Super happy with the spa services provided, and wonderful customer service! I am now a client, every two weeks gel mani with Helen, she is very quick and precise. Eyebrow waxing is with Liz, SHE IS AWESOME please request her! Pedicure always relaxing and Jasmine is GREAT...most nail spas when busy the service feels rushed but I have yet to experience that here. Super clean and easy parking in front when available but close parking easy to find.

This has been my new nail place ever since I moved to Hollywood and I love it here! Every nail tech is really good and the place is super clean. Sometimes it can get really busy though so Id definitely make an appointment ahead of time!

I was looking for a place that had a spa experience and this nail place by far is the best I’ve found! They are very nice and attentive to their customers. Their colors are spectacular and they have matching colors for your hands and feet!!! I won’t go anywhere else.

This nail spa is located in the Publix shopping plaza. I used Google to get me here and it took me across the street.It is a nice place. Its very clean and they do good work. You do have to make apointment

Still overall not the friendliest place I’ve been, not certain if this is because I’m a guy, or because I’m not a beach body guy, but not a welcoming place. Overall the salon is clean and aesthetically pleasing. My tech Brianna went out of her way to make certain I was satisfied, which I appreciated greatly. Will try again in two weeks.

This spa is by far the very.best I have gone to. Their professionalism is on another level from the rest and I have gone to many places in the area over the years. They have a lot of services to offer, it’s just not a nail studio or a place to have you eyebrows waxed. It’s a step above. It’s truly a spa. Liz is a great leader. She made sure my needs were met. She was extremely pleasant, patient with me and accommodating. Sonia is just as nice as can be and I cannot wait for one of her facials. I did Nextgen for the first time with Nancy. She did everything I asked for including a nail design that took time and skill. The spa is spotless. Book with them. You won’t be sorry.

I just had my “Classic lashes” done by Miheala at Lux Lashes Boutique inside Toi Spa and I’m super happy. It was painless and quick and I highly recommend her. The salon was clean and beautiful. Very affordable.

My mother did her pedicure and manicure and the overpriced pedicure did not remove calluses as advertised.. And my mother got a fungus under her fingernails.. employees dont speak english well. They are not what they claim to be. Not worth the money and headache after..

I’m very disappointed about this place. I’ve being coming here for the last month or so and so far it was great! However, today’s experience just change my mind. I called to booked an appointment I told the lady on the phone what I wanted with details, once I arrived it was another story.They assigned me a nail technician that looks like she didn’t have enough experience. The pedicure was horrible and cut my toes, I needed to re do my acrylics and I couldn’t do it she didn’t know how to do it so I said ok just regular then and let’s take the acrylics off.Well, my nails hurts so much for the way she took them off. Worst part is I paid for a service that was horrible! Pricey and not professional.

I went yesterday and I am a nurse so I have neglected my nails since the start of COVID but Nancy made me feel and look amazing! She is kind and sweet and provided outstanding service! Everyone in the salon was so friendly and the place is spotless! My husband was so thankful when I came home happy and relaxed. What a wonderful place! Don’t think twice about making an appointment and I highly recommend Nancy!

Kim, May, and Ana were fantastic. My fiancé and I went to get pedicures but I was sold on a gel manicure and I don’t regret it. May did a fantastic job on my nails while I was getting the pedicure from Kim. They had already closed but didn’t rush or have a bad attitude. Will definitely be back before my wedding!!

I have been here twice since being in Hollywood and both times they are wonderful. The polish never chips. The place is very clean and spa like. And the foot massages are out if this world. I highly recommend this place. The fist time I got soul searching pedi and the second time was to Toi pedi. Both with basic manicures.

They did a good job on my nails and toes but way overpriced I got full set acrylic nails regular polish and a manicure for $79. But I guess if you have good money then this place is fine.

