Five years of living here has only had the occasional hitch. The grounds are kept well and the maintenance staff is quick to respond to requests. Everyone that lives and works here so far i have met have been very friendly.

Camden Stonebridge is a great place to call home! We moved in not too long ago and we already love it. Special thanks to Anthony Fuentes for helping us as much as he could to make our moving experience the best and for checking in on us.

My move to Camden was a very smooth transition. Anthony was very helpful and went above and beyond to meet my needs. He even took measurements for me to make sure the furniture I wanted was a good fit! He also follows up with any issues I may have and actually gives me solutions! I definitely recommend asking for his help should you want to make Camden your home!!

Love everything about Camden, very clean, everyone is very friendly. Martin was very helpful when we first moved and still is. Any Maintnance issue they’re here same day. No complaints love everything about these apartments.

I came to Camden Stonebridge while frantically looking for a new place to live because my current apartment had been in a fire. Anthony F. answered the phone that Sunday afternoon and agreed to give me a tour in 30 minutes. My first impression of the complex was wonderful. The attention and genuine concern Anthony displayed over my current situation was so nice. He walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and I signed the lease the next day. When I walked into the apartment for the first time, after signing the lease, there was a gift basket full of household supplies and a hand written card from Anthony welcoming me home. It was the sprinkles on top of the cake, I knew I had made the right decision. That was over 3 months ago, and I’m still so thankful I chose Camden Stonebridge. The updated features, the overall landscaping, the maintenance team, the office team...seriously this is a wonderful place.

Elizabeth Rivera and the other workers were outstanding in their assistance, promptness, and responsiveness, and knowledge of information.

I called so many times, and never could get in communication with anybody and i was in the process of purchasing my home and was never able to talk to someone to let them know that moved out a while ago and it just seems like unless your renting a new apartment with this team they won’t communicate to people who are trying to move out, I was trying to just pay any kind of balances that I had to pay before move out or get an estimate and just received a large bill about 3 months since I moved out and it’s just very inconvenient because I was trying to contact them for so long to get an estimate or something and nobody would ever communicate with me and I was charged almost 100 dollars for electricity for an entire month that I no longer lived there and everything was turned off and yet when I try to call as to why I’m being billed a high bill for a whole month that was already vacated, I got no call back, very unprofessional

I toured the property on 4/1/21, and was assisted by Ms. Elix Rivera. The complex seems well maintained and the units have nice finishes. While the experience with Elix was great, very kind agent, unfortunately the units available at the time did not meet my needs. Im very specific when it comes to location and a few other details, but Id definitely consider the property again in the future if other units that match my goals would be available then.

Great community to live. Comfortable and clean apartments. Maintenance is quick with solving the problems. My leasing agent Martin is super helpful.

So far I have enjoyed living here at Camden Stonebridge, Anthony has been very helpful and professional throughout and made my move in process very smooth, also their maintenance takes care of requests quickly.

Upon moving in, I did not feel welcomed by the leasing agents and manager Elix Rivera. I was judged by my age and skin color, as if I could not afford to live in these apt complex. I never received a tour of the community and just a brief look at the unit I was going to be living in. Moving out was a extremely stressful experience due to the assistant manager Brittany giving me incorrect information. She stated that my apt could be put on hold until I made a decision to move out or stay (she gave me two weeks). When I called Brittany to inform her that I indeed plan on staying in the unit, she then told me that my unit had already been leased out. I had to hurry and make other arrangements for my 4 year old and I. I attempted to reach out to corporate who was no further help. The leasing team and management does not respond professionally and lacks empathy. I would not refer anyone to these apts. Also beware of the fees! I had a $1300 security deposit and I’m only receiving $300 back for my refund. $1000 for cleanup fees!

The best apartment complex I have lived in so far! Sometimes minor issues come up here and there, but the team is very responsive and always helps to resolve them!

Management directed the theft of my personal property and lied about it. It took three days to admit their mistake and I was given nothing but canned platitudes. Camden Stonebridge: my expectations are not to be stolen from or lied to. Lets wait for the we try to achieve excellence response here or the non-apology apology. Theft is theft. Lying is lying. Your canned responses lack transparency and are insincere.EDITED AFTER RESPONSE FROM CAMDEN:Exactly my point. Apologizing for not meeting my expectations is exactly the non-apology I refer to in my original review. Saying you are “sorry for not meeting my expectations” is a blame-shifting apology and places the onus on me for having a problem for being lied to and my property stolen. This type of non-apology is gaslighting at its finest.Thank you for proving my point.

