DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! We’ve had issues with the apartment since moving in. If we could give zero stars we would. The biggest issue we’re having is the old appliances but there are multiple issues. The appliances are all very old and run down. Our dryer broke within 3 weeks of moving in and it took them a week to come “fix” it. It broke again within 3 uses. We’ve put multiple maintenance requests, the last few requests it took them over one month to come “fix” it again. The dryer still doesn’t work and we’ve had to go to the laundromat to dry our clothes for over one month. We were told over one week ago that they would install a new dryer but that still hasn’t happened. The maintenance department is useless. Complaining to the office does nothing. The manager Anthony is useless and never in the office. The whole apartment is run down and old even though we were told that we were getting a partially renovated model, burns and stains on the old floor, dead flies everywhere, holes in the doors. There is a problem with trash dumped all around our apartment, on the sidewalks, the grass, everywhere. Of course this brings the feral cats which someone has also been feeding! There is standing water also around the apartment which is disgusting and a mosquito breeding ground. We can’t even sit on our own patio. The people from the office came to see the issue with the dryer and the standing water, they took pictures and still almost 2 weeks later nothing is done. We are beyond frustrated and ready to move out only 2 months later. This dump is a health hazard and the leasing office just shrugs their shoulders. One last issue is package delivery, especially from Amazon. They have a package room but don’t seem to allow the delivery people to put packages in there. We’ve had packages disappear or just not get delivered. When asking the staff about this again just shrug shoulders and stated that it happens all of the time where packages get delivered to the wrong apartment. Why have a package room then??? From all of these issues it would seem that we’ve lived there for a long time but as I stated before, we’ve only lived here for TWO MONTHS!!! Stay away from these apartments. Once you move in they don’t care if you have problems, you’re just expected to tolerate it.
Moving in was a smooth process but the leasing office staff is very unprofessional. If you have maintenance issues or any issues at all don’t expect to ever hear from a manager. They never answer the phone. Maintenance is super lazy had a guy come look at an issue and ask if he could take a look at my washer and dryer and said he couldn’t I contacted several times and I have yet to hear back from anyone . Please do yourself a favor and consider elsewhere.
Went in for an appointment to look at apartments. Waited 20 minutes. Representative didnt know we were even waiting. Pricing way above quoted price online. Agent spoke in a disrespectful and discriminatory manner. No definite quotes even given. Far far inferior to neighboring complex prices and hospitality. Took but 5 minutes to decide not to live here. Save time, dont even consider.

They will act a certain type of way to lure you into renting an apartment. And once you move in. You will NEVER and I emphasized on NEVER hear from them ever again. Maintenence to taking care of simple tasks. They will give you attitude. Because none of them know how to be professional at all. You will feel like you are inconveniencing them in all ways. Since day one we have had ROACHES. The lady in the office word for word said its our fault the roaches are there. They put us in a apartment that smelled like dog feces. Knobs broken in every cabinet kitchen to the bathroom. There is blood stained carpets weve asked to deep clean for the whole time we were here. They havnt come yet. We put in a report almost every other week. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
I love my apartment and with the new staff I hope they stay, especially Thomas. He is a good guy who always seems to work out my issues. Great job Artesian team!
I’m so happy I decided to move here! I was worried because of the reviews but it seems that they are a pretty big place and I guess you only get to see angry people complaining and those of us that are truly happy don’t really take the time… this place is amazing and me and my family won’t be leaving till we buy a house!Oh and ask for Tomas. He’s been the best guy!
Have messaged several times no response. Then actually made an appointment to tour, got there and apparently the prices online change even if you pay to apply on the spot, you will get whatever price is at that moment(which makes no sense because they said that even though it shows that its available, you need to wait 7-9 days for it to get it ready) so why does it say available now and why would the price increase as its showing available and was ready to apply. Guy in the front was super rude and I didnt even get a tour....
I was not very confident when I moved in since my agent was very rude and never responded to my emails, however, Thomas took over and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Super professional and never bothered by all my questions. Thankfully my old leasing agent India is gone and the née staff is definitely what this place needed.
Just moved in recently and Ive found the leasing office team to be helpful and friendly. A BIG kudos to the office personnel (Erika) that handled my application; she was super efficient; I got timely email response from her even during the Texas winter-storm episode (~2wks ago).Overall, the unit was well prepped for my move-in....loving my crib and thepeaceful clean environment.... :)
This place is a catfish ! The manager Anthony is unreliable, unresponsive and uncaring to residents . He tend to make you feel like a problem will be solve but continue to lie to you and eventually just disappear and non responsive to emails and phone calls . Most unprofessional manager and staff . His new staff is the same way ! They separate the westheimer side and synott side based on income and race . The more people with less color is in the front on Westheimer. The synott part gate and water is never working, they never fix anything . The synott side doesnt even have a trash area, we have to go to the westheimer side . The staff always lies and the garage are a waste of money and time, they never work as well . Anthony dont respond and say we can talk about this issue and insert the complex number because thats CAP !