My husband & I were looking forward to a much needed spa day and remembered the name of this one after watching them prepare to open since we visit the Publix next door quite often. We scheduled an appointment and we were welcomed and greeted upon arrival. Awesome new salon right on Young Circle. Very clean and modern salon. Staff was friendly and professional. Sonia was amazing and did an incredible job on my nails. Will definitely be coming back and also getting a facial next time! Highly recommend!

I got a mani and pedi about two weeks ago. It was a little pricey but I deserved it and Alexandra was awesome! Very meticulous and detailed. Decent polish selection. The pedicure stations were spaced out enough but there arent any barriers between you and the nail tech. However, everyone wore a mask and it was pretty empty.

I love this place!I highly recommend trying the Microblading and powder brows with Liz. I’m incredibly pleased with how my eyebrows look now, very natural, and with a beautiful shape. She is a true artist!Also, you have to try the facials with Sonia! My skin feels better than ever since I started getting customized facials with her. Sonia takes the time to analyze your skin and customize your facial based on what your skin needs. Her energy is fantastic!

Public side parking is hard but the salon says you can park in publix. I do love the Davie salon. The Hollywood one is a bit smaller and the one male tech I had wasnt very friendly. Nails did come out nice just wish the tech didnt make me scare to tell him what I wanted.

Well, oh boy. I’ve been going to TOI spa in another location and this one is definitely staining the reputation of the franchise. Since I moved, I tried this One in Hollywood and The first time all was good, second time they did not match the right color on my hands and foot and I end it up with 2 complety different colors. They said that “that’s the color “ and that’s it, and I know they can at least try to match it. I still have them a third chance ... and that makes me write this review.I made an appointment o line for 3:30, I got there 3:37 they soak my feet for until 4:10pm and no one helped me or started the job. So I decide to walk away. I will NEVER come back to that place.

Great place, love Toi Spa. Used to go to the one in Davie, so happy they opened one closer to me. They do Nails, Waxing, Massages, Facials very relaxing atmosphere reasonably priced. I always ask for May to do my brow and lip wax.

Unfortunately my first experience here was subpar. I originally had an appointment for 3:30 today, but let them know I was a bit behind well in advance, and they said 4:15 was open. I showed up on time and then John said that I would have to wait 15 minutes when they assured me on the phone that slot was OPEN. 35 minutes later I’m still waiting and I had to go to the front and John said oh wait longer. I said to him ‘out of respect I called to let you know I was running behind and now this is how you treat me in response.’ I had to walk out, the amount of disrespect was unbelievable. The lack of professionalism was beyond me. Thank you guys for making me sit in a chair for 35 min to leave with nothing done. Don’t make appointments if you cannot keep them. That simple!

This is Hollywood’s new nail salon to go. Don’t even look further. Spectacularly clean and stylish for affordable price. Not to mention about their customer service and quality job. Sonia and Alexandra are super nice and professional.When you walk in you feel right away that you are welcomed.I did a gel pedicure with soak off and they didn’t use acetone to remove the gel polish and it was so quick. I never seen this technique and really liked it.

Tom is so Rude and unprofessional. I wasn’t sure if I wanted acrylic and he got up with an attitude and left . Second time visiting Toí and both times they were rude and unprofessional.

Recently moved to the apt building on top of toi spa and gave it a chance! My pedi was done by Anna and she was PERFECTION! She was very respectful, asked for my preferences and took her time doing my nails! She was a perfectionist and it shows on her work! I will for sure make this my go to place for mani-pedis!Just sad they didn’t tell me I could only tip via cash app or zelle and not with my card cause my phone had died! Next time she’s getting double tip!

I was just walking one morning in search of a good manicure & pedicure place, and it was a pleasant surprise to find toi spa of Hollywood, and the rest is history!The staff there are super, led by managers Liz & her husband John, with nice nail technicians like Ana, May, Vivian, etc., with an excellent esthetician like Sonia, etc., with major massage therapists like Isabella, etc!As a VIP customer of toi spa Hollywood, I must say that this particular professional place, along with those proactive people there, is so far, and by far, among the best spa I have ever been a part of!