Dont get me wrong, I really enjoyed my time here at the camdens. Please beware when you move out! For that matter dont move in altogether! They charge us a 298.00 carpet cleaning fee. Mind you we only stayed in the apartment a year and half! Even we see a small spot on the carpet we immediately clean, just normal wear and tear when a tenant stays in apartment! We even take off our shoes when we come home! So how in the hell that the carpet was heavy soil as they claim!! Besides the carpet supposed to be replaced or shampoo when new tenants move in right? We was very clean and nice telnets who always pay rent on time! Also they charge us a 75.00 fee for a removal of ADT wireless system, keyword here is wireless!! So how is that a fee to remove that, when you can simply unplug!! We you move they also charge a 100.00 clean up fee which stated in the lease! Please stay away from this apartments, because they will you charge so many fees when you leave!! Please take pictures and do a final walk through with the manager, because they will charge you and will lie about it! It was our mistake on our part, because we so busy moving and getting our brand new house build. Honestly we didn’t think that they will do us like this! Of course they took advantage of that, and slam us with bogus charges! Sure theyre nice and sweet when youre a tenant, its when you leave when they stick it to ya!! As if theyre trying to punish you for leaving!!! ALSO I HAVE ATTACHED SOME PICTURES OF OUR APARTMENT! THIS IS PROOF THAT WERE VERY CLEAN TENANTS! YOU BE THE JUDGE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

My wife and I LOVED living here. We lived here for 4 years. We bounced around from appt to appt all over Houston for 8years until we found Camden. The people here are amazing. Everyone in the office is welcoming and extremely helpful. I dealt alot with Brittany and Wakita before she was transferred. They always had smiling faces,ready to help with any of our crazies.lol.Maintainance team is always very quick to respond even on holidays. I once had our A.C. go out on Christmas eve and someone was there around 9pm to fix it. Also, camden has a 24hr customer support line. Fantastic Service!!Our neighbors are very sweet. We once left the trunk of our escalade wide open,and one of the neighbors came to let us know. Also 2 years ago, we left our front balcony door open and Mr Nile(neighbor) called the office to have them tell us. There was also the time someone bbq at the pool and offered food to everyone. During the winter storm of 2021, people also shared updates on the community board when the water and lights came on. This helped us know when to return to the appt. There are sooooo many other instances where our neighbors were PERFECT people. Like the time someone gave my honda a jump when the battery died in the rain. We love you guys!This complex is also very very clean. NEVER saw a roach. I lived in Houston almost 12years and theres always roaches,except at Camden. This was a BIG plus for us.I highly recommend this community. It was the only place we could live for more than 1year. We are only leaving because we bought a house. Thank you Brittany for all the amazing advice and support you showed us. They truly do mean alot. Also thanks to Elizabeth, Anthony, Martin and Wakita(even though shes gone). You guys made this 4years at camden feel like home.

I have lived here for 2 weeks and so far am very happy with the apartment. It is clean, feels safe, and looks very nice! The maintenance resolves requests quickly and Martin and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are no issues! I enjoy having the valet trash pickup service, as well as the beautiful pathway around the pool area where I like to walk my dog.

I lived here for 4.5 years and just moved out earlier this month. I enjoyed living in the complex itself. Management was always friendly, and maintenance always responded to my requests very quickly. My apartment itself was nice, and the landscaping around the apartment was always very pretty. It’s very close to several major highways, the tollway and beltway are less than ten minutes away. My neighbors were friendly and respectful.The main reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of an increase in crime in the complex over the past year or so. There have been multiple apartments and cars broken into, which was scary for me since I get off of work late at night and lived alone. Management promised more on site security, however it was just a contract security officer that disappeared after a month. I know that crime is unfortunately unavoidable no matter the complex, and would recommend the complex still if you are willing to look past the crime and are on top of keeping your car, apartment, etc. locked at all times.

