These apartments are beautiful!! The lake and trees are so nice in the midst of the city. Being right off Terry Hershey park was great. A lot to love as far as location and quality of apartment. What’s not to love is the management. While we lived there the gate was consistently broken which lead to more crime. They will say crime has no zip code but they do not do the things that need to be done to help prevent it. People were robbed and there was even gun shots at the building next to us. It definitely made us feel unsafe. Then after we moved out they sent us our deposit so we thought we were good on our account. 2 months later I get a call from a DEBT COLLECTOR on their behalf. I think surely it’s a mistake! Nope I call management and they told me oh yeah sorry about that the system just sent your last utilities to the collectors. We can’t change it because it’s the systems fault. THEN CHANGE THE SYSTEM. I never received notice form Ashford Lakes or a call or anything. Luckily I caught it in time. But had I not it could have really effected my credit because of their mistake. Imagine having your credit hurt because “that’s what the system does”and not being able to help yourself.Management is just not done well here. Given my experience I wouldn’t trust management.

I have lived at Ashford Lakes for 2 years now. I have truly enjoyed living here and the wonderful community that has been founded between those who reside here. Although I have enjoyed living here, there has been an uptick of crime that occurs in the parking lot of which I don’t believe the property owners/management have handled well. We have had numerous thefts of tires, catalytic converters, and items inside people’s cars. Crime happens, but it is more easily done when security is poor. The gate is frequently broken or left wide open for anyone to come inside. The cameras don’t provide adequate coverage of the grounds, and we don’t have a security guard that could help prevent these crimes at night. The response from management has been less than ideal. When the windows of my boyfriend’s truck were smashed in, the office’s response was that they are not liable for anything that happens in the parking lot. But this is a gated community, so anything that happens within these gates should be covered by Nolan Properties. I don’t blame the office staff because everyone has a boss they report to. I feel that the higher-ups don’t see this as a priority, but now the crime has gotten so bad that residents have begun to have chase thieves away, so something needs to done.

I was very impressed not only with the quality of units available but also by the level of professionalism and and quality of service by the staff. My name is Randy Wright and I became a new resident at Ashford Lakes Apartments recently. The service that I received from the office staff was kind and professional. They provided me with all the necessary information that I needed to process my becoming a resident which I appreciate. Berenice was my agent and she was wonderful, she is very good with people. She went above and beyond. I was looking to get rid of my current washer and dryer. I was planning on having a junk company haul it out, since the units come with appliances. Instead Berenice has a better suggestion. She helped me find a safe house for women and children for me to donate my gently used appliances. She cares for the community :)

(lived here for almost 2 years (through the pandemic).The apartments are just decent, From the walk it seems serene and peaceful with all the trees and lake in the back, but you will experience heavy gnats and tree roaches any many other insects in home and out (oh its a zoo). Bernice seems to be the only one who can get things somewhat done without an atittude. Others are simple and clueless. The gates are broken every other week. Maintenance comes quick but cant fix anything but a light bulb.

Doing contract work at the establishment. Personnel were awesome. Made us feel comfortable. Loved the office people… great personalities!!

Loving this apartment complex so far!! Moved in 3 days ago and Ashley and crew have been nothing but great! Sped our application along quite well as we had to move ASAP. The trails and lake are beautiful, tons of safety features, and it is quiet! Upgraded homes are so nice! Dog friendly and no poop all over, grounds are kept very clean.

Ive lived here for 2.5 years and it used to be a great place to live! But over the last 6 months or so, things have gotten bad. People are getting wheels stolen (tires and rims), catalytic converters are getting stolen, the gates that are supposed to be a security feature are always broken leaving anyone to come in and wreak havoc! Additionally, the pool is always closed. Many neighbors of mine have reached out about the lack of security and they are never listened to by management. At this point, I would definitely not recommend living here.

Very quality place to live all of the staff are very helpful and will go above and beyond to help their customers out with their needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment!

I have been here for awhile but I will say I have had some plumbing issues that seemed to be corrected by maintenance. I do have security concerns, gates, placing of cameras, because I was a victim of theft of my rear license plate, which was an inconvenience because I work from home, and it was time off the clock. Other than those two issues, the office staff & maintenance people do a good job with keeping up with our requests and are nice people.