I had a very horrible move-in experience.Had to sleep at a hotel on my first night because The leasing office gave me keys to a dirty and smelly apartment. They put the blame on the contractors but I’m just disappointed at the incompetence here.How do you give another human being keys to an apartment you didn’t inspect and have no idea what state it’s in?9 months after move in and the horrible experiences has been on a roll!Bedroom Roof has been leaking since June 3rd. I now sleep on my couch every time it rains as I’m tired of requesting for this to be taken care.(Updated 09/22/2022)Oh we all know that no one answers the phone. The last time I was fortunate to get someone I was told that work orders are attended to according to its priority.PRIORITY! After 3months ! This isn’t important enough to be fixed!How convenient! Coming from a set of people whose roofs are not leaking!I sent an email with pictures and videos to Anthony in August regarding this and I haven’t gotten any response from him till today.
Terrible. The people in the office are incompetent. The manager is a creep from what I hear to employees and residents, unprofessional and inappropriate. Quality of these apartments are trash. Packages were stolen by employees. Break ins all the time. Location is awful. Don’t waste your money.
Looking for an apartment can be stressful. But Thomas Anderson put me at ease. I felt like I could trust him and he had my best interest at heart.
The thrash has been a real issue. For an apartment complex as big as the Artesian, I am disappointed that not only do we not have valet thrash pick up, there are only two thrash areas. It’s either we drive with thrash or walk a whole distance. Also, parking is an issue on the Synott side.
I love cats, but the community has many stray cats. I’ve noticed that a stray cat(s) has been urinating on my front door as well as the doors of units next to me. My whole inside entryway reeks of cat urine now. It doesn’t help that a few tenants are feeding these stray cats and they’re multiplying.
Oh my God Artesia is a very lovely environment to be, I love the environment very calm, I want to use this opportunity to thank Thomas and Sophia for the love they showed me during the time of my application.
First and foremost the manager Anthony has this attitude that comes off very fake and over bearing. He even touched my friend on the arm when we came into the office and invaded her personal space which made her feel very uncomfortable. It makes me wonder if the girls in that office are okay? Also, the language that was being used by him before he knew prospects were in the office was offensive. The property was disappointing as there was trash everywhere and people working on cars right in the front by the model apartment. The leasing agent didnt even put me in the computer, so how would they follow up if I WERE interested in leasing? I will be looking elsewhere as you can tell this place does not have it together.
I love living here. The neighborhood is so quiet and the apartments are beautiful. BUT I wish I received a tour of the neighborhood on my tour day because i had no idea there were two sides to the neighborhood. Had to ask a neighbor where the Synott side mailbox was, thats when I found out about the second side. Maintenance must have not done their checklist before new tenants move in because there were a lot of issues with things not working upon move in and within the first month. The trash area piles high and its very ugly but other than that its great

Absolutely no customer service. Takes forever to even get in contact with these people and give me absolutely no information about terminating the contract. You can find dozens of places better than this for way cheaper. They will rob you of your money
I love these apartments. The location is great and there are plenty of things to do. I have all the amenities that I could ask for. The environment is clean and the staff is amazing. I never have any problems with the front desk workers. Maintenance is also timely. I truly get my money’s worth.

The workers at the office are very rude don’t know how to talk to tenants.. But are very nice when you new and want to get an apartment, but once you move in, they are very rude and nasty .... But other than that it’s a beautiful place to live, and very clean, but as long as the workers in the office don’t change their attitude I won’t recommend anyone to move here.. It’s really ridiculous how you can have be rude to tenants that pays there rent but when they come to the office to ask questions they always want to give attitude and ignore them, and never pick up phone.. Very nasty workers.. Needs to change ASAP..!
Good morning, I was very happy with the property and made reference to everybody I could, because it is a nice place to live, but I never imagined being a victim of abuse and discrimination at such a high level, I have 3 months of waiting since I moved to fix a blind in my room that has remained closed since then, and a microwave handle, 3 months, according to what the pieces cannot find? thats my problem? my problem is to PAY EVERY MONTH $ 1400 and I cannot go to tell them that I did not find the money, I must pay it. So why should I keep waiting for something SO BASIC to be resolved? WHAT ABUSE IS THIS? Some entity or body must protect me from this type of abuse. stop PLEASE. Why should I go to the office to beg for this? Why risk a referral, a happy customer for something so basic. PLEASE.not to mention roaches throughout the apartment. that I had to deal with them myself.