I just wanna say how wonderful our experience at Camden Stonebridge has been! from the move in process 2 1/2 years ago with Cynthia to all of the wonderful staff we’ve met since then. Ramon is one of my favorites and the sweetest! When we rescued a puppy but couldn’t keep it they offered the non refundable pet fee back to us, which we found to be very generous! Everyone is so helpful and we’ve also felt very safe here! Absolutely recommend this place!

Moved in and moved out a week later! I was reassured prior to moving in that the apartment was ”perfect” and that I would love it. Well so much for that, the apartment complex definitely does not follow any CDC guidelines for COVID. Light switches had food marks, blinds were extremely dirty, carpet stains, nails sticking out from the restroom cabinet, greasy stovetop and bubbly cabinets due to water damage. I immediately contacted the leasing office and was told by a leasing agent to write an email with all my concerns and attach any pictures, so I did just that. Got a call from the the office manager and explained everything to her. She mentioned they missed the nails on the cabinets and immediately sent someone to fix that. The carpet situation she said it was washed prior to me moving in but I truly believe it was not. She offered to purchase cabinet liners for me she stated as much as she would love to replace the cabinets the company would not allow that. I explained to her I was extremely unhappy and could not live in an apartment in that condition and she followed by saying prior residents were happy there. She then mentioned the company has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the time I moved in.I could move out without breaking my lease. Mind you Ive spent money on movers, application fee, admin fee, and whatever else they charge. After thinking about it a few days I decided this company did not deserve me as a resident and definitely not my money. The companies model is ”Living Excellence” but they are far from that. I was being charged a $100.00 cleaning fee to move out. I went back and forth with the office manager about waiving this cleaning fee because they did not clean this apartment prior to my move in and she stood by it that it could not be waived. It was then when I decided to contact corporate. After informing the office manager that I had contacted corporate it was then she decided to waive this fee. After all, the hassle and losing money I will say everyone in the leasing office treated me with respect and they got back to me in a timely manner.

My experience here was pretty good especially when it come to customer service at the leasing office. Martin helps me out during the process and answered any question I had. So if your looking for a new home contact him.

Ask for Martin!! He is the best ever. Super funny, super informative. He is actually the reason we love the place! Seriously, ask for Martin hes a total sweet heart. (P.S. that manager at specs was right to question your I.D :) )

Nice quiet, clean and staff is great

Nice and peaceful! Management has taken all precautions and followed CDC guidelines during the pandemic. The management office closed when it had to close but, all were working from home providing emergency services when needed and updating residents with accurate information. Camden offered cash assistance to its residents impacted by the pandemic nationwide which we personally received due to reduced working hours. As activitites gradually resumed, so did management operations by appointment and, opening the gym and pool with signs limiting the number of persons to keep social distance and, most important maintaining the entire apartment complex clean. Great place to live!!!

They were very friendly especially right now during Covid-19, and we’re able to do everything online and trough Skype hassle free, the only thing was that I wasn’t able to come see the apartment physically until Move in day and it did make me unaware of what I was walking into but they reassured me I would be satisfied with the apartment and I think the pictures don’t do the apartment justice as it was more spectacular than what I imagined, even after move in the staff have been very supportive and make you feel right at home in this community.

Very nice complex, and even nicer office staff. Wakita and Martin go out of their way to do their job and show true positivity and friendliness. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

By far the best apartment experience Ive ever had. This was the first and only apartment I looked at before my husband and I moved from California to Houston in November and Im so glad this was it. The management and maintenance team have been nothing short of wonderful. My best advice is to experience it for yourself. I give Stonebridge five stars because its such a lovely community. Its very convenient and close to a lot of shopping and entertainment. The community is well kept, the grounds are always clean and maintenance is great. My work orders get complete in a timely manner and most importantly they are pet friendly! The staff and neighbors are super friendly.

I just wanted to say that Camden Stonebridge is such a wonderful place to live. The apartment is beautiful and I have been extremely happy with the staff. Maintenance is so great and those guys work so hard! Grateful to finally live at such a great apartment complex!

We have moved in about two months and so far we really enjoy this little community. The move-in was quite smooth and painless. The staffs Cynthia and Cassie are very responsive to our questions both in person and via email. They would ensure any maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Our 1B unit is clean and well maintained.

Had a great experience at the Camden Stonebridge. The maintenance staff was friendly, prompt, and helpful. The amenities are well kept and the complex is clean. Would recommend this apartment complex or any Camden locations to friends and family.