Looking for a new place complex to live in, Berenice made my experience a breeze and a joy. The place is beautiful and all the staff was super helpful, I highly recommend coming by and giving this place a tour if you’re looking for something new!

Interesting how the Yelp review vary significantly than these. In summary:Good location, great community, except management has gone downhill since our move in. We were very happy after our move in until 6 months from now. Crime, safety is a huge concern, gate is also always a constant issue. Maintenance does not have work orders finalized in a timely manner (taking over a month or so) yet they mark them complete on the app/portal, although it has not been finalized. Pool has been closed off and on. Very disappointed with the management. Need to improve many things, including safety (ridiculous amount of crime now), perhaps a security guard (not just a courtesy officer that is partially available), lighting, and professionalism from management.Regina was great help when we had just moved in, Berenice continues to be kind and patient. We, as tenants have a close bond with each other and have all verbally expressed our dissatisfaction with management, although they deny any one else reporting an issue.

The Apartments themselves are beautiful but the CRIME and the lack of response from management has been shocking. There have been so many break-ins. The front gate is regularly broken and management refuses to do anything about it. Instead they blame it on the residence not locking their car doors or running into the gate. No responsibility taken, nothing being done. Wheels are being stolen off cards, windows broken etc... Supposed gated community but with broken gates and no security guard. I DO NOT recommend this place until management changes.

I LOVE Ashford Lakes apartments! I moved into Ashford Lakes June of this year and am ecstatic! I love my apartment, the grounds, the access to Terry Hershey park, 24 hour access to my mail, the Parcel box available for your Amazon deliveries - just to name a few of the great things! Most importantly, the staff is absolutely wonderful!!!Everyone I have encountered has been welcoming, courteous and always willing to help. The staff is fantastic! I do have to mention one young lady in particular - Ashley Alfaro.Ashley is the leasing consultant I dealt with during the leasing process. She is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and processed everything in a timely manner. She kept in contact with me the entire time and made leasing an apartment easy. It was smooth as silk!!! Since then, I have been lucky to deal with her on a couple of minor things. She is ALWAYS amazing!! This young lady is truly an asset to Ashford Lakes. She is the main reason I chose to live here. There are lots of apartments but no one has Ms. Ashley Alfaro!

If you come to this place, I would highly suggest you to talk to Berenice. She is the most kind and patience person we have worked with ever. She answered so many questions we had and she explained every detail about the apartment. Ashford lakes seems like a very nice and safe place to live.

Love the place, difficult management and how they deal and go about resolving issues. Any issues from major such as safety, to minor as maintenance work orders. They need to step it up because we’re growing tired of it! People are afraid to speak up as they fear they will be targeted.

Lived here for over 2 years and I will say it had its ups and down. The community is amazing and friendly! Work orders were always completed in a timely manner. The front office can not always be as helpful as you need them to be. When their system turned off my auto-payments with no warning I luckily caught before the late charges started stacking up. When I went to ask if there was anything they could do for the late charges I was charged for they shrugged me off and gave me an “is what it is”. The biggest concern I had and the reason we chose to move out was the increase in crime. The front gate was almost always broken and took weeks on weeks to be fixed. Car break ins started happening more frequently and Ashford Lakes only response was “Crime Happens”.

Live here for 2 months and theres been lots burglaries. Management refuses to take action and get upset when tenants are asking for crime prevention

9/7/2021 (EDIT TO PRIOR POST) I thought the best way to get my point across was to edit my previous post. I am sooo upset about how management has let things deteriorate on the property; in safety, security and the treatment of Great Residents. I moved out in February of 2021, but things were already taking a turn for the worse...vehicles vandalized, gates never operational, a lack of night time security and an overall non-communication about any pursuits by management to correct. I lived in my apartment for 3 years prior to Harvey and moved back as soon as I was able to...it was never really the same. I know the monetary costs, emotional costs of worry and the stress about safety are taking a toll....that is what is happening for the residents living there...and I find it appalling. Did management just give up or dont really care about the amazing residents that they have??? I still feel very connected to the property from all the friendships I have made and I feel terrible for how they feel about living there...I actually encouraged residents to stay!!!I hope this finds an intelligent ear and changes are swiftly and accurately made!!! Even thru the pandemic, they have still done really nice things for the residents, safely. Unless I owned a home, I would only want to live here. They are very good about jumping on issues that need addressing and getting resolution for all tenants, all with a smile. Currently in Chicago looking to relocate in Houston area. Hubby and I toured Ashford lakes and we immediately fell in love with the property. Berenice was such a great help, very insightful and friendly!

