Hello! My name is Amanda Today I went in looking for a nail design for my graduation. The service was fast and super friendly. The pedicure was extremely relaxing, the lady exfoliated my legs, gave my skin a treatment, rubbed my legs with lotion and then massaged with hot/ warm stone rocks. She was very gentle with my nails and did an amazing French design on my toes. In the beginning I was unsure what to do with my nails, I had a simple bland transparent white color envisioned. The manger, Tommy, looked at the nail inspo and gave me a whole new idea. It was classy, elegant, and new! I loved his idea. He did an amazing French tip on my nails, but it wasn’t flat and round on the tips, instead he created a unique upside down “v”shape, with a transparent middle with a gold gem placed at the tip. He was very kind and loved the design as much as I did. Hot nail spa is truly a relaxing, all friendly and beautiful place. Not only was the service on point, but my nails came out amazing 😍

I have been here two times and both times have been great. Their volcanoes spa pedicure is worth every dollar. Their manicures are simple, they dont do cuticles and dont do anything special with their mani like other places (maybe some cream or hand massage). Their nail polish are unknown (at least to me), so I was surprised when my DIP lasted 3 weeks!! OPI DIP rarely lasts this long on me. I would definitely continue to come.

I found this salon on Booksy and was super excited to try it out as it is one or if not the highest rated salon in Hialeah. I made an appointment and was pleased to see that there was near by slots available in the case I needed to go at a later time. Seemed like AT LEAST one worker was available for a few hours. I made an appointment because, like anyone else I assumed that when you make an appointment you are guaranteed priority attention. Unfortunately when I arrived I signed in and was not greeted for 10 minutes. Fair I guess.. once I was greeted I was asked what my appointment was for and was not worked on for a whole hour. The lady managing the store front was nice, but irresponsible for allowing so many clients to be left unattended, whether walk in or appointment. It’s also very uncomfortable to be surrounded by clients that are upset for waiting just as long as you. After sitting in water for 30 minutes with no soap, pedicure rocks, nothing to entertain me, I became very upset. People make appointments to be attended to, not spend 3 hours in a salon for a gel manicure and pedicure. The workers are very nice and skillful, but there no way in this world that I will wait 1 whole hour just to be seen when I have an appointment. What does an appointment even mean?I am upset that this was my first experience and I cannot continue to chose a salon that does not value a customers time. Please do not squeeze in walk-ins when you are extremely understaffed and neglect people who went out of their way and chose your salon for an appointment. It is extremely inconsiderate.

I have been getting my nails done for a little over a year at Hot Nail Spa. I typically schedule a dip + volcano or platinum pedicure. Ony is my go-to nail tech, but honestly they are all AMAZING. Everyone is incredibly attentive and their work is flawless. Ill let the photos speak for themselves.

I’ve been coming here for a year now and I absolutely love it! After impulsively going to a different nail salon (because hot Nail spa was fully booked), I had a horrible experience. Luckily I called the owner, Tommy to see if he can squeeze me in on a busy Saturday to do a fresh dip manicure. He said yes and was kind enough to remove the poorly done dip nails and created a masterpiece. Definitely a 5/5! The prices are always affordable, the service is great and Tommy cares a lot for his customers.

I needed to be fixed. My nails all chipped from the previous place I went to. My nails also became extremely soft to the point it was uncomfortable. But Yenny, the woman who appointed me, helped me out! She took off all of the polish, made sure all of the soft parts of my nails were cut so I can regrow my nails. She let me know not to put the heavy acrylic gel, which I thought the other nail salon didnt use (they did). I was very happy to not only go somewhere whos employees know what theyre doing, but happy to not have felt uncomfortable. She was very nice, and spoke to me very kindly. I will be coming back in 2 weeks! Hot Nail Spa may just be the spot for me. Thank you for fixing my nails!

The nail salon has many colors to choose from, whether its basic polish or gel. Not quite sure if they really do designs but gel seems to be their main focus. The decor has a harmonious set-up. The only downside would be the pricing. I think its very expensive to charge almost $50 for a basic mani- pedi. We were also offered to try their platinum pedicure for $50— no thanks!The person who did my pedicure did a nice job.