Very responsive staff that always are looking out for the interest of the resident. Although it does seem like crime is high for the complex, truly you cannot expect world class security from a small complex in one of the largest cities in the US. I would highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for a quiet, well-priced, family friendly complex. The neighbors are all very nice, maintenance requests are done quickly and correctly, and the grounds are extremely well kept! Staff does a great job at keeping everyone up to date on any information going on in the complex, you truly will not regret living here!

My experience at Camden Stonebridge has been an absolute pleasure. All of the ladies in the office offer superb customer service. Cassie is always so helpful, and kind. Christina always greets you with the sweetest smile. Cynthia will do anything you ask of her, Lisseth is always willing to help me when I need her and willing to take time out of her busy schedule to check in on me. Jose, is quick to respond to my work orders, Sauls smile lights the room, Luis is always working so hard to keep the community clean.

If you are looking for a an apartment in the westchase area Camden Stonebridge is highly recommended. You will not find a better than Camden Stonebridge. If you are looking for a quiet community this is exactly where you would like to be. The maintenance team is very much on top of things and unlike most apartment complexes they get things done the same day. Elizabeth, Wakita and Martin are very special. Eventhough I have been a resident there for a little over a year I really enjoy my staying there.

The apartments are well maintained overall. When you have a problem/complaint it is handled quickly. Maintenance only works Monday through Friday so no work is done on weekends unless it is an emergency. There is generally adequate parking for residents but it may not be close to your unit and unless you purchase a reserved space all parking is first come first serve. Each unit comes with a washer/dryer which is really nice. They are a pet friendly community also. And offer activities several times a year.The downside, because of course every place has a downside. The office staff will tell you that parking rules are strictly enforced, they’re not really. Almost weekly I find as I walk the dog someone who apparently isn’t a resident in resident parking and since I’ve been here which is just a few days short of a year I’ve never seen anyone towed. The community bbq grills (3) are supposed to be cleaned after use and most times are not. Consequently we’ve only used them once as I had to scrub the one we used for an hour before we could use it. Pet friendly they are indeed. Rules include all dogs must be on a leash and cleaned up after by the owner. Again not enforced. We’ve seen dogs out with no owner present. But instead standing on their patio or balcony. And this has happened at different times of the day. Clean up after should be easy as there are pet stations located throughout the complex. However if you walk on the grass at all keep your eyes down as otherwise you will step in something you might not want to step in. And lastly the complex is so pet friendly that they have several feral cats which live at the complex. Residents feed them and protect them. And the management requires a pet fee and rent if you own a dog but nothing of the residents who look after the feral cats. Activities yes, convenient times for residents who work no. I’ve only seen one activity that was in the evening. All others are during the day. And since most of us work then those activities don’t really include us.One of the perks of living in the community is outdoor space. Each unit comes with a patio or balcony. I use my outdoor space when possible. But one of the feral cats is male and recently sprayed my patio furniture. When I complained I was told there was nothing they could do. The smell of cat urine is almost impossible to get rid of, so I wound up throwing out $60 worth of cushions.Overall I would recommend this complex, but I would also recommend you be aware that this complex isn’t perfect. But then which one is?

I recently moved into the Camden Stonebridge and I must say not only am I impressed, but I truly feel at home. Cynthia Martinez in the front office made everything easy for me, she was very transparent with the charges and services provided and got me in the door quicker than anyone else could ! One if the best places to stay in Houston. Valet trash, free cable, washer dryer in unit - I cant ask for more for the rent Im paying here. I had seen many apartments in Houston galleria area before checking out here and this turned out to be better than all of those for almost the same cost per month. The staff is very nice too.

This is one of the nicest place we lived. We lived in this community for over 2 years. We like the new management. The staff is friendly and also understands the needs of the residents very well. Definitely a great place to live.

I toured Camden Stonebridge with Wakita she was great! Very friendly, sweet and welcoming. The area around the site was okay, I like that its a gated community. The site itself was upkept very well by maintenance. Nice to know the outside grills & pools are cleaned every day, no dogs allowed to swim in the pool. The gym was a lil small but workable, I liked that everything was convenient wifi, cable and valet trash included in rent. Overall a great place to live however the apartment we were interested in was available earlier than we were wanting to move in so we went with a different Camden site. I highly recommend the Camden apartments!