We loved our time living at Ashford Lakes. We were able to live in two different layouts of the 1 bedroom, and both met our needs! There was plenty of living and storage space. I loved having double sinks and a large kitchen. Regina and Bernice were always very helpful and kind, as were the neighbors I met. The area is well lit at night and very quiet. I had a couple issues with appliances but maintenance was always able to resolve them quickly. Overall Id definitely recommend!

My husband and I lived here from December 2018- December 2019. This is a great place to live! The view from our balcony was beautiful. The gym is great! You have very easy access to Terry Hershey Park as well. The front office staff that was there at the time was very very sweet and always helpful. Rent was affordable and maintenance answered requests quickly!!

We are so happy that we decided to live here at Ashford Lakes! The community here is wonderful. Weve met lots of friendly neighbors, some of whom have become close friends. The staff often host resident events which really develop a sense of community here. Anh, Regina and Bernice are so caring and friendly, and they are so prompt at taking care of things if ever an issue comes up. Its always a pleasure to stop in for a chat with them during the day! The maintenance staff is always helpful if ever we need them, Julius has always been quick to help with any minor issues we may have had.We love our apartment, its spacious and has everything we need. The amenities (pools, gym, running trails, etc) suit our needs really well too. Ashford Lakes is also really well located. There are plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby and its easy to commute around the area. :)I would highly recommend this apartment, its a great place to live! Keep up the good work you guys ROCK!!

I am leaving a review primarily for the staff and our first hand experience as potential tenants. My spouse and I have been looking around Houston for a new apartment and we were blown away by how beautiful this community was. Im not exaggerating when I say that it felt like we were on a mountain resort/retreat when we walked around the complex. What really made it special for us was the exceptional service provided by the leasing agent Regina. Please keep in mind that it was raining and conditions were poor outside, but that did not stop Regina from providing us with a very personable and informative tour of the apartment, amenities and rooms.If every managing company had Regina as their leasing agent, theyd never have an issue signing future tenants or having current tenants renew their contract, she left a great impression and one that I believe will set the bar for all of our future managing companies (if we are unable to find a unit within our move in date/budget).All in all, we havent signed any papers or made a decision, but I can say with utmost honesty, this is a wonderful apartment surrounded by beautiful landscape, well designed living arrangements, and a staff that has your best interests in mind.Oh! Last thing I forgot to mention. THE DUCKS. ARE. AWESOME! They could rename the complex, The Ashford Ducks.

Let me start by saying I like the apartment themselves, the location and designs were nice they drew me in and made me want to live there. The pool is quite small, but other than that outside looking in it’s a great place to live. That was then and I was happier the day I left rather than the day I moved in simply because the management team, we received standoffish responses and combative responses to our frustrations in regards to having sewage flow onto our bathroom/kitchen floor. We reached out and asked for assistance and were met with quick responses by their maintenance team, unfortunately they were not instructed by management to flush the entire building, so again I fault the management team. This took place 4 times in 3-4 months, I personally had to clean feces off my apartment floors from other residents living above me due to this ongoing issue. No compensation or even a sorry was offered by the management team, so we left a negative review out of frustration.We were then met with threats of legal action and eviction because of this review. BUT, apparently there are things such as freedom of speech, we reached out to our own lawyer to establish a boundary of that freedom. The lawyer backed off and the apartment complex waited us out.I would love to write a great review for everyone, but I can’t focus solely on the positives of this beautiful apartment complex, I can’t. Hope this helps the next renter, again great apartments and location, just horrible management team.Thanks,Sam

So me and my Wife were looking at apartments in the Energy Corridor and by far this is one of our favorite properties in the area. Ashford Lakes definitely feels homey in every way possible. We can see ourselves moving here once we finish Apartment shopping. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. Specifically Ms. Regina is the BEST! She went over and beyond to ensure that all our questions were answered! She really sealed the deal on us feeling comfortable choosing Ashford Lakes as one of the top apartments on our list! If we move here we definitely will be more than satisfied with our choice.

