A woman asked me to call a cab for her. She went on to tell me that she was a cancer survivor and was currently on chemotherapy. She didnt look good, but she had high hopes that she was going to make it.We were in an alcove of a tall building waiting for a cab because there was a shaded bench. She was tired and moved very slowly. A cab pulled up and as I was helping her collect her things, someone ran down the sidewalk and got in the cab and it left.The woman was distraught because she thought someone had taken her cab. I told her I would call the cab company again and get another one. This time when the operator answered she was very rude I had some smart comments to say because Ive used the womans name to order the cab. I think it was Carolyn or something. The operator said something like you need to wait for your cab, Carolyn, if thats even your name.What? On? Earth?Why?I tried to explain why I was calling you again, but she began escalating the frustration and became aggressive. I am someone who mirrors what Im given.If you want a cab, call another company Im sure they would be glad to have your business.

I reserved a Taxi Cabby to pick me up on Waikiki at 2:51pm on there website from my smartphone. The taxi driver arrived at 2:56 pm. Cab was very clean. The driver was nice and the rate was fair. I arrived at Honolulu, Hawaii Airport International at 3:21 pm. Will use again!