My husband and I have been here for about 2 months and we love it. Its a very quiet community and the grounds are kept very well. The community is close to everything, but you dont feel like you are living on Westheimer. We love our apartment, its fully remodeled. Tiffani was extremely helpful getting everything settled for our cross country move!

This is a great property. For starters its managed by Camden. Which in my personal opinion is one of the stronger of the property management companies in the greater Houston area. I stop into the office often to chat with the staff. They are a great group. I always enjoy my visit. They provide a welcoming atmosphere that matches the beautiful property. I personally speak with Janaye White when im there and she always makes me feel right at home. The whole staff is all smiles and that goes a long way. There are ton of apartments in Houston but not as many really strong properties as this one. In your hunt for a home dont forget to stop by Camden Stone bridge

I have made Camden Stonebridge my home for over 12 years and absolutely love living here. The Management Team is always professional, courteous and shows appreciation for their residents. They are helpful, no matter the situation. The apartments are lovely, with updated designs and appliances that is maintained whenever needed by the wonderful Maintenance Team. I especially like that the complex is a small community that is near to everything – shopping, dining, etc., kept clean and has nice amenities.

Camden Stonebridge! One of the safest and decent communities in and around Westchase area. The property is well maintained and the staff are extremely professional and cordial in making sure the residents are well taken care off. Would definitely recommend for future residents!

I lived in this property for 14 months till last January (2018). The last couple of months I was just waiting to move out. There are at least 2 apartments that get broken into every month, sometimes a couple of weeks, the neighborhood is not safe at all. Prepare to be feeling unsafe the whole time. Whenever something happens, they bring a security officer who roams around for a couple of days then disappears. The leasing office agents arent helpful and certainly arent nice AT ALL! If you decide to live here, prepare to be overcharged for water and electricity (I was shocked when I compared to the bills in my new apartment which is larger by the way). There are broken water pipes and repairs the whole time so the water is off too often. And the best thing happened when we moved out and they charged us an additional 100$ for the carpet cleaning (which is a part of the cleaning fee agreement btw) and when we called to ask for an EXPLANATION, they threatened to charge us more for other stuff.SO yeah, if you want a crappy living experience and to be frustrated and upset the whole time go ahead and come live there!By the way they will do anything to make you move in but dont expect the same treatment once you do.

Currently leasing with Camden Stonebridge everything they said wed have access to was true. The gym and pool is well maintained. I love the gated community everywhere requires a key or pass card to gain access. The maintence crew is cleaning the grounds every week so it looks really good. and the washer and dryer in the unit doesnt hurt either.

While I have a little time living here in Camden Stonebridge apartments I have had a wonderful experience in this place. In my experience this place is very clean and well maintained community. The staff is polite and easy to approach.approach. Farides the leasing agent that helped me was very attentive and acceded my expectation.

I have to first say that this is a review of the staff here, not a general review of Camden Stonebridge, which I will write separately at some point.A couple of days ago, Reagon and Raelyn literally dropped everything to help us with a critical situation in our apartment. Without their assistance, we would be in an awful situation now.They definitely went above and beyond to help us and we are very grateful for their warmth and generosity of time.We are all lucky as residents to have them (and their colleague Ramon too) here at Stonebridge!They are not only good apartment managers, but they are exemplary human beings as well!

A beautiful and relaxing place to live! The office staff is caring and considerate. They are willing to help in any way possible. I love this place.

When we first moved to the Camdens Stonebridge, we were quite impressed with the fact our apartment was clean, there were no roaches or bugs infestations and really enjoyed it until we encountered neighbors who lived above us that continually stomped and bumped all throughout the night but the straw that broke the camels back was when our 15 month lease was up, the management did not choose to do a final walk thru with us and later charged these fake outrageous charges upon charging a $100 cleaning deposit prior to moving out and charges were soiled carpet (they cannot produce pictures to prove that) and the removal of a wireless alarm system all totaled to be $298 plus an additional $75 fee for the remove of a wireless alarm system. Really???!!! People beware once you move in, itll be hell getting out without paying a bunch of unnecessary fees on top of which you will have already paid prior til your move out date. Camdens pride themselves on providing stellar living but come time to move out and with walls and ceilings being paper thin..We had a less than stellar experience living there towards the end.

