Called around noon on a Tuesday, 5/11/2021 to see if anyone was available. Was able to get a 3:30 and was seen by around 4:10. I didnt make a big deal on the wait since I was basically a walk-in. 2 ladies walked in shortly after me and left after about 15 so the wait isnt for everyone. Another woman walked in was recognized as a regular repeat customer and greeted in a friendly manner.I used to go here a few years ago. Candy did my nails at the time. On this visit Herah did them. I asked for a full set, coffin shaped in a classic French manicure. She didnt ask me if I wanted acrylic, dip or gel but went ahead and did gel. Maybe thats what works best for the French. She was careful, didnt make me feel rushed and was able to do the half moons pretty much free hand.Full gel set was $90 before tip. I like to get them fairly long during the initial visit so that I have room to shape & design it to my liking. Im pretty good at maintaining my own nails but not so hot at doing a full set on myself.Overall Im happy with the job that Harah did and would recommend her.

This place is great. All of the technicians do a wonderful job. I really enjoy the shea butter pedicure—I love that your feet go in warmers for part of it. I don’t often get manicures because I rock climb and that means my nails hit a lot of hard surfaces often. However, when I do, I get a gel manicure because they last at least three weeks—even when I’m rock climbing outdoors. Shown here is three weeks after manicure AND after a 1200 feet outdoor climb.

Even though the prices are low, bloom does it fast and sloppy in my opinion. they don’t pay attention to the details, and no consistency. this salon is also dirty. i think i saw a roach.

My mom booked a appointment days before for a manicure and pedicure for 7/14/21 at 6pm (they close at 7). Once we got there we stayed for 30+ minutes. During this time, they were taking others. The owner told my mom she will take her just for pedicure and a couple minutes later she said oh no sorry we can’t take you. Why make an appointment if that’s not gonna go into consideration once arrived?

Rushed my friends and my pedicures and gel manicures, Jasmin literally cut up my best friends thumb with TWO bloody cuts we noticed walking out..... and the lady who did my pedicure did it in twenty minutes and skipped many steps... :( she literally ran out the salon as soon as it closed without finishing....also they charge $3 for flip flops required for a pedicure and don’t tell you so BRING YOUR OWN!!

She got me in last min.. great quality nails. But they were really expensive. I paid over 100 bucks for a full set with a nail accessory on my ring finger. Great quality though.

The lady who did my gel manicure was very kind and listened to what I was looking for. She made the polish thin (not thick and bubbly) and she did a great job at shaping my nails. I felt relaxed and not hurried along like most salons. They also have better color options than other salons in the area. I havent been able to find a decent nail salon in a while and Im so happy I walked into Soho! Good job ladies!

I came here it was close I usually go by where I live if you want a real pedicure do not come here they will only paint nails not get dead skin off it extra for them to scrape

Got a gel manicure that lasted 2 days before cracking. Great pedicure tho. I won’t recommend.

Such a great place! They accommodated us last minute, after we had to leave another salon because they didn’t honor our reservation. Very clean, nails done exactly as we wanted. Definitely worth the visit! Reasonably priced as well!

I went in wanting to get my acrylics taken off they did do it, but in the middle the lady goes no switch than she switched with another lady and fast forward, I tell them here and there that my nails are hot and hurt when they are doing it, I left after paying and tipping to see 4/10 of my nails beds are messed up. I would not recommend this place. I shouldnt have even tipped them. They are good with regular simple, but I would not go back for anything gel or acrylics, plus they charge more than my usual place. All in all I will not be coming back. Now to fix my nails myself.

Customer Service is everything the owner/boss needs to learn that. Learn some manners, be polite, and show your customers you treat your employees well. I will never come back here until a new owner is established.

My first time here & my SNS set chipped on multiple fingers within 2 days. Normally I can make SNS last for at least 4 weeks. The girl who did them was very nice though.

They charged me extra $10 with out me knowing and told me it was because of the color I picked. It was my first time there and no one told me that specific shade of grey was $10 extra. I confronted them about it and they wouldn’t refund me. Never going back there and the place was dirty. Tools were unkept and clearly not washed from client to client

DO NOT GOOOOO in for tips.The lady was rushing my nails and something I normally pay 20$ for cost 60$ and she didnt even do what I wanted on them.I asked for long nails and she cut them short and said they were too long and kept telling me to cut them down. Then when she filled them made them even shorter. On top of that she asked for a tip and was super unprofessional. I will never go there again and it was honestly a waste of money!!!

When they tell you the wait time is 15 minutes, that actually means closer to an hour. So be prepared.

Expensive place that does cheap work. Paid $30 for a fill in, nail chips and breaks within two days. Never again!
