Camden has been so friendly and so accommodating throughout our move! The location to the park and surrounding bars and amenities is unbeatable and we are so happy to be in the neighborhood. The garage parking is a huge plus and the space is quiet and the neighbors are friendly! Highly recommend!

Its a great place to live, love the 3-story garages. Living on the 3rd floor is incredible, been here about a year.However, my lease is increasing from $1,150 to $1,508. And this isnt okay. An adjacent building is going for $1,250 according to prices online so I dont understand why the increase is so high. This is super uncool. Absolutely 1-star for playing with peoples lives like this.

My girlfriend and I have lived here for about a year now and I love it. Very well run and well maintained. The staff is professional and the location is perfect. Never lived somewhere so nice in my entire life for very reasonable pricing.

The staff at Camden Greenway have been extremely helpful since the very first day I took my tour. The staff and especially Kendra have been friendly, hospitable, and have gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions; helping me get questions answered and maintnence requests handled very quickly. I’ve lived here for over 5 years and I love it! The location is great - walkable to several restaurants and bars and right next door to Levy Park. This staff in the office is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance team is great - if I put in a service request it’s handled very efficiently by a friendly team. The community has great amenities and the apartment homes have good layouts and nice finishes. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve lived here for about 6 months and I absolutely love it. The location is great and the staff are AMAZING. Kendra has helped me out since the very beginning and has maintained the same helpful and professional energy since the day she gave me a tour of the complex. I did so much research before moving here and I’m glad I did!

I dont usually do reviews much, but can I just say how satisfying it is to be living in a such an understanding community complex. No matter how much you look around, you wont find like Camden to call home. I have been living here for almost 7 years now, and I want to say that they value their residents so much. They really care and want the best. Not one time I had an issue, and they did not do their best to help. They are ON TOP OF IT. I want to thank Rosie specifically for being such an amazing community manager. She is THE BEST. She is super understanding and does her best to come up with a solution to any problem you have. We love living at Camden Greenway. The best thing about it is the location. We’re walking distance from leavy park and we’re obsessed with going there. The second best thing is the staff & maintenance they’re so friendly and helpful. We had a few issues upon move in, which was expected, but they were always eager to help and quick to respond. I even received Tiffs Treats from them for the issues we encountered which was such a nice surprise. The complex is also really clean and well maintained. Highly suggest this complex!

From our VERY first week house looking for the perfect little home for our little family of 5, Kendra at Camden has been extraordinarily attentive to our needs as a family. She found the exact perfect location within this community and any and every single need she has gone above and beyond in securing a safe, efficient and responsive environment for us. We are now relocating to another city and because of the exemplary service, we are determined to transfer to another Camden location! Thank you so much to Camden Greenway for always being so welcoming and always having our littles feel so welcomed in the office pre-COVID. We highly recommend this community for any small families looking to move to the Greenway area. Being centrally located to everything including the best park right next door, an amazing elementary school, and the best restaurants within walking distance has been just perfect for us! Kendra is the absolute BEST! My children will miss those Kendra hugs and office mints!

I really enjoyed living at this complex. My apartment was very close to one of the smaller pools and I spent most days out there studying and I was usually completely alone. My apartment was very large and updated and had huge closets. The apartment was very well insulated as well and very quiet. The only noise issues we had were with our upstairs neighbor who had a child that liked to run back and forth all day. Other than that you couldnt hear people talking or just walking around normally. Another thing that was huge for me was the air conditioner. Being in a place as hot as Houston it was important that the AC worked very well and it certainly did. I enjoyed the valet waste but was frustrated some other occupants didnt follow the rules. I would also recommend living on an upper floor if you have the opportunity. Large roaches are a big problem in Houston and even though the complex sprays and we sprayed individually, they still got in frequently. Another thing we learned is that the apartments are so well insulated that you can have wifi problems within your apartment. This was easily fixed though by buying a long range wifi router in order to boost the signal. Parking is good in the garage but can be difficult if you want an outdoor spot. We did have a bit of trouble finding parking for the uhaul while moving in and out. I would really recommend this complex. Maintenance is very responsive and usually came within only a few hours of making a request. We liked living here so much that we moved to another Camden property when we moved out of Houston.