I joined Camden 2 weeks ago after spending great 6 months in 2011. I can say it is the right place to dwell in this part of the city. I got a 1 bed/1 bath apartment, with a washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, a brand new microwave, and a new electric range. The maintenance team is always on time if any problem arises. The only things I missed is the vending machine beside the fitness center and the water bottles/crackers that were available inside the fitness center. Also, you had better organize ice-breaking parties on regular basis to help the residents know one another so that we can live together as a part; each of us cares about his/her neighbors.

Leasing Consultant Wakita Hodges was very helpful and friendly. Her service was outstanding on top of the wonderful property made my decision easier to choose Camden as my new residence.

Outstanding maintenance and office staff. I feel like I really made the right choice with this apartment complex. Any time Ive submitted a request, its taken care of. The office staff really cares and I appreciate that. My last apartment didnt care and now I feel like I can breathe because I know Im being taken care of. Im not one to write a whole bunch of reviews, but I felt that thye were desrving of some positive feedback!

The apartment is very well maitained. The staff is professional, welcoming and take pride in helping residents. The maintenance team is hard working and efficient in resolving service issues. We loved it so far. We definately recommend Camden Stonebridge.

Tiffini is such an awesome leasing agent! She was very patient during my decision process and answered all of my questions via email very promptly. The community is beautiful and very cozy.

My actual apartment layout and furnishings are fabulous. Camden definitely has a great interior. What they fail to mention is the high turnover and inexperience management staff. Countless times has water been shut off when I am needing to prepare for work or break ins to cars. I was promised Luxury living and given a broken AC unit in June. I was promise security and break ins occur in not only cars but apartments. I was promised customer service and I have been pushed to the point to never live in an apartment complex again. The money I wasted this year on repairs and issues at Camden is insane. Consider a Camden property for sure but do NOT consider this one.

The complex is awesome. Everyone is respectful here, they are quick to respond to any issues you have. Farides is awesome! Definitely someone you would want to do business with.

Raeni was extrordinarily helpful with my leasing and move-in process. She was very accommodating and went the extra mile to answer all of my questions and make things go smoothly. My unit was in great condition upon move-in and the cleaning supplies, waters, and free pizza were a thoughtful touch. This is my first time leasing with Camden and won’t be my last. My wife and I had been looking for an apartment in Houston for weeks, while there were quite a few available nothing seemed to fit out requirements(size, location, rent) and then we visited Camden Stonebridge and we were pleasantly surprised. Weve signed up for one of their 2/2 units. It is spacious then almost anything else weve seen in the area. The closets are massive, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living space are good size, stackable washer dryer is included. The valet trash service is great, especially with kids. We were helped by Shannon who was very courteous and helpful and explained everything to us, she was very patient with us even when our kids got fussy in the office from being bored.

I changed my rates because of you guys, thank you for ur help, I put low rate in the beganing because of the system anf policy in Camden wish that could change charge to much for the carpet

If youre looking for a fabulous apartment in the Westchase area.... you HAVE to move here. Best. Choice. Ever.This was my first Camden experience and it was above and beyond my expectations! My husband and I lived here for a year until we built our home, and I must say, were both a little sad to leave. We never experienced a problem with parking, theft/ crime activity, or even obnoxious neighbors. The grounds are super well-kept and I feel like our rent was very competitive compared to the apartments in the area. I really liked this smaller community because it felt more like a neighborhood instead of a bulky apartment complex and we always felt very safe.The staff here is top notch! Any time we had questions or just went in to grab a package, they were more than accommodating and super friendly! They would even offer us bottled water if they saw us working out in the gym :) Oh, and the events they put on are super cute like Thirsy Thursdays where they have sodas and beer you can just swing by and grab. Were really going to miss this place!

Update: I just moved from Camden Stonebridge a week ago, I was there 2.5 years and the experience was awesome. The staff is super awesome I appreciate you guys so much. Very quiet community and the maintenance team simply amazing. I absolutely love Camden properties I transferred from this one to Midtown to be closer to work/school and Wakita and Daniel made the transfer super easy. I recommend Camden properties to everyone!!Im totally in love with this place, its very beautiful. Everyone was warm and friendly..Tiffini was very helpful and patient,she answered all of my questions. Super fast approval and Im overly excited to call Camden my new home. ☺☺

Ive been living here for 2 months. I love it! People from the lease center and maintanance staff are really nice and attentive. I had a problem once with the a/c and they came the same day to fix it. The pool and surroundings are pretty and landscaping is good. Only con with outdoors is that even they do pest control sometimes you can see cockroaches walking through the building hallways at night, thing that I think is normal to see in populated cities such as Houston. Even that is a really good, quiet place and highly recomend for living.

