Van is very talented manicurist!!! She does a great job!!! The new pedicurist guy does a very poor job.... Personally I think hes prejudice!!! Heres not use to seeing so many black women!!! He pretends to clean your nails and clip the dead skin on your toes!!! I was disappointed with his service!!! However my manicurist did a wonderful job!!!

Horrible service . And they are forcing people to get shalac stating due to covid they cant polish nails. 70 bucks for a 20 dollar job. Nails lifting and time for a fill in and they are only 1 week and 3 days old

The shop is very nice on the inside with many options for nails.

The gentleman that sits in the front has a horrible attitude. The young lady that did my eyebrows and lashes ripped my skin and placed my lashes on top of my eye. Thank God Sunny has moved to another location. Run!

Truly enjoyed my experience at Nails By Us! Went with my sister in law. She got a manicure with shilac (sp?) polish and I got acrylics. Beware of extra charges! Full set began at $35. I asked for oval shaped nails and that was an extra $5 (if you get square nails there’s no extra charge, but all other shaped nails are $5 extra). I got 3 different colors instead of just 1 or 2 and that was an extra $5 charge. Total for my nails was $45. I don’t get my nails done often so this seemed like a lot, but perhaps those who go often are aware of the added costs. If you’re looking to know how much everything costs prior to pay, make sure you ask about all the details and all added fees. Depsite the cost, Li did a fantastic job! Super attentive to detail and made sure I was satisfied with the end product. Even though I rarely get my nails done, I will most likely return to this spot. :)

That was a very fantastic service! These guys offer exceptional customer care services. I have been in this place more than 4 times and have never been disappointed. My hair is exactly how I usually ask them to do it. Their prices are very reasonable, their expertise is outstanding and will definitely recommend and refer my friends to this place!

Mediocre work and over charged. I went in for a fill in. No way the price should have been the same as a full set in other shops. I wouldnt have minded the price if the work was good, but it wasnt. Nails were not filed smooth, and the painting was bad. I will not return and waste another penny there.

Absolutely wonderful!!!!! Great nail techs, impeccable art, design and drill work. Great family friendly atmosphere! Kid friendly always kind. (They keep a candy bowl up front 😇😇).Over all its a great place to get beautiful full set at affordable prices.

Work is great but horrible customer service

Went for the first time before my trip outta town. My i.d. liggter and cigarettes were stolen, they didnt care, didnt even attempt to act like they wanted to help me look. Lashes came out horrible, eye brows great, my nails came out ok but only because I had to keep asking him to fix things he was in a hurry. He had to repaint them twice because he said they were dry and werent and had me holding a fan for him because it didnt have a clip 🙄 such a odd visit....

This place is horrible. They messed up my nails and I didn’t realize all of the mistakes until a couple of days later. I went there to see if I could get them fixed 2 days after having my nails done and they told me there was nothing they could do. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there!! If I could give zero stars I would!!