When I first moved here I absolutely hated it. Had a terrible leasing agent. But Anthony the Manager stepped in and has made my stay absolutely amazing. Definitely a 10 out of 10 I do recommend. I would just like for the back pool on the Synott side. To be as clean as the front pool on Westheimer. That’s all

The maintenance department is the best. They respond fast to repair requests. The rent is a bit expensive but I hope they see need to review and reduce it for residents. Sewer base fees is too expensive I dont like the fact that you make security alarm mandatory.
The maintenance team are terrible. For over one month now, my maintenance requests are yet to be fixed. I repeat, over one month. The leasing office says, no walk-ins and its by appointment only because of the pandemic. But they never pick up the phone. So how are residents supposed to make the appointments? And since they do not pick up their phone, how else would i make a maintenance request? One time that they picked up and i complained bitterly about what i was experiencing in my apartment, the lady i spoke with, promised to send someone. That someone never showed up. I cannot wait for my lease to expire so i can quickly get out of this complex.
Move in wasn’t so great! There were more than a few things that were not done or fixed before we moved in and there were a lot of roaches. I was shocked to see roaches on the first night. Also there were a lot of things that were not done or fixed in the apartment before we moved in.
Anthony took his time to make sure that We had the home We wanted as well as needed. By him being empathetic to our needs, and moving Mountains!! Lol he’s amazing and The staff there are very considerate, nice. We had a minor move-in situation but they came and fixed everything. My husband and i felt as if we had connected, They did a great job and We really appreciate it. We are excited to call this place Home!! It could not be better located it’s close to a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. (I recommend my son school *International leadership of Texas/*its a great school) this apt also offered amenities that most communities did not!! ( a carwash center!!🤯) and soooooo many other things! The inside of the unit is Beautiful I would recommend these apartments to any one looking for a nice place to live. Thank you again. Great Job...
Worst apartment ever!
My air constantly breaks I’m pregnant and on bedrest I literally passed out the other night it got so hot so fast. I told someone in the leasing office and they acted like they was going to get someone immediately and here it is 2 hours later I feel so sick and no one has came yet.
My refrigerator not working for weeks, they refuse to answer me, how can I pay so much for me not to have a refrigerator in my apartment, am planning to buy my own and fix it In the kitchen and I will tell them to remove theirs from the space or throw it in the garage till my lease will be over its so bad here
Good so far! Everything is nice just need a few things that need to be fixed. The staff is amazing very caring and helpful. Complex seems to be very quite and very family
I was in need to move in ASAP, and due to Covid-19 it was very difficult to find an apartment home. But, you guys made it happened! With the virtual tours, and dedication now I’m living in peace at my new home. Thank you!

PLEASE READ BEFORE MOVING IN:We have lived in this community for 2 years now. First year and some months were in a bigger apt with a roommate under old management. No issues. We decided to split with our roommate and got a smaller apt within the complex. Now under new management. We moved into our 1 bedroom in Dec. of 2019. First day, we noticed a crack in our tub. Submitted a maintenance request. Guy came out said it was just paint chipped. Two months later ‘paint chipped’ turned into an opened crack with water seeping through. Submitted another maintenance request (this is when COVID lockdowns first started happening) no one came out. Two maintenance requests later, (now a total of 4 and yes we still have to documentation proving our requests) the crack became a gap which leaked water all out into our bathroom floor. The tub was not fixed until July 2020. 7 months later!!! We were never given notice of someone coming out to fix it nor were we told we would not be able to stay in the apt for 2-4 hours. So we had to last minute leave with our dog during a lockdown with nothing open. Had we been given notice we could have gone to family’s house which is out of town. Now, we have realized the water leaking through the tub has now caused mold to grow along the baseboards in our bathroom and closet which shares the same wall (see pictures). We have spoken to the property manager Anthony (who told us he would get back to us yet never has. This was back in August) to be let out of our lease due to these unresolved issues or to be moved into another apt. I have now had to move valuable items from our closet (like my WEDDING DRESS) to family houses due to the moisture ruining things. It is now September and we still have yet to have the mold taken care of, our tub is cracking in the same spot again from a horrible job (did not look like a licensed contractor which Anthony admitted to us he wasn’t even aware someone was fixing our tub in the first place), we have not been offered to switch apartments, nor have we even heard anything back about when it can be resolved. I have called, emailed, gone in person but turned away due to Anthony ‘not being there’ or for not having an appointment, and even tried submitting a new request. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLE. At this point I want out of my lease. Period. I refuse to stay in such an unprofessional community any longer. I will be contacting corporate this week.