My pup and I have been residents at Camden Greenway for almost a year now and we have no complaints! The office staff are super friendly and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The maintenance staff honestly deserves an applause for their very prompt response to different tasks and overall the community vibe and feel is very homely! It is a great place to live: whether you are a single resident, pet owner or family, Camden has accommodations for everyone and really put in the effort to make you feel right at home. Plus neighbours are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend! ☺️

I moved in at Camden Greenway about a year ago, and I would definitely recommend living here! The staff is super friendly, professional, attentive, and care for each of the residents! They made sure to check in and take care of each of the residents during the freeze, and even paid for a food truck to come out and provide us with food, once the power came back. Also, the maintenance team is super quick and efficient in fixing service requests. It is also in a great location with great restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and plenty of other activities nearby. I have enjoyed living here the past year, and would definitely recommend living here!

I have lived at Camden Greenway for almost a year and have loved my experience here! I am moving out of Houston for a new job and will sadly not be renewing my lease. The first thing I did when I got the job was check to see if there were any Camden properties there because I have loved my time here so much (sadly there aren’t)!The location of Camden Greenway is phenomenal! You get all the perks of the River Oaks area without having to pay River Oaks prices! It’s walkable to tons of restaurants and just across the street from Levy Park! I work in the TMC and had a easy commute from here. I also love running in the River Oaks neighborhood! Camden Greenway is close to several major freeways in Houston, so it’s easy to get out to further areas if needed.A few other great things about this complex:- The fitness center is a great size for an apartment and has very nice equipment (and it’s open 24/7)- Several comfortable and shady pools (a must in Texas)- There is always parking available in the garage, and plenty of visitor parking!- Alarm systems in every apartment (at no cost)! I love the peace of mind this gives me, even with my own home security cameras- Food trucks every Thursday- Technology package that includes internet and cable for $100. I don’t think you’d be able to find an internet and cable bundle for as low as that!- Amazon hub lockers, which were great around the holidays!- Never had any issues with flooding or pests. If I did have pest issues, I could request pest control every Monday as needed!I can’t say enough about Camden Greenway! If you are considering moving here, I highly recommend it! If I ever move back to Houston, I’ll be back at Camden Greenway!

Ive lived at Camden Greenway for a couple of months now, and so far everything has been going fine. The amenities, the apartment and the staff are really good. Charity, Kendra and the other members of the staff have always helped me out whenever it was needed. And theyve done it a great job so far. Ill update this review with time.

I do not recommend living at this complex due to the lack of attention to theft and other crimes within the complex. I do not feel safe living in this complex and do not plan to renew. The staff was sent footage of packages being stolen from our doorstep and has made no efforts to resolve the issue and said theft rarely happens, despite the numerous stories being shared by residents in the resident portal. Their only reasoning behind the incident was that the complex is so big, that it is impossible to have security survey the whole grounds at a time. And that theft happens everywhere. I strongly suggest that if you are looking for a safe place to live, look elsewhere.

Moving to Houston from Canada was a big change but the leasing office staff at Camden Greenway made it easy! Theyve been helpful every step of the way! Also, a special thanks to the maintenance staff who are always available for any quick jobs Ive needed help with so far. Camden is a great place to live, and the location is amazing!!! Probably a huge factor into why I chose Camden Greenway - and so happy I did! Walking distance theres an amazing park - Levy Park - which hosts free fitness, yoga, and zumba classes all week long! Properties well maintained - love the palm trees right outside my window.

After looking at at-least 20 different apartment complexes, my boyfriend and I had no hesitation when it came to making the decision to live here at Camden. Charity, who works in the front office, was very professional and responsive to all the questions we had (we had a lot, being first-timers) as well as every one else we talked to. Though it is a very large apartment complex, we have had no issues with over-crowding, and it has been very quiet and clean. The only issue we have run into is that some of the tv/wifi screw ins dont work, but XFINITY, (who you go thru when moving in) quickly came out here to fix it and set it up for us. The area is safe and close to everything you could need or want.

