Love blush nail & spa. Stephanie, Anna, and others Ive been to are great but Im sticking with Don.. second time in a row I love my nails! Thanks don!

I have been coming here for years now and there just great I just want to recommend you get your toes done with Stephanie she pays attention to detail and shes a sweet heart she does my french pedicure perfect Everytime I come in . Also I usually go to lamb for a gel acrylic full set but he has been booked out lately if you cant get into an appointment with him a guy name Dan did my nails today he was so nice and he also payed attention to everything I wanted . He actually gave me options to different polish under coats and white tip or clear tip with paint so I loved that make sure you call and make an appointment everyone .

I do not intend to revisit this business and if so, I will request anyone other than the geriatric male tech! The first time he did my nails was a complete disaster; however, I revisited the salon because I believe in second chances. For some reason, I am always paired with him and every single time I give him an assignment he gives me a nasty attitude. During my manicure today I asked him to cut my nails shorter and he made a rude gesture. When I asked him if he could shape my nails more he replied “no, it’s too late.” He also spared no concern in moments when he’d painfully graze my skin with the filing machine. I have never experienced service like this at the salons I’m used to! I didn’t even have the energy to fix things because I’m already having a hard day. I just left the salon with my expensive and mediocre nails and lesson learned.

I had a very good experience here traveling from Michigan for a few days. Anna did a wonderful job and I e we hold request her if I visit this area.

The lady who did my pedicure finished in 10-15 minutes. Only thing she did was cut my toe nails. She didn’t get the bottom smooth and didn’t get a massage. Worst pedicure I ever had.

Been coming here for a few months now and gotta say I love this place! Don is my guy but they all do a great job. Highly recommend!! My nails always last up to 3 weeks.

They were open, they take walk-ins, they have a good variety of colors, and there was virtually no wait. Thats why they got three stars instead of one or two. The big toe nail on my right foot is crooked, and not the same length as the nail on my left foot. If that isnt bad enough, when the tech was cutting the mail on my left foot, she yanked what was still attached and it promptly started bleeding. But she fixed it by dousing it liberally with alcohol, so OUCH!

I love Cindy who is my nail tech and I swear if it wasnt for her I wouldnt go there unfortunately there are some of the managers or rude and theyre not very competent when it comes to taking appointments. If it wasnt for my nail technician Cindy I would never go there I pray she never leaves if she does I will never go back. Shes absolutely atrocious for design shes one of the most amazing person Ive ever met. PS pincrest loves her

I got switched off from the person who did my pedicure to a different person who I believe is the shop owner by the way she was talking down to people. She had a friend their waiting for her to do a pedicure which is why I think she rushed through my manicure putting on globs off polish which was still wet at 9pm that evening. I have very little free time so ended up having to remove the polish and repaint myself. Good thing Im better at it than the lady who did my manicure. Totally disappointed after this visit. I had been here before and received really good service was hoping to make this my regular salon now that Im living in the area, but I guess Ill keep looking.

At first we avoided this place because we saw that one lady that had to get her thumb nail surgically removed from some complication... We tried to go to Sterling Nail Spa, but they were pretty unprofessional. So we decided to stop into Blush Nail & Spa, and immediately the atmosphere was clean and professional. So we decided to get a much needed pedicure. Anna did mine and she was fabulous. Unfortunately we are from Dallas or else this would be our regular spot.

I want my money back. I went in for a full set acrylic and the results were great but the problem is that they only lasted a week. After 5 days of getting them done they began to lift and they all popped off easily. I could’ve just went to Walmart and bought some press-ons for $10 and save some money if I wanted nails that would only last a couple days. Very disappointed.

I asked Jenny to remove my nail because it was painful, soar, and looked infected. She refused. On that day, my nail was at a earlier stage of infection. I even asked her if she was sure, and she said, yeah, just treat it. I did the best I could but, it worsened. Result, on my trip overseas, i had to have surgery to have it removed, and I lost my right thumb nail. And I cant work. Thanks Jenny.

