I went a month ago and the girl I was suppose to see was running late cause her client was late. So I ask for another person and got Van who did a wonderful job on a gel pedicure. So today I went back and got a dip powder manicure. I highly recommend Van…. He is so gently….

It was my first time trying out this nail salon. I was lucky enough to get Van! He was awesome. He did a great job on my full set and my pedicure. Kind, gentle and a great massage on my legs. I’ll be back!!!

My daughter is 6 years old and she got her nails and toes polished ONLY with gel polish they charged me $22 to polish her nails and $22 to polish her toes. Outrageous!! She didn’t even get a manicure or pedicure just a polish I’m very dissatisfied and feel like they overcharged me for a service for a polishing! I will NEVER go back to them for any services!!

Very average quality. Sloppy job with applying nail polish and gel. I paid $60 for mani gel and basic pedi. I will not go back to this place.The manicurist‘s table looked gross.

I have been going to this place for over 3 yrs. It has change owners 3 times, twice in the last year. The new owners have gotten rid of all the previous employees which is a shame. They are also unbelievably expensive. 3 weeks ago, take off and new set, pedicure, and nail art = $115...okay. Just this week, two broken nails, pedicure, and nail art =$112. They do not take appts anymore except the day of or the day before and they are not on time when you do make one. I miss the old owners and the professionalism of those employees. Time to look for a new nail salon, at least one that is worth the over a hundred dollar price tag.

I am new in Dania and saw this place and went there. The lady that took care of me was very rude, but I said OK, maybe she’s having a bad day .I went for the second time and same lady took care me,was that only in the back but she was angry and reprimanded me and I did not appreciate that so on my third visit I requested someone else call was a young man he was very nice but when he took my polish off I had fungus so he had to remove all of my nails and that he put a new set which I thought it was a good thing at least the fungus with client on time. When I went to pay they charge me for a fool said +5 dollars for removing the nails that had fungus, I don’t pay it’.I will never go back there luckily I found another place which is awesome and it’s over by the dollar tree call star nails

They are taking all the precautions due to Covid, and that makes me feel safe and sure to come for my mani and pedicures. They also have a great selection of nail polish beautiful displayed. I came here on Thursday 4/1/21 to get a full set. Today is Sunday 4/4/21 and 2 nails broke and a crack in one due to acrylic being so thin when it was applied. I spent $123 && tipped for a full set and pedicure that was horrible cuz the guy seemed new and had no clue what he was doing. I can’t wait til they open cuz they will fix everything for free!!!!!! I will start by saying I was late for my appointment today. Not only did they get me in right away but were extremely nice about it. I absolutely love my nails (I would post a picture but my camera broke...lol). My techs name was Lily and she is fantastic to say the least. She really pays attention to detail and gave me the best experience. I have lived here all my life but for some reason never gave this place a try. Not only will I be a new long term customer but I will also be sending all of my friends and family. The prices are great, great customer service and quality. Dont pass up the opportunity to come here, best salon in all of south Florida hands down.

My appointment was fantastic today. Mami did a fantastic job with my french mani and pedi. I fell asleep in the pedicure chair during my service...lol. If you have never been here you need to. Prices are fair and I already scheduled my next appointment with my daughter. Very family oriented place and they are very clean.

Amazing salon! I have family in the area and come here every time I am in town. They can do all trending nail styles and the pedicures are out of this world. You will not leave disappointed.

Look for some one that understands you, otherwise you are going to get all the services with out requesting them so you have to pay more. At the end they offer me to re-do my nails but i had expended since 10 am in the place until 2 pm wayyy to long for basic many and pedi. Place is good, clean, nice enviroment, not satisfyed with job done. But i will give them probably a second chance in the future.

I was looking for a natural, clean, simple spa experience since my current choice was closed for the day and was very pleasantly surprised.Very relaxing beautiful atmosphere;Ni at the front desk was very helpful throughout with pricing, information, scheduling, and more. I wasnt rushed at all, but they were pretty efficient.The Chairs are Amazing - and very comfy. (Youre almost in your own little world except for the great service and friendly conversation, if you chose.)Candy was absolutely professional and did a lovely job. She definitely made for my favorite part of the experience!The organic spa mani/pedi was very nice- my favorite part was the hot towels, the hand and foot massage were nice and Candy did an excellent job on the mani/pedi.The clientele and other workers were also very pleasant - I guess they were happy to be there too.I dont know for sure how organic the products really were yet- but it was very clean and pleasant with no overly harsh smells or chemicals.Overall, a great experience- Im glad i tried it!I would return.