The staff at Camden Greenway are amazing and the amenities are great. The apartments are spacious and easily accessible. The apartment complex is centralized to all your local needs. There is plenty of parking for residents and their guests. The workout facility is better than most gyms that you have to pay to attend.

My husband and I have enjoyed living here for the past 10 months and plan to renew our lease. Its conveniently located near Montrose and the Medical Center and Levy Park next door. Its a great place to live with dogs! Camden is always trying to make improvements to the property and any maintenance concerns weve had have been taken care of quickly. Overall, its a pretty quiet community and we love our view into the garden. Some reviews mention break-ins, but I have never had a problem or felt unsafe here. We specifically chose Greenway over other Camdens in the area because of safety. Overall great value for location and square footage! I appreciate the modern granite countertops and in-unit w/d.

Wow. Just wow is all that needs to be said. No comparison to all of the other apartments located in the area. Kendra and Jamie were awesome. Kendra actually cared and was not annoyed with our questions. She went above and beyond. When you are moving somewhere being able to trust the people at the front desk seriously makes it feel like home.

So many issues..the only saving grace is the location is great and close to everything. The property itself should really be shut down. Search health inspections in Harris county, and you will find this complex has failed every single year. The property is also in a flood zone, so parking on the street when it is raining is a 99 percent chance of a total loss. Make sure you get that flood insurance! I lost 2 cars on the streets of Norfolk. RIP. The crime is pretty out of control. They have a security officer on a golf cart who usually is lounging upstairs drinking coffee, eating snacks and playing pool, but sometimes he will be seen cruising around high and unarmed with no purpose. Cars are broken into daily here (pretty normal for Houston), tires are stolen weekly (again pretty normal for Houston), break ins happen monthly (again pretty normal for houston), but what really was the breaking point was the flooding after Hurricane Harvey. The first floor apartments were flooded in most of the buildings, or at least had significant water damage. Fema was at the property going into every apartment, and the living conditions were terrible. Camden is such a huge corporation, that there was never any moving forward with them. It was just continue to pay you $1600 rent each month even though youre apartment is unlivable and not up to Texas property code. My next door neighbor was in his mid twenties during this, and we lived on the first floor. Both of our apartments were severely damaged during Harvey, and we lived in 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments without working plumbing (no toilets, no showers, no water) for 3 weeks until maintenance came. Both of our apartments had mold everywhere, roach infestations, and again we had NO PLUMBING FOR 3 WEEKS.... and once my neighbor refused to continue paying rent (rightfully so) they evicted him. My neighbor became severely ill as he had a respiratory chronic illness, and this environment made things so much worse. He ended up going septic due to double pneumonia, and was in the hospital for 27 days before he passed away from it. Camden NEVER took responsibility, and his family members still are fighting the rent collections from Camden. Please do your research before you live here. Your health is so important, and huge complexes and corporations like this are usually money fueled and dont care about you. Please look up their inspections (health) with harris county. Aside from the health issues, my other neighbors were murdered last year. They were barely in their thirties. The security (again), is non existent, no cameras, and the overall safety here is never considered. While crime cannot be prevented, the safety and health of the tenants should always be first, and preventative measures should take place. Camden Corporation- DO BETTER. Too many lives lost here on your watch. RIP to my 3 neighbors who I miss every single day. Keep fighting in heaven.

I have lived in this community for over 2 years now and every time I work with someone in the office I am always pleased and walk away with an answer or solution. They have been extremely accommodating here at Camden Greenway and I am glad we chose this community!

I can see myself loving this place for a long time. It’s in such a great area. It is close to many of the hot spots in Houston while still feeling safe and homey. There were a few issues upon move-in, but the Greenway team was quick to fix the issues. Overall, my roommate and I are happy that we chose Camden Greenway over the other apartments we looked at.

