I had the most comfortable shampoo in years. I was given padded cushions to sit on so my head was in the bowl correctly. The entire chair reclined. Connie was charming and gave me a terrific cut. I finally found a great place for all my needs.

Good location with plenty of parking in back. They offer beverages and sometimes light snacks while you wait. The ladies that wash your hair are really friendly. My hair colorist/stylist Angela is really knowledgeable and delivers on a great hair cut. Will keep coming back.

I HAVE NO WORDS FOR WHAT JUST OCCURRED WITH MARTHA THE COLORIST AT B BEAUTIFUL.The person who has been cutting my hair for close to 20 years and who is currently located at B BEAUTIFUL recommended MARTHA for color. He introduced me to her and I asked how she would process my hair and do my color. I believe any new client would ask that. After speaking to her I scheduled an appointment which she ended up needing to cancel to go to a doctor appointment. No big deal. I asked to see when she could get me in and out wasnt for another 3 weeks. Ok, fine. I scheduled the appt.I called the salon today to speak with the person who cuts my hair except the receptionist puts me on hold and the next thing I know Martha is on the phone telling me I should go back to the place I originally went because she is not comfortable doing my hair because I asked her questions how she would color it. Then when I told her I had no hesitation about using her, she switched her story to she didnt feel comfortable doing someone elses client. Mind you, HE recommended her. When I expressed that to her she said she was busy and literally hung up on me!!! For someone who has been in the business 25 years, youd think shes have better manners than that. Plus, youd think the receptionist would have waited to see why I was calling before putting this very rude Colorist on the phone.FOR THE RECORD, MARTHA STATED SHE HAS TOO MANY CLIENTS AS IT IS AND DOES NOT NEED NEW CLIENTS!I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY BY ANY PROFESSIONAL IN THIS INDUSTRY EVER!!!UPDATE:Martha also told me she had shared her concerns with my stylist who recommended her for color....GUESS WHAT?! A TOTAL LIE! -My stylist didnt know about any of her concerns or issues with doing my hair.You dont want me as a client? Thats your choice but dont lie to me about the reason and tell me 2 weeks before my appointment because I happened to call the shop. Be a professional. Pick up the phone, call me and tell me the truth.GOOD THING HER CLIENT ROSTER IS FULL. (Well, who knows, that could be a lie too.)

Dont go anywhere else. Jackie is the best stylist, and Martha is great for color. But, you cant go wrong with anyone there.
