I would strongly suggest to go somewhere else. This place is not sanitary, they do not have mask on and if I didn’t mention to the girl to clean her equipment she wouldn’t have done it. During my manicure she didn’t set my hands in water, didn’t use lotion and cut my nails after putting the gel nail polish. It was honestly messy, her station was just so filthy

I just wish I could not rate I will show a pic of how my nails are I asked for jel nail polish so it wont come of I got it done Monday and its Wednesday and its gone it should last like a week people dont come here I repeat dont this is a rip 🙏 offfff

Worst experience I’ve ever had, they set me up with an inexperienced young girl, she took forever atleast 3 hours for a mani - pedi, the greeter was unprofessional and didn’t even speak English. I would Never recommend this place to anyone!! Not to mention my mani - pedi lasted a day, cheap product was used and the paint chipped instantly! Horrible experience!

My experience was horrible they saw me coming in and they ignored me after 20 minutes someone came up to me and ask me what I needed the nail tech was talking with other ladies saying bad words horrible my nail had lumps they were uneven and the price was 60 for a simple nail if u ever go there please be careful who you get cause some of them are bad you can notice they have bump look at the pinky and the big finger

They really do not know how to do nails here. Like, at all. Gel nails should last 2-3 weeks without an issue. Walking out of the building, 2 of my nails weren’t cured right and was so soft, brushing your hand in your pants would roll the polish off. I went in the next day to get it fixed. 4 days later, all my nails are lifting and chipping. Another time I went in, the entire sides of all of my nails didn’t even have polish on them.They also NEVER pick up the phone so don’t even bother with calling.

Paid $60 for gel manicure and all my nails chipped off within 2 days of getting them done, my friend came with me and they didn’t even paint her nails fully 👎👎👎👎

Not bad, the young woman that helped me was awesome, I was truly impressed as I believe she was actually just hanging out there on her day off waiting to go have lunch with someone. All I needed was an eyebrow wax! I wish I remembered her name!!!

The young lady had attitude since the moment I walked in. She was rude and was on her phone constantly. I told her to be gentle as it was hurting. While she was cutting my cuticles, she cut me and blamed it on me, when I had previously told her to be careful. I told her to dry my feet and I was leaving. The “manager” of the salon did not say anything and I was charged $24 for an unfinished pedicure. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!! The customer service was extremely horrible as the nail lady still argued with me by saying it was my own fault even after I told her to dry my feet to leave. I hope whoever reads this thinks twice about ever going here. If there were less than one star, it would have been put.

Horrible experience. Acrylics started to peel off after three days. Acrylic material was on skin (that’s what causes raising) and polish was not that neat either... The pain she put me through? I’ve NEVER experienced it with my tech and she said it was my fault?? Yeah OK. Sure. Definitely not worth $60. Thank God for super glue...

This place is awful. I came here because my best friends mom likes this place (I dont know why). The lady that did my pedicure did a terrible job the first time on one toe, so she did it again and messed up the second time too. I got a get manicure that only lasted 1.5 weeks. When I usually get them done it lasts 2-3 weeks. Also, she missed all the sides of my nails completely. My nails looked unfinished. The amount of time I waited was literally as long as it took my friend to get her nails done. Also, the workers talk REALLY loud. The lady doing my nails kept questioning everything I did. She asked if I was sure that I wanted that color and when I said yes she gave a concerned look. It wasnt a strange color or anything. It was light pink. Then I told her I dont want square nails and she said thats really weird. Then she went on to talk about my eyebrows and asked me why I liked them like this. It was a bad experience & honestly wasnt worth the price.