My pup and I absolutely LOVE Camden Greenway. Levy park is great along with all the places nearby. I moved here about 2 weeks ago and even though Im a Camden employee, the location and property is wonderful. Its so central to everything and the maintenance and office staff are top notch! Been living here for about 8 months, no complaints so far. Maintenance is available at all hours and helped me fix a sink leak very promptly. Leasing office staff plan fun activities all the time. Parking options are nice and you can usually find a spot nearby your unit.

The staff at Camden Greenway always treat you like their top priority. There is always someone at the desk ready to help and treat you with the utmost respect. Isaiah, Kendra, and Amber are all so friendly and always have a smile on their faces, you can tell they enjoy working with each other! The apartment complexes are all very well maintained. You can tell their landscaping is looked after because the walkways are pristine. They truly care about the safety of their residents as well because there are two-way locks on each gate surrounding the building. Keep doing what youre doing guys!

Im a dog trainer, frequenting many complexes across Houston to provide training and walks. Kendra in the leasing office at this place offered by far the best customer service I’ve seen in the industry. She was friendly, professional, prompt, and thorough. She approached and greeted me, showed care for the dog I was there to walk, got me what I needed, and followed up appropriately by offering directions to the unit. Ive lived at Camden Greenway for about 3 years now, and honestly if I wasnt moving out of Texas, id stay another 3!This location has been incredible. 15 minutes from everything interesting (downtown, EDO, Bellaire, Rice village, anywhere!) Its clean, the community is so friendly (Ive had residents go out of their way to give me packages if delivered to the wrong door, three times!) and safe.Isaiah Johnson​ is our Resident Service Coordinator, and his kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail is incredible. Hes made my stay here worth it. I really wanted to go out of my way and shout him out because hes truly made my stay here wonderful. Thank you for always listening to my concerns and taking swift action to get them changed.I also want to shout out the maintenance crew. This is the first apartment ive lived in where they get to my requests same day.I dont normally go out of my way to write a review unless its stellar, and so far it has been.

I lived at Camden for 15 months and loved it. Minimal bugs when living on the second floor. Maintenance requests got resolved timely. You get what you pay for - valet trash, recently-upgraded gym, great central location, dog poop bags. There was a period of apartment and car break-ins, but Im a female who lived by myself with a small dog and Ive always felt safe. I will definitely miss being walking distance from Levy Park - great, social dog park and awesome variety of workout classes.

The staff here has always been very friendly and easy to work with from the beginning to the end! I appreciate living in a safe environment, and the maintenance team is always on top of any issues, which Ive also appreciated. If I had to complain about something, it would be the small parking spots, but once you get used to it, its hardly an issue. Overall great place.

I travel regularly for work so the community portal has become the best way to pay my bills and report any issue. While I ultimately did not decide to sign a lease and become a resident of the Camden Greenway community, I was very impressed and appreciative of Kendra Skaggs who took the time to show me multiple units, the grounds of the community as well as the parking garages. Safety was a major concern of mine coming from another community in Houston and Kendra was more than attentive and pointed out many of the different resources that they have on the community to make it as safe as possible.I definitely recommend that you take the time to visit this community to see if this would be a fit for your needs. Kendra is a very helpful, friendly and attentive staff member and is more than capable of handling your needs as a potential resident.

Just moved in for about a month and everything so far is great. Ms. Kendra and others at the leasing office are very friendly and helpful, and repair requests are usually resolved within 24 hours. The amenities (gym, business center, club room etc.) are modern and very well maintained, too. What we enjoyed the most at this place is actually the Levy Park next door, lots of outdoor activities for both kids and grown-ups, cannot beat that!

I definitely would recommend Camden Greenway for a place to live. Great location and friendly staff members that are always taking card of their residents. I especially want to give Veronica a shot out because she is always warm & welcoming. She always takes care of the residents. If you go through the office and she is near by she will always find time to talk to everyone.

