This is only after a week for 120 dollars ridiculous I went back the next day bc it started to fall out they said they fixed it all they did was brush of through so un happy didn’t even last a week 🤬😠 don’t do eye lashes with them the expensive for there poor work never going back to them I wanted to get a refund but it’s not worth my time to argue with them

My first visit. Its a Thursday evening and about 630p. I didnt have an appointment and had to wait about 5 minutes to be seen. That was nice. Hannah is the woman that helped me. She did her job well and I appreciated the service she provided. I had my finger nails and toenails painted. $45.00 fingers and $25 toes. Appointment was approximately 1.5 hours. I think Id like to try a pedicure and a manicure next. Im enjoying pampering myself - just a little!

Had my nails done 2 days ago. The technician cut me twice. One with a nail file and once with the electric nail grinder. They both drew blood and she did none apologize. I bled and she put some sort of blue liquid on it and continued filing on the same spot! When she first started, she was using the electric grinder on my natural nail and was not even looking. She was looking around the room while grinding on my real finger nails!!!! Never going there again. Very unprofessional.

Gel polish ... Kevin is fantastic for pedicures and Hannah for French tip manicure. They last a long time. I got dip nails previously and they didnt last long at all.

Jenny was my nail technician. She was really nice and sweet. Helped me keep my daughter occupied and helped me decide my nail designs.I really appreciate her service 👍🏻

Horrible customer service. They left me sitting for about 20 minutes after I signed in. Three people checked the check in book and there were five of them not doing anything. When I asked them how long more it was gonna be, she just laughed and told me to go to the back. If I wasn’t in such a hurry to get my eyebrows waxed I would’ve gone to my usual place. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody

Got a $52 pedicure and she didn’t clean up the polish after painting. I had nail polish on my toes and had to get nail polish remover and clean it off AT HOME. If I was going to do my own nails, I could’ve saved that money.

When I got my nails done here My nails looked horrible they all where all sticking up, I wish I have a pic to put on this review but sadly I’m posting after I all my nails fell of cause they fell of sooo SOON! I got acrylics and they came off in less than 1 week. As I was getting my nails done the lady was filing my nails and she cut my skin and it was bleeding. I go to a much nicer nail salon in Keaau and none of this happened and and when I get my nails done there they come out so beautiful, also they are really reasonable with there prices they only charged me $25 for acrylics at coco nails they charged me $80 for my acrylics AFTER I got them done that’s when they told me the price and when I asked them why they said because they charged me for the shaping of the nails and I got coffin shape and for the painting of the nails and I got a simple purple shade for all of my nails the salon in Keaau are soo nice and would never charge me that much . I was in the mall at the time soo I might as well just get them done at coco nails to save me some time but I realize that was a huge mistake!!! Do Not Go To This Place!!!

Their prices are to high if you want gel nail polish compared to the regular polish . And they speak in their language so unprofessional..

I got a gel manicure last night. I had an appointment but I showed up 12 minutes late and so they told me I could only get a manicure but not a pedicure as planned and then they had me wait half an hour. Today, my nails are all cracked and chipping. The nail design feels rough and the design is completely messed up. I told the nail tech that the polish was messed up because it was smudging while drying. She fixed the smudges but they came back within hours of leaving the salon. Im leaving for a trip tonight and will have to get my nails redone once I get to my destination, wasting vacation time. What a waste of money.

If I had to be picky I didn’t like the way they shaped my toenails but I love everything else. They did a gel called northern sky and it’s beautiful.

4 days ago I went to get my eyelashes permed. I’ve gotten my lashes permed multiple times!! This time this lady who barley could communicate with me did them. She took over an hour, and kept messing with them the whole time. When she took them you could barley even tell a difference. My lashes had barley been permed on one side of my face & she charged me $45!The next day I woke up with a STYE!!!! Don’t go here for anything that involves beauty. My mom also got her brows done a few months ago she’s a blonde, the same girl tinted her brows BLACK after she repeatedly said make sure it’s my color! King is the only one I would trust here with nails/brows/ or perms.