Made an appointment to check out the place since it was referred to us by a good friend.We arrive on time, and as were approaching the door, one of the representatives comes out, greets us and informs us that shes getting something from her car and will be right back.So we wait outside for like 7-8mins., And she comes back and goes straight in.One of the guys there comes out with a thermometer in hand and takes our temperature, which is understandable. They reject us because my gf came back 100.2 so that did not make sense to me because we were OUTSIDE waiting on the lady.I tell the guy to call the lady back up because she had already seen us at the door and she saw we waited outside for her, maybe shell have a bit more consideration, I thought. Nope she runs her temperature again and says Sorry we wont be able to see you because of your Temperature.I then walk away, upset, to my car and I call to speak to a manager. The manager was very kind and reasonable, she offered solutions instead of just rejecting without even trying to reschedule us.Poor example of customer service shown by the rep. dont even live there and get treated like that, I can only imagine if we were living there.Not going back to this place.
Seeing is believing this apartment is really awesome and comfortable. You will be pleased and love it everyone that comes to visit me loves it. Again if am not buying a house am not leaving here.

I have recently moved in a week ago. This place is wonderful. There are security members (state trooper and constable) that lives within the neighborhood. I do feel safe is 24/7. The service for maintenance is slow but the staff workers are very friendly, nice, and communicative. Thank you Kimberly for helping us get a place in this community.UPDATE: It was been roughly over a year that I have lived in this community. I am very disappointed about the security provided. I have recently experienced a theft. The catalytic converter in my car was sliced out of my vehicle. This piece that was stolen is going to cost $1,000- $2,000 dollars to fix. This incident happened only a few feet away from my home in the parking spot inside the gated community. I have filed a police report and spoken with the property manager, Anthony, about this, but he told me that there was nothing he can do.My sister lives in a different apartment and a similar happened to her. The property manager reimbursed her for the car damages and try to assist in gathering any footage of the people responsible for the incident that may had been captured on the property cameras.I am planning to move to her apartment. This incident was at no fault of my own. Literally, the gate has been broken for months (and is still broken), and there is little security. This could have been avoided if proper preventative measures were taken ahead of time/maintained.
Literally I have called and emailed the office many times about my A/C, they come and they Try to fix the problem but never have a solution. Honestly I don’t know if the maintenance servants have any good experience fixing ac units. I am hot at night and during the day. I HAVE BEEN HAVING A/C PROBLEMS SINCE THE DAY I MOVED IN! THIS IS HIGLY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!
I have more the 3 months paying $120~$150$ for water, PLEASE. I went yo office to check what is going on, no happen nothing. I still pay more money for the water bill that electrical. 2 bath 2 beds.

The new management has made it so easy and secure for us residents. The manager is what we need to lead because she take her time and listen to my complaints and also the office staffers are also very professional. Thank you
The manager C.J. is patient and polite. I was very impressed by the tour of the apartment and decided to move here. Its very safe and secure, I feel like Im in a luxury hotel. It definitely feels like home and I highly recommend anyone to live here. I also want to thank the staff for making me and my wife feel welcome and comfortable.
The kitchen is in poor condition, there are many cockroaches and the manager says he will not change it because it looks good. The maintenance people do the wrong things, door, cabinets, wall... I regret having renewed the contract. The solution is not the control pet !! The solution is change the whole kitchen flooded !!2 weeks ago I live here and its disgusting
Moved in with insects all over my garage, they got it treated but still wont go and my alarm kept beeping every 30 seconds that my baby cant sleep, I got so frustrated and call the office and the staff told me its not a priority, no one in my apartment can sleep from this annoying beeping noise and yet they told me I have to live with it.
I have lived here a little over a year now. I would have given the complex a seven-star. Staff at the leasing office has been wonderful. All my maintenance requests are addressed on a timely manner. I love the amenities. Complex is safe and clean. Grounds are well kept. Landscapes are well maintained. My major problem is the garage door noise. Unfortunately for me, I did not know about this before moving in. My two bedrooms are on top of other peoples garages. My garage is under my living room. The garage under my master bedroom is terrible. The occupants of the apartment are constantly opening and closing, between 12 midnight and 7 am. I often sleep in my living room and have my ac on 68, so the noise drowns the noise from the garages below a little bit. Make sure you check that before you move in, especially if you are a light sleeper. Also, recently, some people moved in to the building opposite. They party almost every night outside till 3am and start again as early as 7am, especially on Saturdays and Sundays.
