Not sure what to think of this place. I went once years ago and the service was nice. I called in to get my nails done today and was told it was appointment only. Wasnt given options. I had three people I could have brought in. Do they not want business? Im a bit confused.

I had an appointment with Alisson. She was super sweet and did an amazing job with my nails. I really recommend going to her!

The people here are so amazing and nice, they make you feel welcome from the minute you walk in the door. Their nail techs do amazing work that lasts.

I am satisfied customer I am so happy with my pink gel nail acrylic set. I will serve colada and also learned a little Spanish communicating with the other customers.

I came in for at least just a manicure at 5:15, they close at 7. They refused to give me service because since the owner was not in so they couldnt charge me for the service. Waste of time to come here.

I came to this nail salon for the 1st time because of an AD I saw in Facebook Market Place and I came from Homestead and this place is in Hialeah almost an hr drive. I have to admit that the place, the LEVEL of SERVICE was beyond my expectations it was well worth the drive. I did my nails and toes. Everything they used was new and sanitize. I recommend this place to all my friends, family members and everyone that is looking for good service!!

Chantal is amazing! Definitely recommend her for a gel mani and pedi. The place is clean and cdc guidelines are in place so I feel super comfortable every time I go.

Desiree (the owner) has been a family friend of mine for almost 18 years and she has done a great job with this salon and hiring the best people to do the work. i called in last minute for a full set and pedicure and although it wasn’t done until 2 hours after closing, this technician did her absolute best to ensure that it was perfect and to my liking. Great job!

Greatest first experience! Came here and absolutely loved it. The staff was so friendly and laid back. Fanny was my manicurist for today and she was an absolute sweetheart. First, she opened up a pack of sanitary tools and used fresh clean towels for my pedicure. She did my pedicure in such good timing and my feet came out looking great! On to the gel manicure, as she was doing my nails she offered me wine, water or coffee which was very courteous of her. My nails were unfortunately damaged due to previous acrylics, but she worked very well with my damaged nails and tried to repair and color them the best she could. Everything was being sanitized in the process, and she used clean towels as well, had no stains, no clippings it was so hygienic. The place was also decorated beautifully and was extremely clean, it really was a relaxing place. I will definitely come here again for my next visit as this is my new go-to!

I have been a client here for over a year and I love the service. There’s a welcoming atmosphere, always offering you refreshments. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Also, I love how they do my nails. I highly recommend this nail salon 🙂

I had scheduled appointment on line for a 6:30 PM appt, I called and confirmed in the morning. 2 hours before the appt I get a text delaying the appt until 7:20 I called this Place and spoke to Yarelis she said she was running late and would let me know as soon as possible then at 6:15 I get another text that she cancelled that appointment and left me waiting for no reason

Got my first mani pedi ever. Yairelis made me feel at ease and did a great job. Highly recommend!

The girl that did my nails wasnt wearing a mask.

Can’t really rate the place because I didn’t get to experience it. They are not very accommodating. I walked in as a new costumer and they told me that they couldn’t do my nails because they were booked. The salon was empty. I can understand if it was appointment only, it was close to closing time, but I walked in at 3pm and closing time is 7pm and they was no one else waiting.

Great experience. The quality and service is amazing and very attentive staff. Very clean location and well designed. Definitely will be returning soon.

Wife was looking for a place to have nails done and I found these place on Google close to where she was at, once she came back home she show it to me and they where really awesome, thank you guys, she get some that night 😜

My wife called for an appointment because she noticed the price they have on their Yelp page was reasonable. The lady that spoke to her on the phone did not honor the price online and told my wife she was mistaken. Bad customer service.

Worse costumer service, the nails technicians talking bad about the owner in front of the clients, never ever again for me, you walk in they looked at you like what are you doing here, supposedly they work on appointments only but no one is doing anything, I guess they get paid and hourly rate and they dont care about tips
