Unprofessional. Terrible shaping I asked her 5+ times to do better but it didnt get better so I said no thanks and she demanded I pay for her poor quality. Got ballistic pulled me inside by forcefully grabbing my hands and locked the door. She called the police and started taking pictures of me. Then demanded cut off my nails even though it was a fill. No. Unbelievable. Verdict of the police : they made me sit and finish the nails. I was literally forced to sit here while she continued to do my nails poorly. Otherwise shed only let me go if she cutoff all my nails. But she only did a fill. She locked me inside her nail shop just now. Unbelievable

Yes its a very small, not fancy, not tourist-catered salon, but thats what attracted me. Nga listened to what I wanted and took the time to do it. She does nails, waxing, eyelash extensions and even micro derm. Her prices are very fair too and she doesnt do the fake small talks unless youre in the mood. It was a good hour of quiet relaxation away from the bustling streets.

Good experience. Ive been pleased by all the work Ive had. She knows what shes doing I look forward to my next visit. Shes artful professional does very well.

Unprofessional and Unlicensed male worker (husband). My girlfriend and I went in on May 16 and was taken in the back for a pedicure (no wait) which was good. There was a gal on the other pedicure chair serviced by the owner (wife).My girlfriend was dramatized from what have happened from the male husband performing the services on her feet. He was clueless on what he was doing. If he was licensed it would of been professionally done. Yet he lacks skills to make the service any better. He says he is a intern (no such thing as intern as you have to take professional classes) since your dealing with client’s health. Things were scattered and not organized on how pedicures are supposed to be done.Tools used were not in sterilized sealed bag. They were just taken from a compartment. He used a nail file on top of the toe nail when a buffer is supposed to be used. He trimmed the nails crooked and left nails sticking out. The cuticles were not cut.Overall, we decided to pay for 1 pedicure and left. We made an excuse of family emergency just to pay and leave it was that bad. We felt like the service was not fully done yet taking our money for no reason.After leaving the place, Calling and talking to the wife (owner) she was yelling at me and being disrespectful. She said that we are out targeting her and we are not. She has no business ethics no manners whatsoever. We are just two students in graduate school here in Hilo. We know no body here on this island yet she said that. She needs to be more respectful to others to keep her business running.NEVER WILL WE WANT TO STEP INTO THIS NAIL SALON AS WE WERE POORLY SERVICED AND UNPROFESSIONAL!Take your money elsewhere!

Got a Brazilian wax. Was not ss painful as I thought it would be. Was treated very professionally. I will return. Miss Nga knows her job well.

Do not go here! I don’t know what’s worse, the unskilled nail tech or the fact that roaches were running all over the table I was getting my nails done at. She mentioned she called the police on her last customer for leaving without paying. I just wanted to leave too. She cut my finger and Burnt the others with her drill. I have thick acrylic all over my fingers and hands. Everything about the service and results are atrocious. I will pay someone else to undo the mistake that I made by walking in to that nail salon!