I would have given this place more than 2 stars but recently that wont be possible. We have been in and out of the place once before. We came back after i had gotten mugged in my garage at another property we were living at. We love this property. It is very clean, generally quiet with a very friendly community. The staff can be a bit hard to work with as sometimes you have to push pretty hard to get responses back. And in recent weeks we have witnessed a friends vehicle get broken into in broad daylight (6 pm) while hanging out in our driveway and the vehicle was in our line of sight. There is security on the property but it is not a 24/7 patrol. If its still in effect Thursday - Sunday from about 3-10pm. I can see a few things I would have addressed at this complex. There is so much more potential for it.
I just moved in about five days ago. So far so good. My five stars go mostly to CJ! He has been awesome from the very first day I came in for a tour till the day I moved in. Ashanti has been helpful and nice too. Everything seems to be good so far. I hope i will have a very good experience living in this community. I will keep everyone posted.
Came to the office to pick up my package last week. They said they don’t have it. I came again a week later and they made me go into their “employees room only” to look for the package myself. Well, i found it! They noted my unit # wrong that’s why they couldn’t find it. I mean it happen not just only once but many times already. I don’t mind go in their look for myself but at least don’t give me attitude when it’s their fault!!! Well they need to hire more receptionist or nicer people at least!
The staff especially C.J. is always helpful and responsive to our requests. The grounds are kept immaculate and the property is well maintained. I feel very safe and secure here too.
The property is really quiet with a ton of amenities. The clubhouse is spacious and available to rent. The staff is helpful and attentive. Its a huge property but is still cozy. Theres also security which is an added bonus.
I have to agree with all the comments about the office staff. I thankfully dont live in this apartment community but I did call to inquire about the units because I was interested on 8/19/16. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Andrea who was very short with me. She answered the phone unprofessionally and didnt seem interested in assistance me at all. I seemed to be an interruption in her day. I happen to be a professional apartment shopper and do regular evaluations on apartment communities. Although I was not evaluating her, she would have flunked just based on the call. The most important feature in ANY apartment community is NOT the visual aesthetics which many appear very appealing to the eye (amenities, upgrades, etc) The most important quality to consider long term when renting is the management company and how you are treated by the staff. They can make or break your experience. This management company (Bridge) is one Ive personally NEVER heard of or dealt with which is also a red flag!!! You should always consider companys who are reputable and know how treat their customers. This may not guarantee a perfect outcome for your stay, but at least your concerns will be addressed by personnel who genuinely care...GOOD LUCK!

I just move here on June after I sign my lease I found out that my apartment wasn’t ready so I have to argue with the leasing office people.before they decide to do something. I paid my deposit and one month rent then on my second month they told me I don’t need to paid that my deposit will cover my rent. So 2month later they said I have to paid for the deposit again now they give me a letter for me to leave the apartment bcause I didn’t pay the deposit back after I spoke to Mrs Green she told me I wouldn’t be evicted bcause that expected if I don’t paid my rent I have been paying my rent since I never see a place where management lie and twist stories
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! IF I CAN GIVE THEM ZERO RATING, I WILL. BAD STAFFS.I CAME IN HERE WITH MY HUBBY TO APPLY FOR APARTMENT. TALKED TO KIMBERLY AND SHE SAID I SHOULD SEND SOME SUPPORTING STATEMENTS WHICH I FAXED FEW DAYS LATER. BEEN CALLING SEVERAL TIMES FOR MY REFUND, A LADY WHO WAS VERY RUDE PICKED MY CALLS AND GAVE AN EXCUSE THAT THEY WERE BUSY AND I COULDNT GET THROUGH TO KIMBERLY ON THE PHONE,AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO THEIR OFFICE, ANOTHER LADY SAID SHE PLACED THE FAXED DOCUMENTS ON KIMBERLYS TABLE AND KIM NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS. I EVEN LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES FOR HER.THREE DAYS AGO, I WENT PERSONALLY TO THEIR OFFICE AND MET A RUDE SPANISH LADY WHO INTERRUPTED ME WHILE I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN MY EXPERIENCE.I NEED MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED AS I NEED TO GO FURTHER IN MY SEARCH.PLEASEEE, DONT GO THERE.THEY ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND CHOOSE WHOEVER THEY WANT IN THEIR APARTMENT.TOO MUCH NEPOTISM HERE!!!

I so much love and appreciate the good customer service received from Stephanie she’s awesome... because of her service I may consider moving in.. also the environment is cool and nice.. love what I saw for the first time and hope I will never be disappointed 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.