I moved to Camden Greenway in May 2015 and I keep living there. I love the place for so many reasons: 1. I have a dog and Levy park is just across the street (my dog is my priority), 2. The maintenance personnel is amazing; they go their ways to help you out as much as you need. For instance, your cars battery is dead and you dont have the jumping cables, they will let you borrow theirs and help you get your battery charged. Another example, I had to move my all furniture outside my apt because I was donating everything, two maintenance guys came to my apt and moved all the furniture out. 3. The apartment areas are clean and neat. 4. the leasing office personnel are super friendly, every time I go there they are always smiling and having a very good energy, Amber, Veronica, Ashlie and the guys there are amazing people. 5. they price is great for the location and the amenities. I wish they sell a unit here, because I would definitely buy it.

Lived here for almost 4 months now and cannot be more pleased by the leasing office/community in general. Camdens leasing office and maintenance team are super friendly and very responsive to my service requests. It is a very pet-friendly complex and the complex portal is very active. A lot of complex-wide events/food trucks for the residents to hang out. So far, Im satisfied.

I’ve been living at Camden Greenway for nearly 9 months, and I’ve not regretted my decision once. The location is great, the maintenance is fast and efficient, and the leasing staff are all always kind, and helpful (I love Ms. Veronica).I think it’s also important to mention that a few weeks ago I was having some mechanical issues with my car. It had been sitting in the parking lot honestly a while, and the neighbors had started to complain (understandably). All this to say my little hoopty was at risk for being towed!To make a long story short, I received a call from Isaiah one of the leasing experts in the office, and he offered to help get the car moved. I was thinking maybe he’d help with finding a mechanic or suggest I have it towed myself. To my surprise, this wasn’t the case . This guy is so nice, he personally accompanied me to my car, changed the flat (in his nice business slacks and shirt might I add), and helped jump start the car as well. Did I mention that it was freezing cold, and well past his work time? It was late in the evening, and the office had already closed yet he went out of his way to help! Now this is what I call exemplar service. I am so grateful for his help, and will never forget his kindness. If this doesn’t prove the integrity and the awesome service residents receive at Camden, I don’t know what will. If you’re considering moving here, please do. You’ll love it here just as I do!

My wife, my 2 month old baby and I visited Camden Greenway on a weekend, we were welcomed immediately and even though they were busy it didnt feel like a long time, we had some water and started reading some of the information they had available in posters and available on the waiting area, then we met Amber! she showed us the best options for us and toured the place! She was honest and gave us all the information we asked and more, by the time we got to our car we sat down and right there decided that this was the place after visiting like 5 others, we cant wait to move in.

Camden Greenway has provided me excellent resident service. No apartment complex is perfect and they have gone above and beyond to help me in anything/everything I have needed. Id like to especially thank Amber for everything she has done to rectify some of the issues I have been having in my unit. She has been nothing but excellent and responsive. Camden Greenway is lucky to have her.

Moving into Camden is one of the best choices of my life. The facilities pretty much speak by themselves, with multiple pools, grills, e-lounge, work station and 24/7 gym on the grounds. Everything is always kept neat and tidy, maintenance staff is abundant and extremely efficient. Also it’s a great location, I feel almost deprived from the famed Houston traffic.But there’s still something else to add, it’s the wonderful staff that works here. From the maintenance crew to the leasing office, everyone is helpful, courteous and always available. They even got a 24/7 line for urgent matters!I can’t tell you how happy I’ve been to make this my home. We are a community of diverse people, from families with children to college students, there’s something here for all. Give em a call! You won’t regret it.

Maintenance staff is always punctual and quickly resolves any problems. From resident events to amazing amenities, Camden Greenway is the best place to live in central Houston. Definitely recommend!

The staff is the friendliest. The finishes are absolutely gorgeous, best I have seen yet, and the apartment provides a very homey feel. The 2 bedroom/2 bath is dynamic and is designed for couples in mind, including spacious closets and dual sinks. Parking set-up is excellent, thank you parking garage. 4 pools, wow, and a fantastic, huge 2 story gym! Loved the free back splash special!

