First and last time ever coming here. Please do not come here, even if you have a Groupon! I had an appointment for 5:30 p.m. I wasnt helped until 6:00 p.m. The nail technician barely acknowledged me. She did not sanitize the area or the tools when it was my turn. As she was doing the manicure I noticed that two of my nails were broken, she was going to leave them like that until I said something. Everything seems very rushed because I was the last appointment, and they were closing. While doing my nails the technician kept sniffling, and kept cleaning her runny nose on her shirt. Considering covid-19 it was disgusting. Their site claims the staff wears masks, and disinfects in between clients, thats a LIE! By the time she was done, she finished with cuticle oil, I redeemed my Groupon, tipped and left. When I went outside and cleaned my hands I saw my thumb was missing some polish, color is uneven, edges are horrible. I called the salon right away, and no answer. Extremely upset with the service, such a waste of money!!!

Has a friendly staff service was great 😊 Lilly was a big help and down to earth person. I would definitely recommend this business for your cosmetic needs!

I love this place! It was my first time here and the staff and the environment was awesome. Very friendly and upbeat. I liked it so much that the very next day when I got to work, I told my coworker about, she liked my nails so much that she decided to go and she came in the following day with her nails on point! Our new favorite nail salon!

Terrible service. I called and scheduled an appointment and told them I had a groupon. When I showed up they told me no Groupon on weekend, luckily they did let me use it since I called. Then they did my nails a completely different color than the color I gave them. Not to mention my nails look awful. Now I have to elsewhere to get my finger nails redone. Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

I spent an hour calling salons this morning and was given an appointment within 20 mins. I rushed there paid parking and when I’m outside I get a call that they made a mistake and they can’t see me.

Book with Paola, she is absolutely the best! I’m super picky and she’s very detail oriented/ perfectionist like myself so I always walk out with perfect mani-pedi. Her massages also leave you in this state of relaxation, that my favorite time to go is after work :)

Very nice nail technician and clean looking place, but I can not recommend. First parking is a nightmare, and this is during a weekday afternoon! Secondly it took the tech 2 hours and 15 min to finish a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Im not even including the extra 15-20 min it took her to remove (a admittedly) stubborn gel manicure I needed removed. Hardly no massaging which is typical on a pedicure as well. Worse of all the gel polish started chipping after 3 days!! I normally have perfect gel polish for 2 to 2.5 weeks! I hope it works out for them, but I will not return.

Stay Away. This place is a complete waste of time and money. Worst manicure I have EVER gotten. I think my 4yr old niece can polish my nails better than they did.Unbelievable the poor quality of work. The nail tech kept asking me what she needed to do - honey, youre the nail professional. The owner wasnt any better. Had the customer service skills of a wet cat.

Paola was excellent. The shop was gorgeous as always. I love that the staff offers coffee and water, and I believe some assortment of teas. The staff is mostly spanish speaking, so be mindful of that before you book an appt. However, the staff will communicate in english for non-spanish speaking clients. The ladies are all very sweet. The shop is beautiful and the bathroom is always clean. The staff uses all clean tools. I enjoy my visits! The shop almost has specials so you can stay fab on a budget! I highly recommend! My feet and hands always feel heavenly afterward!!

Not only did the nail tech take an hour to remove gel polish from my toes and reapply she also did a terrible job.I only came here as I was on vacation but I would not recommend them to nobody no matter how desperate you are.Complete waste of money, now I must go home and have them redone by a professional.

Absolutely the worst gel manicure I have ever had! 2 1/2 hours later- The polish looked like a toddler applied it! The only good thing is that they gave me a full refund.

Worst experience I’ve had in my life. Been getting my nails done since I was 9 and now I’m 30. The ladies weren’t nice when paying for the experience in the beginning of the visit. They girl doing my nails didn’t know English well enough to understand what I was even asking her. Happens to be that I know Spanish, which was her native language. I explained to her in Spanish even what I wanted and she still was doing whatever she wanted to my nails. Once she started making my nails into points I had to take the file and finish myself...I wanted them squared. I have never had to file my own nails in a nail salon. It’s embarrassing for them and humorous for me. On top of that she took forever, the water my hands were soaking inwas cold and when I asked for warm water the response was “I prepared it warm and it turned cold”. Never got the warm water! I have nail polish all over my skin, but at least she got the nail too. Fixed up my mani and pedi when I got home, because I won’t go out in public like that.What a waste of money, would have loved a refund - what a shame such a great location is wasted on them. Sticking to my usual place in Davie, worth the drive!Edit: after scrolling through the reviews I noticed most of them are from the people who work there (recognized them from the photos next to comments). How cheap!! Provide better service and the costumers will review you well and you won’t need your employees to bump up your ratings!

Not only do they have a really limited color selection, my manicurist was not paying attention during my service and cut not one, but TWO of my cuticles to the point of bleeding. One of my cuticles would not stop bleeding she sliced it so badly. Despite this, I was still charged the full amount for the manicure. I wont be coming back.

They always give a good gel mani pedi at a good price (around 30) and lasts a long time. I only gave a 4 bc of the huge language barrier and unfortunately

By far the worst pedi Ive ever had. Okay, so I figured they are a new establishment and need more time to get good. Then I started the mani and left half way thru. The girl was filing my nails and decided instead of cutting a piece of skin around my cuticle on my index finger, she pulled it off with her fingers. Needless to say, I screamed in pain, I was bleeding and will not be able to apply polish until the open sore heals. I also found the tools were not sterilized. This salon just opened 6 months ago and I cant imagine they will still be open 6 months from now. I was looking for a local downtown Hollywood nail salon and will never go back there again.

They are so bad, i will never go again, my daughter give me a groupon and i went for manicure and pedicure, she only cut my nails, file and pain, she forget everything and also when i ask for the massage she told me with this groupon they donto do it, when she finished with my feets she make me go barefoot to the side for the hands and my feet was all with another people nails, was so nasty, and i need to tell her is she can file my nails at the same size, because she do it all diferents. Dont go there, they dont do a good job.

I got to the salon frequently and love to get my mani and pedi done by Jenny and it is always excellent.

The worst mani I’ve ever had. First mani and pedi took 3 hours. Then the end results were horrific i couldnt Believe the poor quality. My finished manicure looked like a 5 year old child had painted my nails. Literally had so much nail polish on my skin and being gel I’m still trying to get it off. The nail shape is square but 3 of my nails look round shape because of how much off my nail the polish went

Do not go to this place!! The personal there is not train properly and they do not speak English at all... I had the worst experience with pedicure, and the so called delux pedicure is a product from dollar store that they do not know how to use it !! I will never go there again!!