My application was done completed by Ben, great customer service guy. So far, I love the environment due to its cleanliness, price, user friendly, location and all that my apartment has to offer. I get the feel of a luxury apartment for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
Been living here for 2 years almost ..For the price we pay at this complex.. I expect more!!First, the apartments are actually nice, and I like the individual setup with garage. Ours luckily doesnt have any major issues.The community has been improved as they built childrens area, playground, dog park and other improvements.However what is absolutely not bearable about this complex is the management unfortunately.. Wish they were better.** Biggest issue is maintenance !!! The staff is friendly and they try to help, however I suspect they dont have a good system in place, and you have to ask them repeatedly before they respond. If you call, they say log it online, and when you log it online, they say no you should call us to get it done!! Going to office to tell them personally doesnt make any difference.. Either way they are not responsive in timely manner..
The soccer field is full of non residents the yoga room is not a yoga room they took three months to come shampoo my apt neither one of the pools work and havent for a whole week they let residence speed through here with no care in the world they if you complain on your neighbor for too much noise or trash on the front porch for a whole week they do no type of warming or fine to those people the gates are broke half the time to get the air filter changed on ac you have to almost do it yourself its suppose to be changed every month if you dont go tell them they will leave your air filter dirty for months the office keeps rotating more unconcerned employees and yes the property looks nice but you can hear everything they have ants all over the property it could really be a nice place if they would just stay on there job a little better and more compassinate about humans
I would call it a place you can confidently call a home, sited on a good location where you can have easy access to everywhere in Houston. Tested and confirmed non flooded apartment during hurricane, but they have to improve their services, interm of management in the office and quick attendance to occupant maintenance request.
The ac is damage 12 daysI could never fix the problem and it was not possible to cancel my contrato.no reply the emails
I stayed at this place for 9 months until June 2015. I rented a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment with a garage on the 1st floor. Although the apartment was beautiful, service was horrible. The staff is friendly, overworked and underpaid. Unless we reported issues personally at the office, none of them got addressed. Although I left the place in immaculate condition, I never got my deposit back (never had this issue at the other 5 apartments I resided in). I called over 10 times and my issue kept getting punted from one phone number to the other, never to be resolved. I finally gave up on it. It also appears that there are several residents who consume drugs on the property, therefore, it wasnt the safest place to live at. The main gate was always broken because one resident or the other would get drunk and ram into the gate. Therefore, it was free access for all even though we were supposed to have remove access only. I give the apartment layout 5 stars, but 1 star for everything else.
I have been here for 3 months and love the complex. CJ in the front office is amazing!!! I have no complaints at all!
I dont usually write review on web. But for you to be aware of.. This place is not an option.. Floor plan and price are So nice. Once you fill out the app, night mare starts.. I am telling you the truth tho. Do not even feel like to give a single star on rating
The ONLY reason I gave 3 stars is because the apartments really sell themselves. They are well updated, very quiet overall, nice amenities, double crown molding, new appliances, garages, etc. I do feel they are still overpriced; youre mainly paying for the location....which is great, everything you need is close.CONS: The apartment staff are absolutely HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The managers could care less, and the other workers (except 1 or 2) are rude and dismissive. I had a problem with a noisy neighbor and was basically given the run around for 3 weeks. I even tried calling the owners in Florida, I think, but the automated system never connected me to a person. I left several messages to no avail. I ended up handling it myself, and luckily had success.There have been some break-ins (not with me), but there is not a lot of outside traffic within the complex. I feel pretty safe, and the apts are nice, I wouldnt exactly call them luxury. Again, the biggest turn off is the staff---HORRIBLE!!! Especially for a luxury complex.
OMG!! The experience was great. The office staff is awesome even a maintenance guy walked passed me a greeted me. They have two pools two gyms and club house and a yoga room and a soccer field! this is a great property. I like 10 stars.
- Worst staff, only nice when you sign contract then stop caring about your needs almost immediately after signing.- Cheaply made apartments that only look good on the outside. High ceilings and poor insulation makes for high electric bill. Can’t wait to get out.- starting now, tenants will have to pay a mandatory alarm system fee.- Staff can’t keep up with paper work such as renters insurance. Claim they never got it and then want to charge $11 fee for it.

All i had was very poor service.I was recently ( under a month ago) looking for a new apartment to move into and i found this place to be aesthetically pleasing, had nice features, and offered apartments with attached garages so i thought i would check it out. We get there and the price was WAY out of line with what they showed online (2-300 dollars out) they were asking for 1400 online for the 2 bed w/ garage and when i got there it was damn near 1800. The woman that was at the front desk seemed to not care about anyone but herself. She was very scantily clad with a shirt that had a v cut down past her breast, she talked to you as if you were some kind of peasant groveling at her shoes for a piece of bread because you havent fed your children in weeks and the only way you could survive is by her giving you her graces. She was not even interested in showing us the apartment she just gave us the brochure with a bunch of prices marked on it and said here you go... take it or leave it (not verbatim but close enough). I was so disgusted by just the way she carried herself, and how she treated us that i instantly walked out the door afterwards went down the road to a much better residence and signed there 1 hour later. Managers of the Artesian if you are reading this... you need to check who works for you and for the love of god... set some professional business attire standards.