Management is terrible. They dont take responsibility for damaging your property inside your apartment when they enter. They do everything behind your back and dont explain charges and sometimes charge you twice for things. I have had an ongoing fight with multiple managers and assistant managers because of how sneaky and behind-your-back the management at this complex is. What a terrible place to live. I moved out early because I couldnt take the break-ins, the stalkers, and apartment windows being shot at with no security (they fired him without informing the residents). I will never live at another Camden again. If I could give 0 stars I would.Most of these reviews are from people would visited the place and did not live there. Be careful.

I have been living here for a number of months, and I plan to stay here for a few years. The staff is welcoming and helpful, the amenities are beautiful, and maintenance is responsive and keeps the entire area in good working order. Most apartment complexes start at $1600 for a one bedroom floor plan. Most here start at $1000 and provide the same or better quality and management. Move into Camden and be blown away like me!

I moved to Houston two months ago and luckily a friend of mine suggested I check our Camden Greenway. The area is safe, accessible, and in the middle of everything. There are two grocery stores, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The pool is well kept and a fun place to spend a sunny Saturday. The leasing process was a breeze because Amber was very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Ive lived here for about 2 years and i like it. Its quiet and has nice apartments. The pool is the place to be in the summer and they have a 2 story workout facility. Staff has been great so i have no complaints.

I toured Greenway with Amber who was super sweet. I told her exactly what I was looking for and thats what she showed me. She didnt try to pressure me into something out of my budget. She was also VERY patient with me; I wanted to see several units.The units look amazing and I cant wait to move in. The location is perfect, not too loud and not too quiet.

Everything was okay until this year. The review about frequent break ins are all true. Several packages stolen. All you see on the community portal other than people selling stuff are people trying to find their package. And yes.. Camden has tried to address the issue of the safety of the community and all the break-ins ... BUT THEY ARE STILL HAPPENING. Once a week or once every two weeks. I dont think they are being aggressive enough.. Im sorry but I really dont. Everyone is scared and freaked out about being the next victim. People can still breakthrough the door armor they installed., people are still tailing people into the apartment through the garage or street gates. And The issue with this complex is that its an open style apartment with breezeways and with the high foot traffic around the area.. the complex is an easy target. Save yourself some peace of mind. FYI when someone asked about installing more cameras in the breezeways or entrances or adding more security (they only have one guy whos not even there all the time.. patrolling almost 2 dozen buildings!?!?!) someone from management said they could but its shown that these measures dont really help deter crime therefore all the residents are paranoid and have no peace of mind

Looking for a place in Houston to call home. This looks like a nice place from the pics I’ve seen. My biggest concern is security as I have an expensive car and other items. How many security officers do they have foot patrol or vehicle patrol? What is the name of the security company that is contracted for this property? I want to feel safe where I live I hope this the place. Thanks for any info that you can provide.

Staff is the absolute best! Every single staff member tries to get to know everyone, and maintenance is the fastest I’ve ever seen. Sometimes almost inconveniently prompt if you wanted to get out of the apartment before they fix something. There are so many pools, so much to do with Levy park, and several bars right next door. It’s also SO conveniently located right next to I-59/69. I don’t need to hit any stop lights to go to work, and that makes me never want to move out. They are also the most accommodating place for pets!

Camden Greenway is AWESOME! You cant beat the price either. So many amenities, friendly & helpful staff, the maintenance team are quick to resolve any issues you have, the community is super dog friendly, its right next to Levy park, its super close to a Saturday farmers market, and much more! Im so glad to be a part of this community. 💗

I have lived at Camden Greenway for 3 years and I will say the value here is definitely the best in the 610 loop. Throughout the week the security is vigilant and the flashing lights on their vehicles add the extra element needed. The door armor recently put on all the front doors makes me not worry about any possible burglaries. The Xfinity technology package that is included in our rent helps my fiancée and I maximize our downtime and not have to worry about another bill. Isaiah, in the front office is always smiling and helpful. If you go to the Camden Greenway, ask for Isaiah and your answers will be answered and you will be in the best hands.

