Absolutely love thus salon! Did exactly what I wanted! Lee was so great. Wanted cheetah nail art on my nails and she nailed it to perfection just like the picture.Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!!

Bad pedicure and manicure service from dan... didnt do a full pedicure procedure or manicure. Skipped proper way to provide services... rushing and poor job for $40.00

They are okay. They always try to rush, but the end result is presentable. They are very rough and have cut my cuticles almost every times I’ve gone there. Last time I got a pedicure, he was suppose to fill my acrylic on my big toe while I soaked off my finger nails and instead he proceeded to slide his tool under the acrylic and cracked my whole toe nail in half. They done care about customer service, they just want to get you out as quick as possible .

Lee is the most amazing nail tech when I came there I was over getting my nails done but she made sure I was satisfied so I go to no other salon but nails 1 Hollywood

They are very rude Ive been here a couple times and I will never go back the man is very rude he talks about you with the other staff as if you dont understand ‼️ I used google translate and he was talking shyt the whole time I didnt wanna be rude so I just didnt tip him‼️ This was my last time coming to this nail shop they are horrible with customer service

The place is not clean, spacious, or proper. The pedicure took 2 people 2 hours, the owner husband and wife are rude, argumentative, and aggressive. The husband had to restrain the wife to avoid her attacking me with a ceramic dish in front of all the customers and my daughter. She could have been arrested. They both overreacted to my asking for the man not to rush through my nail work because my nails are thin and need to be handled lightly.They rush...its like a factory where they just have to hurry hurry hurry. Very stressful situation. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone EVER.

Fist time at Nails #1. Annie was my tech and she was good. I had broken nails and cuts on two fingertips. She carefully trimmed, filed and polished avoiding the painful cuts . My gel manicure looks great. Thanks!

My friend and I visited this salon on vacation from Louisville, KY. Let me tell you....KIM IS THE BEST!! She did an amazing job on my pedicure and my eyebrows. Left my feet looking the same pretty much...had to go home and redo them...they charge only cash. Credit cards on a atm...3.00 charge for taking money out...that was part of their tip..every business should be taking credit cards unless they are doing illegal activity...smh.

Best first time experience!! I love this nail salon and everyone in it. Lee did my nails and although I waited an hour to get called (because they were busy) she did my nails within 20 minutes. They are so beautiful and the pricing is far more affordable than other places. If you want your nails done well go to Nails #1.

They guy was rough on my feet. But they gel polish looks nice. I also did eyebrows. They came out nice but the lady took skin with her. I now have like an open wound and it burns like hell above my eye lid. Never has anyone done that to me before. They dont take you to a room and lay on a bed . They have you sit on a foldable chair next to where they do the pedicures. They have no dryers for hands for feet. Instead you have to sit in front of a fan. I find this place to be a little low class. If tu have standards do go here.sorry not sorry.

Got my temp lashes done for the first time by Lee. She was cool, and did my eyebrows too. Everything looks great. Now I need to see how long they last. I’ll be back there again. The prices were reasonable. The full shirt lashes which is what u got were $20. And eyebrows where $8.

It was a great experience! My pedicure was nice and gentle but effective and my acrylic fill-in was just what I wanted. I love the results. Will definitely be going back!

I have been going to Nails #1 for many years now and they are great. Very busy but I always come out very satisfied. David spends a lot of time making sure I am happy and always ask me questions before he does anything. The owner and other ladies there I find to be very pleasant as well. They all seem happy and will hold a conversation with u if u want to talk. Great nails at great price!!!

Go there its a must. Just ask for Lee,Thomas,or Kim. If you want the best pedicure or manicure. They do gel and eyebrows and lashes. They are the best. I love them all been going for years. Im a model Everytime I come around I go there a must.🤷💋💋❤️. You guys rock.

My 1ST tyme here they did wonderful

They do not do pink and white very well. I got a pedicure which was fine however the basin wasnt very clean you could see dead skin from previous customers on the padding where your feet go. Not impressedwith how they sterilized their equipment

Working near the area and needed a fill and pedicure. The nail pictures looked nice so I swung by. My pedicure was ok. My fill turned out ok also but the older gentlemen doing my nails caught my skin with the drill around 10 different times. The gel lamp to dry your nails was pretty dirty too. They were all very nice but this is mmt honest review.

Had an appointment was not ready 3 times I had to wait

I called ahead and asked if the salon had Polygel. They stated that they did. It wasnt until after the overlay on my nails had been filed off did the manicurist then inform me that they had gel powder (which is a sham. Gel is NEVER in a powder. It is an excuse to charge more.). I had to leave with my nails in a highly vulnerable state. I dont know why they would tell me they had Polygel when they clearly did not.

I go every week due to my profession as a go go dancer. good customer service and good time. gel nails last up two weeks. and when i do stones they last a week to two weeks since im a extreme pole dancer

The owner Lee is nice, but the black workers are very very very rude especially the heavy set black girl. It was my first visit and I will not be returning. They talk about the customers behind when they leave. The workers are very unprofessional. I will be sure to report them to the bbb.
