Their ok I mean I go for the convenience and their are only 2 ladies in there that I like to do my nails plus I like the fact the thier right inside Walmart.

Gel mani and pedi with french was $75 plus tip.

Wish I could post a picture I took yesterday of manager spraying and disinfecting the chairs as each customer was done. Salon was clean and it practiced social distancing. I was very happy with my pedicure.

If you don’t get gel they get upset,these are my nails 1 day after getting a mani.No Customer service,very unprofessional.The girl I got barely knew how to do a simple pedicure,she caught a attitude and raised her voice when I asked for a different color and got even more upset because I didn’t want GEL polish.

They dont do good nails and they dont do eye lashed

Worst service ever. My eyebrows like barely different after I got them waxed, and they are so rude. Be nicer and improve your services!

THE REASONS WHY I GIVE THEM A 1star is because all these Chinese Asian Korean people just BEING DISRESPECTFUL TALKING IN THERE LANGUAGE JUST BECAUSE I DONT WANT HIM TO USE THE DRILL IN MY NAILS BECAUSE THAT MACHINE IS SO DRITY AN ROUGH I CAN LITERALLY FEEL IT ABOUT TI CUT RIGHT THROUGH THE SURFACE OF MY NAIL.

This place has really gone down hill. The service used to be superb. I was injured by an inexperienced tech on the last visit. The shop is full of young employees who give quick and mediocre pedicures. They are rude, especially when you wont feed into more expensive products. The cleanliness has changed. The shop at opening today was dirty. A quick sweep and damp mop is all that was done. Really disappointing. Have been coming here for 2 years. Today will be my last visit. Dont waste your time coming here.

My first time @ Cone Nails, and the experience was very positive. A young guy, James, made my manicure and pedicure. He shows all the time a good energy, excellent cutting the cuticles, and fast service. I will return.

Nice place for manicure, pedicure. Vibrating chairs for massage, nice spa tub to massage your feet. Manicure lasts up to three weeks. They also do custom manicures with designs.

I was pressed for time and decided to try out Cobe Nails since I was shopping in Walmart. The customer service experience was horrible and the workers were very unprofessional. I will never patronize Cobe Nail Salon again. I also want to add that the sign said that they open up at 9:30am and they seemed to have no respect for time after starting at 9:40am. Finally, they didnt appear to be a very clean establishment and they dont have a welcoming environment.

Rude, rude, rude, and messy rushy

The young guy that did my pedicure was rude and hurried me out. I paid $35 for gel. He did not even allow my feet to soak nor cut my nails. Very poor service. I ended up scrubbing my own feet and cleaning my toes the next day. Total waste of money.

I got acrylics and I was happy with the results, although I waited long, I was not rushed and it was done quickly, I had a variety of colors to chose from, o suggest Kevin, but the pedicure lady absolutely destroyed my friends nails, and Kevin did his best to fix them, I had another worker unfortunately I dont have her name.

The experience is good. I dont trust people with my nails due to bad experiences but I have been with them for a year now and they are good

The store is clean and relaxing. Hannah is the best lash specialist. She makes me look beautiful everytime. I like it here.

I went for a basic manicure, the tech tried to upsale me to a 50$ basic manicure I declined at this point tried to get me to do a 25$ basic manicure. I declined as I just wanted a basic manicure for $12. The tech directed me to the polish to pick one as soon as I walked up to the polish a lady approached me asked if I’m ready because he needs to do other people nails if I’m not. I just set the polish down and told them I’ll go somewhere else. No one came in after me and when I left he was just standing around. So because I was not willing to be upsaled and swindled out of my money I don’t get to be treated as a paying customer? Very disappointing.

AWESOME service from Lyn who is detail oriented, very friendly and attentive. The other young girl with the glasses ignored me the three times I asked the same question and she cut my cuticle too short on one of my toes.

Went in for individual lashes, the wait wasnt bad but had I gone in there for nails Im sure it wouldve been a while. The place was pretty busy when I got there, but overall a good experience.Update: after almost 3 weeks of the lashes not budging, I decided to take them off myself. I used plenty of vitamin e oil and shea butter in effort to melt the glue and it still wasnt budging. I gently tried to take them off and it took at least 30 minutes per eye. Im still in the process of removing them as I type this. If you look closely at the picture of the lashes you can see plenty of my own eyelashes attached to the false ones. These were originally individual lashes, but they used so much glue they came off like a strip; save your money or go somewhere else.

Terrible... My white tips were so uneven.. When i asked if she can take them off so i can go to my regular person she got very upset... she said 5 EXTRA Dollars... I stayed calm but she was so extra... I tried leaving 3 times after she pretended like she didnt know what gel was because I saw an issue coming... but she said no no no stay ... Just should have continued my way to century nails like i usually do.

AWFUL SERVICE. THE OWNERS COME WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT AND LEAVE A BUNCH OF KIDS THAT DONT SPEAK ENGLISH IN CHARGED. GOT TO PLACE AT 10:50AM SUNDAY, THEY OPEN AT 11AM. HAD 3 LADIES AHEAD OF ME, YET HAD MY FEET SOAKING TIL 11:22AM AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT 20 MORE MINUTES FOR SERVICE. THE WORSE PLACE. THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER OF 2 YEARS. THE TWO BOYS THAT WORK HERE HAVE NASTY ATTITUTES.

The person who did my nails did an amazing job. She took her time and was very meticulous. However the establishment and conditions of the shop are not the best. Very very dusty and things are just all over. No organization. They use cheap products, gel polish was peeling after a week. Its a very small shop inside of Walmart and gets busy really quick. Go during a slow time so you can get the attention you need. I know alot of shops are pushing clients to get GEL polish but its the best thing since sliced bread, just pricy. $60 for gel medical/pedi.

This was the worst experience of my entire life I was treated so bad at this nail place the guy messed up my nails and won’t you talk to me very rudely told me to get off my phone when he was doing my pedicure then I told them they messed up my nails and they blamed it on me and were very rude about redoing it then try to still charge me when I didn’t want to French anymore and they got up in my face and they were very rude to me and disrespectful and the lady grabbed my arm and slammed it down this is the worst experience I’ve ever had I will never go back to this place again are usually go to Davie Nails and I’ve never had a bad experience there are great people there but they had no appointments today so I decided to do a walk in at the Walmart in Hollywood Boulevard at the nail place that will never happen again the way I was treated by them employees was unbelievable And I usually tip pretty good but I did give him a single dime and they still maybe pay the $46 and they were talking in Chinese about me and walking around to the clients talking bad about me too I just can’t believe her people running a business how unprofessional that was of them

Horrible all my overlay chipped after two days. The guy made my daughter cry because he shaped her nails so ugly. Never going again.

It seems to me a lack of respect since I asked for a Frenchman but they do what they give them lagana they tell you a price and then they leave you with another one I asked for a dip nail and they were going to make me acrylic. The case was that in the end I ended up with a degraded assumption that the difference between one and the other is not noticeable and I never turned out to be French

I was there today, because of my experience I do not return and I do not recommend it, they treated me very badly, the young man from table 1 and the one from 7, pity the owner was not there, my hands were badly fixed and they were uncomfortable when I told them and they wanted to do the pedicure, a customer was talking to them and nothing, they were only interested in their phone.