Ive been living there for the last 2 years, and its been amazing, staff are friendly and never had the problems that others write in there reviews.... actually I am leaving only because of work otherwise that place feel like home, safe everything always clean no problems or headache, If you wanna have a nice safe place to live in really recommend the artesian.
No management at all. The only person who cares is Sam. If you are going to move in here, think about it twice before coming here. The property is great, the buildings, social areas etc. Are good but the management dont give a f..... about anything. They are improving or remodeling the gym and pools and they were supposed to be finished by may, and of course they are still undone. They have a guy that comes and kicks you out of the gym at 10:30 because they are supposed to close that area because it is under construction but he comes when he wants and always lies about it. (I have witnesses) I have been on the gym until pass 11:30 and he never appears and next day he is screaming at people at 9pm and his name is Jerome or something like that by the way. Remotes on the gates dont work. And again management is useless. I wont be renewing here for sure. I can recognize there will be problems when trying to improve something on the property and it is totally understandable but dealing with guys like this is not acceptable.

I’m one of the first residents at Villas since 2009 even before the Westheimer side was built! I have enjoyed living here and haven’t had any bad experiences; however, I do have attached garage with my unit which may provide extra security. Management always accommodates my needs when asked! Michelle, Siboney, Stephanie, & Ashanti are always willing to listen to any concerns I may have and correct them immediately if need be! I will be going into my 10th year staying at the Villas, and I’m looking forward to renewing for another year! Thanks for everything Artesian at Westheimer!
I toured today with Kimberly she was super nice and friendly and she knew all the answers to my questions. I’ve always bypass this property but now I can’t wait to apply to become a future resident.
Beware of this apartment complex. The management of this place is the least trustworthy people that I’ve ever encountered. Very courteous until you sign the lease. False promises after false promises. Incidents after incidents. The management here does not care about the well-being of the tenants whatsoever. Management would do anything at all costs to avoid solving issues that the tenants are having, and would never return your calls or emails even when they promised to. Leasing agent(s) are involved in shady practices who ask applicants for money under the table for smoother processing!! Stay away unless you really would like an attached garage. Don’t make the same mistake I made.
I lived in these apartments since 2016 and I just recently moved. It was a complete disaster when I first moved in. They didn’t have my apartment squared away and I stayed in a hotel for over a week. When I moved into the apartment they hadn’t fixed the last damages and the apartment had a loud odor from where they painted. The lady allowed me to not pay the deposit because of it. Over the time it was small hiccups here and there, like when the dishwasher overflowed into my apartment, when the hose bust from the washing machine and it leaked into my bedroom and ruined some of my clothes. I had packages stolen off of my front porch. On the Synott side it was multiple shootings and every time they leave a note on your door saying it was one. My car was broke into while it was in front of my apartment. My neighbor who stayed in front of me tried to sell me drugs on multiple occasions and even offered my Mother cocaine when she came here over the summer.Since I am in the military I made sure in my last contract I had a military clause. Once I got my assignment I came in with my military orders and signed the termination form. While moving out I had someone come and check out my apartment. I moved out the last day of the month and paid the water and sewage and etc and was told I would receive the bill on rentcafe. I called the apartment complex for the last 3 Monday’s asking to speak to a manager to ensure they received my damage form from when I moved in since they lost it from 2016. They told me a manager wasn’t available and they took my information down. I am stationed overseas so I don’t have the capability to call all the time. I just checked the payment website and I was charged an insufficient notice worth almost 3k and a termination fee worth almost 3k. I gave them my military orders and they still are trying to charge me and the lady at the front desk can’t help me since she isn’t a manager. Please stay away from this apartment if you can but if you do move in make sure you stay on the westheimer side it is much safer.

