Great salon with specially with natural styles and color. Versatile stylists and good atmosphere. I have been going to this salon for four months now and I truly enjoy the entire atomsphere . The stylist are very nice the salon is very clean and the feeling once you step into the place is warm and welcoming . My stylist is Erica, she is very talented she can meet your needs when it come to style.

I love coming here to take care of my natural hair. Audrey is AMAZING! She never disappoints me when her hands grace my hair. I’ve had my hair colored by her twice and each time it came out beautiful and my hair never falls out after it’s dyed. I would definitely recommend Zaria hair salon.

When I first walked into Zaria’s hair salon Michelle was the person that braided my 4 years old daughter’s hair. I was amazed to see my daughter sitting so calm using her iPad while Michelle braided her hair. I told Michelle I’m not used to this. She always cry when she gets her hair braided.Michelle has what I call “gentle hands” and she is also a very nice hairdresser.I always get compliments for my daughter’s hair as well as my hair. So If you’re looking for a hairdresser to give you a “Wow” hairstyle, quality hair care, and a good hair wash I highly recommend Michelle aka “Da bomb hairdresser”.

Grace is an EXCELLENT STYLIST!!! I came in from Cleveland and was a hot mess. 🤦🏽‍♀️I needed to pick me up in the worst way, so I started with my hair. Its a bad feeling to be in a bad place mentally and physically. She was kind and patient with me. Ill never forget that, how she made me feel. Ty, Ms. Grace. 🥰

The worst customer service ever. I made an appointment at 3:30pm. I get to the establishment and I was greeted by nobody for 15 minutes. I went up to talk to one of the stylists and I was greeted with sass for no apparent reason. The host finally comes and tells me that I’m going to get my silk press done by Aubrey she almost done. I literally sat there for more than an hour. That isn’t even the best part. One of the stylists stops in the middle of doing someone hair to go outside and curse up a storm to her baby father. It was the worst experience I have thus far. It’s sad because today was the day I was going to straighten my hair for the first time.

I have being looking for hair shop that can help me take care of my natural 4C hair. Braid and treatment. If you want nice professional braids at reasonable price ask for Oyah for natural hair care ask for Fatima. I love these two ladies.😍😍😘😘😘

I recently relocated from California and got referred to this salon. The salon is very clean and has a modern design. The new owner Audrey did my hair and I had an amazing experience. She was professional and did a wonderful job on my hair. I keep getting compliments everywhere I go. I am so happy I decided to get my hair done at this salon. Best decision ever!

First salon that I actually felt comfortable in. Im tenderheaded and the lady who washed and did my hair was very careful and did not hurt one bit. I had gotten a silk press, it was nice at first but about 1 hours later, it puffed up. Looked like it was only blowdried.

Found this place doing a google search for somewhere last minute to do natural hair. Loved that they accept walk-ins. I hit the jackpot when I found this gem! Unlike those other overpriced salons that specialize in natural hair, Zaria service charges are reasonable and they use good products. All of the stylists are very knowledgeable in hair care and their receptionist Zaria (name coincidence -no relation to the owner) is super sweet and gives a good shampoo. Audrey has been my go to stylist, she definitely knows her stuff and I am so confident sitting in her chair, putting my trust in her to do whatever she thinks my hair needs. I have not yet been disappointed.

I came for a shampoo and treatment only but left with my first wash and go. I never knew how beautiful my natural hair can look. Audrey and the staff were nice and made me feel comfortable. My hair feels soft and smells lovely. Highly recommended if you’re looking to strengthen and grow your natural hair. I will be back!

I absolutely loved coming here. Ive always had curly hair and never knew how to take care of it but Fatima gave me clear instructions and tips and made my hair look incredible. She didnt even shame me when I told her I used manic panic on my hair lol. Fatima is amazing and the entire salon has relaxed vibes that I definitely enjoyed. Theyve got a long term customer in me!!