I love living at Camden Stonebridge, it has been a great experience, the team Cynthia, Lisseth and Cassie are always taking care of me, theyre really sweet. If youre looking for a great place to live this is it.

They have an excellent selection and worked with me on moving in and any answered all of my other questions and concerns, such as electric and cable set ups. For the location/price in Westchase, you really cant beat this place. The office staff are helpful and the maintenance team always responds quickly to any problems. The property manager, Pamela, is especially helpful and really came through for us when a problem arose with our lease. Weve lived here for over 3 years, and were sad to leave!

Camden Stonebridge is a clean and beautiful community with a friendly staff. Neighbors are very nice and calm.

Been living here for about 1 year now. Theres been several break-ins involving several properties, water leakage several times now, and problems with the gate. Not what I expected for a Camden property. Maintenance guys tend to respond pretty quick for minor issues though. Location wise, it is great.

I lived here for a year and six months. I have always believed that people make the place. And I did like to give a super shinny star to MR. DANIEL for being so extra kind and going the extra mile all the time. Just FYI: I had my wifi and TV cable really tide and Mr. Daniel came to my apartment and do it himself! (Instead of me waiting for our amazing team of maintenance) From all the time I lived here my apartment was enough safe to call this community HOME. I signed a lease lasting 1.5 years, and I am so glad it’s over. This place is old and expensive for what you get. Management is questionable and will get you for extra fees anywhere they can.MAINTENANCE: Management will give bad advice to avoid repairs. And this place needs A LOT of repairs.I had to call maintenance about 6 times over several Summer months to fix our air conditioner alone. They came promptly each time, but could never fix the issue. Management told me to keep the AC on all day so that our 3rd floor apartment would be cooled properly when we came home, even though I told them the apartment was not cooling down after hours of the AC running... that did not work. It took several very hot months until maintenance fixed our AC by replacing the motor. Even then, the AC runs non stop due to poor insulation. We also had other maintenance issues dealing with plumbing, air vents, and kitchen cabinets coming off the hinges.EXTRA FEES:I was charged a $2000+ fee for late move-out notification. I saved my emails to show that notification came on time, and they removed the charge with no problem — just effort, on my part, of course.A month after move-out, I received a bill with new fees from Camden. Everyone who moves out of the apartment gets charged an $85 cleaning fee, which is stated on the lease. What they don’t tell you is that they don’t vacuum, and then charge you additional fees for deep carpet cleaning for no reason. My carpet had no stains or smells. I’m a nonsmoker who doesn’t own any pets, and I don’t even allow guests to wear shoes in the house. The only people who wore shoes in our house were the maintenance men who did not respect our home in this way, and were always over for repairs. I’ve attached pictures of our carpet so you can judge yourself if this was worth $125 of cleaning.I’ve talked to the assistant manager, Fardes, regarding the carpet; but she is very rude, and interrupted me several times during our conversation. She did not work here when I moved in, Reagan was wonderful.PRICE:For the slightly higher price/square foot I would be paying at Camden, I found a newly built (20+ years younger) luxury apartment with better highway access to both Beltway 8 and I-10, and astronomically better amenities including a secured parking garage, heated pool, nice big gym, library/reading area and business center.Please do not make the mistake of choosing Camden Stonebridge.

I couldnt be happier with my apartment pick decision. Mr. Daniel Morris is professional, kind and efficient he has helped me out alot, specially since am new to Houston and am learning the ropes of this beautiful city.

Good community in a good location, but washer and dryer is too small to put blankets, they should have a coin laundry facility inside the community.

The management people are stubborn. Even though you confirm something on phone you have to go to office and give them in writing. Bad service. Do not recommend.

