They are super dirty they steel from you and when you make appointment they tell you they are full horrible horrible don’t goooo there’s other nail places in Hialeah. DONT GO

Saturday, January 18th was my first time at Hong Kong Nails as a walk in. The welcoming was very inviting. I went there for a refill and change of color on my feet. They mentioned to me the wait would be 40 minutes and it was way less than 40 minutes. Even if I had to wait, that wouldve been ok being it was a Saturday as a walk in. Lina assisted me. She was so kind, creative, professional, caring and the price was very affordable. I look forward to going back. They take appointments which is great, thank you so much.

Lina is amazing! Not only is she fast but will do her very best to make your experience wonderful. I come here every 2 weeks!

I always come here and I absolutely love it! Recently changed technicians so now I have Lina. She’s honestly the best and so professional! She absolutely loves every color I get and she makes me feel very welcome.

I had Mr. Le (pronounced Li) as my technician. He was so kind and so helpful, and does excellent work with acrylic. I already had long natural nails but wanted something to make them stronger and he did a beautiful job! Hong Kong Nails is very lucky to have him, I look forward to coming here again. Even if its just gel next time. 😁 Plus they give all customers complimentary wine, water and coca cola; AND theyve been around for 20+ years. No wonder! 😊👍

Great service with affordable prices and excellent, long-lasting results. Never again will I over pay at places such as Venetian, shops on the beach, etc. The owner is cool and the staff is welcoming, making you feel comfortable and “at-home”.

Went there probably 1 yr ago and was so disappointed. Kept getting switched around from person to person. Annoying and unprofessional. Did full set, coffin shape. Got all cut up, the shapes were horrible as well as the polish. Will never return.

My gorgeous girlfriend went in on a Thursday afternoon to get her hands and feet done. Unfortunately, one of the workers foolishly broke her nail. My girlfriend went thru agony trying to make herself look good. I’m ashamed to say that Hong Kong nails is the worst nail salon in Hialeah.

Nice people. Wasnt too busy for a Friday. Pedicure and eyebrows came out e actly how i wanted. I dumped my old lady for this shop. Massage chairs help as well.

I was taken care of by two ladies; for my hands was a lady who honestly ruined my experience. I did not catch her name however I can say that she was inattentive, rushed the job, and was pretty darn rude. I have the shortest of nails, all shaped differently. I then asked for one nail to be with just glitter polish I chose, she agreed. I then had to remind her while she was painting twice, but I was ignored. She had already painted all my nails pink and placed the glitter on top of the polish which was not at all what I wanted. I kept being ignored, she kept speaking to others out loud. Then the other lady who helped me with the pedicure was nice, and interacted with me. What was also confusing was the prices, the menu shows Gel mani and pedi $35 however I was charged $45 and this was confusing to many others as well. I wont make the mistake of returning to this salon.

They say they close at five, but they don’t advertise they stop taking people at three because they are short staffed.

This place is AMAZING!!!!! Yanelis did my mani and pedi, she did awesome. My feet and hands looks amazing. She did so well. My new nail spot for sure. Even though there is a bit of a language barrier, she still tried her best to understand me and to make sure that I was satisfied with her work. I will be back a 100 times more! thank you!
