I came in last week and took a tour on property and i loved the 1 bedroom i saw. I was lucky on the special i got. I got a great deal. I highly recommend this place. its quiet and great price.

This is one of the BEST management teams. They are professional and prompt. They do their best to take care of the property and of the people living there. Most of my interactions were with Magi. Her assistance was invaluable and she always made me feel like family.

Great property definitely considering moving here. Right in the middle of the galleria area so assessable to my favorite shops, Resturant’s and clubs. Friendly staff. Margarita gave me a lot of helpful information and she was so friendly.

Jean hands down is the best since I’ve been here, and she had only been here for a few weeks (1yr ) I needed help with rental assistance and she helped me out a lot she went out her way to help me full out everything she is very detail, talkative, etc she is very understanding if you just talk to her.. you can tell she is genuinely here for the con unity she needs a week vacation lol

I have been here at Sandspoint apts aka (Artisan West) going now on 19 years and i can honestly say this is home to me. My kids were born here and i dont see myself being anywhere else than here. Thank you so much to new owner making our home look alot prettier with the new updates to the property. I Im a happy tenant here. I hope I make it to another 19 more years.

Hello to the people that are reading this. Ive read most of the reviews for here. Although, Im not one to leave a review, I thought this was very much needed. Im currently living in this apartment complex. Ive been here for 2 years. This place is amazing. Its quiet. Theres not ruckus or huge incidents. The office staff is amazing and welcoming. Always have been. The smiles that are across their faces are heart warming. It would make you want to move in right away. If theres absolutely any issues that you may encounter, theyll handle it in that second without any hesitation. I dont plan on leaving any time soon. Ive made this apartment my home. The office even celebrates every holiday with fun parties following several cool events to do at these parties. If you are looking to find somewhere to live and stumble across Artisan West please know that youve found your forever home! ❤️ Happy reading!- Sincerely a lovely neighbor.

I wouldn’t suggest this apartment to anyone who cares for quality. I currently live here and it’s definitely a struggle. Looks can definitely be deceiving. There’s no light in my main bedroom or living room so I was forced to purchase lamps. The water pressure is low 100% of the time. You cannot have a guest come more than 5 times or they have to park outside the complex. The laundry room cash machine is unavailable, which means you cannot use any of their 3 laundry rooms at that time. So make sure your card is always loaded or you’ll be forced to leave the complex to do laundry. These are things that can be fixed (especially the horrendous parking). I wish I knew this before moving here. Like I said, looks can be deceiving. I asked for an updated apartment and my request was ignored. 11 more months to go.

Date of my moving in was April 1st and was canceled by them due to Apt renovation and my moving in plan was messed up. But office staffs and specifically the manager understood my concern and fixed my issues . The manager was super nice, helpful and normalized everything. I strongly appreciate the manager and all office staffs for their services . I recommend people to rent apartments here because it is clean, nice and has good features. Thank you Artisan west !

Toured the apartments, really enjoyed the amenities, floor plan, location and the customer service provided by Margarita. Everyone in the office was kind. The location is close to many restaurants and Stores

JC is awesome! Best property manager and very accommodating! Excellent customer service and builds great rapport with each tenant. He can handle any obstacles thrown his way with class grace and professionalism!!! To Cushman do whatever you can to keep him on your property!

The apartment community is beautiful! They have done an amazing job with the unprecedented situation the entire world is dealing with. They have done their best to keep everybody safe and yet still bringing sunshine when we are needing assistance. I’m sure they would if they could wave a magic wand as they are unable to do certain things on their own and need outside assistance. I have seen them make the calls and do everything in their power as they are true professionals, the community couldn’t be any cleaner, State of the art, safe and so convenient. So happy for those who are able to call at home! Thank you for all you do!!

At first my hot water pressure was very low to the point I literally have to stand under the shower head. Now it’s not working at all. This has happened a few times already. I’m currently documenting everything! The staff doesn’t even give you a warning they’re cutting your water off! I wish I would’ve know this before I moved here!

Love my apartment. Lived in a house for years and my apartment is just as spacious. Maintenance is very professional and respond quickly to my issues. I am lucky to have a great view of the pool area.

I came in to get a new sticker and I was standing in the lobby while the leasing agents were helping other residents and the manager came out of his office and assisted me right away and introduced himself as the new manager. He was so friendly and kind and explained the new parking rules. I usually don’t go to the office at all since I work all day but I needed to get my new sticker and came to find out we have such a friendly staff and nice manager . I finally ended up leaving the office and I ended up getting a reserved parking for a great price and renewing my lease for another 12 months . Kudos to the new staff!