If youre okay with or sub-par standards this would be a great place for you. Im exhausted and have nothing more to say to the front office/maintenance. The front office manager/staff will promise to fix things then brush you off or ignore you until you find yourself constantly calling and showing up in the lobby. They never answer the phone. At this point Im fed up that I havent been able to use the restroom in my own apartment for almost a week! (luckily Im always at work) They are constantly covering up their mistakes and charging for it. They charged me $600 for the front door to be fixed and it never was properly fixed. The bedroom door was falling apart when I moved in and I had to dispute with them for months so they wouldnt charge me another $100 to have it replaced. When I won the dispute they put a few nails on the broken door and called it a day. I work for a remodeling and construction company and I would be ashamed if we left anyone in these conditions. ...UPDATE**** Just got back from Citgo where Ive been having to use the restroom for exactly A WEEK now. It would be a different story if the front office had even an oz of sympathy but any time I can even get any one on the phone theyre either rude, nonchalant, or both! The toilet does not need to be plunged, there is clearly a plumbing issue that theyre being negligent about. I have a one restroom unit, might just have to call the city if I cant get any further help from admin.
Wish i could give them a no star review. Been living here for a year and i HATE IT. The A/C doesn’t work properly in the summer so i have to keep my apartment looking like a bat cave just to keep in any cool air i have . But my biggest issue is this STAFF . The manager is rude as hell, I’ve been personally up there multiple times to complain about my roof, so apparently when Harvey hit my neighbor told me that the tenant that was living here his roof caved in before and they left him almost 6 month before repairing it. Well the problem is that who ever they got to repair it didn’t do a good job because now i have a huge leak in my bedroom and kitchen area and laundry room area. I’ve been in the office multiple times, i have emails from since i first moved in to let them know about my issue and they would say “YOUR ISSUE IS RESOLVED” . It never was. This is the first time where is stormed pretty bad and this is the first time my BEDROOM has a leak. But my kitchen roof hasn’t been repaired since i moved in. I’m talking to my attorney to figure out my next step.
Not all here is bad, bad was a terrible problem, Isn’t safe .there were 4 car break-ins in less than 3 weeks, the condominium still does nothing for security, despite the complaints, the doors remain open at all times, mainly at night, as they have nothing to do with what happens inside in their own apartments. Security is not effictive at all time and the front office does not seem to care about what goes on in the comolex.
It has been two and a half weeks since I have gotten my sink fixed. This is ridiculous. I called every other day. I came by the office. Ieven talked to the manager. I wrote the information on the envelope that I had my rent check in. This is what the manager told me to do. Well, less than 30 minutes a maintenance man came. He said that he was sorry it took so long, but that he is the only maintenance man on the property. Get it together Artesian. This is ridiculous. I had to dip water out if the sink several times a day.
My family and I relocated here to Houston back in June. We were worried we wouldnt find apartment to accommodate our families needs for space. Moving from a 4 bedroom home we moved into a 3 bedroom and we absolutely LOVE it. Its spacious, upgraded and surrounded by green living.The community is nice, the grounds are plush and always very clean. The staff is super attentive and helpful, the maintenance crew is timely and goes above and beyond. The new manager Jollie is always so welcoming, its clear to see that she really cares about the community.I look forward to renewing my lease and staying here for a few more years. Very happy satisfied tenant.
I do not recommend this place. Please if you are looking for a safe enviroment this is not the place. Staff is rude and not friendly. If you want to be safe and comfortable do not even take a tour in this place. I am currently a resident and I hate this place.
Artesian on Westheimer is horrible I was lied to about the arrangements that was spoken about for me breaking my lease due to me moving out a unit thats un livable. The carpet patch work was horrible outdated appliances that where broken. I had a huge snake at my door that almost bitten my child.Trash over follow by the gates. The gate for entry is never closed always broken. My truck was hit my another occupant and artesian want do anything about the horrible parking arrangements I had to give them a one star but honestly I would raise a pack wolfes at this location
So far so good. Has been a pleasurable experience. As advertised, No complaints. Pool is nice, gym is awesome.
Do not apply with this apartment complex. I submitted an application 2 months ago. They took my application fee and administrative fee and approximately a week before move in told me a different apartment number and a different amount owed. I was given a paper saying I would have no deposit. I moved into another apartment a week later in another apartment complex with no deposit so I know this place is not trustworthy. Corporate never contacted me. The manager never contacted me as well. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please beware. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. The community may appear like a nice community but you will have issues. Please read the reviews. Apartment communities I visited reported they received the same complaints.
Wish I could give them a no star review. We are very clean people, I clean my apartment daily and take the trash out everyday and I dont know how but cockroaches keep coming inside and I also have red ants in my closet which is weird. I called the office so many times about this issue and all the say is we will send pest control and so far pest control have never show up. Ive been living in this apartment for about 10 months and Im so sick of this situation. Think twice if youre planning to move here because you are gonna regret it.
I have had several issues with my apartment. Since the change of management, none of the issues are dealt with. I have called on several occasions and NOTHING has been done. Although it is a pretty facility, i will think twice before ever moving back her