I went in for dip. They gave me all the selections for dip and for gel to match since they didn’t have matching dip for toes. Must’ve been over 100 selections. This was frustrating cuz if I found a color I liked for dip I couldn’t find the matching color for my toes. I then asked if I can do clear dip and gel polish on my nails since I couldn’t find a matching pair, they said yes but would be an extra charge. I did it anyways. Next day I woke up with 5 nails gone. The gel completely peeled off my nails.

Being new to an area, its always hard to find a new nail place. I have been to Blush several times now (mani/pedi, full set) and Ive never been disappointed. The staff is always very friendly, the salon is clean and newly renovated. Ive never waited more than a few minutes, and although the service is quick, its very thorough. I will gladly ride out to Blush any day!

Nice people, but sloppy work.I understand that it was late and everyone wanted to go home, but you still have to take your time on the customers nails. My daughter got her nails done and it didnt last to long, She ended up redoing them herself. We are probably not coming back here.

This place is a freaking rip off! Went in for gel polish on my acrylic nails, which did not require a soak-off, and they charged me $30!!! $25 base price and an extra 5 for the length. Unreal. I could buy the bottle of polish for cheaper than that. I know of MUCH newer, cleaner, and all-around chic salons than Blush Nail & Spa who dont charge that much. Just happened to be in the area and I needed the job done. Lesson learned, I will never return here.

Love them!! They are the only place where my nails and polish last for ever!!! They do all kinds of designs and they are super sweet! I love getting my brows wax there also they know how to give them a nice shape and my hair doesnt grow out for like 3 months! Great place and clean!

I have been coming here sine I was 11 years old im now 32 kieu,tran Jenny, bronco the whole family is great I used to live in south beach and would travel to see them and get my nils done 30 miles and its so worth it. I cant stress enough how great they all are and there a+ at every service from acrylic to special designs and even simple gel manicures or dip powder! they have ever color and brand which is very convenient. they really take their time to make sure your satisfied with your nails/toes ( but not take there time meaning you will be there the whole day. its a family ruined salon which I love my personal two favorite techs are Kieu and her brother in law bronco they are amazing if your doing acrylic. and kieu is a great eyebrow wax tech shes a perfectionist I highly highly reccomend them to any and everyone one.( side note weekend are a bit busy I recommend a apointment, but also even if I pop in they ALWAYS MAKE TIME FOR ME!!! thanks guys cant wait to see yous once you guys re-open due to this corona bs ughhh love you xoxox-Pumpkin and Dallas

I used to get my nails done here all the time. I love the way they do my nails here. Today was different. They say they dont do appointments here so, of course I was seated with a new employee who clearly had 0 experience. The man from California. He butchered my nails from start to finish and wasted an hour of my time. Walked out of the salon crying and with nothing done. Extremely disappointed.

Worst place ever.. I take my daughter here last night for a birthday gel manicure. The technician was very new and manicure was ok. The staff was very unpleasant and not very inviting, I figure since it was almost closing time and everyone was ready to leave. Once the manicure was finished I went to the desk to pay for the service that total 30 dollars. I gave my card to the technician to process payment and notice she look confused and she informed the supervisor that sits at the first station to assist her. They speak in their language so I didnt understand what was going on. Shortly after the supervisor swiped my cc card again and handed me 2 receipts, first one for $37 that was not my amount and second receipt for correct amount of $30 dollars. She then advised the technician made a mistake and charged my cc card the incorrect amount and had to charge my card again for the correct amount. She stated they will refund me in 3 days for the first transaction. At no moment did they communicate any if this charges to me during the time of their mistake. I was informed by the staff that it is only additional $37 and it should not be a big deal. I was furious at this point because my services was $30 not $67 and the unauthorized additional charges was their mistake and could have cause issues if I didnt have the money in my account to cover. I needed the money for my kids and could not afford to give away free money at time was a big deal for me. I did make sure I still tipped the technician because I want my daughter to know you still do good things so no one judge you. This place is garbage since Sophie left and I will not return. I just was my money back that they pretty much stole from me.

