Awful customer service!!!!!I had a light pink gel manicure done at Massa and less than 24 hours later it began to discolor and yellow. I went back the next afternoon to let the owner know and ask if they could redo do the manicure for me. The owner told me that she cant help me because I stuck my hands in bleach and chemicals. I did not stick my hands in any chemicals. After five minutes of her yelling at me and telling me I was lying to her and that its my fault because I was sticking my hand in bleach, she wouldn’t do anything to help. I walked out very very disappointed and upset. This was my favorite place and me and my family have been going there for the last year. Now I am sad and have to find a new place.  Also, as I was walking out, the owner swore at me!!!!!! I will never going back again!!!!!!! They treat their customers awful!!!!! That is unacceptable service and way to act as a buisness. Don’t go there!!!!!!!

This is the place to go for great mani pedis and other services. Under the new management of Asel and her team they are very professional . They are delightful, hygenic, and very talented. This is the place to go for good prices and the best services. Ask for Asel shes marvelous!

This place is under new management. I got a no chip mani just for $25, which is a steal! They also have a special prices for mani&pedi ($35) too.

I was warmly greeted when I walked in. The nail tech helped me pick a color and did a great job on my Mani/pedi at a great price as well. Will be back!!