Amber was so helpful and incredibly organized. I definitely will rent here after touring with her and seeing the apartments. The grounds are gorgeous too!

I love living at this place! When my roommate and I were looking for a 2 bedroom, we fell in love with Camden Greenway. Anthony helped us out quickly and helped us find the right home. When our lease was coming to an end, I inquired about transferring to a 1 bedroom because I liked living here. I havent had any major issues with my apartment. My work orders are completed within a timely manner. Ive worked in an apartment community before so I understand how things work and the staff gets things done.For every 1 great review, there will be 10 bad reviews. Keep in mind that people write negative reviews if they experience anything negative but never if they receive exceptional customer service. If you are looking for a great place to live, I recommend Camden Greenway. I was in my 2 bedroom for 10 months and just signed me 14 month lease for my 1 bedroom. I dont see myself leaving anytime soon.

I have lived in Camden Greenway over a year now, this place and its staff are the best I have seen and dealt with. Beautiful luxury style apartments! The staff is always so friendly and attentive. Amber and Stephan have helped me many times and I appreciate how they always make you feel like family instead of just another person. The apartments offer many great amenities and are located near some of the best food and all the great shopping Houston has to offer! Id recommend living here to anyone whos asks!!

“First, I would like to commend the alacrity with which the service request was handled by the maintenance team. They knocked on my door less than an hour after I put it the service request. This was on on the weekend by the way. I think that’s very remarkable. Furthermore, the maintenance rep was very professional. I pointed him to the issues I had with the bathtub and the AC and he was very swift to fix them.”

I like living at Camden a lot. It’s clean and I don’t have to worry about crime or anything crazy. Also the staff is cool. I believe his name is Stephen M, he is very helpful and answers all our questions whenever we have concerns. I would recommend anyone looking to live in the city or close to the city check Camden by greenway out.

We lived here for one year and we love it here. Location is awesome- HEB, Kroger, Costco, RICE, TMC, Galleria, Museums are very close by (15-20min driving distance the most)...and Levy Park right next to it ! ( and there are other little parks within 10 minutes of driving)and maintenance is great. They usually come the day of or within two days to fix it. They also take care of the area very well. Pool is always clean. and very baby friendly depth. Staff are always nice and friendly- most importantly, gets work done on time. We want larger place to live with more bedrooms as our family grows, but I cannot find anywhere else with as clean, nice, livable, and affordable place as Camden Greenway.P.S.They have an very active app/website where residents can be engaged. it’s actually fun to read through.

Lived here for 2.5 years and it has been very enjoyable overall. Location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only pull back would have to be the construction next door. Once that is completed - it will be back to normal! Would recommend this apt. complex!

This complex has very friendly staff and maintenance crews. The property is kept very clean and tidy, and has very a very nice community. The apartment units are spacious, well-lit, and have a clean and modern design.

I have been a Camden resident for almost 2 years now and I have to say that Ive never been happier. The staff is great, the maintenance works hard to get all of my request done in a timely manner. Parking is abundant with a 4 level garage, and the fact that trash is picked up 5 days a week is perfect. I would recommend Camden Greenway to anyone looking for a friendly and beautiful place to live. I am happy to call Camden my safe haven.

Dont move here. The apartment complex itself is pretty nice but the gates for the parking garage keep breaking and lately all the apartments and cars are getting broken into. Doesnt seem like its going to end soon! Id advise a safer place.

Camden Greenways employees are always friendly and helpful given any situation. The workers also are quick to respond to service requests and have always made sure that the problem was taken care of. Along with service requests, the workers are always making sure the apartments landscaping and pools are in pristine condition. I never have a problem with parking, whether I park in the garage or out on the street. I also like how the apartment complex organizes activities for their residents, whether it is a pool party or bringing food trucks to the complex. I would definitely recommend Camden Greenway to someone.