Highly unprofessional! I initially made an appointment for my mothers birthday but then changed it to the day after (Friday). Before the appointment time which was a couple of days before, I was probably texted to confirm the appointment about twice and was even called by the stylist herself to give further details as to what was going to be done. On the day of the appointment, I received another text that her appointment had been changed. I called and the person that answered said that the stylist had been changed or something. So after all of this, my mother arrives only to be asked many questions with seemingly no clarity as to who she even was and then made to wait 15 mins after arriving on time. In that time, no one came to speak with her but proceeded to talk about the situation instead. Afterwards, it was relayed that the hair stylist had a sudden emergency in Orlando......my mother was told that she could wait until after a braiding but understandably since customer service was already lacking, she wanted to leave right away. I was called and there were apologies and I was even told that the stylist is no longer employed here but unbeknownst to me at the time, my sister also had a less than optimal experience at this same salon. So, all in all, do not be tricked by this establishments good star reviews as the customer service is pretty abysmal.

This is the best salon I been to in a long time. It’s beyond great. They specialize in all types of hair, it’s clean and they even offer continental breakfast on Saturday before covid had started.

Got my hair twisted and it was a very pleasant experience. The beautician was friendly and also professional. She gave a me a thorough wash and rinse served with champagne prior to my twist. It was very relaxing. Check them out for your hair needs it was a bit pricey but when you need want it have to get your hair done right Id definitely recommend them.

I Had Loc Retwist Done with Eco styler Gel Didnt Hold .Was Ask Did I wash my own Hair.Use the gel sat under dry Hair coming a Loose very upsetting to me.Then trying explain or show pictures of how to retest or WHAT product she should use .😰😰

The most unprofessional place I have ever seen. I have an appointment at 10 am. No one showed up or called. I stayed there for one hour. Manager or head stylist was made aware of the situation he/ she did not even acknowledge my presence. One stylist offered me to come the next day even after I told her that I drove 25 miles to come over. This place has no respect for people’s time. I was livid after taking a day off from work to do my hair. Never again.............

I’ve been searching all over for a salon for three years and I finally found it. I’m so excited and happy about this salon. I found it online and walked in while they were busy. They fit me in thankfully, I was in and out within a hour which is RARE. The customer service was excellent! It’s truly one of a kind, I will be telling everyone I know about it.

Overpriced. Paid 100 for a wash, deep condition and flat iron. Hair lasted less than 12 hours. Wasted money. If they specialize in natural they should know what products to use for humidity and retain moisture. Tried to charge for services never agreed to and not performed.

Love Sam excellent work but pricey. Some of the other stylist is trash and pricey for no reason. You will be there all day so clear your schedule.

I am horrified. My hair is awful and absolutely no style to it. Very uneven. She soaked it Iwith foaming wrap and it was dripping wet when I left. I cannot stop crying . When I returned to show them how disastrous it is,, the audacity of staff telling me to go to a barber. Never ever ever let AUDREY do your hair. .Mine is a disaster. I have no idea where this woman got her license, Im begginning to think its Home Depot. If there was a board I could report her to I will.

Let me preface this with I NEVER go to a salon to get my hair done, I usually do it myself but I was on vacation in Miami and in a bind so I did a little research to find a salon to go to that I thought would keep the integrity of my hair intact. I made an appointment for a silk press and after the stylist was finished it was beautiful and I was happy. However, the upset came today when I went to wash my hair and discover that I now have pieces of hair that are completely straight where the stylist ran the iron over my hair multiple times. All the curls on the other parts of my head are slightly loosened as well. Im devastated and therell be a lot of work I have to do before I can get my hair to look even a little like it did before and my hair isnt the type to become easily damaged. I straighten my hair at least once a week and have never experienced this. I just wish I wouldve spoken up when I noticed the stylist making so many passes with the flat iron. Im not saying the entire salon is bad because the people were very friendly but I wouldnt personally recommend getting a silk press here for someone who cares about maintaining the integrity of their hair.

The most over priced shop in town! They wanted to charge me 85$ for TWO braids! Just two braids that’s all I wanted...... I get my hair done on a regular basis and I know for a fact that is ridiculous
