Recently came to an event at this banquet hall and it was AMAZING. The staff working the event was so courteous and very attentive. The food was delicious and the music was great! No regrets!

Was there this weekend.The place is nice, the decoration looks beautiful. However the service is what makes the difference wherever you go. The lady( server) was so grumpy. Her attitude with us at the table made us feel so uncomfortable. They should train the staff to be more customer service oriented. The staff should be thankful to have clients organizing parties, that way they guarantee a job.

My Destiny Banquet Hall is amazing. The mew owner, Ana, is so sweet and wonderful. It was breathtaking to see the happiness on my daughter face when she walked in the Hall for her sweet 16 party. The service was amazing from the pictures, video, limo driver, the DJ, the MC and the food. Wow!!! I recommend the chicken pepper steak with yellow rice and vegetables were delicious. The staff and service was great, the Dj did great and had an excellent variety, the bar was great too and the food was delicious. Ana the owner is the best. I will recommend her 💯 to anyone any day. I just recently had a sweet 16 at this ballroom, and overall it was such a beautiful experience. Ana made sure we were taken cared of and that everything went smoothly. She went above and beyond what asked for and she was always there every step of the way. The food was delicious and the service was superb. Truly an amazing experience. 10/10 recommend.

My event was for my husband his 45 surprise party. I was given the best service threw the whole process no buts or ifs along the way. The food was awesome!!! The place was intact just as I requested, I was offered every advice on every single detail so everything was just as perfect and right on point as it was. The liquor was great!!! The place inside spacious no bumping into each other. Awesome restrooms. Everything you can think of this place will offer you and accommodate to your ideas and for your event to be as perfect as we all want it to be. Salon decoration was nice, the bartender was nice too, DJ played good music. Service was good.Food not the best.In my opinion the cook didnt season it properly, it tasted like hospital food.

It was honestly an incredible experience. They made my cousin’s quinceañera unforgettable. While planning the party, the lady was so understanding and gave us good prices for all the activities, guests, and food. Ana was very attentive and paid great attention to detail in regard to what we wanted for the Quinceaner, and everything was done in a timely manner. Not only is it a great location but the Hall itself is spacious and beautiful and every table has visibility to the main stage which is very important. Ana and the staff accommodated greatly to our requests, and were very professional and kind the day of the event. Definitively recommend this Hall and could not think of a better place to plan our next event.

I actually just finished my baby shower here at My Destiny and I fell in love ! I will definitely be coming back here for any future events ! The NEW owners are absolutely amazing not only did they treat me great but they made my baby shower an event that no one will ever forget, even when there was some last minute difficulties ( Me needing a table for appetizers ) they made everything work ! I go to a sweet sixteen Party there and... Please!!! DO NOT use this Banquet hall! They are not professional, the place is horrible. The bathroom are ugly and dirty. When you go in there is a bad odor. DJ is bad and food too! the waiters drop your dishes with bad attitude What a waste of $$!!

My sister got married on 2/15/14. The Good: Food, dance floor, lighting. The BAD: Parking, bathrooms, sound system, DJ, people in charge. The DJ doesnt know what hes doing. We had a whole issue with a microphone we needed...He also doesnt speak English. This was important for us for communication purposes. The sound system is horrible...only one speaker working and if you seat near the one working you cant have a conversation because they need to crank up the volume to compensate for the broken one...excessively loud!To top it all off, my wife mistakenly left her glasses in the bathroom and a worker found it and gave it to her supervisor. The supervisor gave them to my sister. However, a very pretty and expensive earrings inside my wifes glasses case were stolen!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

If I could give My Destiny Banquet Hall 10 stars I would! This is the second time I have a party at My Destiny and the experience was excellent. Ana, Leo and staff went above and beyond to make it a perfect night for my niece’s quinces.

Had my daughters Quinceañera (2019)I do not recommend this place simply because the owner, as nice as she may be she does not know how to deliver quality service. My food was luke warm by the time they reach the other tables there were ice cold.The contract said four hours of videography did not get that, they stop recording the party exactly at 11 PM. When it came to the Photo Booth for whatever reason she made the guy wait outside until 10:30pm. We were asked to bring a thumb drive with the desired music for the presentation, in the end it was not used. There were issues with the screen when it finally did come down it didn’t occur to them to maximize the screen. It took them 7 months to get my video and pictures and the quality of the pictures were terrible. The DJ also did not play any of the music that the guests were requesting. The owner needs to be more involved during the actual event and make sure all of the customers needs are met.

My Destiny Banquet Hall owners gave me much much more than I asked for. May God continue to bless them. The service was outstanding from the very start. You have a life time customer.. Thank you!!!🤗

We celebrated my parents 50th anniversary at My Destiny Banquet Hall... the service was excellent. Violeta was great and so was the DJ and the servers. The place was clean and the food was amazing; I had never tasted such good food at a banquet hall, also very important, the bread was hot. The price was fair and the place was very nice... thank you Violeta for making sure everything was perfect. I definitely recommend this place.

