Rented 3 days first day 2 of moped and last 2days for Kawasaki Vulcan 900.It was very smooth rent and return.Their staffs are amazing and kind.Definitely want to rent again from them next time. Mahalo!

Great experience and wonderful staff. I havent ridden a motorcycle in several years and wanted to give it another go. I stopped in and rented at Honda CB300R. I told the lady that helped me out that Its been a while since Ive ridden and wanted to take a leisurely ride and take in some scenery. She worked up a route on Google Maps and sent it to my phone. I dont know if the map she sent me was the novice route, or the scenic route, but either way, it was exactly what I wanted. The bike worked great and the drive was excellent. Im going back again tomorrow to try another bike. The service here is first rate! THANKS

First time renting a moped & scooter in Oahu. We were greeted by a friendly group of staff upon arrival and they gave us a quick rundown of how everything works. If you’ve never ridden a moped before, they’ll gladly show you how to operate it and will answer any further questions you may have. Returning the moped/scooter took less than a minute, once you arrive back they’ll do a short walk around to see if there was any damages, then you’re free to go!

The staff is super friendly and helpful to get you all set up with equipment. Selection of motorcycles is good but in high demand. They went out of the way to make sure I got a bike for a day of cruising. Easy pick up and turn in procedures had me in and out fast. They are conveniently located in the hub of Waikiki. Highly recommend… book early online for the best shot at exactly the bike you want.

Rented a scooter for 3 days, and loved it so much that we came back and rented a motorcycle for the remainder of the trip. Staff was friendly, and very helpful! Definitely the way to explore Honolulu. We rented 2 motorcycles for the day. And rode almost the entire coastline. I would also recommend getting a phone mount to use for GPS and bring some sunscreen 😬.

Rented a 200cc scooter from them for 10 Days. Scooter was in great condition, I would recommend the extra storage trunk that fits on the back.(if you want extra storage besides under seat), Tyler and the gang were great.. would recommend to book in advanced as rentals are in high demand. This place is awesome and their employees are super cool folks. Online process was smooth, no issues. I originally rented three mopeds and needed to reduce the reservation to two. I emailed customer service and they responded within 24 hours with an updated reservation. Mopeds were in great condition and riding around Waikiki in a moped was AWESOME!

Well, I had a great time.Staff was great. Super chill and real competent. In and out in ten minutes each time.Four days of day to day travel between families house and local spots and we spent maybe ten bucks between us on gas?And like, what a dope way to get around. Six stars. Seven. Whatever, take ‘em all.

My scooters mirror was broken from the start when they gave me the rental then they didn’t return my security deposit when I returned the bike trying to say it wasn’t like that. SUPER SNEAKY be careful and make sure to report scratches before hand or they will screw you and keep your money.

These are not normal sized mopeds. They are basically motorcycles with flat bottoms. Could not reach the ground, and they were very heavy. Nice people, but not the vehicle I expected. Did not feel safe and had to cancel. If you are big and strong these will be fine for you. Seemed like good quality, heavy duty vehicles.

I dont normally leave reviews but I felt the need to because Cruzin Hawaii had some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. When I picked up my scooter there was no hassle whatsoever, I have an M1 endorsement so I already know how to ride but the staff was incredibly patient and friendly when assisting others who have never been on a moped before. A few hours after having my scooter I experience some mechanical issues, which is bound to happen to some of the scooters. I called the staff, they didnt give me any trouble at all and within 15 minutes they brought a new one out to me and took the one I had with them. When returning the scooter the experience was just as pleasant. The staff is awesome, the service is 5 star, if you need a moped, scooter, or motorcycle in Honolulu please check this place out. They will do everything in their power to make your experience as great as mine was. Thank you again Cruzin Hawaii, I will be back.

I had a wonderful time renting a Rebel 300 and 2 helmets from Cruzin Hawaii. Tje rental process was seemless and very easy to handle.I would have liked it if a more robust insurance option was available as even the best offered made me liable for the first $1,500 of damages which did not alleviate my concern as that is normally what I get insurance for.

