To be quite honest, the manicurist does a good job; however, they never open on time. Always have to wait outside before they come. They are quite rude, and price inconsistent. They definitely need to do better. Nail polish bottles are always dusty, they need to keep it cleaner. Been here 5 times, and still looking for someone to do as good a pedicure. Total shame, if only they were nicer, and punctual they might have a chance!

Today 4/7/21 been there at 9:13a.m so i can be first for services it is 10:20a.m that they have not yet arrived and i have left. They work very slow and always late this not the first time! But I Will no longer be going to them especially since prices gone up

They need to close already. Prices now inconsistent. Place is breaking down. Only about themselves and not the customer. Horrible service, rude, I paid for what was done and left half done before an event because how rude and horrible the experience was. Oh those chairs are embarrassing! Stop being cheap, the place looks like the thrift store next door. Never again Peter and Cindy will not have my service ever. I am a real customer for over 15 years and the disrespect and attitude is enough. They are not even up to date on trends, go somewhere else.

Horrible service! inconsistent prices, I would never go again, better off going else where and paying more.

Read all the bad reviews they are all similar and accurate. Take your money somewhere that you will be treated with respect and better customer service.

Nice people, REALLY GOOD PRICES, and good results too. Pedicure has to hurt a bit if you have ingrown toe nails. But the acrylic nails for the price are completely worth it. I came in early and didnt have any wait.

Female technician is loud and rude!! They only have two people working (husband and wife) They are NEVER on time and do not care about you as a customer. I will NEVER go back there again!! The female digs in your cuticles until they bleed. If you pull your feet away or tell her it hurts, she yanks your feet back and starts talking to her husband in Vietnamese, letting you know she is talking about you. Very unprofessional place that I refuse to return to.

Their customer service is horrible the lady is hella loud and annoying and you have to be stern with the guy to get what you want but when it’s done right its quality work anywhere else I go the acrylic on my nails lift in about a week and I pay more so for k nails prices I’ll put up with the headache for my nails to last longer

Worse place ever...this was the most painful pedicure Ive ever experienced !!!!