Terrible place if I could give this place 0 stars I would the girls here are extremely rude and dont care if you stand there 30minutes to wait for them to attend you they have absolutely no good customer service skills I have no idea how a nice place like this in a mall have such terrible workers. My mother and I walked in and asked if someone could attend us there was no others waiting and like 5 girls were available they looked at us and completely ignored us! We felt a bit ignored and offended but still sat down and waited to see if someone would come up to us... They were eating, gossip with each other, and on their cellphones we were in shocked to see them not pay attention to us whatsoever! I have no idea how the owner of this place could hire such unprofessional people they need better customer service skills and greet customers like most nail salons do. Losing a lot of money like this all these 1 stars and other unsatisfied costumers cant be wrong.

My experience in this place was horrible. there were barely any people there. the lady gave me my seat and just walked away. in my head I thought she would be back with more supplies, no, she literally sat down and started eating her sandwich. Im there making eye contact and everything so that she can start and nothing she just kept eatung. the made my cuticle bleed from how hard she was pushing them back and the price was to much just to do my hands. I had gotten acrylics and they came out slanted. it was a terrible day and a terrible place which made me more angry. dont go here. everything is bad and even the costumer service.

UPDATE : I got fungus on my one of my nails because of this place. They NEED to be shut down !!!!Nails 1 week down and already missing 4 nails. This place is not worth it. The worst part is you can call and call and call and no one answers. Don’t waste your money or time.

Now called Unique Nails. I had a pedi. My lady was so rough on my feet while cutting my nails, my big toes ache on how she cut the nails on each. Barely scrubbed or even a massage on the legs for the price. Not worth the price for the lack of service! Not going back or recommend!

They dont clean their pedicure tubs thoroughly, they dont use a lining for the base, I got cut on my toe, and a bacterial infection. Not to mention that the lady who was attending me got up 3 times while working on me to take a smoke break. Be for real! How unprofessional!!!

The experience was HORRIBLE ! She plugged in her earphone and would pause every 5 seconds to watch her show. My acrylics came out terrible, the lady (lidice) cut my skin every time she passed the machine, and the paint was terrifying. Nail polish all around the nail and she barely did a second coat. Would not recommend whatsoever. Biggest waste of time and money. I had to go elsewhere to get them fixed.

Terrible! I needed to get my nails done FAST, so i had no choice but to come here. I stood there waiting for someone to greet me and everybody was just staring at me without saying anything, until this girl yelled PUERTA and they were all kinda discussing who would take care of me ( at that point i should have left, but i stayed ) to make the long story short my pedicure came out Horrible, i have to get home and clean all the red polish stain the lady left, not only around my nails but everywhere around my feet ( i didnt actually looked closed until i got home) NEVER going there again.

Theres only one girl in there thats good, shes amazing. Its not just me saying it, everyone says the same thing. Ill go there just for her. Shes the first one in the front. Everyone eles sucks.

The second time I came to this nail salon, I really did not remember what happened the first time. I came in with my daughter. We experienced the worst nail salon experience ever!!! J and N nail salon did the nails to fast and very sloppy. They also painted my daughters skin 😡. I was very disappointed seeing my daughters nails like this.The lady that was painting her nails wound up leaving bubbles on some parts of the nails and they were not evenly painted. I told them if they could fix it, but instead of repolishing them. They technically painted the nail polish over the bad nail polish which made it worst. I will tell you DONT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON. They dont care about the customers and are exaggerating about how good they paint peoples nails.If you want your skin painted than go to that nail salon. I witnessed that they do not sterilized the instruments. They pass it from one to another. After me, a girl came in and she did not even clean her tools. YUK