Great experience! I walked from Hilton Hawaiian Village where I was staying. I decided to tour the island in a motorcycle, and I walked in with no reservations in the midst of very busy time. However, they helped find a Honda cruiser. Bike was clean and very reliable. I toured for 7 hours with no issue. This was the highlight of my vacation. Highly recommended.

Great way to get around town. If you are a big boy like me, dont expect to get out of town on the moped. It is great for getting around and seeing the sights, but if you want to travel the island, upgrade to a full sized bike (which they have as well). The staff was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and knew the sights and places to go.

We had an amazing time with our scooter. We went around the entire island. I recommend the full face helmet. Make sure you lock it up everywhere you go. Definitely recommend Cruzin, very easy process.

Cruzin Hawaii was a very well run moto-rental shop. We booked a 125cc scooter a couple days in advance through their site and showed up on pickup day with minimal delay. There were a handful of people in front of us in line who were trying to rent day-of and were all turned away—word to the wise, mopeds and scooters are in HIGH demand on Oahu right now (I’m guessing even more so due to the rental car shortage).We were actually able to upgrade to a 200cc last minute which gave us a little more power to cruise around the island. We were able to get up to 50-60mph no problem on the Lance 200cc to keep up with traffic in the busier sections of the island. Keep in mind, we rented a scooter that requires a motorcycle endorsement on your license. The 50cc scooters are going to get you up to about 35mph no problem if you don’t have your endorsement. If you’re staying around the Honolulu, Pearl City, and maybe to Waimanalo Beach areas, a 50cc scooter should be just fine for you. The team will show you the ropes before letting you out into the wild, too.We only had the bike for 24 hours, but would definitely recommend Cruzin Hawaii to anyone looking for either a short or long-term rental. The staff was very professional and took care of us quickly for both pickup and dropoff.

Great rental service. I got a Harley Heritage for the saddle bags, couldn’t have been a better choice. Only way to see the beauty of the island is on a motorcycle. Great on gas and way cheaper than a car. You won’t be disappointed.

Best 24 hours of my trip to Oahu was on 2 wheels! Rode along the coast on HWY 72 and also up thru the jungle to Tantalus Lookout. Both easy rides from Waikiki, and the views are stupendous. Staff was super friendly, and the Triumph I rented was in perfect running order! Helmets included and you can also rent accessories, including hammocks =)

I highly recommend renting from Cruzin Hawaii. My wife and I rented a Harley Davidson Street Glide for eight days and rode all over Oahu. The bike was outfitted nicely and performed flawlessly. The personnel in the shop were all very helpful and friendly, this was a great experience overall!

I cant praise these guys, and gals (Thanks Jaz!) enough! The bike was in beautiful condition and after comparing prices on the island I was pleased to find it was about 75% the cost of most other bike rentals. I even brought my bike back mid contract and they shined it up for me. That was nice cause I must say my trip was so enhanced by renting a bike in place of a car. There is no better way to see Hawaii. I found that cruising the island was more fun than any other tour or trips I took. Every day I couldnt wait to get up and go for a ride. How about cruising up and down Waikiki beach every evening! The bike created so much attention and made me so many friends and great conversations. Rented a motorcycle hear during my stay in Oahu and it was one of the highlights of my trip. The bike was in great condition and helmets are included as part of the rental should you opt for one (no helmet law in Hawaii). The ride was absolutely amazing and probably the best of my life, north coast and windward side are a must. They also offer half day rates which is great if you want to do two morning rides as opposed to doing a full day.A must if you have your endorsement.

Had an awesome time on my ride around the island. This was a bucket list item of mine, and this place had a bunch of different styles of bikes to choose from. I first went to Chase motorcycle rentals but they didnt offer any sports bikes so I waked out of my way to come here because they did.

Super chill crew. Very helpful and friendly. We even had an incident where we went to the museum and locked up the helmets on the bike, toured the museum for about an hour and came back to see one of the helmets was stolen. Someone cut the strap and took it. We felt bad and called them and they told us that not to worry about it and that we should just enjoy the rest of our vacation. Bikes are well maintained. They have accessories you could add on if you need em too (phone mounts, bags & etc.) would recommend. Definitely when I go back to Oahu I’ll use them again.