My fiance and I visited this place on a whim one day. Despite being 4PM (an hour before closing), Regina was delighted to give us a tour of their 2-bedroom model. The whole experience was great. She offered us waters upon entering, answered all of our questions, made us feel welcomed, and didnt rush us through the tour. Even when the rain poured down, she offered to run back in the pouring rain to get us umbrellas for the walk back.We plan to go back for a 2nd look to check out the other floor plans. We were surprised to find out they have options available with a loft and are excited to view them once a model opens up for touring. The amenities look updated, the community seems welcoming, and the location is great (next to Terry Hershey and not too far from I-10).

I just signed another 1 year lease, because I love living here! The staff in the office knew me and my dogs name within days of me moving it. I also appreciate the fact that when I call for a maintenance issue, they come within 24 hours.

Likes to make FALSE promises to “future residents” to get them to sign the lease and then go back on their word. I made a very specific request for something that I needed on my balcony (and what it was for) which they approved prior to signing. Now I’m a month in and they are telling me to take it down, and are claiming a fire hazard, and that it’s “against policies” despite getting specific approval for it. They are so quick to get things done in their favor but the minute my key fob stops working they take days to get it taken care of. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I wanted to write a review based on the WHOLE time we have lived here, not just based on how we moved in. I’m honestly glad I waited. When we moved in we loved this place, couldn’t say there was anything we didn’t like. As time went by, everyone in the office staff changed, even a new manager. Honestly, when they started changing that is when we started having issues. It would seem the only person who cares are the maintenance staff. But it’s almost impossible to get the maintenance unless you ask for them through the app or website. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend it based on the staff alone because we have had many issues with them, & they talk to me as if they are belittling me. They act nice at first meeting, sure that’s there job but about problems with your apartment just be careful. Many time they treated me like I had no knowledge of the situation, but would talk to my boyfriend like he knew everything.I would rate this 2.5 stars, not a full three because the fact they don’t see to care to fix issues that are actual issues & problems we’ve had so we’ve given up even trying to communicate with them. If they don’t care to help, we don’t care to tell.The apartment is good, neighbors are okay (50/50 because some people are just rude), the amities are good, I would say I generally feel safe. The gates seem like they always have an issue going on so it’s a little meh there. The ducks don’t bother me at all, actually love it because it makes you wanna get out & go see them and the turtles near the gazebo.The staff is a big enough issue for us that we don’t want to stay here regardless of it being a nice place.

I toured this property earlier this year. My first impression of the property was wow this is beautiful, clean and very green the grounds are very well kept. I met with Anh - the property manager, She greeted me right away. When speaking with Anh she was very informative. On my tour I met Regina and Bernice the other ladies in the front office. Both were very polite and super welcoming! Overall my experience here Ashford lakes was 10 out of 10. The staff was very knowledgeable, super professional and really welcoming ! Honestly, After my lease term at my current place I’ll be calling this place my home! The unit I saw was on the ground floor with the lovely upgrades. The trails and the lake at the property is a plus too! The community seems very quiet and very friendly as well. Thank you Anh, Berenice & Regina for the warm visit! Can’t wait to see you all soon.

I absolutely loved this place, unfortunately they dont have any of the floor plans available that I want so I probably wont be moving here. The customer service I received was absolutely impeccable! Bernice and Regina were absolute delights to speak and meet with. They need to bring Monica into the fold thou, she was quite rude on the phone and it would be so unfortunate to have one person tarnish the awesome service those other 2 ladies are providing. The property is so beautiful and serene i think it would be an awesome place to live.

My family and I came in for a tour, and we were very impressed. We were welcomed by a leasing agent by the name Jonathan; he was very kind, courteous, and was able to answer all of our questions.The floor plan that we toured through was modern, spacious and comprised of all that I wanted.The complex has state of the art amenities, which is especially great given the rates offered.They don’t yet have a unit that I want available, but hopefully if/when I become a resident I’m just as impressed by the community and service 🤞🏾

I have yet to move in, but coming from out of state, I did a ton of research before deciding on where to live in Houston. Ashford Lakes had amazing reviews and once I was able to see it in person, I was sold. Regina was amazing and so nice and helpful. She gave us info on multiple apartments with different prices and explained why. She gave us a great tour. My favorite parts that sold me on the complex were how clean the grounds are, the gate system, the lake and trail on the backside of the apartments with clean grills and tables, the minimal amount of apartments, and the residents actually using the equipment. When filling out the application, the on site personal trainer was having a consult with a resident. She gives bootcamp classes 3 times a week that also really sold me. As well as people coming in from the gym for water/coffee/refreshments, seeing amenities getting utilized means the residents feel welcome. We applied the same day and move in next weekend.