My service at Organic Nail & Spa was impeccable. Everything was super clean and organized with a wide open salon. They were super nice throughout the whole time!! A++ salon!

I would give them no stars if i could. We showed up early for our family pedicure appointment. Knowing we were early my husband asked of they could take us now. They said yes. Well they only had 2 techs for 3 people. I sat and watched my family get pedicures. No communication about the wait! When asked where my tech is they said oh they are almost finished. Both my family members finished their pedicures before my tech was done. We would have waited to do it all together if we knew but they were so money hungry they just took us without having the tech to do the job. Very unprofessional!

So I came in requested an eyebrow waxing and pedicure. After paying my eyes were burning I assumed it was regular discomfort only to realize my complete left eyes were burned . After calling to file a complaint I was offered a store credit and to be very honest that doesnt equate to not compensate for the damage. The manager Devin spent majority of time reflecting on making small talk. Would not recommend going . They also dont even follow the Covid guidelines they set employees were wearing masks around the neck and lack of mask. So since I cannot respond directly Ill respond here first of all I am not allergic to wax I got an eyebrow wax two weeks prior at a different salon no issues, if thats the case my entire face would have broken out. And lets be clear you BURNED me! The only COVID guideline that was enforced that day was the shield an employee was openly walking around with her mask on her chin. No temperatures were taken that day . And as for aggressively I never came at you in a disrespectful manner I respectfully asked for a refund because I wont allow you to give me bad service a third time. Impressions are everything and your salon FAILED ! Additionally based on our conversation you are not licensed or qualified to determine if it was a skin sensitivity or not . Learn from your mistakes and honor that the client comes first . Lets also be reminded the day in question this happen by the time I realized what happen your salon was closed my appointment was at 4pm and I left around 5pm. Additionally the next day was my birthday . I called your shop several times on Monday to no response !

I left in the middle of my pedicure. The lady started cleaning her tools while I had my feet in the water! I tried to take my feet out and she told me no not yet. So you want me to leave my feet in the water that you’re cleaning your tools with? She got upset with me & threw her hands up & walked away like I was wrong!!!! I’ve NEVER had that happen to me before! Very unsanitary! Clean your stuff after I’m done with the water!!!!

00000 STARS GIVEN!!!!!!!!!! First and last experience was horrible. Last Friday I decided to go to the place since its close to my office. The biggest mistake ever. I asked for the DIP nails which Ive been doing for a long time. Something told me the tech had no clue what she was doing but I figured let me give it a shot. The first turn off was her wanting to soak my nails in recycled acetone. The same evening I left the color on the DIP started changing, by the next day there were cracks on 5 nails. I called, spoke to someone she told me to come in..... I was told that me cleaning my house could be the cause of the nails breaking or manual labor. I have been doing my nails for over 20 years in many Countries and Cities. THIS WAS MY ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO MUCH MORE I COULD SAY ABOUT THIS HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.

I used to come here on a monthly basis until I moved to the keys and was always very happy.....it is NOT the same. I specifically asked for someone who gave a really good deep slow foot massage, specifically said I do not like fast.....it was fast and irritating and didnt even massage my feet! Thats the best part of a pedicure! I had to ask him to clean my cuticles better as they were half done, even had to take the nail file out of his hand to file my own nails which have jagged pieces hanging from them. I am very unsatisfied and do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

If you want to waste your money, then I would recommend this place. Ive never left a nail salon with my hands and feet looking like a 2nd graders finger paint project. And thats after I had them do it over. I do not recommend at all.

Its unbelievable how rude the people that work there are, not to mention the girl who answered the phone to set an appointment with, was very passive aggressive.So sad, its really not that hard to run a good business all you need is kindness and attentiveness to your surroundings.

I was in desperate with my mani and wanted to find a new salon. I just saw Organic Nail & Spa. The water was the right temperature at all times. The technician was intelligent in work. Its very good for products! I swear I have a wonderful day at here. So Definitely coming back to this place again.

