Nice I got manicure and he got it right.

My 16 year old and I went in on a budget and we received pretty good service! They were very nice and they worked wonders with my pedicure! But I guess Im use to a few different procedures from previous Mani-Pedis that wasnt done and I thought that, that was different! But overall a very nice job!!!!

Very poor customer service no one could do my nails waited longer than 30 minutes 6 people walked out after waiting they didnt seem to even care so I never went back I still need my nails done😳

I took my fiancee told get her nails done she ended up with the medi,pedi she came out tell a wonderful service by the staff,how calm the whole scene was. Even though we rode around an called everywhere possible, when we got to Highland Nails they answered an welcome her with open arms. She said there was another lady in there complaining the whole time but that same lady said she always comes back. So theres something awesome about this place if it keeps a complainer coming back for more..... Great good.....

Great quality work a bit pricey but worth it and just make sure you get what you want and they understand other than that no complaints I would recommend them

Pedicure: still had calluses when I left. Not so good. They hardly speak English so they do something you dont want, when I mentioned still had to pay half.

DO NOT GO HERE. They popped off my dip polish with an acrylic nail, AN ACRYLIC NAIL which took half my real nail off. Very unprofessional - they should have known to soak. They clearly do not know what they are doing. I immediately got up and left as soon as I saw the bleeding. I normally don’t post reviews but I felt I needed to, to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Save yourself the trip and spend the extra money at a salon that know how to take care of you.

SUPER RIDICULOUS HIGH PRICES !! Stay Away Ladies! Very unprofessional staff and of course they speak Vietnamese to each other whenever a customer has a concern and snicker and laugh to one another... no covid standards in place at all didn’t see them clean once the 2 hrs I was there.. The male nail tech are nasty nasty nails and hands themselves and always smell like cigarettes go ANYWHERE else

The place was not clean at all. They used a used brush on my feet. I had to ask for a different worker and so did other customers because one pedicurist did not know what he was doing at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ive been going here for years and they do great work

Always went here but I’m outdone got my nails done yesterday and my gel polish already chipped off the nail tech did a horrible job at shaping and I’m jus not pleased with this at all then i am trying to call and no one answers the phone and I know there open and they have enough workers for someone to answer the phone this place jus lost someone who faithfully gets nails done every two weeks

One of the workers there is moving to fast. Made side of my foot bruise and bleed. Trying to do too many people in a short time.

I went and got a full set of powder nails a few days before Christmas. I paid 37 dollars The full set was great but my nails begin to lift not even a week after. I came in to get a fill in today and the man who was doing my nails was very unprofessional. He didn’t know what he was doing and I asked if I could just get a change of color. He said he couldn’t change the color and the only thing he could do was ombré. The nails aren’t even ombré and he didn’t redo the color that was already on there. He did a horrible job and charged me 35 dollars! I still don’t understand how a fill in was 35 dollars and the original full set was 37! Also, there bathroom is disgusting ! They don’t follow the covid safety! The masks they have on don’t cover the nose, they don’t sanatize the seats, nor do they wear gloves. DO NOT GO HERE!! IT IS HORRIBLE

I used to love go to Highland Nails. Now I won’t be going back. The new ppl there think they know what’s best for your hands and feet, they don’t listen n the polish like they’re in kindergarten.

They did my nails in March, I couldnt get them off until May. I love them. The lady that did my eye brows and lashes is the truth

The first time was amazing, despite the fact they were PACKED. Went in for a soak off and overlay at noon, left at 1:50pm with just my overlay, no paint because I had to work. Went back the next day, for my paint (THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR) And they had a few pedicures. Sat for over an HOUR. Never once did they apologize, offer a coupon, or anything. I sat in the car, went back in, etc... they never acknowledged me. Will never return. Ill keep my natural overlay unpainted. I could do it myself, but i dont have the time. They were very slow, with no urgency in their bones whatsoever... horrible customer service. Sad part is I loved that I didnt need a fill in for 3.5 weeks... I loved the work of my colorless overlay... too bad the customer service sucks...

They were nice. I got my lashes and a full set. It was good work. I got a lot of compliments on my lashes.

Don’t go here I went here after work and had to fight through the rain and everything and these people tell me they are closing 1 hour early to go to a birthday party on a Wednesday in the middle of the week with no sign posted! Please avoid this place very unprofessional

I really enjoyed my experience here. I was a walk in, but quickly taken. She understood what I wanted and worked quickly. She had attention to detail, which was key. Just wish the place looked a little nicer.

Ive never had my nails done before, and I was incredibly anxious about coming here. (I was part of the wedding party for my friend.) Surprisingly, I had a great experience! The gentleman who did my manicure was incredibly friendly and kind, and not once did I feel uncomfortable about my bad nail biting habit.

Horrible work and tools arent clean. Went here and my nails started turning green when I went back for a fill in. Horrible paint jobs and they also cut me under my nail which bled. With no gloves, he wiped the blood up with a paper towel and insisted that my green nails didnt need any type of treatment which was false.

They do great work. Very personable & friendly. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Made appointment yesterday to come back the next day, get there and they did not even acknowledge us. I had to walk up and ask questions which they ignored me.... overall the experience was just unprofessional...

Wasnt very happy with the shop at all the chairs and the tables and everything is worn out because my nail tech moved and went there but I let her know that if it wasnt for her being there I would never go there and spend any money I spend too much Im getting my nails done to go into a salon and the chairs that you sit in the stamps that and are worn down to the bone where the stuffing is coming all out of the chairs its just not a great place and when I go out and spend whatever amount of money that Im spending I want to be in a great Pleasant atmosphere and I wasnt happy with that shop at all I only went there..... FYI my tech is no longer there!☺☺

Too high I didnt like it my nails were not shaped correctly and its just sometimes you just go somewhere to see how it is and thats all it was now I know and I would just continue to go to where I been going but thanks anyway for the do what it was just too high I normally dont pay this much and not get a well better job thank you

I was having a bad day and just going into this place of business help me clear my head and realize that everything is going to be OKAY, even when it does not seem like it. Overall the service was excellent and every was nice and had a smile on their faces.🙏

They charged my card one amount then after I left adjusted the amount to higher then what they originally charged me without my authorization. So they stealing money off cards with people knowing it so if I hadnt checked my balance I would not of known.

When I arrived I waited 30 minutes to be serviced because it is on average only 2 people that work and they say everyone else is on vacation. I paid $32 for my nails because I wanted them coffin. I told the man that was doing my nails that the acrylic was thin and felt weak while he was applying it. He kept telling me it was okay. Within THREE DAYS, ALL of my nails came off. When I went back and talked to the manager he told me to come back and they would fix it because he (the man who did them) was new. I went back the next day after talking to the manager and had to wait for an hour for service. Once they gave me a new full set they charged me again!!! I wont return to this shop!!!

The service was OK but I did not get the manicure I paid for. Sandra was my tech and I paid $98 for 2 pedicures, 2 shellac manicures and an eye brow wax. Sandra gave me a regular manicure and charged me for shellac. The tech that worked on my friend did a phenomenal job but Sandra was either inexperienced or just unconcerned. I called to complain and their only solution was for me to come back for the manicure I paid for. Unfortunately since Id already spent over 2 hours in the shop already that day, between the wait and the service I didnt have any more time to waste with them. Id recommend any tech aside from Sandra

This is not a place that need to do any business with anyone. They rude, dont acknowledge you and they walk around doing nothing and customers just sitting waiting for nothing. I would not advise nobody to go here.

I only go for my eyebrows. Theres nothing really special or anything that makes the place stand out from anyone else.

Dont let the new lady do your eyebrows or pedicure. She is horrible.