Cruisin Hawai’i is the place to go for your moped needs while in O’ahu! I called and got all my questions answered before making my reservation online. Their online reservations takes the hassle out of checking in. Everyone there was super helpful, professional, and organized. I had never rented mopeds but was able to feel safe and comfortable operating the mopeds across the island based off the demo their team provided to me. Would recommend for anyone who’s looking to zoom zoom around the island and see it from a different perspective!

Rented mopeds for a few days. They were so much fun. I HIGHLY recommend the phone adapter as it helps with navigating. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful getting us going and helping plan some fun spots to visit. First stop was Manoa Falls. We also went to Kailua for a day and had a blast along with just giving our feet a break around Waikiki. Mahalo

Cant thank these guys enough. This was my first time in Hawaii, and the occasion was for my girlfriends birthday. Many of the car rentals places, including Turo, were charging more than $200 a day. I tried to go to Hawaiian Style rentals in the morning, but all of their mopeds and scooters were reserved. I googled other options at 9am, and found Cruzin Hawaii. Since I have a motorcycle endorsement, I decided to call them. They were able to hook it up with a Heritage at 10am. The first time I went in, I dealt with Alicia (sorry if I spelled it wrong). She was great. She explained the rental and pricing clearly, and even had the bike cleaned while I was waiting. Having the bike to check out the island was way better than a car, as you can legally shoulder surf (saves a ton of time and gas). The next day, we wanted to head back out to Waimea Bay. When I went in to return the bike, I asked if I could extend it. This time I dealt with Logan. The bike was reserved that day, but they were able to get me a different bike at a great rate. Logan even assisted with my being able to do an after hours check in, as our day went longer than I planned. Next time Im here, Cruzin Hawaii will be the first place I call. Thank you for making our experience in Oahu ten times easier!!

Good customer service and value. I wish they had after hour emergency services. My mopeds back tire blew out when I was 30 miles out and after 3 they are not responsive to calls or texts. My moped only went half its speed made it a stressful experience getting back late into the evening.

Scootering around on Oahu was AWESOME! Definately a fun and unique way to experience the Waikiki area and Eastern part of the island. As for the actual company, not too great. We paid for 6 hours but had to wait an hour to get our mopeds. Instead of checking in guests that had already made a reservation (like us) the girl at the front desk helped others that didnt have a reservation first. She was very rude and not helpful. We also had to be briefed on how to ride them; a young kid tried to explain it but I left more confused after the explanation (had to have my hubby explain better). So if you are planning on using this company expect to wait a long time and deal with poor customer service.

Quick and smooth rental, location was convenient but I was left very displeased that i received the motorcycle with an empty tank, didnt realized it until 10 mins after driving off. Put $12 of gas in right away. Returned the bike with what gas i received it with. Pleaded my case and still was charged $25 fuel fee for about 2.5-3 gallons of gas. Received my deposit in about a week.Also returned the bikes outside business hours was sketchy. No obvious or safe place to leave the keys.Edit: Cruzin Hawaii contacted and made it right, much appreciated and respected.

Bikes were not in great shape. 3 out of 4 fuel gauges did not work. One had a inoperable headlight and two had inoperable speedometers. There is very limited places outside Honolulu and Waikiki you can take them and the locations you can take them are very dangerous especially driving underpowered mopeds. We returned them early and management did not seem interested in making things right by reducing the rental fees. Do not rent from Cruising Hawaii.

We rented a Honda Rebel 250 for 7 days (a week) and boy was it worth it.The staff answered all of our questions. Namely, they told us that Hawaii laws require you to have a 125cc engine or more to drive on highways. They told us the helmets rentals are free of charge. They told us that we could bring the bike back at the same hour at which we rented it (that way you can rent it at 4pm without any time loss).They take a deposit in case anything happens with your rental, and although we were told it would be refunded within 5 work days, we had it refunded immediately upon returning the bike.No hidden fees even if youre under 25 of age. Insurances seem to be optional. No mileage limit. Simply start with a full tank and bring it back full. The bike rode super smoothly, and we didnt have any trouble with it.Whats more, the rates were cheap and the staff was super chill. Would most definitely recommend!