I love my new apartment! It has all the amenities I need and more. The staff is so helpful, Anh Dinh was so pleasant and is the best manager ever. I am so happy I trusted my gut and leased here. I recommend Ashfor Lakes to anyone looking to move.

Ashford Lakes refuses to work with people who can’t pay their rent due to Covid related layoffs.I was laid off due to coronavirus back in June and have since accepted a position in a different city. Even though I want to move out the second week of August, I was told that I would still be paying a $2,500 fee AND be paying rent for the month of September, in which I won’t even be living at the apartment. While I realize policies are policies and I’m sure these things were in the lease agreement, I think it’s extremely shortsighted and completely callous to make an unemployed person effectively pay $3,700 just to leave, especially given the current situation with Covid. Surely I cannot be the only person at this complex who has lost their job and had to go through the same process?I have actually enjoyed living at Ashford Lakes, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I would advise future residents to reconsider living here if they are unsure about job security in any way

My overall experience at Ashford Lakes was awesome. Regina is very professional and attentive!

We were REALLY excited to move her but were bamboozled from the beginning. We were told credit was not a factor and that only rental and criminal history were checked. Well, we both have impeccable rental history and NO criminal backgrounds. At first, we were told we were denied because myself alone did not make enough so we paid another application fee to add my bf. After calling for two full days, all day, I finally got through to the manager. When I asked for different people that Ive worked with, to my surprise, at 4pm they were either not there or at lunch. I feel like I was being dodged. She then told me we were declined because of credit. When I told the manager Heather that we were told credit was not a factor, her response was well we wouldnt know until credit is ran. If credit is not a factor AT ALL then that statement makes no sense. They lied to me from the jump and then ran after they got my money. If this is how they operate before a lease is even signed, I can only imagine how they would be if we actually lived there. I have been extremely patient and pleasant with them but the way they lie is just beyond me and I am very upset with how they operated with this.

Great place that’s nicely tucked away and friendly staff that is always helpful! Feels like home! Maintenance also responds very quickly to any issues!

I had the most wonderful experience with yall. When I visited the place they had a special price in one of the apartment but when I call back the next morning, it was gone.I am really bummed about that.This is a beautiful place to live, I think.Thank you so much for treating me like 5star on a 2star budget.You guys are awesome!!!

I visited Ashford Lakes apartments today and I had the best experience! I was greeted by Bernice was very friendly and most important knowledgeable about the property. She answered questions that I didnt think of. She helped me figure out which unit for into my budget the best. Because of Bernice Ill be applying!

I toured Ashford Lakes property today. I do recommend. It’s beautiful and maintained well! Berenice the assistant manager showed me around. She is wonderful! Very professional and answered all my questions. The apartment was spectacular. I have recently toured a lot of other properties in and around Houston. This one is a great find!

What a nice property! The office staff is super friendly and so accommodating and attentive! Any questions I had, the manager and staff were able to answer and were very helpful. The lake is beautiful, so If youre looking for a great place to stay- this is it!!

We had to evacuate during Harvey, but now that the apartments have opened up theyre even better than before. Berenice was wonderful to work with and is responsive to both current and new tenants.Would definitely recommend.

I toured here just recently and I truly liked the floor plans and the ladies in the leasing office Regina was very informative and had all the answers to my questions... I liked how close to nature it was and the view I would have had. I really feel if I will be paying around $1600 for a 2 bedroom then I would want the apartments management company to invest into upgrading certain things like the appliances and flooring on the apartments that are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Theres alot right with these apartments but the fact that they arent upgraded on the apartments that didnt suffer from harvey was the reason I didnt make this move. Maybe in the future though when it goes through some renovating.

The experience was great. Thanks to Berenice Suarez. She was very informative about the property, definitely loves and respects her job. I appreciate the tour she gave me and will refer others to come check out the new renovations.