Recently moved in 4 months ago from North Carolina. I am so happy that I selected to live here. It is close to the toll and the staff is awesome they assisted me from the very beginning. I recommend everyone to move here.

Had my first experience with Gloria, she is a life saver when it came to gathering information and actually getting things done that you need! The other staff is super friendly and helpful when I ask question and need any updates regarding my Townhouse. The way management and other staff quickly respond to emails and give same day responses is something I highly value in tenant services. I have already recommended 2 people that moved in, and will continue to do so! Beautifully updated and affordable place to move!

I find charging for parking to be a dirty game, Im not blaming management employees because I doubt they are the ones responsible.. But here it is Christmas morning and I drove around the whole apartment complex and its 0 places to park and all visitors parking is taken and cant get out my car to go into my place or I can get towed, they might as well add in 40 dollars monthly into the rent so all residents can have assigned parking.. The only empty spaces are reserved

Amenities, price, size of the apt are all great as well as the cleanliness, but the real five star review goes out to the management team. They truly cared to listen to me when I had concerns and resolved them. Big thank you to mr Jose.

Would like to give a million thanks to the staff and maintenance for everything they do! During this pandemic they still managed to come out and service our apartment. With this Texas heat maintenance came out within 30 minutes. Given that this property is very big they serviced me the same day, Alex is awesome!!!

This is my 1st apt. I have rented and Anna explained the most important part of the lease and that just because I didnt want to read all 50 pages I had t sing. I really made the best chose in picking Artisan West to be my home. Everyone in the office is sooo sweet and attended to my needs.

I am very appreciative of all of the staff from Artisan west. Specifically Eleanor and Wendy who have been very helpful and kind. I’ve been leasing with them for a little over a year and I am so glad I renewed my contract. I’ve had not complaints and my stay has been very pleasant so far.

Ive been living here shy of 3 months. The apartments are currently transitioning to new policies so there has been some confusion. I rated 5 stars because of there customer service. Everything will not always be perfect but its how you fix the situation. The property manager was patient with me and fixed my situation EXACTLY how I requested! I’ve lived at this property for about 3 years. I’ve seen how new management has made a good impact on this apartments. My work order are completed in an appropriate time manner, the ladies at the office are friendly and always assisting me with anything I need.

Love the changes over the last 3 months. The office staff are so much nicer than before. You actually see the Manager now. She even stopped while walking to talk to me and ask how my day was going and if I needed anything. WOW what a difference from before. Hope the best for you Ms.Rebecca.

So, I have to say my time here was great and worth the money. I lived here for two years and had no major problems. The maintenance team responded in a timely manner and the staff who works in the office is always super helpful. I would choose Artisan West apts again.

I’ve been really trying to not write a negative review however my move in experience has been utterly disappointing. First the apartment I applied to was change without my knowledge as well as the rent. They took care of that. Next when I arrived in the apartment roaches where everywhere literally so that delayed my me moving in. Now I’ve called several times regarding my parking pass & 2 people told me it would be at my door. I get here and no parking pass. I am a young female that lives alone. Walking around the apartments to get to my car was something I don’t feel comfortable doing. I’ve been trying to be patient because I’m understanding however I just can’t keep holding y’all to y’all word and y’all disappoint me every time. Anything y’all needed from me I have without no commotion. How come I can’t receive the same ?

This place really is a great place to call home ! JC the manager is great people and always smiling and always keeping the community active ! The maintenance people work hard everyday to keep the apartments looking beautiful! The apartment itself is clean and everything works inside the apartment. I recommend anyone looking for an apartment to go here!

I love the new changes going on and the reserve parking spot was a great idea because the way it was done 3 month ago was a joke, Alex walk my apt. on Monday and fix my dishwasher, toilet wont fill up with water, fix my stove witch I can cook now he also finally put light bulbs in the kit. Thank you Alex and the new people in the office for taking care of the issues I have been having since covid started.

I don’t know how I accidentally requested a maintenance tech but they came the same day! Very polite, and when I told him it was a mistake he didn’t get angry so that’s a plus LOL

The new manager Rebecca is great . I could not believe when I called about my water leak that she took the time to personally come to my home( to my surprise she was pregnant look like she was going to bust at any minute) and make sure that the maintenance was there to take care of my leak. The maintenance guy was nice and cleaned up the mess. Im very impressed.

Talk with the girl name Wendy. I have had problems due to COVID, but she jump thru hoops to make sure my family had another home to call our own. Place is very nice n clean. Can walk around with no worries.

After reaching out to my leasing office for over 2 months. I was finally able to reach the apartment supervisor Gloria. She then took care of all of my needs regarding any problem I had going on in my apartment unit. She was very helpful. It was a frustrating process but she got the job done.
