More than your regular nail salon, it feels like a family environment. It was my first time, and for sure, Ill try it again. The other clients looked like they knew the staff for a long time; they were relaxed and chatting with their nail technician, enjoying the pampering (women and men).Spotless place, good chairs, and varied nail colors. Staff friendly and pleasant with the requests.I went with my daughter for a girls day, and they were terrific, trying to make her comfortable all the time. Try it, and you will be one more satisfied customer.

Very kind and accommodating even though I booked at the last second on a holiday 😅. My nails are sensitive and Anna gave a recommendation to try dip instead of gel. Ill try it next time I see her!

The nail beast!!! Pedicure done the way they are TAUGHT in school. You will not be disappointed!! And prices are unbeatable!!!(Update) after my second visit I’m not sure what the problem was but when the guy filed my toenails, he left one nail long and the others short. Anna’s mom did my nails and she filed my coffin nails in a shape or direction I have never seen before. However, the mom did do a wonderful job with my eyebrows.

Just like most of us, i am VERY skeptical of nail salons especially nail salons ive never been to before. Ive had my fair share of bad nail salon stories, but this is far from one! Today was my first time going to Anna nails spa and it for sure will not be my last. As a matter of fact, i will never go to another salon if it isnt hers. Anna is AMAZING! I am super critical when it comes to the process of my nails being done but everything she did was amazing. She was very kind, very professional, and went above and beyond for me. She went out of her way to recommend what i should do for my nails because i have children. She gave me a nail file to file my nails in case i feel any sharp edges. I offered her a tip and she only accepted half of the tip (something we all know most salons would never do). I am beyond blown away by her service. I was never a fan of short nails but she made me a fan of short nails. Whatever bad review that was left for her is simply not true because she is nothing short of outstanding. If youre a skeptic like me, i HIGHLY recommend her salon. I guarantee you will not leave disappointed!

The best Nail salon in South Florida.I live in North Miami and I sacrifice a 30 minute drive just to come here.They give the best foot massages!!!I got a mani/pedi acrylic for $35 and she gave me a glitter New Years finish for free!!!the best customer service I’ve had for a nail salon in a long time, they gave me water, a phone charger and walked me to my car when it was raining to make sure I didn’t slip on the very slippery concrete outside their door, I alsoThey always go above and beyond just doing nails.Yes the place is wheelchair accessible too.This place is great!

She doesn’t sterilize her manicure tools. She just rinses them in the sink with some water. For me is enough to give her a one star and never go back.
