A perfect haircut i have had in years. The staff is hospitable and great listeners. They took into consideration my opinions, basically i showed them photo of the similar haircut i was looking for and BANG..it was done perfectly. Dasia is great hair stylist and i would suggest having haircut with her. I would recommend others to visit this salon

Jess my hairstylist is absolutely wonderful. She listens to me about how I want my hair and always offers the best suggestions. My hair is very difficult to cut and color and Jess always does an amazing job. I always leave with a big smile on my face. Highly recommend!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

By far the worst haircut I’ve ever received. I’m not one to complain about haircuts, but this was horrendous. I’ve gotten my haircut at numerous SuperCuts in the past and they were all perfect.I usually get a fade, it’s pretty easy and hard to mess up, but they found a way. Also Supercuts is usually like $15-20 everywhere I’ve been. For some reason here it was $30?? I don’t even mind paying that for a decent haircut, but this was atrocious.I wish I could post a picture to show you all, but I was so frazzled when I got home that I immediately took my kitchen scissors and rectified it as much as I could on my own.

Not recommend this place AT ALLNo matter how many clients are waiting prior than you, the receptionist & stylist would tell you to just wait for 10-15mins, but it would actually end up with 30 mins+ or longer. I waited for 1 hour (btw I made an appointment even) and another client after me did the same, both of us were told to wait only for “15 mins”??!To the receptionist - how difficult is it to talk polite with your customers? Or you only care about playing with your phone over there.Hair style is really so so. I know it’s always “you get what you paid for”. But I have been the haircut places like QB HOUSE TOKYO in Manhattan, they indeed provide quality haircut / shorting time waiting / comfortable environment.

It’s not okay for the Salon lady to comment/complain on how curly someone’s hair is repeatedly until she finish trimming. I hope whoever running this store contact me for further probing.

Ive been going to Supercuts Hoboken for nearly 2 years now. Theyre very professional and clean. Theyre particular about time and if you check in online youll be given preference over walk ins. Special shout-out to Clarissa, she did a great job cutting and styling my hair last time I was there.

Had an appointment for 9:45, came there at 9:35, nobody in line except one woman already on haircut. At 9:55 asked when the master going to start working on my haircut and the answer was “in the next 15 minutes”. Pretty unclear why not to tell when I came that my start time will be half a hour later than a time of my check-in. Had to leave the place after 20 minutes wait without a haircut because had other matters.

Angelica is the only reason I give this place 5 stars. She takes care of my husband, myself and my girls. As long as shes there Ill keep coming back. Thanks for cuts girl!

I see not a lot of good reviews but I surprisingly find this place good for a haircut. Just got what I wanted at 20 dollars. Friendly staff and I would definitely ask everyone to try once ignoring the bad reviews posted because a lot of times staff changes so the old reviews might be for the older staff and the current staff seems to know what they are doing.

My haircut is pretty basic so I am only able to offer limited insight on the quality of work. However, I have consistently good experiences here. The barbers are consistently cordial and friendly. At twenty dollars and change not including tip for a basic haircut, the prices are pretty reasonable for the Hoboken area. Even if you are seeking a haircut that might require more skill than mine, I think this establishment is worth trying at least once. I will be a returning customer for the foreseeable future.

I see a lot of negative reviews on here. I have been a customer for a little over a year now. I absolutely love the service and the hair stylists are very personable. Anjelica does great blow outs! I’ve personally witnessed rude clients interrupt service by repeatedly asking how long in hopes that the stylist will stop one persons service to start another! It’s a shame but sadly there are miserable people out there! Call ahead! They are great and that is why lines are long! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks Anjelica! I’m feeling greater than ever!

All I have to say is, you get what you pay for...Ive been in once before for an emergency cut and didnt have time to go to my usual girl so I kept it to a simple trim, straight, no layers.Because it went so well, I went back for a second time.This time I went in, the girl checking me in was so rude and unwelcoming. And the hair cut was awful. I made the mistake of asking for layers. This was the laziest form of hair cutting Ive ever experienced in all the times Ive been getting layers. My hair is definitely layered and you can see where there is a clear 2 inch difference from the layer of hair on the top of my head to the layer of hair on the bottom, tried to take pictures but its so much worst in person.But I guess how would they know what it looks like when they wont even dry your hair to make sure after the hair is dry, this is how it would naturally look/fall.Like I said... you get what you pay for...