DO NOT GO THERE!! FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH. I AM CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!this is absolutely the worst and nastiest nail experience I have had in my entire life! And I am not exaggerating. I had to go there for a nail emergency I had a last minute event and my usual nail place was closed.Lets start..I got there and there was no list to write your name on, neither was there a greeting when you arrive to the salon if you can call it a salon.They would scream what do you need obviously in Spanish because none of them can speak a word of english. Lest say this is more like a calle ocho place with the most uneducated and chusma cubans of all times. I am cuban myself and this makes me embarrassed.Second-I got seated when the lady finally finished with another clients feet. I told her I wanted a gel manicure. Well she didnt wash her hands after finishing with the other clients feet and started working on my nails to remove the nail manicure. I was shocked so I didnt say anything!After she put my nails in a container of acetone she got her food plate and started eating in front of me while playing with an Ipad her children had. After that she went and checked on my nails rubbing it to try to remove the gel. Then she told me hold on a minute I have to go smoke WELL SHE DID!and came back with the worst of the smells!!Finally after 6 times trying to remove the gel it came out.Third!When she started working on my manicure I noticed that none of the instruments were sterilized!! They were dirty and the chair for your pedicure were all dirty with a white stuff like fungus all over it.. The would switch instruments so the same unsterilized tools they use on other peoples feet are used on your hards right after. The entire place is absolutely disgusting and unhealthy with no control. I had to see one of the nail attendants fat belly because she wouldnt put down her tank top.Well since I got my gel manicure and my fingers hurt and are itchy.If I find out I have fungus I am suing the owner.Plus Im calling public health for them, no one should go there and get sick! No one!

Gave me fungus when I went to go do my nails for my bday. And the manicure was horrible, air bubbles and painting on skin etcc..

HORRIBLE... they scream alot and dont concentrate on what they are doing .. plus they do a bad job on your nails and when you go again they charge you like 26 dollars for a refill because they are done bad ... never going there again.

Horrible place, loud and messy, I took my wife over there because we were at the mall, the lady who made my girlfriend nails hurt her in all fingers, this was 4 days ago and still she is on pain over the sides,I wont recommend this place at all

I have gone to the living room for the second time, the first one a girl (Rachel) made the acrylics and I honestly loved them since they lasted 1 month and they did not lift me and what was the technique along with the design was perfect ... the The second time was yesterday that I had a pedicure and a gel manicure. The lady who attended me does not know how to remove the cuticle since what she does is like skipping the pliers does not remove it evenly as it should be. When I did the manicure gel, I unpaired my nails because it doesnt know how to feed well either, since the file alsoIt wasnt very good. Anyway, I dont paint well, I leave part of the corners unpainted, and the same day I had them done when I got to work, 3 of the nails had the gel lifted! Very bad technique and the painting I think was old. I think that when they were closed for 3 months they forgot how to paint nails! Total disappointment! And not to mention the unpleasant vocabulary they use between them and the screaming they have. And they fight over who has to attend to who as if theCustomer off a piece of meat!

I was in the mall and incidentally I wanted to do a manicure and pedicure and I saw this salon. When I went there was no one to receive you, it lasted almost 5 minutes to attend me, when they managed to attend to me, the girl told me that it was going to cost me $ 45, (I do not know how to do my nails very rarely I do them, I do not know much about Thats because Ive always been sober) I told him that I wanted acrylic nails and I showed him the color he wanted in a photo that he had in my cell and how I wanted them, ps they gave me one that is made with that powder. When the girl was cutting the curticulae of my feet, I cut my big toenail to the point that it bled a lot because, according to her, I had a buried piece of nail, which seemed strange to me. In the end I ended up paying $ 72, I came out with the nails that I did not like at all very simple without any design, they seemed more like they made me a French nail and on top of it with my finger bleeding and with immense pain. Bad service was a nightmare. And while they do your nails is with the cell in hand or talking on the cell gossiping and I stopped doing my nails a lot to use the cell or to talk to the other colleagues. For having spent so much money I didnt feel it was worth it. I came out very upset. I do not recommend them

Never again !!!Bad service, rabble ... bad service ... pedicure that practically was painting the nails ...When I asked how much to do the acrylics ... they told me $ 36 because they were in the mall and I had to pay for it ... if I wanted it at a normal price, go somewhere else ...For sure rn another place better treatment, cheaper and better service ... years ago I had not seen equal treatment ... the workers talk to each other with bad words ... etc
