Very good! Love coming here. Wish they would take their time with moving cars into the car wash though. They kind of rush it and I don’t like that. I like to have a peace of mind I don’t want to have to worry if my car is going to be banged from behind because they rush it every time.

Please do yourself a favor and dont go to this car wash. Theres a really good one down the road to go to that one. This car wash is used by the dealership. It doesnt matter if youve been waiting for 30 or 40 minutes to get in the car wash, They will let three dealership cars ahead of you. The car dealership should use the car wash during slow times. Not when theres a whole line of customers waiting. The staff was friendly, but they need to rethink their business practice.

I like to go to one place for my repairs, I chose Tonys Nissan for my Versa. Im selling my car soon & had to fix a nailed tire. They plug but dont patch over it, so it wouldnt hold & started leaking quickly. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix again, a good thread tire.Thats the only complaint I had, other then that, they always take care of me😉Aloha🌺

Went to get my car washed here this morning. And, I ventured out to get the highest prices one, platinum. I was less than impressed with my car wash. Also I noticed that it took the people super short to do vacuum and wipe the car down. Usually it takes a while and I end up waiting, but I am satisfied. This morning was not the case (and I was the 6th in line when it opened at 8) Done by 8:30 with dirt and spots of crud still on my car as if it wasn’t even washed. I asked the worker if I could have a rag so i could wipe some stuff off. She gave me one which i was surprised, instead of they do it. I’m not one to complain, but the quality was not there. I was super unhappy, especially because I chose the most expensive wash. The lady in charge did apologize and told me she’d take my name for next time I come to get a wiki-wiki wash free. Who gets a car wash without a wipe down or vacuum? Get some better workers that do quality work!

They usually do a excellent job, however it seems like theyre losing their Quality and system. I suggest have each worker at each station be in charge of certain jobs? I recommend have someone look through the truck before releasing it back to the ownerThey forgot to take off the blue tapes and never bothered to wipe the back windows of my truck. My truck was left in the hot sun resulting to waterspots. They forgot to wipe my 2 truck mirrors as well. I paid for the platinum plus and felt like Ive been shirt changed

Washing your car can be a bit of a wait. Lines can be long. Depends on the day. Some days they shoot down your car before the wash and scrub your tires at the end. Then theres the days that they barely even touch it up. Guess it depends whos working..... Mmmmmmmm!!

Way better than Kaneohe. Too bad youre so far. Shot down my dirty car and the hood grill too before I entered the car wash which Kaneohe didnt do. And wiping my car down right after exit was great.

My car looks brand new. Im so incredibly impressed. I hadnt been to a car wash in over a year due to COVID (oops) and somehow these guys were able to scrub, shampoo and wash away so much sand, dog fur, dirt, AND water marks. Uncle Larry absolutely needs to be acknowledged for his kind demeanor and excellent service. Please give that man a raise - he is the best! A huge mahalo!

Super slow!!!! They will squeeze dealership’s car in the line. There was less than 10 cars in the line but I waited 50 mins just to reach to cashier.... I left because it will take another 40 mins to clean the car... worst car wash experience.

Went here to get my truck wash, I paid for the top car wash and left with my windshield with bug marks and smudges. dirt still covering my truck and some yellow cleaner all over my hood. The employees barely put any effort in to cleaning the truck I had to go home and rewash my truck.

Blue residue still on the car. Fur and dust still everywhere, does not look like they vacuumed at all. What a waste of time and money. I came here because I’m pregnant but I’m still going to have to clean the WHOLE car myself!! And they took my new bottle of hand sanitizer!

Went in to get vehicle cleaned before shipping it back to the mainland. After getting home found a couple small places they missed on the interior, but vehicle passed inspection at the shipping office. Overall very satisfied

I was leaving the island. Had to ship my car. Did some work on it myself to tidy it up. Went here and did the works for my vehicle. Got a first time go shipping. Highly suggest this place if you were in a similar situation as me.