This place is a chain that doesnt take appointments, but you can sign up online for a same-day haircut. I waited 40 minutes for mine. The cuts are competent but basic, so if you want anything fancy, go someplace else.

Kept asking what I wanted and if I liked it so far. Very considerate. Granted I have pretty easy hair but she was very aware of what I was asking for and delivered.

Depends on a specific stylist of course. But from my experience from couple of times, they were quite below average. I am flexible with someone messing up my hair, but it was a different issue today. I realized that today my stylist did not print out the receipt, meaning she probably kept the whole amount. I was the last customer before closing

Went there with the reviews in the back of my mind but was blown away. I received the best hair cut I got in a very long time. I will not be going back to my usual place anymore. She took her time on everything and critiqued everything. She did a very good job at building PR.

Called the day before about services.. come to find out next morning that they do not curl hair or have bobby pins. What Salon doesn’t have a curling iron! That should be a crime!! The stylist bad mouthed the company and said they don’t give them supplies. Stylist the night before confirmed services.. bad business would not recommend them. I only go there for Rachel!

Just really upset with this haircut. Showed the lady what cut I wanted she looks hesitant at first asked if she could do it she said yes. So then when she claimed to be done another lady stepped in to try to help cut it better. She did make it look better. I got home washed it and omg! What a mess ... never ever ever ever again will I ever enter a supercuts. Esp. This one!!

Very few people are good stylist here. Either they are too much on rush or they dont listen to what you say. Had a haircut from Lindsey yesterday evening. Told her so many times to not cut the top back part of hair, it takes a long time to grow, ahe still did regardless. Dont use your mind lady, (I know you have lot of styling skills) just do as the customer says. Pathetic. So pissed.

The WORST haircut of my life.After his haircut, I had to go to another Salon to fix the mess.It looked like a dog sick with mange.

I wouldnt recommend, this place truly defines the phrase you get what you pay for. The staff is either brand new with no experience, or they are Supercuts lifers, either way I dont want them near my hair, after all it is your head suit. The last time I got a cut here it ended up being free bc she used the wrong attachment and cut the sides WAY too short. Pay a bit more and get a cut at Hoboken Man, you wont regret it.

Went in to get a haircut. Was told thered be no wait. I sat down and 25 minutes later was still waiting. Hair stylists ignored me and didnt even bother acknowledging the wait. I ended up leaving and walked two blocks down to Hoboken Barbershop on 6th and got a haircut immediately. If you are a man, Id recommend that place over Supercuts. Much better experience.

This place is one of the worst they have, slow and unprofessional. I used to go all the time, get a hair cut from the same lady, unfortunately, she doesn’t work there anymore, the people who work there now, have no idea! Waiting times are often long, cuts not good.

Horrendous waited for an hour and a half and left without a haircut, was told it was a half hour wait. So I decided to wait for the half hour thinking okay. They get through the queue and I should be next but a man who has a reservation comes in. No problem I think its only fair since he reserved. However, one of the workers finished giving a haircut and disappears into the back for twenty minutes. When she comes back out two more people that had reservations had come in they couldnt take me next. I understand that maybe she could have had a break, but you should inform me then because I have already waited for a lot longer than I was told. Also I just wanted a buzz cut I cant imagine it would have taken all that long, but I guess I underestimated the intelligence level of the workers here. Absolute trash service no consideration for the customer dont go or you will wait for two hours to not get a haircut.

If you like getting your cut unevenly with an attitude on top, than this is the perfect place! My kids got haircuts from two different stylist and both ended up with the worst haircuts that I have ever seen in my life. The silly-ist moment was when the stylist walked over to me with my son and asked if I liked the haircut. I actually replied its okay but its uneven. I thought it was a joke initially. She did not even flinch and went onto the next client. I did not stop her because the cut was just sooo bad, that I did not want her to even touch his hair to try to even it out. It felt like I was in the twightlight zone. I paid and ran out with my kids as fast as I could.