The beginning of my stay was not very pleasant. They changed the office staff about 7 months ago. The change in staff created a wonderful living experience. The manager Reagon truly cares about everyone who lives and works there. She and her team go above and beyond. She had started fixing a few things in the community that she is able to because the tenants had concerns. She is trying to make it a better place with a better living experience for everyone. It is rare to come across someone like her and I am so glad that she has an amazing team to absorb all that she has to offer. Raelyn is following right behind those footsteps to leave an amazing impact as a leasing agent. I would recommend her to anyone!My only issue is that Camden is cheap when it comes to remodeling. They paint over old paint and dont do it correctly and it peels. Done if the drawers in the kitchen are hard to open bc the stove is directly next to it. The hot water never lasted long. You have to bundle a technology package with rent and have no choice but to pay for the one package they have. You also have to pay for City trash asking with valet trash and have no choice. The garages are very very small and cant fit a lot of vehicles in them and you have to keep the garage once you add it on.Their newer maintenance crew is amazing and gets things done fast and gets them done the right way. They also smile and wave when they are around the community! They keep the landscape nice and clean of dog potty and other things.They have waste baskets for dog potty and two sets of dog bags to pick it up and throw away. These are spread throughout the community. The people who have animals that they walk are almost like a friendly community in itself. Camden also trys to award a pet of the month every month! They take the pets picture and you get a special box of treats for them.They now do a lot of fun social events that I love!!!Camden has a site for anyone who lives there and they get an option to create a log in. You can pay rent when you please or set reoccurring payments, list items for sale or buy items for sale, place or get updates on any service request, create a pole and more! I bought a couch from a neighbor that was much more secure than finding a couch in an add or cheaper than in store and it was right in my own community instead of driving to fit it in a vehicle. The Camden team is also active on this site and post about events or address issues or post motivational stuff etc.The pool is always clean and there are beautiful Color changing lights in the pool at night. It is hard to swim at certain times due to crowding during the summer when school is out but its not bad. .Parking is awful!! If you can afford it, buy a parking spot near your apartment. They tow those that are parked where they shouldnt be but they do give a warning in case it was an accident.If youre looking for a home community that is close knit, from the office to the people that reside there, this may be the place for you. I wish they could expand and have townhomes or something similar, if they did, I know I would be back there quicker than you could snap your fingers.I hope I get to experience more Camden crews like this one. Just moved in here couple weeks back. Apartment and round-the-clock gated community is great, good as new conditions for the flat, and a pleasant and welcoming staff led by Lisseth. Maintenance, which is immediate, provides great support for us too.Im a techie and like to have a proper computer system as well as the TV set up in the hall. So I needed more than 1 coax output (1 for the TV in the living room & 1 for the internet in the dining room - which Im using as a study). Jose Rangel, the maintenance supervisor went the extra mile to get me another coax cable output outfitted in my dining room from the unused connection in the bedroom. Didnt make a big deal of the issue, and believe it or not, got this whole thing done in under 15 minutes from when I asked if he could do something about my problem!Parking is not an issue either, plenty of spaces for residents. Rent is not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and this is definitely worth it! The only thing I can complain about is them forcing you to pay the mandatory $100 fee for high speed internet & cable (and $25 fee for valet waste). I enjoy it for sure, but Im sure there would be people peeved with not having the option of choosing what package is best for them. Especially if they dont need the high download speeds or arent power heavy users... Rest is absolutely great, and looking forward to a long & pleasant time in this community.

Update August 2016 (1 year later)This community has diminished in every way possible over the past year and a half that Ive been here. The new management ignores any concerns Ive brought up, some of the most recent ones include: broken gate left open for over two weeks, packages going missing after delivery, random people off the street using gym as their pit-stop to charge their electronic devices, noticing shady individuals jumping the fence while at the same time questionable vehicle trying to force its way into the community via Exit Only gate.Its apparent that the current management does not take security and safety of their tenants very seriously and, to me, thats a serious concern. I can say with certainty I will not be renewing my lease and will look to move to another Camden ASAP to avoid early contract termination chargers.Id also like to point out that Tiffini is the only person in that office thats approachable, reliable and cares about her customers.Previous Review (Before new management took over)I just moved to Houston and the apartment hunt has been an exhausting process until I came about Camden Stonebridge. I probably visited 10-12 different apartment complexes and none came close to the experience here at Camden Stonebridge. The staff, especially Reagon, has been extremely helpful and accommodated to all my requests and needs. The communication and solution turn around time is extremely quick and so far it has been a great experience! Absolutely would recommend to anyone!
