Arranged via Viator for Pearl Harbor and Oahu North Shore Small Group Tour. Lynette was absolutely fantastic.I was a bit concerned as they informed me they were having van problems but would be back with me. They called a couple of hours later and confirmed pickup. We had Lynette all to ourselves so it was wonderful. Good intro tour to Honolulu; Pearl Harbor is a great reminder of price paid for freedom; east side of Oahu is beautiful. Shrimp at Giovanni’s was great and bbq corn from the shack close by was wonderful!We’ve used Viator multiple times in several locations and never have had an issue.Lynnette did a great job and I’d definitely recommend this tour!

Thomas was very organized and friendly when transporting us to our destination. Safety for his passengers was a priority; he even held up traffic for us to cross the street!. On our return trip, he made sure everyone was where they should be in a punctual manner. Thomas was knowledgeable and instructional during our ride back to the hotel. We got an unexpected tour of several historical locations and points of interest while he explained each of them. He also has a great sense of humor!! The limousine bus was top notch; very comfortable and had lots of big and overhead windows for great views! We highly recommend this service! Great job, Thomas!! Thanks so much!

We had such an amazing time using this service! They escorted us to our Pearl Harbor tour and made the rides there and back incredible. They have really nice vans to escort you, you will probably have to make a couple stops along the way but no biggie. After the Pearl Harbor tour he took us all on a tour of the city and it was awesome!! We got to see so many cool sights and the driver was so incredibly friendly. Would definitely recommend this service!

We were picked up for our tour of Pearl harbor by Eddie our driver and guide just across the street from our hotel. He was very friendly and informative as we made our way, pointing out many interesting sights along our route. When we arrived at the harbor he escorted us through security and went to the ticket booth and retrieved out tour tickets. He then told us what to expect and the best way to spend our time be able to see as much as possible during our limited time between the scheduled tour events. After leaving the harbor he continued to educate us on the city tour with stops along the way. Eddie was a excellent driver and guide.

John the tour guy and driver is very due diligent and walked extra miles to helping us. He communicated with us at pick up at 8 am at cruise ship pier, and meeting time after the tour for pearl harbor memorial half day at 11:40 am. After the pearl harbor tour, we decided to stay longer than half day and to spend 2-3 hours at warship Missouri and submarine. At 3 :30 pm, we was calling Uber, but we meet John again at the shuttle pick up station. John offered to drive us back to the pier to pick up our luggage at pier 2 luggage storage. John is a life saver for us today 🙏

John our driver was absolutely awesome. Helpful, kind, and a virtual Hawaiian encyclopedia. We were blessed to have him. Most definitely a 5 star experience. Highly recommend

Very comfortable tour bus. Plenty of leg room. Eddie was very informative and set expectations as far as what, when and where. We took the long tour and were able to view the Arizona memorial, the Bowfin submarine and the Missouri. Great day

Very organized tour, on time and friendly. Our driver Eddie was great, we learned lots about Hawaii history, he got us all organized for our pearl harbor tour. Great day for our family. Be prepared for a long day, and bring money to get snacks and drinks inside. They do not allow you to bring food or drinks in. Also be prepared for LOTS of people, very busy!!

Hector was a fantastic guide. He offered so much insight on the way to Pearl Harbor. The additional stops like the Punchbowl Crater were nice to see as well. He made the experience better with the ease of having someone navigating the roads on Honolulu for you with expert commentary.

Antonio Parra was an excellent tour guide and driver. He was very patient in answering our questions and recommended local gems (restaurants, places to shop, best beaches to visit, etc.). We were there on our honeymoon and couldn’t have visited a couple of places without his help. Excellent experience!

Price was good for the tour/ride and ticket into Pearl Harbor. Our driver Jake was awesome, friendly with a good sense of humor. Highly recommended great customer service and very knowledgeable! With the GREAT N I MEAN GREAT communication with me was by far the best. I scheduled for a pick up and I ended up at the wrong location the rep / customer agent was nice and quick to do a follow up call cause we didn’t show up to the correct location. Said it’s ok we will have the driver pick you up at that last location. Again GOOD communication with a courtesy call...... 5 STARS!

Toured Pearl Harbour and Honolulu. Our guide, John, was great. Very informative and knowledgeable including local information. Transportation was very comfortable and clean. Cost of tour was very reasonable for value we received. Highly recommend.

Had the best time. Everything was very interesting and our driver had so much knowledge about the tour. We even ate at the restaurant the driver told us about on the tour. The rainbow drive in was the best place to eat

Koko was so great!! She kept us informed when she would be picking us up. She was very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. We had an earlier flight out and she made sure we got to the airport on time. Her information about Honolulu was interesting!

Due to circumstances beyond anyones control our tour date had to be moved to the last day of our vacation. The staff at Royal Hawaiian went above and beyond to make sure we got our tour in and were able to get to our flight on time. Our tour guide, Lynnette, was amazing. She had great local knowledge and showed us places that we had seen but didnt really know the history. She made us feel like we were her Ohana which made our experience even better. On time and vehicle was clean

The service was great and the limo bus was clean and comfortable. The only not so great part was they were almost an hour late which took time away from the tour. Whether it was traffic or something else it is still a service you pay for and the tour should have been extended to compensate for the time they were late. Otherwise, the tour was amazing and the driver/guide was very informative.Thank you/Mahalo

Eddie was great! We did the Pearl Harbor tour. He shared facts about different sites throughout Honolulu as we passed them and was very funny. He was on time to pick us up and the vehicle was very clean. I would recommend!!

While bus seats very comfortable, bus lacked air con. Also very loud banging noise coming from cargo hold under seats. Paid for tour but did not do photo stop at King Kamehameha statue nor trop their China Town. Was informed by driver that China Town would be disappointing. Limousine tours was disappointing.
