Horrible location. Attitude on both employees they do everything like they rushing. I ask for a design on my nails and they ignore my question. I pick the colors they dont have it. Horrible nail shape Nails polish tick. They know they do a bad job and they still dont fix it. Is Dirty, smell bad bad customer service. I will never ever go back. I will recommend to closed that location down or get new owners. minor sleeping in the back not looking good to the business at all.

The staff is very rude, they don’t greet you when you come in the door, and have a attitude whenever you ask them something . Do not recommend, i was there a hour and no customers walked in during that time and now i can see why

Please stay away!!!! I didn’t see the reviews before I went because I was in a hurry but I almost lost my finger nails. The man pitched me and gave me an infection and the acrylic he applied gave me a fungus that almost made me lose all my nails. They need to shut this place down. They both have an attitude, it’s dirty and hot!!! Not worth it don’t go!!!

Terrible don’t go there was bubbles and they said they could do a design and then couldn’t but was trying to do something that wasn’t what I asked for. And still wanted payment. The place needs to be shut down

I went with my mother in law, she wanted a pedicure and a full set, they did both things at the same time and felt like they were abusing her... I tell the lady careful she has diabetes, she ignores me, and cuts the hell out of her toes... if you want bad service this is your place. They are the rudest people ever!!! My mother in law without knowing English started telling her to stop scrubbing her feet because it was hurting and instead she continued to do it even harder! We are not from around here but I would never ever step foot in here again... Horrible place, horrible service... Want to be left without toe nails, you are more than welcome to come here...

The worst place I ever go. I get in with my nails done 10 days before and were great I just want to change my color. the guy did better than the woman she hurt my feets fingers has pass already 1 month and I am still hurt on my fingers around the nails. stay away girls :(

The lady there is very rude. Never smile and I think before the business of nails, for sure she was attending cows and rams. Not in vain they are always empty.

Got my daughters acrylics soaked off and got her a manicure. They did a horrible job. Tech was rude when we asked to file nails shorter, she didnt even ask the length she wanted. Place is not even clean and it was hot in their. Customer service is horrible, atmosphere is not even nice. Figured how bad could it really be...... well got my answer. DONT EVER COME HERE!!!!

As soon as you walk in their rude!!!! Instead of saying hello can we help you ? ... Mad faces, Rude looks instead of nice looks . They make you take off your nail polish, talk back to you for everything, they demand you do your nails with them every 15 days as if they were the best !. I think if I visit here its for a service which Im paying for and I shouldnt hear them complaining to my face !!!.... Rude rude !!! Just always rude never have I seen Them being nice to anyone !. They complain if you take too long choosing the nail color you want ... And the list goes on !!!!!... Dont know how their still open ?!

Worse attitude ever!!! How is this place even open?? She cut my mom in several places and after my mother told her to be careful she YELLED at her to never come again if she didnt like it, even told her to get out or call the police which she did! They have 1 start only because Google makes you give one...DONT GO!

Rudeness and Bad Service with a new customer is the Worse you can do,theres for you lost my business,plus the place looks really bad,the girl didnt do a good job and dont bother to ask her for glitter because the girl will say dont have,(first nails salon i see that has no glitter)or maybe she doesnt know what glitter is.If they dont want to work and give a nice service just close the ugly place down plz oh and pedicure there!??No thank you,Only if you are crazy, theres not sanitation and I dont want to get fungus!!!, she got mad and started to complain in her language when I said no thank you I dont want pedicure.She hurted me and cutt me multiple times while doing my full set,i felt like slapping her face and walking out and not paying for such a horrible service My fingers are hurting so bad now,that woman doesnt deserve your money so go wasted at another salon as theres plenty good places in hialeah.I dont know how they still on business.

These people are super rude. I walked in to ask how much a refill was and the guy said I have to see your nails. I showed him my nails then he said you have to take the polish off. I just turned around and walked out. Im surprised theyre still in business!

Yesterday I was there, I had not been there for a long time but they have lost a lot of quality and have very little profession. They treat you like dogs, they do things like crazy for you to call it that. and on top of that. I told the woman, make me some nails ... and the man came and took my other hand and some were uneven and others were longer. I am very dissatisfied and dispassionate with that place. in my life I will return there.

I was not very happy because they did not do my nails well and a bad ijiene do not put paper where they wash their feet as everyone does I had no good experience

I am visiting Hialeah and found this place, pay no attention to other reviews! We went and it was the biggest mistake! The lady did not stop talking on the phone for a minute, the man, fighting and shouting very rudely, made me get blood from 8 toes even though I told him not to continue, use the same stone to file everything the world, there is no disinfectant at all, the place is extremely dirty, I do not know how they have not come to inspect and have not closed the place!Please, if you value the health and beauty of your hands or feet, DO NOT FIX IN THIS CHINA NAILS JOINT !!!!

It is the worst place you can find! Go in my life 😨 they treated me the worst !! First they didnt want to. Make me refills .. And they proceeded to tear them off with a spatula (I just) with my natural nails. Its been 5 hours that I did this service and they dont stop hurting me ...
