The young boy that I had did my nails too thick and he didnt sand them down and shaping them seem to be another story..

Nice little spot, not super fancy, but very clean and comfortable. My pedicure involved a long massage and my toenail polish is great. Lots of colors to choose from!

My sister and I tried to find a salon and no one was open until finally we found this place and I am completely happy with the quality of work and service. I will be coming here again.

Two of us went. My friend had a lady that was awesome. She wore glasses and had a beaded glasses chain to hold her glasses on. She clearly knew how to do a foot massage. I however had a young boy who was not good at all. Even though it was supposed to be a spa pedicure with a 30 minute massage, he barely massaged my feet and what massage he did do, there was barely any effort at all.

I have been to several salons in Hilo and dream spa by far is the best Ive been too. Annie is attentive and does beautiful work. The shop is very inviting and clean. Staff is friendly. Highly recommend going here.

Ive been to many nail salons in Hilo. I have to say this is one of the best! They provide such great and quality service. They are very clean, friendly, treat you like a celebrity, hand and foot massages are awesome, and they take pride in their work. Walked in without an appointment for three of us, took us in right away and did their magic. Eye contact when they converse, always checked for our approval, and even provided us with water bottles. Our nails came out better than we expected. Top notch business with a lot of integrity. They never tried to pull a fast one like many shops do (Anjelah Johnson comedy) and gave us a decent price for the work they did. Definitely returning again.

I have gone to 7 different nail salons here in hilo since I moved back from the mainland. I moved back a year ago. I have not been satisfied once! When I left the dream spa I was so overwhelmed with happiness because I had finally found a place that I can come back to!!!!!Best pedicure that I have ever had ... And my nails were done amazingly perfect!!! Definitely money well spent! I cannot wait to go back!Thank you thank you thank you Dream Spa😘

I went two times. Both times I was cut and bled. They did not have hydrogen peroxide and would not let me put pressure to stop bleeding (kept painting nails). Because of Lack of English, they could not answer the as to whether or not tools were sterilized. My finger is in pain 24 hours later.

I had a 2 hour pedicure with a massage;)It was very relaxing.Workers are very friendly.I also got a bottle of water which was really nice.So worth your $$$.5 Stars 🌺

Annie and her crew are very personable and professional . Theyre the BEST in HILO.

This has become my go-to nail salon due to their availability, prices, color selection but most of all the foot and leg massage. If you don’t appreciate a lengthy massage then this isn’t the spot for you. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment!