Great place. Not too long of a wait when I went, but it can get pretty bad. Car wash is standard, but they do a great job vacuuming and wiping the car down. The car wash has different packages ranging form $16 to $51. I got the deluxe wash as a gift l, and it is such a great gift to have received. The gift price is around $30, but my car is so nice and clean now. Would go again! Go to Costco for lunch after all that sitting!

This was my go to car need when I lived in Hawaii. Service was fast and great! Lines were always long, but that is because they are doing great to have all those customer go to them. Keep up the good work! Highly recommended!

They did a really good job cleaning the inside of my truck but was not too happy when I got home and found they did not clean/wipe my rims. I paid for The Works watched other vehicles in front of me, get their rims nicely cleaned and expected the same treatment for my truck. Next time I know to double check before leaving.

This is a great car wash in town but I had to wait more than an hour to be accommodated. The service provided is good however they were not able to pick up every pet hair inside the car, maybe most but not all. What I like here are the people, they are friendly and agreeable. The area is clean as well as their bathroom. Overall, the place is awesome but needs an upgrade to cater all the demands.

Brought my orange Jeep for a $28.99 wash. Asked employee Chris if he could look into cleaning the mud spots on my interior. The final job was awesome!! I know Chris did more than what a $28.99 calls for and I am very grateful. Generously tipped them but If I had more cash I would have shared it with them. I am now a regular customer as a result of the superb job Chris and the rest of the crew did. Awesome!!

Quick thorough car cleaning at reasonable prices. I stumbled into their morning meeting, shift leaders expectations are high, 30 cars an hour every hour. Looks packed but they keep it moving.

Ive been there twice in 3 weeks, and both times it took 45 to 50 min. to get my car washed. Today while waiting in line. A worker came to explain why the long wait and she said they have a lack of workers. Until they hire more workers, I wouldnt recommend you waste your time in line. AND to top it of, after waiting, two employees cuts in front of the paying customers to have their cars washed. Its not their cars but cars that was sold. Come on guys, where is your customer relations.Normally it takes about 25 to 30 min to wash your car, but with the lack of workers, think about it.

Finally a decent place that actually washes your vehicle and doesnt just move the dirt around! You can just get a wash or a full detail inside and out. I highly recommend this place!

The car was not clean or dry properly. There was water mark on the body of the car and streak on the window. To top it off they changed the way how customers are charged. I.e charged separately to vaccuum the car.

This place is great. The prices are ok. The staff is super friendly. But the wait is sometimes too much

This place does a good job inside and out. I am super sad my BMW X5 doesnt fit inside the car wash. I have larger back tires and it was a horrible experience. My rims were scratched, it tilted up the front and we went through. It missed the whole wash cycle so they told me to go through again. I said no that I just wanted a refund but the manager was supper annoyed and power washed it. It was so awkward for me I just wanted to leave. People were looking at me like I complained or was making a nuisance. I wish they would look for that kind of thing (wide tires) or post something so people dont have to go through that mess. I didnt notice until later that two of my rims were super scratched.

The workers were very nice, helpful, and did a fine job on our car. However, the manager was very rude. We asked one of the workers if we could just get our car vacuumed out, and he said yes and told us where to park. Once we parked in that spot and unloaded all of our luggage, the manager came out and yelled at us. I explained to him that we were on a time crunch getting to the airport, only needed a vacuum, and were told to park in this spot. He rolled his eyes and walked away as I was talking to him. He then came back and yelled at one of his employees, then yelled at us some more. He was unwilling to listen, interrupted us as we spoke, and was equally as rude to his employees when they were only trying to be helpful. The manager finally let us get a vacuum, but only after we paid for an entire car wash as well. I would not reccomend this place to anyone and hope to see better management in the future.

Still crumbs & sand on carpet & bird poop & bug splatter on door & window. These were clearly spotted but never address or cleaned properly. For the rice of the ultra wash I expected a better job & spot check to make sure nothing was missed.