They have always been good and customer orientated. But yesterday I went in for my scheduled appointed and was promptly and rudely told that I was not scheduled for the time that I arrived. Even though I had had a friend hear the time of the appointment they would not honor that appointment time given to me. So just a heads, double confirm your appointment times before hanging up so they dont get changed accidentally.

Services were very accommodating to our request. We got a last minute appointment and waited 5 minutes to get into a chair for services. I got mani, pedi and my wife got Minx nails done. Very professional services and nice people.

Got a manicure and eye brow wax. Manicurist was great and took his time but lady that did my eyebrow gave me scars on each eyebrow. She was very harsh with the tweezing post wax and used what felt like a grill brush the entire time. Shes also the loudest person in the shop. Wouldnt recommend going back

Bronco does my nails fabulously. He is fast and good. My nails last a long time. Lam does my pedicure. Good leg and foot massage. The paraffin treatment makes my feet soooooo soft.

Ive been to this place a couple times and it has become the best place to do my nails!! I’m very picky with my nails and Ive been jumping from one salon to another... till I found LAM and he is doing a perfect job with my nails!

My nail tech was the guy lamb he did my nails exactly how i liked them i left the happy only for my nails to break and crack within an hour of getting them done!!!!! i went back he agreed to replace them but his attitude was terrible telling me he cant control what i do when i leave blaming me for all 10 of my nails breaking completely off within an hour of getting them done!!!! this has never happened at any other place ever!! i i will never recommend you this place to anyone!

My mom went to get her nails done today at the salon and Im so disappointed in her experience. I took my mom there once before on New Years Day to get a full set with a design and she loved it. Today was her first time back since January. The guy was very rough with her nails, kept hurting her, and as he was shaping them they looked uneven, so my mom asked if he could fix them. The guy snapped at her and said I know you, you come in here all the time and just complain, Im not even done in a very rude tone. My mom asked him not to speak to her that way and he snapped at her again. My mom asked to speak with the manager who did absolutely nothing to make it right. My mom only had one prior visit and it wasnt even with him. I frequently go to this salon and easily spend $65-$85 each visit..they just lost two customers.

From Montreal. I couldnt find a place that would do nails that would last 3 weeks. Went to another store in the area and I saw the place, took a chance . Tram did my nails. They lasted 1 month! Will be back. It is a family business so a better chance to have the same person the next time !

Poor work and worst customer service. Nail polish came off as a whole the next day. Stopped by the salon to have them fix at 6.20pm and they gave a lot of excuses to not change the polish for me .... We take our last customer at 6.30, your technician is not here, she will fix it tomorrow, you should have called before hand. I was right there and they simply refused to work on fixing what they did wrong. I paid $37 for many and pedi and they did not want to fix what came off next day. I told them I could not return next day. They did not care. Manager said he will not allow anyone here to fix my nails and that that was the end of the conversation. The worst customer service I have ever had.

Been going here for about two months thinking i found a good place. After only two days of getting my nails done at blush nails Hollywood, one of them just fell for no reason. I went back to get it fixed and they made me wait 45 minutes only to take me, the woman that made them gave me a lecture about how it was my fault and took good 25 minutes to fix it.Nails arent cheap, dont waste your money in this place, I dont usually complain but unfortunately this last time, my nails were made poorly, shape was weird and length was uneven. Waste of my time and money. Horrible service. I wish I could give them minus stars

Completely unprofessional from the way they book appointments, to the mistreatment you get & the amount they charge. I went to get my nails fixed because they were all different shapes!!!!! and got charged $20 after being there the day before. Got spoke to with attitude & completely disregarded the fact I was sitting right there as they continued to talk about me in their language!!! FeltUncomfortable it was by far the worst experience ever!

WORSE nail salon ! I went in for mani and pedi and French manicure. Never received the manicure. My nails were all different shapes and lengths. The white on the French was hideous. I was charged for mani, pedi and Polish. DONT GO THERE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.

I have tried multiple times to come back to this place however they have this manager (older lady) plane rude and in top of that I walked in 45 before closing time and they told that they didn’t have anyone to take care of my nails. Save yourself some money and don’t give this people your business. And forget if you complain about the service they will all start talking about you in their language. Take your money somewhere else.