Worst customer service ever!!!! They treat their customers poorly. The people here tried to charge me extra for a service I didn’t even ask for whole doing my nails I got up and said I will never be returning here again.

I came to this location yesterday friday the 13th...guess that was a bad day to get my nails done lol...but anyways, this lady did my nails and they were done so bad my mom got mad when she seen them...the lady tried to charge me more for the same exact thing i had done 2 weeks prior to this incident and wouldnt let me re do them...i will not be coming back here ever ...i now understand why they have a poor rating...$38 for a gel polish refill with replacement of 1 nail and they rush through horribly

I stopped by on Saturday afternoon for a manicure. Surprisingly the salon had very few customers, that should have been my first clue. The nail tech kept looking behind me as if she was waiting for someone or wanted to watch what was going on up front... the polish application was extremely amateur... there was polish all around my fingers. She tried to clean it up with a brush but as I pointed out areas she missed she said I was too picky. My nails would have looked better if I did them myself.

I had an awesome experience and will be going back.The nail tech that I got Lily, handled my hands with such care and patience that I have nothing but high praise for the salon in general.I will definitely be returning.

Went to my first appointment with this place yesterday. I loved this salon. As soon as I walked in, they had a table waiting for me. Veryyyyy GOOD! And convinced me to just get the solar that I appreciate it. My nails look beautifulllll. I will keep making the trip there :)

I am not going back to this nail salon again!! The front desk ladies was nice and so was the pedicure lady but the guy that did my nails had little to none customer service qualities. First off I was told that my refill and my pedicure would be a total of $42. When I was done with my pedicure I started working on my finger nails and do to a previous lifting of One Nail some water had come in and had created fungus. This guy said that we should change the nail even though I had changed it 2 weeks before. I says okay and I assumed that it would maybe between $3 to $5 extra. He precedes to try to fix my fungus by filing it off. Im trying to explain to him that he cant file off fungus. It has to be treated. The treatment has to be to the root of the nail being that a nail is dead tissue. He keeps filing until I can see the redness underneath my nail and I stopped him. He gets offended and tells me that he will just do it my way and that Im wrong. When Im done he charges me $8 more than I was told and I left without tipping! The finger he filed is now pounding and I feel like I have to take this nail off! Not very pleasant!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The atmosphere is nice, thats it. I got a manicure and all of my nails were uneven and jagged the gel polish from before was still on there and My cuticles were not cut. And they were rushing me out the door. I politely asked the tech if she could make them more even....She yelled at me and said no they are even and then called me weird and embarrassed me in front of all the customers. The person at the front desk let this inappropriate behavior continue and allowed the tech to keep yelling at me in her language no less. Its a shame because I run a business not too far from them and give them business everyday. Shame on the employees and shame on the manager.

I have had alot of bad experiences in Nail Salons ! But I was very happy, and satisfied with the nail assocaite Kieu .She made me feel very comfortable and gave a great pedicure!I will be returning in 3 weeks.

My mom and I come in every 3 weeks and they always do a great job! If you have any minor details youd like to change while in the chair theyll gladly do it! Dont be scared to ask..

I ended up coming to United nails after and they did a GREAT job.

I have had manicures and pedicures for 30+ years. This is by far the worst place I have been. I have been using Diva Nails in Hollywood for the past 2 years, I have used the dipping powder since last year. Never had an issue until I came to Organic Nails. I had my nails done a week ago and I have been back twice to have my nails repaired. The owner of the nail salon tried to blame me both times, stating it was my nails. I find that puzzling as the dipping powder lasts about 3 weeks from Diva Nails, yet with in one week I have had 5 nails chip and the clear coat redone. Absolutely no customer service. I will not return.

Ok fist time here and it was the worst place Ive ever gone! The guy who did my French pedicure was RUDE! My daughter got her toes done and the older guy that did hers was very nice.I asked not to have my nails clipped, sanded or my cuticles pushed back! And every time he moved to the next part I had to tell him no I dont want that and he said well Im not doing that Im cleaning. BS he was! Then he started to paint and he just did a pin strip I asked him to make them thicker like my daughters and he said I dont have to look at hers I know what Im doing if you want them thicker Ill do that, but once I put it on Im not taking it off he was a complete ass!
