I’ve gone here twice for a gel pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was okay, but they started about 40 minutes after my appointment. The gel manicure ended up being a glorified nail file. The nail tech wasn’t understanding what I was asking for (round), so she cut them really short and filed them square. The manager tried to fix them, but they still looked really bad, so I decided not to finish the service. The manager charged me for a basic manicure when all they did was file, and poorly at that. So, I had to pay to have my nails filed, no color, and they’re awful. The shape is uneven. Neither nail tech could do a very basic shape. Also, a customer and the manager were not wearing masks.

This is an excellent nail spa! Clean, sanitary, Covid safe, and the staff and owners are just delightful.I really needed to be nourished and cared for and they delivered.Hard to find such a gem..... Thank you

I LOVED this nail salon! Had a gel pedicure done. So big, amazing space and very clean. All the ladies are very kind and friendly from the moment you walk in. I love that their pricing is on line and up to date. Had a great experience and will be coming back :)

Be aware— the price list on their menu is inaccurate. We were charged $45 for a deluxe pedicure that was listed in their menu as $25. There were 5 in our group and as we contemplated between the regular and the deluxe, not one staff mentioned their price change (it even says $45 on their website which I checked afterwards). That’s a total of $150 + tip difference between the 5 of us getting a regular pedi ($15) vs a deluxe. Of course we would’ve went with the regular had we known this price in advance. Regardless of the quality of the services we received (which was pretty good), I really feel disrespected as a customer.

First time getting my nails done with Kayla. I did a walk in for acrylic and she just so happen to have time, super lovely, very nice and pays attention to detail. She made sure i was happy every step of the way. I have always trusted my nails with Alyssa and am so happy all her staff are just as good as she is

I had a deluxe gel pedicure. One of the best Ive had. This is a large clean salon.

I treated my dad to his first pedicure, he’s 77 and had claws like a sea turtle. He really enjoyed the hot stone massage and his feet looked like they belonged to another person afterwards.

Super nice and friendly staff. They did everything they could to make sure we left very happy, which we definitely did.

This place was amazing. Being 8 months pregnant, I wanted to have a good experience since I’ve been having quick pedi’s from other businesses. I must say, everyone must try the Hot stones pedi! And ask for Sunny... she was such an awesome worker and easy to talk to throughout my whole pedicure. She did an amazing job and her hands are so strong with the massages.

Every nail tech has tons of experience with gorgeous flawless nails.Love my nails & the friendly service. The fact that everyone speaks English is super nice as well.

I went in today for a hot stone deluxe pedi and it was fantastic.I did not catch the name of the angel who took care of my feet but she did an amazing job and I can tell that most people working here carry that same hard working caring energy.I walked in feeling like the river spirit from Spirited Away and walked out completed refreshed. My nails were horrific but she made sure they were clipped to perfect health. The treatment included a lot of what you expect with exfoliants and lotions - but for me what was above and beyond was how much of a massage it ended up being. I am not a small person (about 63) and the lady that did my pedi really put effort into making sure that my legs and my feet were relaxed.The hot stone portion for me was a bit of a miss BUT only because I have experienced stronger ones and wished that it could have been more of an intense push on the bottoms of my feet (but I think that was on me as I probably should have spoken up to ask for that). The massage seemed to work more with circulation so if you are someone with poorer circulation I could imagine it would be a total godsend.After the work I have been doing lately this pedi was just what I needed and such a lux experience.Also not to mention the size of the chairs were perfect. For the first time they were not way too small for me as a very tall person!!

I have been a customer of Alyssa when she was at 2 other locations. And now she owns and operates a beautiful spa!!! The atmosphere is so peaceful. And I love the service provided by Alyssa and her employees!!!! Parking to great and her location is perfect. Restroom is locked and can only be accessed by key from one of the tenants. This makes for safe and clean restroom. Alyssas prices are comparable to other spas on the Eastside. Their customer service is outstanding!!!

I went to get acrylics and had to wait for about 45 minutes. I was surprised to see that my cuticles weren’t pushed back. Of all the nail technicians I’ve been to, they’ve ALWAYS pushed back my cuticles. I came home and pushed them back myself and the gaps between my newly done nails and my cuticles were horrendous. For about $80, the job done was definitely not worth it. Also wouldn’t recommend getting a pedicure with them if you expect professionalism.

Jennie is very friendly, professional, and did the best French acrylic fill in I’ve ever had. She clearly knows what she is doing. The salon is huge, so plenty room to social distance, even with a group of friends in there. Prices are AMAZING. I will be there with Jennie regularly from now on. MAHALO!!