I used to come to the Autoplex every weekend before I moved away for a few years because they did a great job. I’ve been back on Island for about 18 months and the service is really bad. At first, I was like oh, this happens from time to time. However, the service hasn’t even come close to how good it was a few years back. The prices have gone up a few times and last week was the final straw... I paid $48.00 to see bird droppings, dirty windows, a non wiped down dash, unclean rims and barely vacuumed floorboards for like the 5th straight time. I shouldn’t have to come home and complete a half done gig. I also tip nicely because it’s the best way to get good results. I’m done with the Tony Group Car Wash... The people are great it’s just the job they do for the price is not comparable. I’m a fan; I’ve purchased a few cars from their company but the car wash should be called the Tony Car Rinse.

They used to do great jobs. In the past two weeks I’ve taken my car once a week. Both times my car inside still dirty. I paid the full service price with the mat cleaning and there were still dirt and sand all in the interior. Not worth the $50 and a tip.

Paid $50.. FIFTY. to have DIRT still on my bumper. Had to bring it up to them. He dried wiped/smeared it. The inner of my door. Still dirty, barely vacuumed. I opened the back seat to look around and a worker came behind me after I went to the other side and kept vacuuming. He saw it was bad before I asked. Even my cup holder still had crumbs in it. I don’t understand how they could give a car back in that condition. Will never come back here. The store is cool in the inside though.

Waiting up to 2 hours is frustrating. I was so far down the street in line that I was nearly hit by the bus at the bus stop. Dont use this place if you dont want to wait, and wait...Also, quite expensive for a 3 min. wash. I spend over $100 month to wash the cars here. You would think they would offer a discount for someone who spends thousands over the years to wash a car here....

Not sure why there is always a line at this car wash, except perhaps that it is the car wash for the Tony group Autoplex. Their sales staff does give out free car wash coupons when you purchase a car. Regular car washes are on par with every other automated car wash on the island.Expect to wait in line for several minutes, even when the shop opens at about 9.If youre familiar with the Goo Goo car wash in Georgia, then youve experienced this before. Except there is no free air, or free vacuum.Detailing available at an extra price.

Very short line when they first open. They did a great job cleaning the outside and inside. They put in a lot of effort to ensure the car was clean and it showed. Will make this a regular trip.

I dont know of any other full service car washes on the island yet, but my car needed a cleaning. The exterior was mildly dirty, not terrible, and the interior had some sand/dirt/grass, again not terrible. Ive definitely seem worse. I got their most expensive car wash, which included going through the automatic washer, then they dried the outside and wiped/vacuumed the interior, plus mats.They did an okay job, but there were still hard water spots on the outside and the rims needed more attention. They couldve spent more time on the interior too. It was evident they rushed through it and left sand in more than a few spots. I know it gets everywhere, but they couldve done better if they wouldve taken a little more time with it. Not sure if it was entirely worth it, unless you have a heavily soiled vehicle. 3 stars for mediocre work for the price.

Ive been to a few other car washes on island, including Wahiawa, Mililani, and Honolulu. They offer a quite a few options, but not enough. Ive been through much worse, for a similar or more expensive price. As others alluded, if you can stand the long wait (average 25 minutes to an hour, depending on day of week and time of day). Saturdays are the worst! Sundays arent much better. For the price you pay, its comparable to other full-service car washes on the island. But, like I said, they could add a few more options to their lineup of services, such as leather interior wipe down using leather conditioner. I would rate their pricing model as a four (4) star, but their long wait time brings this entire operation down to a three (3) star service. Again, its worth the wait if you have the time to spare.

This place is the worst! OVERPRICED FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!70.00 for a wash that doesn’t include putting black trim shine on is a RIP OFF!!! Then having to purchase a $289.00 package just to get water spots taken off is HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE!!!!

I prefer McKinley Car Wash. It is worth the drive! Autoplex, my windows were not wiped, I got no vacuum, I paid $6 more, and my rims were still dirty. Much more expensive than McKinley and no pride in their wash.

I received a complimentary car wash from my dealership. I went in today and paid $10 to get them to vacuum and do a couple of extra things. Of course I forgot to check their work when they returned the car and when I got home I noticed that there was still sand all over my car. I would understand if there was sand left in hard to reach places but it was everywhere, even in my cupholder. Ive gone to this place before and have had a similar experience. Im not returning and will look around for better places where people have pride in their work.
