I just did my daughter’s first birthday party and it was amazing. Staff was awesome, food was amazing. All the decorations as I imagined. Total recommend this banquet hall.
I did my niece/daughter fifthteen birthday party .... It was amazing the food was great the music was great. The staff was awesome.. I fully recommend this place. I will be back in five yrs for my daughter 15 party.

New Years Party was decent, but very stingy on the drinks that were included in the price. Kids paid and were given a hard time for asking for cranberry juice and orange juice because it was only for mixed drinks. If you pay for something you shouldn’t be given a hard time for it. Environment was not bad, but won’t be going there again, rather take my money somewhere else.

We celebrated New Years Eve at Ensueño Banquet Hall. It was a good party with a nice atmosphere, excellent music and good service,except for the bar. I know that hiring a professional bartender could be expensive on December 31, but the person in charge of the bar should have basic knowledges about drinks. More than that, the attitude must be the best.I asked for a Pina Colada without alcohol and the answer was that the mix already has alcohol. Also I asked for a Margarita and the answer was that they dont serve Tequila. Those matters have no relation with the budget, but with the attitude and the desire to serve the customers. Im not asking for expensive spirits, cheap ones are fine,but after paying what we agreed to pay we expected a better service. I encourage other customers to share their experiences because I heard other issues took place at the bar.I hope the owner reads these reviews and replies them in order to assure that next year the party at this venue will be the best in South Florida. Then I will book a table with confidence.
The worst experience Ive had in a banquet hall. the food was not too bad, but the attention in the bar was very bad. the owners themselves attended the bar and hiding the little drink they had that was worth it. They do not offer red wine because it stains the floors, they offered white but they only had one bottle and when we complained magically another bottle of white wine appeared. When you asked for the drink, the owners treated you badly and it was not just my experience, we were a group of almost 30 people and we all felt the same. I give them a star because you cant give less.La peor experiencia que he tenido en un banquet hall. la comida no estuvo tan mal, pero la atencion en la barra de bar fue pesima. los dueños mismos atendieron la barra y escondiendo la poca bebida que tenian que valia la pena. no ofrecen vino rojo porque le mancha los pisos, ofrecian blanco pero solo tenian una botella y cuando dimos complaint magicamente aparecio otra botella de vino blanco. cuando les pedias la bebida los dueños te trataban mal y no fue solo mi experiencia, eramos un grupo de casi 30 personas y todos nos sentimos igual. les doy una estrella porque no se puede dar menos.
Hall was very small, ambiance was fair, food not that great. Servers were not that friendly. The bride & groom was very nice and friendly but every one else was cold and to themselves
As you walk into the ballroom is a gold dish drapes over the doorway I think the color needs to change so that the it will be satisfying to the public
The food there was feniminal the service was outstanding, friendly people always with a smile . Their DJ was excellent played anything you asked him very friendly and with a smile, had a very good wide range in music and an excellent taste ... The bar was great, very good selection it seem like it would never run out. The place had a very nice light show to go with the atmosphere changing as the event was going which to me was very cool and modern it was a great experience over all . I would highly recommend it from the other events I been to around the area

I would give it less stars if I could. Honestly, it was HORRIBLE. I had my sisters wedding there about a month ago and the service was an absolute mess. The place looks very cheap, NONE of the guests were served their beverage for the cheers with the groom and bride. We only had water before the meal and were not allowed to get drinks until after the food was served, which by the way tasted absolutely disgusting and flavorless. There were ants in the salad????? The DJs choice of music was dull and did not hype up the party whatsoever. I gave him a song on a USB for the bride and her court to walk into and he put it for a few seconds before switching it to another incredibly crappy song after I SPECIFICALLY told him that the song was of the brides choice. The bathrooms are dingy and if more than three people are in there, youre bound to crash into each other. Overall, my sisters wedding was very boring and not a night I remembered or want to because of how disastrous of a service this place offers. If you have ANY other option, go to that one instead. Dont make the mistake of coming here for a night you absolutely want to never forget one detail of because of how smoothly and well everything played out.
Its a good place to do your events the only this is the dj they put/have sucks we gave him a list with atleast 100 songs for my sisters 15s and he completely ignored the list he literly only played 7/8 songs from the list and we would have to keep going back can you please play the songs on the list or play this one because we had photographer and a recorder recording them. So imagine having a song thats not on the list and your trying to dance and have fun while they record you for your 15 video and you cant even dance to it that ruins your vibe and your video even the recorder had to tell me tell the dj to change the song so your sister and friends can dance so i can continue recording her video...to be honest my 8 year old daughter would have been a better dj sorry not sorry

Excellent place for baby shower or other types of partys
Not impresed by the food, or anything at all. Everything was very standard. Would need to know how much they charge per plate to give an adequte rating... as long as its the lower range it should be fine.
