sleep and quiet you have to consider about moving in M5250.

Damon is very Kindly person. very nice room and service. Everything is very professional, knowledgeable . I LOVE the swimming pool.

Excellent reviews are rewarded my management. Dont be fooled. Amenities and apartments are above average. However, marijuana smoke constantly fills the halls, loud parties are frequent. The management is so afraid to lose people they rarely address legitimate complaints. People often airbnb their apartments even though its not allowed. If you are a 24/7 party person and dont mind all of the above, then consider this a five star review.

Visited this property. Parking was scarce. In the lobby were 2 teenage residents with shoes up on the furniture as I waited for a leasing agent to come to the front . Agent was just somewhat pleasant. Their were no units to show as far as 1br. The agent showed me 2 br units both of which had sub standard sized closets. The granite style and cabinets were in good condition but dated and dark which was not appealing. The halls were dark, narrow and had a stale odor like an older hotel. The dog area reeked of urine on the artificial turf and not cleaned in a while for certain.Overall, compared to the current apartment market, this property offers much less amenities, dated interiors, small closets at higher prices than other properties very close by. Thumbs down at any price range.

Great property, couldnt believe the price for the location and apartment finish! The views are spectacular and the kindness and honesty shown by Damon would truly appreciated.

This might be long but I thought you should know in case you are considering living here.PROS - All of the concierge are very friendly and very helpful. The are very pleasant and great at their jobs.The gym has all of the machines/free weights/cardio equipment you will ever need.CONS - Inept management.People smoke is their apartments in a non smoking building. Not on their balconies but actually in their apartments. Since the apartments have connected duct work the smoke travels into other apartment so it is like you are living in a bar.My 20 lb mini Australian Shepherd was attacked by a Great Dane and a Pit bull. The 2 dogs bit him on both sides and he needed stitches and a tube to allow the wounds to drain properly. I did not file a police report as I figured the tenant or the apartments would step up and the handle the situation appropriately. The apartments have asked the tenant to pay our vet bills and remove the dogs but the apartments state they have no recourse other to ask them nicely. If this is the case you would expect the apartments to create some good will with their tenants and step up and handle the vet bills. No dice. They have said 100% that they are not going to step up and create this good will and my only recourse is to file a police report and take the tenant to court.So, if you want a nice gym and inept management then feel free to lease at M5250.I would advise against it.

I walked in and the leasing office was so helpful and nice that we booked a 2 bedroom / 2 bath right away. We looked at several places but decided this was the place I want to live.

I love M5250 the view towards the Galleria is great. Ive been very happy living here. I recommend it.

My car got stolen on October 24, the following weekend my other car almost got stolen if I didn’t run down in time, my neighbors car got broken into yesterday, my other neighbor who lives down the hall, her car got stolen a few months ago, since the incident happened I have spoken to several people in the building and finding out how many people actually lost their cars and valuables in this totally unsafe community, Managment acts like everything is fine but no! It’s bad here. BEWARE!GABLES at this M5250 are Bunch of crooks, will fraudulently charge you for the things you dont owe, even if you pay in advance you’ll still end up owing a balance (even if you speak with anyone in the office to get the final balance prior to making a payment) their word or even an email confirmation has no value because they will simply deny it.Update* 10/23/20Around 8:10 PM on a Friday night I’m trying to leave the apartment, as I approach the garage the gate opens and I see a red Ford fusion speeding up straight at me if I didn’t move we would have had a head on collision, when I honked at this guy he rolled his window down and says “niggah, you got a lot of space” I responded back to him and then he responds “why don’t you come out of the car so I can shoot you or beat you” I’m not sure... this is one of the few incidents I have had here the place has become very very unsafe random people show up and the security gate an arm keeps getting damaged and the management doesn’t do anything about it for at least a week or two, But guess what! If you owe $1.89 they will call and harass you until you pay that amount but life-threatening situations like this nobody cares, The concierge is very nice they called me back about the incident.***UPDATE*** 10/24/20My Car gets stolen, and the management doesn’t care whatsoever, I will have my lawyer look into the lease and have Gables answer as to why there is no security officer patrolling onsite. This place is not safe at all. People will just follow behind you to enter the garage, sometimes they will also speed through the exit, but guess what! thats not an important issue at the moment! Whats important is that you pick up your packages on time or make sure your trash is in the trash can! How will i be able to throw trash in the trash can when your management doesnt empty them out! Also I just learned that my neighbors car was also stolen a few month back, This place is so bad and unsafe. Every night I empty out my belongings from the car as if I will not be using it anymore just because I m not sure if my car will be here in the morning or not. Gables doesnt even have the curtesy to at-least send an alert email warning the residents about the incident and to be careful, It almost makes me think that Gables does this on purpose to make stealing cars easier for the theive’s.

Woke up this morning with no water in my apartment. Couldnt shower, brush teeth etc. This is the penthouse apartment #2202 that we pay $2600 a month for mind you. This is an ongoing problem that has never been properly addressed by CWS management. They dont care. Dozens of emails go without any resolution. So glad we put our notice in and cant wait to move. We emailed and asked for a reply that they received our notice...they couldnt even reply to that. Go figure. Dont move here. Unless you like being overcharged for water that doesnt deliver, weed smell in the hallways, urine and feces in the LOUD/BROKEN down elevators, vomit in the parking garage, your car being broken into in that same secure garage that I find has business cards and flyers all over residents cars, a starbucks machine with no cups/lids that works half the time, a secure lobby entrance that they are constantly fixing because it becomes stuck and lets anyone in and management that changes every 4 months or so then by all means its super luxe. By luxe they mean not luxe at all.

The office staff is extremely helpful and really takes the time to make sure your needs are met when you visit the office! The apartments are beautiful, the views are amazing, and the amenities are top of the line.

Looking for an apartment in the Galleria area my agent brought me at M5250. WOW what a place!!We were assisted by Zawar Shafiq! He was such a gentleman, he took us on a tour and told us every aspect of the building, showed us three apartments and common areas. He also explained the amenities of the building and current incentives!The view from every the apartment we saw was great!I was very impressed by the customer service I received and that is why I decided to make this place my future home!

By far the best possible experience you can ask for at a highrise, it has everything you need and all your activities to do are within walking distance, couldnt ask for a better placement!!!!! Highly reccomend it!-Great luxury living!