Ive lived here for almost 15 years, and still love it. The renovated units are very fairly priced. My annual increase in rent, including the renovation, has been about 3.2% annually, which is around the rate of inflation. You cannot find a place this nice near this neighborhood at a price per square foot this low.The best thing about Camden Greenway is the staff. They are really smart, have great personalities, and are always helpful.The property itself is beautiful, and is maintained essentially daily. Its a great place to live.

2017 update:There have started to be some hidden fees that werent there before. Currently we are REQUIRED to pay over $100 a month for a technology package. Additionally, I am being charged $300 for the staff to do paperwork for me to remove myself from the lease and add a new roommate to the lease. Theyll probably have to do 20 minutes of work. What a racket.2016:I love living at the Camden Greenway. I moved into this complex in 2013 and havent moved out yet. All maintenance issues are addressed within 48 hours, but usually within 24 hours. All rules make sense, and the residents follow them. The leasing staff is helpful and responsive, and they build relationships with the residents. The grounds, fitness center, game room and pools are well-maintained. Last, there is always enough parking for guests.

I have been living here for 14 months so far (recently resigned my lease) and overall it has definitely been a great experience. The apartment itself is very pretty and exactly what I wanted. The staff is also very helpful and they make sure there residents have fun by bringing food trucks and hosting different events.I have had a few maintenance issues but they have always been taken care of right away. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone! Its also right in the middle of all the fun parts of Houston, so the location is great!

My wife and I have lived at Camden since 2014.The first few years of our stay at Camden were great - food trucks, very attentive staff, prompt maintenance calls, proximity to Levy park, etc. However, over the past year or so, various issues have popped up that have made us decide against renewing our lease this year. The first and foremost concern is security. Camden used to employ a security guard that patrolled at night; this was comforting given the fact that were right next to the freeway. However, ever since they fired him last year, multiple cars and apartments have been burglarized. Camden has been EXTREMELY slow to respond to this string of incidents; while they have recently made the decision to upgrade our units with Door Armor (recently = 2 days ago), they still have not agreed to bring on a full time security guard. However, what they have done in the past year is increase our monthly rent AND allow for residents to pay extra to reserve parking spaces. Additionally, with the completion of Levy Park, the foot traffic around this complex has gone up 10x, in addition to Levy park visitors taking up valuable parking space that is meant for tenants. Also, I forgot to mention that were forced us to pay for Comcast internet/cable that is reliable about 25% of the time instead of being able to choose the service that we want.To me, this all reeks of the Camden Corporate office wanting to dig deeper into our pockets in order to line theirs, instead of truly listening to the concerns that their residents have. If I were a prospective tenant, I would really reconsider living at this community. You can find much better value at a newer mid-rise complex that will offer much nicer finishes, better apartment amenities, and a more secure living environment. Also, you wont have to deal with the anxiety that comes with reading about almost-daily car/apartment break-ins.

I relocated to Houston from Dallas and the staff made it really easy for me to transition into a new city. They were easy to communicate with via phone and email and even coordinated with my movers to move me in while I was out of town. I love that I can park right on my floor, which makes grocery shopping easy. The location is perfect as I work downtown its a quick trip right down there and back and is even centrally located to do other things around the city. It is very dog friendly with lots of surrounding grassy areas to walk your pets and go to dog parks as well. I love the valet trash pick up...that is definitely something that I never thought I would appreciate but its a really nice addition. Moving from Dallas I already had a bunch of furniture so the layout and square footage of my apartment was a perfect fit for all of my things! I am enjoying living here and its the perfect location to be in as I explore and learn all about this new city!

Camden is the 2nd apartment Ive lived at since moving to Houston and my experience has been exceptional. The community is very well organized and kept clean. The staff is fantastic. Amber, one of the leasing agents, checks in on me often to make sure everything is up to par which makes me feel like Im the most important resident! Good job guys, keep it up.

This property is situated in an awesome area of Houston and I would definitely recommend living here or at least checking it out.