I absolutely love it here at Ashford! I enjoy the hidden lake, I love that there is a Shipleys Do-Nuts right across the street, and the direct access to Hershey Park. Regina is always pleasant, Berenice is very thorough and knowledgeable and I love the property manager Heather bubbly personality. Its hard to find people that genuinely want to help you and I found that here at Ashford Lakes. They really do take pride in their People First service.

Love this place ! Surrounded by nature and it’s peaceful and clean . Moving in here was nice and smooth . Shout out to the office staff they made moving in a breeze . The staff was very professional and caring I highly recommend this place.

I saw these apartments online and I loved them because there is so much nature around so my fiancé and I decided to visit and get a tour. It has been one of the best decisions we have made, Sandra was amazing, friendly, informative and we loved it! We definitely see ourselves there soon! Thank you Sandy!

I toured the Ashford Lakes Apartments property and fell in love with the penthouse! When my lease ends in April 2020, I most definitely am going to lease here! My favorite thing on property is the lake and Ms. Regina gave exceptional customer service!

I stopped by for a tour. Beautiful apartments and wonderful customer service by Berenice. I did however email them with a question and never got a response. Still hoping to move here. :)

Still live here and loving it. Great location, friendly staff, very good maintenance comparing to my previous place.I would agree with a post regarding a questionable craftsmanship during the latest remodeling. I think the management was taken advantage by a terrible contractor. But you cant blame a crooked calk on a poor management skills... Try to manage your own apartment complex with residents constantly complaining about something even the list important things!Never had any rudeness from staff - always helpful and responsive. Good customer skill and the desire to go extra step for a prospective/current resident - that was what sold me on this place (besides the lake and the trail).Love the fact that complex is smaller, more private. But dont bother if you are young, single and looking for babes to hang out by the pool. You would be disappointed - this is more family oriented smaller community and I enjoy the peace I get while living here.

Do not rent here! I repeat - DO NOT rent here! Its just NOT worth all the hassles of living here. The leasing manager, Helen is rude, arrogant and disrespectful. She treats you like you are a nuisance and talks down to you as though she is swatting a fly away, every time you try to talk to her. Our neighbors are ghetto and trashy, who constantly have loud late night parties and then litter the stairways with open trash bags, leftover food and empty beer bottles. The floors are paper thin - we can hear everything our neighbors do, and can tell exactly where they are walking in their apartment at any given time. There are frequent car break-ins and apartment break-ins. Parking is a complete nightmare every single night - I park 5 buildings away due to lack of available spots near my building. Complaining repeatedly to the management about all these issues yields nothing. So, save your hard earned money and go some place else where you are treated with more respect at the very least. There are plenty of better places for rent in the area.

Ive had an apartment in Ashford Lakes for almost 15 years. I do not have the first complaint. I was looking for an apartment in 2002 and got lucky. Recently they completely upgraded the swimming pool area. New furniture including new gas grills. Beautiful area. In addition, the Office / Clubhouse area is first class. Exercise equipment, TV, Fax Machine, Free Starbucks Coffee machine, etc. As far as Im concerned, the best thing is the location next to Terry Hershey Park. I can walk out my door, go through a gate to the Park and literally walk 20 miles down different trails. Best kept secret in Houston.

Wow!!! This place will knock your socks off. There are too many high-end amenities to list and they all come with just being a resident there. We were given a grand tour of the place and shown at least two apartments by a sweet young lady ( the young latina) and she was so excited and full of energy. She offered us water and Starbucks coffee before we started our tour. She also told us this was all complimentary to the Residents everyday and could all be ours even mimosa and wine if we were to move in and become residents there. I really thought she was the manager because she took such good care of us and made us feel like we would fit inti their communty perfectly! They have a brand new high-end state-of-the-art gym with 24-hour access AND it has nice clean bathrooms! The wooded, lighted walking trails with ponds, turtles and fish make you feel like you are in your own private getaway. The prices are amazing for what you get the units are oversized and smell and look brand new with high-end finishes. Even though I was not looking for a place to move I almost decided to get out of my lease and move there, thats how compelling she was . I would definitely recommend looking at this place and considering it your home.

I have 3 things I really dont like when i came to visit and it doesnt suppose to be in apartment complex. pool is dirty and imagine they have ducks swimming in the pool how we can enjoy it? its look like a park not apartment i also heard from my friend the maintenance service is trash and taking way long for a small service. I change my mind to apply here i hope these get fix bc it will affect on your residents.