I’ve been coming to this place for over a year and I used to love it. This is the second time in less than one month that I come in as a walk in and the lady tells me they’re going to attend me in 30-40 mins and I’ve been waiting for one hr and a half and no one had attend me yet. They don’t either update me on when and I continue to see ppl come in a sit and get their service done. I will never come back and btw the place has gotten super dirty and all the girls that used to do good job on your nails have left. I now know why. Horrible. I don’t recommend don’t even bother you will loose your time here.

I’ve always gone to this place as a walk-in and they have always taken me now there is a new lady there taking the appointments are the walkins and now she does not take anyone unless it’s an appointment that’s been made no matter how empty the place is it’s like they don’t want to make money and they don’t do acrylics first time I wear which was at 6:30 they said they could not take me because they were closing but they close at 7:30 and then I went the following day and they said they don’t take any walk-ins

This place is the home of dip nails! They have a huge variety of colors, including glitter and chrome. They also have cute things to put on your nails, like butterflies, flowers, holiday stickers, etc. They know how to do every shape and length, on natural nails or extensions. The staff are very nice and sweet, while the owner goes above and beyond for his customers. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to do their nails.

I had an appt on 7/8 at 5pm. This was my first visit and I was really hoping to love this place. I had a volcano pedicure which I can easily say was one of the best pedicures I have ever received! I never like to leave negative reviews, however, I was extremely disappointed with my gel dip manicure. I spent a total of 2.5 hours there because my manicure bubbled up and the tech had to revise it. After the revision, another nail tech had to fix another finger as that one had bubbled up as well. I should add that the tech who was doing my nails was new and the client she had before me had the same problem with her manicure. Even after the revision, my nails appear to show cracks and ridges in the gel. I called to advise them of my issue and she offered for me to come in and fix the nails, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, as a mother of 2 little ones who I spend time with in the mornings and with a full time job during afternoons, I am very limited with my free time and unable to make it until next Monday. One of the reasons I prefer gel dip is so that it lasts me a few weeks and I dont have to be at the nail salon every week. I really hope they are able to rectify the problem Monday and hope to update my review to a more positive one.***UpdateTommy, the manager, reached out to me to see how my follow up was and was very focused on customer satisfaction. I have never experienced customer service to this magnitude and I have to say, I am very impressed. Thank you so much!!

Ony is a perfectionist and I’m so happy with my new dip color! Ive been here three times and won’t go anywhere else now.They are very busy on Saturday due to the loyal client base but don’t give up! If you’re a new customer and have to walk in try going during the week - or make an appointment at least a week in advance for Saturday.The owners and receptionist keep the place humming. They are efficient but do not compromise customer satisfaction or quality.

Their prices are amazing for the work and time they dedicate to your nails. Tommy the owner stands behind his work very proudly and has been so successful he managed to open up a second salon during a pandemic. The nail work quality is excellent; however, there is a lot of issues with the appoinment system. I had an appointment for mani/pedi at 5:30pm it was changed by them at 5:45pm. I got there on time and made me wait for an hour. After complaining, my mani started at 6:45; (an hour later). Of course, no time for Pedi. The girls do an amazing job with your nails so I am going to give them one more chance. Advice for the Management: In Miami and its surroundings time is gold so do not mess with that.

First timer... Great customer service from Tommy he explained all the types of products they had and the packages they had... Janelys did an amazing job on my pedicure and Malika did an amazing job on my nails... Thank you so much for the hospitality and great customer service... Will be definitely coming back....

Love this place. So many colors to choose from, and Yenny who did my nails is a MASTER!!! I came out looking super fresh with my new set of white nails. She is the best, took her time, and made sure every nail looked amazing. She is the best, can’t wait for my next appointment with her.

I had an appointment today and it was the best. Rosario did my pedicure (volcano&cbd) and she would explain step by step, highly recommend. Core did my nails and they came out looking awesome I’m super picky and honestly loved them, I’ve alway left the salon with a bleeding cuticle but she was not harsh at all. They definitely have great customer service !!!

Today was my first time going and I was so pleased with my experience. I had done dip overlay and my nails look beautiful. Customer service is spot on! The spa is very well kept and clean.