I could not have found a better venue to celebrate my baby shower. The previous place I had chosen closed three weeks before the event. That was when I met Ana, My Destiny Ballrooms owner. She made sure everything was ready in three weeks, she was very flexible and accomodating. The decoration, the music, the food, the service, everything was perfect. DJ did excellent, great variety but alway satisfying the Quinceaňera taste. The entire staff amazing . The decoration, the bathroom so clean and smelling awesome, the bar great. The cake omg my Daughter favorite 👍, Anas husband so caring and always asking us if everything was fine. Im very pleased for the decision that we made to do it with such and incredible staff of professional and responsible staff. Maggie the master of ceremonies great as well. I had my quinces here and have no regrets. It was a night to remember, to say the least. I loved my flowers, my cake, the lights, everything was perfect. Ana (the owner) was the best, super understanding, and great to work with. She went as far as renting a piña colada slurpee machine for me, after mentioned that I had loved one at another quinces. She went above and beyond to make my fifteens exactly what I envisioned.

I had my quinceanera here this past weekend, and it was absolutely amazing.First off, the owner Ana was so great and easy to work with. She was very flexible with the ideas I had in mind, and she made sure everything I wanted was there for my event. She helped modify the packages she had available to fit my liking and never said no or pushed aside my ideas. Ana was extremely helpful when it came to planning my quince and made sure all the questions I had for her were answered without hesitation whenever we visited. Whenever I gave her a call or sent a text to her, she always answered within seconds.Second, the actual event for my quince was beautiful. The décor and stage looked so pretty. Her MC was very good throughout the entire event and guided us along the way. Ana set up the candy table, and it looked absolutely beautiful. The appetizers were very good and the guests loved it. The salad course was fresh, and my friends that dont even like salad enjoyed it. The actual meal came out warm and stayed warm throughout the night. The chicken, rice, and mashed potatoes were delicious. The guests were raving over the drinks at the bar, especially the pina coladas and Shirley temples. The cake was also nice.The only issue I can say I have was with the DJ. He played very few of my songs on the playlist and played his own music towards the middle and end of the dance portion of the party. He had not downloaded the playlist we gave him, and at one point, played the nursery song Happy and You Know It. Working with the DJ was frustrating and upsetting, however, the night was still enjoyable.Other than that, the party was fun and the photo booth kept everyone happy. Everyone loved it and there was always a line to get in. Thats how fun it was.In all, I had an amazing time and really do recommend the ballroom.

Run.do not have your event here. Three reasons: the dj is inexperienced, the food is institutional tasting the kids meals were of poor quality and cold. the person in charge you never get to see. The banquet hall is well upkept in the inside and has updated design which is why i gave the review two stars but the customer service is mediocre. Our event had specific acts and there was a huge delay in moving to the next song or to the next act of the night due to the slow staff. Again the dj was very inexperianced. He claimed no one emailed him or conversed with him about the music we needed. Not true. And then when the music was able to be provided on a cell phone he didnt have an aux cord! What dj does not have an aux?? I requested dinner and it didnt come out for almost 25 minutes and even then i was told i have to do the toast before dinner. If i am paying you to use your space those restrictions are not for you to make. This was an uncustomizable experiance. I dont feel it was worth the money. They really have to do better. I have more events to host and i will not reccomend them.

I could not have asked for a better night for my daughters 15!!! Everything was perfect from the moment the door opened to when it closed! Ana is the most amazing person EVER! Even when she faced a personal loss in her family,Ana was still and even more amazing - planning and answering any questions we had as well as ensuring everything was PERFECT! The night was o magical that I cannot even begin to describe...From the decorations, Carriage, flowers food was delicious, drinks, waiters, bartender and drinks were top shelf ! Kids had virgin pina coladas and other delicious beverages!Planning - we were very meticulous in our planning and literally had over a hundred questions...Not once did Ana show any signs of annoyance and ALWAYS answered her phone! What an amazing person!!!! Magie the MC was incredible and truly knows her stuff. Cake was good..FLOWERS were incredibly beautiful!Varadero studio was a very easy to work with!!! PIctures were lovely and studio work was perfect!Only issue was the DJ who was not prepared on the night. He had to download the main theme songs right before the start. He communicated well upfront but to no avail was just not prepared ont he night of the event. Played his own songs and had to be constantly told to go back to our playlist!.Would I use My Destiny Ballroom again...YYYEEESSSSSSS! Thank you Ana...for all you do to make memories forever!

For years I have coordinated Dinner Banquets. My Destiny Ballroom is the worse ever. their staff is unfriendly and very unprofessional. they had cuban pastries on the tables in syrofoam plates wrapped with plastic wrap. no bread plates; the food did not have any seasoning, the place was hot; they gave out of cocktail drinks; they started cleaning up they place 2 hours before my guest left. The linen was dirty. PLEASE DONT GET CAUGHT UP IN THE SELL PITCH!

They changed everything on the contract after signed had to add extra stuff that was not warned about before. I promise you will save your self from so much stress..... DONT DO ITOH & THEY ARE SUPER CHEAP BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE CUSTOMERS. I WISH I WOULD OF KNOWN THIS BEFORE
